In view of the fact that methods for calculating asphericity of optical aspheric surface are nonuniform, a novel definition method named least maximal error method is proposed on the basis of an analysis of the common calculating methods. It fully unifies the asphericity calculation for conicoid and high-order aspheric surface. It finds the best-fitting spherical surface, notes the maximum deviation between aspheric surface and the best-fitting spherical surface minimum, and this maximum deviation is defined as the maximal asphericity of aspheric surface. The theory of the definition method and some calculation examples are put forward. The method is suitable for computer programming and its result is accurate. 相似文献

对Du Fort-Frankel差分格式用于谐振腔模式计算进行简要分析,以该差分格式为基础,提出基于移动矩阵法的非稳腔模式数值计算快速算法.对空腔共焦非稳腔模式进行数值模拟,将计算结果与参考文献进行对比,两者吻合较好.对有源共焦非稳谐振腔内增益区位置对谐振腔输出功率的影响进行数值计算,结果表明:对于采用共焦非稳腔的大功率激光器,当增益体积一定、小信号增益曲线相同时,随着谐振腔内增益区与凹面镜之间的距离的减小,激光器输出功率会有较为明显的提高.数值算例证明了本文方法的正确性和有效性. 相似文献

An estimation of the heat loss by conduction can be obtained from measurements of the surface temperature and an overall heat balance at the clad laser interaction zone. Through an inverse calculation of the boundary temperature from observed surface temperatures the powder catchment efficiency can be estimated along with the variation in the clad height expected during laser cladding. This method shows a possible way to monitor and control the clad height and profile as required by near net shape manufacturing methods based on laser cladding. 相似文献

研究激光光束海面反射光强的方向分布特性对海上光电对抗等领域的工程实践具有重要意义.本文采用分形方法模拟粗糙海面,并在海面基准坐标系中建立起描述粗糙海面几何特征的数学方程,然后基于蒙特卡罗方法模拟高斯光束,依据几何光学原理在基准坐标系下推导了高斯光束的海面反射模型,采用该模型可以编程计算激光光束海面反射光强的方向分布.将模拟计算结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明该模型可以较好地反映激光光束海面反射光强的分布趋势,验证了模型的有效性. 相似文献

We focus on the experimented system development for the measurement of the gap of LCD glass plates. The measurement system includes a laser light source, lens module, image capturing system and the algorithm for calculation of the position of light spots. We emphasize the structure of laser triangulation in an optical system. The software is focused on the algorithm for calculating the position of light point, including centroid calculation method (CCM) and Fourier phase shift (FPS).
Furthermore, to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, we use computer software to simulate experiments. We also discuss the contribution of the noise to the accuracy for the CCM and FPS. To complete the development of the opto-electrical measurement system and to verify the accuracy for the hardware architecture, we use a novel mechanism of multi-track and concentricity, laser light source, lens module, and image capturing system. 相似文献

We present a calculation of the surface temperature and investigate the “thermal runaway” phenomenon during pulsed CO2 laser (λ = 10.6 μm) annealing of silicon. In calculating the temperature variation of free carrier absorption in n-Si, we have taken into account acoustic deformation potential scattering, optical deformation potential scattering, and ionized impurity scattering. The deformation potentials are adjusted to fit the experimentally observed values at 300°K. This paper presents a new 3D edge operator based on Legendre orthogonal moments. This operator can be used to extract the edge of 3D object in any window size, with more accurate surface orientation and more precise surface location. It also has full geometry meaning. Process of calculation is considered in the moment based method. We can greatly speed up the computation by calculating out the masks in advance. We integrate this operator into our rendering of medical image data based on ray casting algorithm. The morphological evolution of the unit cell by unit cell layer growth of thin films by laser molecular beam epitaxy (laser MBE) is simulated by the Monte Carlo (MC) method. As a more realistic simulation, the effect of the surface terrace on reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) intensity oscillations is considered in our model. The calculation shows that the surface terrace effect has an obvious influence on the intensity oscillation shapes. Moreover, we consider the growth units impinging on the surface batch by batch rather than one by one. It is found that the surface morphologies are different, with different numbers of units impinging by a laser pulse on the surface. Furthermore, the surface roughness increases with a decrease in substrate temperature and with an increase in the unit impinging rate (which is determined by the energy of each laser pulse). The validity of the growth model is demonstrated by comparing our MC-simulated RHEED intensity oscillations with those observed in laser MBE experiments. 相似文献

A method is presented for calculating electron-hole pair excitation due to an incident atom or molecule interacting with a metal surface. Energy loss is described using an ab initio approach that obtains a position-dependent friction coefficient for an adsorbate moving near a metal surface from a total energy pseudopotential calculation. A semiclassical forced oscillator model is constructed to describe excitation of the electron gas due to the incident molecule. This approach is applied to H and D atoms incident on a Cu(111) surface, and we obtain theoretical estimates of the "chemicurrents" measured by Nienhaus et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 82, 446 (1999)] for these atoms incident on the surface of a Schottky diode. 相似文献

为了在激光告警中实现全方位角度探测,且达到一定的探测精度,提出了一种投影式激光方向测量方法.通过计算激光照射在参量给定的遮光板上形成的投影量.求解在探测器上由不同探测象限产生的不同的探测电流的比值.再根据投影面积的比值与角度一一对应的关系可事先编码的原理.由对应程序判断激光入射方向.在软件Matlab仿真中计箅得到产生最小分辨率的四个极限角度分别为(0°,90°)、(33°,21°)、(33°,69°)、(45°,90°),并由实验得到最小分辨电压为0.05 V.通过仿真计算与实验数据证明该设计可达到最小识别角度1°的探测要求. 相似文献

基于六温度模型速率方程理论 ,建立了系统计算光栅调谐TEACO2 激光器动力学特性的理论模型。利用该模型举例计算了光栅调谐TEACO2 激光器的各种输出特性。计算中 ,激光器的增益体积为 0 .9L ,闪耀光栅的光栅常数为 12 0line/mm ,闪耀角为 30°,激光混合气体气压为 6 1 3kPa ,温度为 30 0K ,采用光栅零级作为耦合输出。计算给出了如下结果 :1)光栅分别调谐于 9R(2 0 ) ,9P(2 0 ) ,10R(2 0 )或 10P(2 0 )线时 ,激光器的输出脉冲能量 ;2 )光栅调谐于 10P(2 0 )线时 ,激光输出谱线的精细纵模结构和输出激光脉冲波形 ;3)激光输出脉冲能量和输出波长随光栅入射角的变化 ;4 )光栅输入失调时 ,激光输出波长的精细纵模结构。这些计算结果与熟知的实验结论一致 相似文献
