为研究药型罩对聚能射孔弹侵彻页岩储层的射孔和损伤致裂效果的影响机理,建立了射孔弹-空气-页岩三维模型,设置药型罩的锥角分别为50°、60°、70°和80°,壁厚分别为0.5、1.0和1.5 mm,材料分别为铜、钢、钛和钨。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行数值计算,分别从射流速度与形态、页岩射孔效果及页岩孔裂隙形成规律特征等进行系统性分析。研究结果表明:在射孔弹结构中,随着药型罩锥角的减小,射流速度提高、杵体速度降低、侵彻深度增大同时开孔孔径减小。在一定范围内,适当减小药型罩的壁厚,可以提高射流速度、减小杵体质量、增大侵彻深度和开孔倾斜度。药型罩材料对射流速度、杵体结构和页岩射孔效果均有显著影响,其中钨药型罩射孔弹的侵彻深度最大但开孔孔径最小,钛药型罩射孔弹的侵彻深度最小但开孔倾斜度最大,铜比钢药型罩射孔弹的侵彻深度略大但开孔孔径略小。通过研究不同对照组的页岩孔裂隙形成规律特征发现,页岩孔裂隙发育主要发生在杵体对页岩的再扩孔阶段,减小射流初始扩孔孔径、增大杵体直径、提高杵体速度,可以促进页岩孔裂隙发育程度。  相似文献

为深入认识跌落冲击条件下构型弹体内部的载荷传递规律及结构响应特征,促进战斗部装药安定性评估和结构设计,结合数值模拟和应力波分析手段,研究了构型弹体在跌落过程中的冲击响应特征,主要关注内部药柱的变形和损伤特性,并讨论跌落姿态、装药构型和跌落高度等因素的影响。结果表明,在跌落冲击条件下,构型弹体装药的变形并非由药柱同壳体的直接撞击作用主控,而主要受到弹体内部应力波传播的影响。装药结构最大变形和损伤区域并不位于药柱外侧同壳体相接触的位置,而位于内部区域。冲击应力波在壳体和药柱之间的透射特征、在壳体和装药内部的反射和叠加特性等决定了药柱的主要变形区域及其变形程度。跌落姿态对药柱的响应特征和变形形貌具有重要影响,导致装药安定性风险从高到低排序的跌落姿态依次为尾部向下垂直跌落、水平跌落、头部向下垂直跌落和倾斜跌落。药柱构型也具有重要作用,其中药柱分段界面容易使得药柱变形程度增大,但对装药过载以及变形分布特征的影响相对较小;隔板结构则容易增大装药过载,同时导致药柱的局域变形位置和变形程度均发生改变。跌落高度对药柱变形区域分布特征的影响较小,对载荷幅值、变形程度和分布范围大小等则具有重要作用,随跌落高...  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present some experimentally determined properties of the continuum. The development starts with the illustration of deformed shapes, or metamorphoses, and the introduction of the concept of displacement. From there on, the development follows the classic mechanics-of-continuum presentation, spatial and time derivatives of displacement, strains, stresses and rigid rotations. To unify the presentation, all considerations are applied to the case of a circular ring subjected to diametral compression. Particular advantage is taken of grids, moiré, brittle-coatings and photoelasticity methods to obtain the physical representations of the properties. The following loci are considered: isokinetics, isothetics, isogonics, isoclinics of displacement, displacement trajectories, loci of partial derivative, isogyros, isotenics, isochromatics, isoclinics of strain and stress, isostatics, isopachics, isobars, isostrophics and isoentatics. The understanding of the properties of these fields helps in the visualization of the mechanics of the continuum, in general, and may prove to be particularly useful in the fields of plasticity and finite strain.  相似文献

One of the most important problems of the theory of processing polymer materials is the investigation of the flow of thermoplasts in the region of deformation of rolling machines. In this paper, an analysis is carried out of this process, based on equations for an anomalously viscous liquid, including the energy equation in the bipolar system of coordinates. An analytical solution is given for this system of equations, and also given are the results of the solution obtained by numerical methods of analysis, taking account of the dependence of the rheological coefficients on the temperature. For a complete understanding of the complex theories in continuum mechanics, e.g., porous media theories, an extensive investigation of their historical development is helpful. Indeed, it was first with activities in this field that fundamental effects in saturated porous solids, e.g., uplift, friction, capillarity, and the effect of effective stresses, could be clarified.The theory of porous media was pioneered by Reinhard Woltman in 1794 when he introduced the concept of volume fractions. Last century, important contributions were published by Adolf Fick, Henry Darcy, and Josef Stefan.In the twentieth century, the scientific discussion on porous media theories was started by Paul Fillunger in 1913 in a paper about the uplift problem in saturated rigid porous solids. In subsequent papers, he investigated the effects of friction and capillarity and discovered the effect of effective stresses. In 1923 Karl von Terzaghi, founder of modern soil mechanics, started his investigations on saturated deformable porous solids within the framework of the calculation of the permeability coefficient of clay. For the derivation of his famous differential equation, he formulated a linear constitutive relation between the increments of the porosity and the effective stresses. In 1936, Paul Fillunger founded the concept of the modern theory of liquid-saturated porous solids. However, his findings are almost completely forgotten.Today, two important directions of the porous media theory are commonly acknowledged. The nature of the instability of the surface of a tangential velocity discontinuity between two incompressible, inviscid, capillary, nonconducting, linearly magnetizable fluids in an external magnetic field is considered. An absolute instability criterion is obtained in analytic form. When the gravity force is negligible, this criterion does not depend on the value of the surface tension. When the surface tension is negligible, the absolute instability criterion is obtained for the region of the flow parameters in which the causality condition for the system in question is satisfied. If the magnetic field is tangential to the interface, all the criteria obtained are also applicable to the case of nonmagnetic, perfectly conducting fluids, i.e., to the case of ideal magnetohydrodynamics.Moscow. 理解和预测绕椭球的流动对指导飞行器和潜艇等交通工具的设计具有很强的工程意义. 近年来, 针对椭球绕流开展了大量的实验和数值模拟研究. 对有攻角下椭球绕流分离的定性描述和定量研究, 促进了对三维分离的辨识和拓扑研究. 文章对流场特性进行了分析, 介绍了分离对气动力、噪声、尾迹的影响, 以及实验条件对流动的影响. 上述定常流动与非定常机动过程之间存在明显差异, 非定常机动过程不能作为定常或准定常问题处理, 在机动过程中, 分离出现明显延迟, 气动力出现明显变化. 随后介绍了数值模拟在求解绕椭球流动中的进展, 当前求解雷诺平均的N-S方程湍流模式仍然是解决绕椭球大范围分离流动的主要工程方法, 大涡模拟和分离涡模拟等也逐渐得到了广泛应用. 受限于计算能力, 直接数据模拟只能用于较低雷诺数, 在高雷诺数流动中还不适用. 非定常机动过程的数值模拟较定常状态, 与实验结果的差距要大一些. 最后, 介绍了对椭球绕流场转捩的研究进展, 对T-S转捩与横流转捩的机理和辨识已经较为准确, 数值模拟结果与实验结果基本相符, 但对再附转捩的认识还不够清晰, 尤其是迎风面, 因此椭球绕流转捩的研究还需要依靠实验.   相似文献

针对CFD仿真方法效率低下的状况,提出利用阻抗法来提升气浮支承承载性能的计算速度. 以矩形截面均压槽气浮支承为研究对象,研究了当均压槽高度、角度、数量、半径和供气压力变化对气浮支承承载性能的影响. 结果表明:与CFD仿真方法相比,阻抗法在保证计算结果精度的前提下可提高气浮支承承载力的计算速度. 当均压槽高度、角度、数量、半径和供气压力增大时,阻抗比会增加,气浮支承的承载力和刚度峰值对应的阻抗比也会增加. 当气膜厚度增加时,阻抗比会增加,但承载力会相应地减小. 本文作者通过阻抗法推导了气浮支承承载力简化计算公式,解决了气浮支承在均压槽方向上简化计算的难点,并为阻抗法在均压槽中的研究与应用提供了理论依据.   相似文献

Conclusion In this, the first part of the survey we have discussed only certain aspects of dynamic fracture mechanics. The surveyed material has been selected with a preference for the most highly developed parts of the theory, specifically those elements which have direct bearing on the second part of the survey. We have also included information on the dynamic fracture mechanics of initially stressed materials, in the development of which one of the authors has been a major contributor.Since many problems of dynamic fracture mechanics have been overlooked in the survey, we have added supplementary references to the literature. Various aspects of the strength and fracture of materials under dynamic loading are set forth in [11, 12, 40, 57, 60, 73, 80, 83]. Criteria of the initiation, motion, branching, and arrest of cracks are discussed in [7, 9, 60, 102, 111, 113, 124]. Among the most interesting elements of dynamic fracture mechanics are the problems of crack propagation. 利用表面织构技术改善材料表面摩擦学性能已被大量应用于许多工程领域. 然而,通过表面织构技术提高材料表面的减摩耐磨性能的确切机理仍不清楚,因此,研究人员进行了大量表面织构几何特征和工况条件的优化来研究表面织构技术的机理及应用范围. 本文作者回顾了近年来表面织构技术在控制摩擦方面的主要研究成果,从不同润滑条件下的减摩机制与理论模型展开讨论,重点从表面织构的几何特征和实际工况条件两个方面来评述改善材料表面摩擦学性能的最新进展,其中,几何特征包括表面织构的纹理形状、直径、深度、面密度和排列方式;实际工况条件取决于摩擦形式及操作条件,根据摩擦系数、磨损量、承载能力、阻力系数及升力系数等体现摩擦学性能的参数,对改善表面摩擦学性能的参数和条件进行分析和总结. 深入研究精确的理论模型和普适性的模拟方法并开发改善摩擦学性能的参数优化方法是未来的研究重点和方向.   相似文献

The problem of the origin and evolution of two-dimensional waves of unstable disturbances in the boundary layer on an airfoil in the region of adverse pressure gradient in the preseparation flow region is solved numerically. The stability of the experimental velocity profiles, including the inflected profiles, is studied. As a result of the calculations, the boundaries of the instability region and the parameters of the maximally unstable disturbances (frequency, growth rate, wavelength, and propagation velocity) are determined for each velocity profile. The characteristics obtained in the present work are in good agreement with the real experimental parameters of instability waves. 流动控制是流体技术最主要的研究领域,21世纪的空气动力学将在流动控制领域取得重大突破; 合成射流是一种基于旋涡运动的零质量射流,是流动控制领域近10年来最热门活跃的流动主动控制技术.首先介绍了合成射流激励器及激励器的基本类型,并概括了激励器的主要发展方向,即宽频域、高动量、``强壮'的合成射流激励器和微小型激励器.尔后,对合成射流激励器工作原理、合成射流结构以及合成射流独特的流场特征和合成射流技术的特点进行了综述.最后着重对合成射流技术主要和潜在应用,如流动分离及气动力控制、射流矢量控制、增强掺混及加强传热和传质、抑制噪声、微流体控制、飞行控制以及粒子的散布控制、合成射流陀螺仪技术等进行了介绍和综述,同时对其在各应用领域的控制机理进行了归纳总结.   相似文献

与石墨烯相比,氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide, GO)的亲水性、分散性和反应活性更好,更易于作为增强材料而研发生成性能超常的复合材料,但另一方面,由于其电子结构较为复杂,致使目前有关力学方面的研究存在一定差异.本文利用分子动力学方法,建立了羟基、羧基和环氧基等官能团随机分布的GO原子模型;通过单向拉伸模拟,分析了其断裂行为,结果表明,远离羟基和羧基的环氧基对断裂具有"诱导"作用,并从化学成键、体系能量和应力分布三个角度对其机理进行了阐释;此外,进一步研究了拉伸应力$\!$-$\!$-$\!$应变曲线、极限强度、极限应变等力学性能与含氧官能团覆盖度间的关系,结果表明,极限强度、极限应变均随含氧官能团覆盖度的增大而呈减小趋势.分析认为,主要原因是官能团的出现对石墨烯面内的sp$^{2}$杂化形式造成了破坏,进而使得原子间键合能弱化,随着含氧官能团的覆盖度的增大,被弱化的键合能的数量和程度将越大,从而使得GO的极限强度、极限应变等越低. 研究结果可为GO的基础研究和工程应用提供参考.   相似文献

认识燃烧过程是安全、高效、洁净地利用能源的基础. 但是, 常重力条件下的浮力对流和重力沉降使得燃烧现象变得复杂. 而微重力条件下这些影响几乎消失, 这简化了对燃烧的研究. 在加深对地面燃烧过程和载人航天器火灾安全问题的认识的推动下, 经过近半个世纪特别是最近10多年的发展, 微重力燃烧研究已经涵盖了预混气体、气体扩散、液滴、颗粒和粉尘燃烧、燃料表面的火焰传播等燃烧学科的各个领域. 研究中实现了球对称液滴燃烧、不受沉降影响的粉尘燃烧、静止或低速对流环境中的燃烧, 观察到了火球、自熄灭火焰等现象,阐明了碳黑形成中的热泳力效应、可燃极限与火焰稳定性等机理. 加深了对燃烧现象,特别是对辐射效应的理解: 在预混气体、气体扩散、液滴等多种火焰中, 除了停留时间过短引起的吹熄极限外, 还存在辐射热损失过大引起的冷熄极限, 后者只能在微重力条件下观测到. 部分研究成果已经进入教材. 而火焰在微重力下不同于常重力下的现象, 对载人航天器火灾安全具有重要意义. 考虑到我国的现实情况和国内外的研究现状, 建议将煤炭颗粒和粉尘的燃烧、与碳黑相关的机理、辐射效应、化学动力学等作为我国微重力燃烧的主要研究方向.   相似文献

The axisymmetric vibrations of an ideal incompressible liquid column in a rigid circular cylindrical vessel with a spherical gas bubble pulsating near the position of dynamic equilibrium are considered. The boundary-value problem for the liquid velocity potential and the equations for the vibrations of the gas bubble are solved under the conditions on the free surface, sidewall, and the boundary of the gas body. For the case of small amplitudes, the resonance frequencies of the system are determined, and the pressure field in the liquid column is constructed. The results are compared with data known for the gas-accumulation model, data obtained without allowance for the boundedness of the liquid, and experimental data. The stress-strain state of anisotropic cylinders under the action of centrifugal loads is considered, adopting a new approach, in the case where the elastic properties of the cylinders vary arbitrarily over the thickness. The system of resolving differential equations, in which the load is expressed as a function of the radius change, is solved. The changes of the radius of the boundary surfaces and the interlayer contact surfaces are taken into account by successive approximation. The problem is solved numerically. 折纸是指不经剪裁和粘接,将二维平面纸张折叠成三维立体的方法,具有设计简单、成形迅速、适用范围广等优点,在可展开式结构、结构组装与自成型等领域有着广阔的应用前景. 本文首先简述了多种典型的新式折纸应用,如屈曲诱导的微尺度三维结构、可折叠太阳能电池板、DNA螺旋组装结构等;根据折纸的曲线折痕数量、相对运动、刚性折叠面、使用纸张数量界定折纸的分类;然后 折痕设计是实现折纸结构的核心问题,着重阐述了折纸的折痕设计方面,包括梳理折痕设计的基本条件,给出若干典型折痕设计如三浦折痕设计、水弹折痕设计、吉村式折痕设计和对角线型折痕设计,介绍典型折痕设计的显著特点及几何条件,将目前折纸折痕设计的创新方法归纳为对经典折痕设计适当改进、形成折痕设计数据库、利用拓扑优化方法、借助成型的汇编算法等;最后,基于当前折纸的研究进展对未来的研究方向进行了展望,其中涉及到可重构折纸结构、四维折纸、多材料折纸和多尺度折纸等.   相似文献
