In present study, the effect of the solvent annealing temperature on the crystal modifications and the phase transition behavior of the subsequently dried poly(3-octylthiophene) (P3OT) film has been investigated by the combination of DSC, WAXD and FTIR techniques. When chloroform is employed as the solvent, it is unexpectedly found that form I and form II crystal modifications of P3OT could be respectively obtained by room temperature and low temperature annealing. Comparing to the mostly used solvent reported for preparing form II, i.e. carbon disulfide (CS2) which is toxic and corrosive, chloroform is less toxic and corrosive and more suitable for solution processing of P3OT. Therefore, this finding provides an alternative way to obtain form II. By temperature dependent IR spectroscopy, the structural evolution of P3OT during the form II to form I phase transition process has also been studied in detail.  相似文献

New water‐soluble block copolymers of 2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylate (MEO2MA), oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate (OEGMA), and N‐(3‐(dimethylamino) propyl) methacrylamide (DMAPMA) (poly(OEGMA‐co‐MEO2MA)‐b‐poly(DMAPMA)) were prepared via sequential reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. Selective quaternization of poly(DMAPMA) block gives poly(OEGMA‐co‐MEO2MA)‐b‐poly((3‐[N‐(3‐methacrylamidopropyl)‐N,N‐dimethyl]ammoniopropane sulfonate)‐coN‐(3‐(dimethylamino) propyl) methacrylamide), such block copolymer exhibits double thermo‐responsive behavior in water, poly(MEO2MA‐co‐OEGMA) block shows a lower critical solution temperature (LCST), and poly((3‐[N‐(3‐methacrylamidopropyl)‐N,N‐dimethyl]ammoniopropane sulfonate)‐co‐N‐(3‐(dimethylamino) propyl) methacrylamide) block shows a upper critical solution temperature (UCST). Both of LCST and UCST can be controlled: LCST could be tuned by the fraction of OEGMA units in poly(OEGMA‐co‐MEO2MA), and UCST was found to be dependent on the degree of quaternization (DQ).

采用间歇式、半间歇式和连续式无皂乳液聚合(SFEP)法合成温敏性聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAM)微凝胶。连续式或半间歇式SFEP法合成的PNIPAM微凝胶相转变温度范围明显地比间歇式SFEP法合成的窄,其中又以连续式SFEP法的效果最明显。相同交联剂用量的情况下,连续式SFEP法合成的PNIPAM微凝胶的粒径和溶胀比最大,而间歇式SFEP法合成的最小。通过研究微凝胶合成过程中溶胀比随反应时间的变化关系,证明了连续式或半间歇式SFEP法合成的PNIPAM微凝胶具有比较均匀的内部交联结构。  相似文献

通过单电子转移“活性”/可控自由基聚合的方法制备了具有双亲性及温度响应性的乙基纤维素接枝聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚物(EC-g-PNIPAm). 通过凝胶渗透色谱、核磁氢谱和红外光谱等对合成的接枝共聚物进行了表征. 我们发现此反应在混合溶剂四氢呋喃/甲醇的混合溶剂中是活性可控的. EC-g-PNIPAm接枝共聚物能够在选择性溶剂水中发生自组装现象, 形成稳定的以乙基纤维素为核、聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为壳的球形胶束. 并且随着温度的升高, 支链聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺发生塌缩使得球形胶束发生收缩.  相似文献

Thermosensitive and redox-active polymers were prepared by copolymerization of N-ethyl- or N,N-diethylacrylamides with vinylferrocene (VFc). LCST (lower critical solution temperature) of the aqueous copolymer solution was decreased by increasing the ferrocene content in the copolymer. The oxidation of ferrocene led to a significant increase in LCST due to the transition from hydrophobic to hydrophilic character of the ferrocene moiety in the copolymer. The ferrocene content in the copolymer increases with increasing differences between the LCST's of the oxidation and reduction states. The transition could be made reversible by redox reaction using L -ascorbic acid as an oxidant and cerium sulfate as a reductant. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 热敏水溶性高分子聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)在水溶液中有最低临界溶液温度(LCST).当温度在LCST附近发生变化时,PNIPAAm可发生逆相转变.基于该特性,可通过PNIPAAm将放射性治疗核素运输到病变组织通过射线杀灭病变细胞.通过4,4′-偶氮二(氰戊酸)、乙二胺、二乙三胺五乙酸酐(DTPAA)、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺合成了带DTPA端基的PNIPAAm,合成的DTPA-PNIPAAm保持了与PNIPAAm相似的LCST.本文的工作为PNIPAAm运输金属治疗核素奠定了基础.  相似文献

In this study, a novel method to determine the cloud point temperature variation in aqueous solutions of thermoresponsive homo- and copolymers was developed. Poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PVCL) and triblock copolymers of poly(t-butyl acrylate-co-acrylic acid)-b-poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)-b-(t-butyl acrylate-co-acrylic acid) (P[(tBA-co-AA)-b-PVCL-b-P(tBA-co-AA)] were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and used as models. The incorporation of AA units (hydrophilic segments) into the polymeric chain of PVCL influenced the phase transition, increasing the cloud point temperature of the final copolymer. The cloud point temperatures of the PVCL and the triblock copolymer P(tBA-co-AA)-b-PVCL-b-P(tBA-co-AA) were determined by measuring the transmittance of aqueous solutions of the polymers in a Turbiscan Lab instrument in the range of 29 to 40 C. This is the first study in which Turbiscan Lab is used to determine the cloud point temperature.  相似文献
