在不同能量下, 利用核束缚能对虚光子四动量的平方项进行修正, 分别计算了Sn核碰撞中核束缚能对反应截面中湮灭项和康普顿散射项及K因子的影响。 结果表明, 核束缚能在小x区域对反应截面中湮灭项和康普顿散射项及K因子的影响明显, 并且能量越低这种影响越显著, 随着x2增大影响逐渐消失。 We made a revision of square of virtual photon four momentum by means of using nuclear bin ding energy formula in different energy, and we also made an accurate calculation for the effect of nuclear binding energy on K factor and Compton term and annihilate term in the Drell Yan process of the Sn Sn collision. The outcome indicates that the effect of nuclear binding energy on the annihilate term and the Compton term is marked in little x region and the effect will become more obvious with decrease of the energy and come to disappear with increase of the x.  相似文献

A consistent approach to estimating nuclear effect functions RA RvA (x2) and RSA(x2) based on numerical iteration technique is presented in the quark-parton model when taking into account the nonconstancy of quantum chromodynamics correction factor K. ARv (x2) and RsA(x2) correspond respectively to the valence quark distributions for one bound nucleon within the nucleus and to the sea quark ones. Related numerical analysis is given for nuclei 6 12C,20 40Ca, and 26 56Fe. As the basis, it adopts both experimental data of the high energy proton-nucleus Drell-Yan process and of the high energy lepton-nucleus deep inelastic scattering.  相似文献

Classical molecular dynamics is applied to study the energy dissipation (the Q factor) of the cantilever-type beam oscillators of single wall and double-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The study finds that the Q factor of the CNT beam oscillator varies with the temperature T following the 1/T(0.36) dependence. For single wall CNT, the Q factor drops from 2 x 10(5) at 0.05 K to 1.5 x 10(3) at 293 K. The study further reveals that the weak interlayer binding strength and the interlayer commensurance significantly increases the energy dissipation in the double-walled CNT oscillator.  相似文献

A relativistic σ-ω-π model is proposed to calculate the binding energy of relativistic nuclear matter. We put emphasis on the relativistic particle-hole, delta-hole excitation of pion propagator in nuclear matter. The renormalization of the nucleon self-energy in nuclear matter is made for the pseudo-vector πNN and πNΔ couplings by introducing corresponding form factor and by dispersion relation. We find that the density dependence correction to meson-NN coupling constants is very important to saturate the binding energy of nuclear matter. The density dependence correction to πNN and πNΔ coupling constants has the effect of softening the EOS of nuclear matter.  相似文献

运用光谱学方法研究了在生理pH值条件下盐酸非那吡啶(PHE)与牛血清白蛋白之间的结合作用。通过荧光光谱和紫外吸收光谱确定了盐酸非那吡啶对牛血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭机理。依据Scatchard方程测定了不同温度下该结合反应的结合常数和结合位点数。根据热力学方程讨论了两者间的主要作用力类型。结合同步荧光光谱分析了盐酸非那吡啶对牛血清白蛋白构象的影响。盐酸非那吡啶对牛血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭机制主要为静态猝灭和非辐射能量转移。在15, 25, 37℃时盐酸非那吡啶与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数Kb分别为2.47×107, 9.15×106, 4.36×106 L·mol-1,它们之间平均结合位点数n为1。结合反应的热力学参数为ΔH=-71.2 kJ·mol-1,ΔS=124.8 J·mol-1·K-1。热力学函数计算结果表明,该作用过程是一个熵增加,Gibbs自由能降低的自发分子间作用过程。依据Frster能量转移理论确定PHE与BSA间的结合距离为1.61 nm。两者结合的主要作用力类型是静电作用力。盐酸非那吡啶在体内能够被血清蛋白存储和转运,但结合时对蛋白构象有一定影响。  相似文献

在生理pH值条件下,研究了芦丁与牛血清白蛋白和人血清白蛋白之间的结合作用。通过荧光法确定了芦丁与血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭机制,根据热力学方程讨论了两者间的主要作用力类型。芦丁对血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭机制为静态猝灭。确定了不同温度下该结合反应的结合常数和结合位点数,并根据热力学方程求得了结合反应的热力学参数。两者结合的主要作用力类型是氢键和Vander Waals力。芦丁在体内能够被血清白蛋白存储和转运,且结合时对蛋白质构象无影响。  相似文献

Relativistic nonlinear models based on the Hartree and Hartree-Fock approximations, including the σ, ω, π, and ρ mesons, are worked out to explore the behavior of the nuclear charge radii and the binding energies of several isotopic chains. We find a correlation between the magnitude of the anomalous kink effect (KE) in the Pb isotopic family and the compressibility modulus (K) of nuclear matter. The KE appears to be sensitive, in particular, to the mechanisms which control the K value. The influence of the symmetry energy on the Ca isotopic chain is also studied. The behavior of the charge radii of single-particle states for some special cases and its repercussion on the nuclear charge radius is analyzed. The effect of pairing correlations on the models improves considerably the quality of the results in both binding energy and KE.  相似文献

The interaction of trans-resveratrol (TRES) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy (FS) with Tachiya model. The binding number maximum of TRES was determined to be 8.86 at 293.15 K, 23.42 at 303.15 K and 33.94 at 313.15 K and the binding mechanism analyzed in detail. The apparent binding constants (K (a)) between TRES and BSA were 5.02 x 10(4) (293.15 K), 8.89 x 10(4) (303.15 K) and 1.60 x 10(5) L mol(-1) (313.15 K), and the binding distances (r) between TRES and BSA were 2.44, 3.01, and 3.38 nm at 293.15, 303.15, and 313.15 K, respectively. The addition of TRES to BSA solution leads to the enhancement in RLS intensity, exhibiting the formation of the aggregate in solution. The negative entropy change and enthalpy change indicated that the interaction of TRES and BSA was driven mainly by van der Waals interactions and hydrogen bonds. The process of binding was a spontaneous process in which Gibbs free energy change was negative.  相似文献

荧光光谱法研究二溴羟基卟啉与蛋白质的结合作用机理   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:7  
应用荧光光谱法研究了meso-四(3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯基)卟啉[T(DBHP)P]与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的结合反应,基于T(DBHP)P对BSA内源荧光的猝灭机理,测定了两者之间在不同温度下的结合常数,温度为27 ℃时,荧光猝灭法测得反应的结合常数为K=1.30×106 L·mol-1,温度为48 ℃时,K=6.32×105 L·mol-1,结合常数随温度升高而减小,由此判定该猝灭类型为静态猝灭。根据Frster非辐射能量转移理论,确定了T(DBHP)P与BSA之间的能量转移效率E=0.91,能量给体(BSA)与受体[T(DBHP)P]之间的结合距离r=2.39 nm<7 nm,符合非辐射能量转移条件。依据热力学参数ΔG<0,ΔH<0,ΔS>0确定了T(DBHP)P与BSA之间的作用力主要是静电引力。同时,利用同步荧光光谱,考察了T(DBHP)P对BSA构象的影响,结果发现,T(DBHP)P的加入使BSA构象发生变化,BSA内部残基所处环境的疏水性降低。  相似文献

运用荧光光谱研究了核黄素与核黄素结合蛋白的相互作用,并探讨了两者间的结合类型、结合常数、结合过程中热力学参数和能量转移。结果表明:核黄素结合蛋白内源荧光的猝灭是由于核黄素与蛋白质之间形成复合物,并符合静态猝灭机理。298,308,318K下核黄素与核黄素结合蛋白的结合常数分别为:5.35×108,1.54×108,0.56×108 L.mol-1。热力学数据表明核黄素与核黄素结合蛋白之间主要作用力为氢键和范德华力。Frster能量转移理论确定了核黄素与核黄素结合蛋白的作用距离与能量转移效率分别为0.70nm与0.39。利用同步荧光光谱研究了核黄素结合蛋白与核黄素结合过程中构象的变化。  相似文献

The effect of isovector coupling channel on the macroscopic part of the nuclear binding energy is studied using the relativistic density-dependent Thomas–Fermi approach. The dependency of this effect on the number of neutrons and protons is also studied. The isovector coupling channel leads to increased nuclear binding energy, and this effect increases with the increasing neutron number in the nucleus.  相似文献

By means of the nuclear parton distributions, which can be used to provide a good explanation for the EMC effect in the whole x range, we investigate the energy loss effect in the nuclear Drell–Yan (DY) process. When the cross section of lepton pair production is considered to vary with the center-of-mass energy of the nucleon–nucleon collision, we find that the nuclear DY ratio is suppressed because of the energy loss, which balances the overestimate of the DY ratio only when we consider the effect of nuclear parton distributions. 文中研究了手征σ模型下σ介子的质量mσ与核物质结合能曲线的关系,主要的目的是研究在单圈图近似下所谓的“快子极点”问题,即σ或π介子质量的平方变为负数,这将导致能量密度为虚数.把mσ看成自由参数并通过拟合核物质的饱和性质而确定,结果表明,在单圈图真空起伏近似下,并选重整化点在质量壳上,当mσ=307.5MeV而且核密度小于4.43倍正常饱和密度时,“快子极点”没有出现,因此首先得到了核物质结合能曲线以及计算了不可压缩系数K(≌175.7MeV).  相似文献

The perturbative QCD approach is used to calculate the invariant cross section of open charm production in Deep Compton scattering at high energy. The basic subprocess considered is \(\gamma G \to \gamma c\bar c\) , and the background due to the charm excitation subprocess γc→γc is also estimated.
