建立了水果中高氯酸盐的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析检测方法。样品采用1%乙酸提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,Waters IC-Pak Anion HR(4.6 mm×75 mm)色谱柱洗脱,流动相为乙腈-100 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(体积比60∶40),流速0.7 m L/min;液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用技术-电喷雾负离子监测模式检测,采用18O标记高氯酸根离子作为内标进行基质校正,内标法定量。结果表明:高氯酸盐在0.1~10.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,定量下限为1.0μg/kg;在1.0,2.0,10μg/kg 3个加标水平下的回收率为92.5%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~5.4%。实际样品检测表明该方法准确可靠,适合于水果中高氯酸盐的测定。  相似文献

建立了离子色谱-质谱联用技术测定活性污泥样品中高氯酸盐的分析方法。以高容量、强亲水性的IonPacAS20(2mm)阴离子交换柱为分析柱,EGC在线产生等浓度KOH为淋洗液,淋洗液经抑制成水后将样品带入质谱检测。ESI-MS-MS以多元反应监测模式监控100.8/84.9、98.8/66.9、100.8/68.9和98.8/82.9离子对,以98.8/82.9离子对的峰面积进行定量。该方法对高氯酸盐的检出限(S/N=3)为0.01μg/L,高氯酸盐在0.05~100μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性,线性相关系数r=0.9988。0.2μg/L的标准溶液重复进样9次,高氯酸盐峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%。运用该方法测定采自不同地区的活性污泥样品中的高氯酸盐,并对样品加标回收,得回收率在88.5%~102.2%之间。  相似文献

建立了一种在线样品预处理、脉冲安培检测饱和卤水中痕量I-的离子色谱新方法。进样体积为50μL,选用Cryptand C1浓缩柱富集I-,并用10 mmol/L NaOH洗脱样品中的基体Cl-。用0.5 mmol/L NaOH将I-从浓缩柱转移到保护柱柱端。用IonPac AS20阴离子交换柱,25 mmol/L NaOH淋洗分离,结合脉冲安培银工作电极检测。I-检出限为0.07μg/L(3倍基线噪音);I-在5~1000μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995)。50μg/L的I-溶液连续进样9次,峰高相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%。  相似文献

地下水和地表水中的高氯酸根危害人体健康。由于环境水样中的高浓度硝酸根和高锰酸钾基体干扰高氯酸根的测定,本方法通过滴加一定量的过氧化氢以除去高锰酸根,然后对样品进行离心来消除干扰。运用Dionex IonPac AS11型阴离子分离柱,流动相为8mmol/LKOH溶液,大体积(200μL)进样,抑制性电导检测器来测定有高锰酸钾以及高浓度硝酸根干扰的水中痕量高氯酸根。本方法的线性范围0.5~20mg/L,检出限为5μg/L。  相似文献

建立了阴离子交换色谱柱分离、脉冲安培检测器测定味精中微量硫化物的方法。味精样品经2 g/L氢氧化钠溶液直接溶解并过滤后直接进样,硫离子与高浓度谷氨酸等阴离子在IonPac AS7阴离子色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm)上可实现较好的分离。以100 mmol/L氢氧化钠-500 mmol/L醋酸钠-0.5%乙二胺为淋洗液等度淋洗,6 min内可完成一次样品测定。脉冲安培检测器检测硫离子的检出限(25 μL进样,信噪比为3)为0.3 μg/L,并具有较宽的线性范围(0.001~1 mg/L),样品加标回收率为94.2%~99.0%。应用该方法检测99%味精、增鲜味精和加盐味精样品中的硫化物,结果表明该方法具有简便快捷、高选择性、高灵敏度等优点。  相似文献

建立了测定地下水中痕量高氯酸根(ClO~4)的固相萃取-离子色谱(SPE-IC)分析方法。0.7 L水样经预处理降低主要干扰离子Cl~、CO2~3和SO2~4的干扰后,使用Cleanert PWAX弱阴离子交换固相萃取小柱对地下水中痕量(μg/L级)的ClO~4进行富集,用6 mL 1%NaOH溶液洗脱,富集液经0.45 μm水膜过滤后,用IonPac AS20阴离子分离柱、50 μL进样环、40 mmol/L KOH溶液淋洗、抑制电导检测分离分析。结果表明,地下水样品中ClO~4的方法检出限和测定下限分别为0.15 μg/L和0.60 μg/L,进样质量浓度在1~15 μg/L范围内有很好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9992,回收率为99.7%~100.5%;该方法经济有效,可用于地下水中痕量ClO~4的检测。利用该方法测定了哈尔滨周边部分地区地下水中ClO~4浓度,检测结果与离子色谱-质谱联用法的检测结果的相对误差为1.85%~9.24%。  相似文献

建立了二维离子色谱法同时测定环境水样中的碘离子、硫氰酸根离子和高氯酸根离子的方法。先采用常规阴离子色谱柱(IonPac AS16, 250 mm×4 mm)将水样中的碘离子、硫氰酸根离子和高氯酸根离子与干扰离子进行分离。样品溶液通过抑制器后,将含有碘离子、硫氰酸根离子和高氯酸根离子的淋洗液导入富集柱(MAC-200, 80 mm×0.75 mm),再通过毛细管阴离子色谱柱(IonPac AS20 Capillary, 250 mm×0.4 mm)进行分离和定量分析。方法的线性范围为0.05~100 μg/L,相关系数达到0.9999,检出限为0.02~0.05 μg/L。样品中碘离子、硫氰酸根离子和高氯酸根离子的加标回收率在85.1%~100.1%之间,回收率的相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)在1.7%~4.9%之间。该法试剂用量小,灵敏度比常规离子色谱提高30~40倍,同时去除了样液中的高浓度基体杂质,适用于水样中低含量碘离子、硫氰酸根离子和高氯酸根离子的检测。  相似文献

以抑制型电导离子色谱法检测四甲基氢氧化铵溶液中痕量碱金属和碱土金属离子.色谱条件为:IonPac CS12A阳离子交换色谱柱,20mmol/L甲烷磺酸淋洗液等度淋洗,抑制型电导检测.稀释液样品通过Dionex OnGuardⅡ氢型聚苯乙烯基强酸性树脂柱和0.22μm微孔尼龙膜处理.该方法的检测限(S/N=3)在0.024μg/L~0.156μg/L之间,标准曲线在低ng/L到低μg/L范围内呈现良好线性,RSD在10%左右,回收率为88%~115%.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
