A three-component Pd-catalyzed coupling of ynamides, aryl diazonium salts, and aryl boronic acids for the synthesis of novel triaryl-substituted enamides is described. This transformation represents the first example of an umpolung regioselective unsymmetrical syn-1,2-diarylation/aryl-olefination of ynamides. The aryl moieties of the diazonium salt (electrophile) and boronic acid (nucleophile) are explicitly incorporated in the electrophilic α- and nucleophilic β-position, respectively, of the ynamide, resulting in a single isomer of the N-bearing tetrasubstituted olefin. The scope is broad (68 examples), showing excellent functional-group tolerance. DFT calculations substantiate the rationale of the mechanistic cycle and the regioselectivity. The chemoselectivity and synthetic potential of the enamide products were also studied.  相似文献

Two‐component substituted aryl groups are simultaneously grafted onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode by electrochemical reduction of a binary mixture of two aryl diazonium salts in acetonitrile. The electrochemical deposition is achieved potentiostatically and two different mixtures with four different ratios of diazonium salts are used. The binary mixtures comprise: 1) 4‐nitrophenyl diazonium and 4‐bromophenyl diazonium cations and 2) 4‐bromophenyl diazonium and N,N‐diethylaniline diazonium cations. The chemical composition of the two component films is determined by cyclic voltammetry in an electrolyte inert for electroactive groups such as nitrophenyl and bromophenyl. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy is also used to evaluate the surface concentration of each grafted substituted phenyl group. The surface concentration of the substituted phenyl group for which the corresponding diazonium cation is the most easily reduced is higher than its concentration in the mixture of the deposition solution. The usefulness of binary films is also discussed.  相似文献

Triazene‐substituted arylboronic esters were prepared readily from the corresponding aryl magnesium derivatives and shown to function as a new class of donor–acceptor‐substituted coupling reagents. The selective functionalization of these aromatic derivatives led to a wide variety of terphenyl derivatives in which the original bifunctional unit (often further substituted with another functional group) formed the central aromatic ring. The functionalized terphenyl derivatives were formed in two efficient cross‐coupling steps from the triazene‐substituted boronic esters: Suzuki cross‐coupling with an aryl halide was followed by BF3?OEt2‐induced palladium‐catalyzed coupling of the diazonium salt generated in situ from the triazene with an arylboronic acid.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 9,9-bis(2-ethylhexyl)fluorene oligomers up to the heptamer is reported, with repetitive Suzuki and Yamamoto coupling reactions employed in the synthesis. The key steps for preparation of the essential intermediates include Pd-catalyzed transformation of aryl bromides to aryl boronic esters (Miyaura reaction) and the application of the much higher reactivity of aryl boronic esters over aryl bromides in the Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with aryl diazonium salts. Variation of the UV/Vis absorption and photoluminescence characteristics with chain length is reported. Moreover, glass transition and liquid-crystal characteristics of the oligomers are described and compared with those of the polymer.  相似文献

The synthesis of complex alkyl boronic esters through conjunctive cross‐coupling of vinyl boronic esters with carboxylic acids and aryl iodides is described. The reaction proceeds under mild metallaphotoredox conditions and involves an unprecedented decarboxylative radical addition/cross‐coupling cascade of vinyl boronic esters. Excellent functional‐group tolerance is displayed, and application of a range of carboxylic acids, including secondary α‐amino acids, and aryl iodides provides efficient access to highly functionalized alkyl boronic esters. The decarboxylative conjunctive cross‐coupling was also applied to the synthesis of sedum alkaloids.  相似文献

β‐Ketonitriles bearing a quaternary carbon at the 2‐position were prepared through Rh‐catalyzed addition of aryl boronic acids to 2,2‐disubstituted malononitriles. In contrast to the previously described transnitrilative cyanation of aryl boronic acids with dialkylmalononitriles, the present reaction avoids retro‐Thorpe collapse of the intermediate addition product through the use of a milder base. The reaction was amenable to a variety of aryl boronic acids and disubstituted malononitriles, providing a diverse array of β‐ketonitriles. The products could be further derivatized to valuable chiral α,α‐disubstituted‐β‐aminonitriles through addition reactions to the corresponding N tert ‐butanesulfinyl imines.  相似文献

In situ generated aryl diazonium cations were synthesized in the electrochemical cell by reaction of the corresponding amines with NaNO2 in aqueous HCl. This paper reports a study of the formation of mixed layers from in situ generated aryl diazonium cations. Firstly, glassy carbon (GC) and gold electrode surfaces were modified with five single in situ generated aryl diazonium salts to obtain their corresponding reductive potential followed by the modification of GC and gold surfaces with eight binary mixed layers of in situ generated aryl diazonium salts. The difference between GC and gold surfaces in terms of in situ formation of two‐component aryl diazonium salt films was compared. The behavior of the mixed layers formed from in situ generated aryl diazonium salts relative to diazonium salts that were pre‐synthesized prior to surface modification was also investigated. Cyclic voltammetry and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the resulting modified GC and gold surfaces. It is found that for some aryl diazonium salts the potential at which reductive adsorption is achieved on gold and GC surfaces is significantly different. For the eight sets of binary mixed layers, the species with more anodic potential are more difficult to attach to the both GC and gold surfaces. The behavior of the mixed layers formed from in situ generated aryl diazonium salts and the pre‐synthesized diazonium salts is similar; which emphasizes the advantage of the in situ approach without any apparent difference in behavior to the presynthesized diazonium salts.  相似文献

A Pd-catalyzed three-component syn-1,2-arylmethylation of internal alkynes (ynamides/yne-acetates/alkynes) is described. The readily available and bench stable coupling partners iodo-arenes, and methyl boronic acid are successfully used in this coupling strategy to access the methyl-containing tetra-substituted olefins; the scope is broad showing excellent functional-group tolerance. Notably, the transformation is regio- as well as stereoselective. The biologically relevant motifs (BRM) bearing iodo-arenes and ynamides are also used for the late-stage syn-1,2-arylmethylation of alkynes. Aryl-alkylation, aryl-trideuteriomethylation, alkynyl-methylation, and alkenyl-methylation of ynamides are also presented. The Me-substituted alkenes are further transformed into synthetically important β-amino-indenones and α-fluoro-α′-methyl ketones.  相似文献

The Pd(OAc)2‐catalyzed Heck reaction of aryl diazonium salts with 2‐arylacrylates led to cis‐stilbenes with good to excellent stereoselectivity. The environmentally friendly protocol developed in this work features low palladium loading in technical‐grade methanol at room temperature under base‐, additive‐, and ligand‐free conditions. The same protocol applied to simple Heck coupling of aryl diazonium salts with methyl acrylate allows astonishingly low palladium loading, down to 0.005 mol %. The stereoselectivity experimentally observed for the synthesis of cis‐stilbenes has been rationalized by DFT calculations. Moreover, the role of methanol in promoting the reaction has been clarified by a computational study.  相似文献

4‐Halo‐2(5H)‐furanones were prepared by the halolactonization of 2,3‐allenoic acids. The subsequent Suzuki coupling reaction of 4‐halo 2(5H)‐furanones with aryl boronic acids was carried out to produce 4‐aryl‐2(5H)‐furanones in excellent yields.  相似文献

The one‐pot sequential coupling of benzylamines, boronic esters, and aryl iodides has been investigated. In the presence of an N‐activator, the boronate complex formed from an ortho‐lithiated benzylamine and a boronic ester undergoes stereospecific 1,2‐metalate rearrangement/anti‐SN2′ elimination to form a dearomatized tertiary boronic ester. Treatment with an aryl iodide under palladium catalysis leads to rearomatizing γ‐selective allylic Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling to generate 1,1‐diarylalkanes. When enantioenriched α‐substituted benzylamines are employed, the corresponding 1,1‐diarylalkanes are formed with high stereospecificity.  相似文献

We describe the coupling of anilines with aryl boronic acids, under ligand‐, base‐, and salt‐free conditions at room temperature. This new reaction proceeds through the formation of an aryl palladium alkoxo complex, which allows the transmetalation step with aryl boronic acids without any external base. Importantly, this sustainable procedure generates only environmentally friendly byproducts such as tBuOH, H2O, N2, and B(OH)3. The reaction mechanism has been deeply investigated through experimental and theoretical studies.  相似文献

An efficient transnitrilation of aryl boronic acids with dimethylmalononitrile (DMMN) is described. This rhodium‐catalyzed electrophilic cyanation presents a novel approach to prepare aryl nitriles by using a carbon‐bound cyanating reagent which undergoes cross‐coupling with the aryl boronic acid. The reaction expands the degree of functional‐group compatibility exhibited by the transnitrilation of aryl Grignard and aryllithium reagents. A variety of aryl boronic acid derivatives and dialkylmalononitriles were amenable to the transnitrilation.  相似文献

A rhodium‐based multicomponent catalytic system for well‐controlled living polymerization of phenylacetylenes has been developed. The catalytic system is composed of readily available and bench‐stable [Rh(nbd)Cl]2, aryl boronic acid derivatives, diphenylacetylene, 50 % aqueous KOH, and PPh3. This system offers a method for the facile and versatile synthesis of various end‐functionalized cis‐stereoregular poly(phenylacetylene)s because components from aryl boronic acids and diphenylacetylene were introduced to the initiating end of the polymers. The polymerization reaction shows a typical living nature with a high initiation efficiency, and the molecular weight of the resulting poly(phenylacetylene)s can be readily controlled with very narrow molecular‐weight distributions (Mw/Mn=1.02–1.09). The experimental results suggest that the present catalytic system has a higher polymerization activity than the polymerization activities of other rhodium‐based catalytic systems previously reported.  相似文献

A facile three‐step synthesis of 2‐(2‐aminophenyl)pyrrole ( 1 ) and 2‐[(2‐aminomethyl)phenyl]pyrrole ( 2 ) is reported by use of Suzuki coupling of N‐Boc‐pyrrol‐2‐yl boronic acid ( 3 ) and o‐substituted aryl halogenides, followed by hydrogenation. The Pd‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reaction is optimized to be applicable to a wide range of substitued aryl halogenides, with electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing substituents, 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g . A series of new dihydropyridines, butanamide, dihydropyridazines and thiourea derivatives have been prepared through the reactions of 3‐aminopyridine ( 1 ) and N‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐3‐(pyridin‐3‐ylimino)butanamide 3 with some electrophilic reagents, aryl diazonium salts and isothiocyanates. Elementary analysis, MS, IR, and 1H NMR spectra confirmed the identity of the products.  相似文献
