We report here studies on the influence of oxygen pressure on the electroresistance behavior of La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 thin films fabricated by laser molecular beam epitaxy. It was found that the film deposited at lower oxygen pressure shows larger c-axis parameter, higher resistance, and more distinct electroresistance. These results reveal that the electroresistance of manganite thin films can be tuned by the conditions of film fabrication. <正>We fabricated La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3/Si(LSMO/Si) heterojunctions with different Sr doping concentrations(x = 0.1, 0.2,0.3) in LSMO and studied the Sr content influence on magnetoresistance(MR) ratio.The hetero junctions show positive MR and high sensitivity of MR ratio in a low applied magnetic field.The MR ratio is dependent on Sr content and the low Sr doping in LSMO causes a large positive MR in LSMO/Si junctions.The MR ratio for 0.1 Sr doping in the LSMO/Si heterostructure is 116%in 100 Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A/m) at 210 K.The mechanism for the positive MR dependence on the doping density is considered to be the competition between the tunneling rate of electrons in e_g~1↑to t_(2g)↓band and that to e_g~2↑band at the interface region of LSMO.The experimental results are in agreement with those observed in La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)MnO_3/SrNb_(0.01)Ti_(0.99)O_3 p-n junction.The results indicate that choosing low doping concentration to improve the low field sensitivity of the heterojunction devices is a very efficacious method.  相似文献

The observed tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) effect in La0.9Ba0.1MnO3 (LBMO)/Nb-doped SrTiO3 (Nb-STO) p+-n junctions is investigated and a possible mechanism responsible for the TMR generation is proposed by taking into account the dynamic spin accumulation and paramagnetic magnetization in the Nb-STO layer. Because of carrier diffusion across the dynamic domain boundaries in the Nb-STO layer and spin disordering in the LBMO layer, the tunneling resistance through the junction is high at zero magnetic field. The spin disordering is suppressed upon applying a non-zero magnetic field, which results in the spin-polarized tunneling in this ferromagnetic/depletion layer/dynamic ferromagnetic sandwiched structure and thus the observed TMR effect. The dependence of the TMR effect on the domain size in the LBMO layer, the tunneling current and temperature as well is explained, qualitatively consistent with the experimental observation.  相似文献

The hysteretic and reversible resistive-switching effect was observed in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films at room temperature. The resistive switching was found to be most obvious in films fabricated at 30 Pa oxygen pressure, and more distinct in films fabricated on SrTiO3 substrates than those fabricated on LaAlO3 substrates. Moreover, La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films fabricated at a certain oxygen pressure with indium electrodes showed double ‘8’ type current-voltage loops. Some of the results are explained by considering the influence of the interface effect, electrodes and oxygen vacancies, but the mechanism of the double ‘8’ type current-voltage loops remains an open question.  相似文献

The symmetry of the surfaces of SrTiO3and slightly Nb-doped SrTiO3crystals was investigated by the optical reflected second harmonic generation technique.The good agreement between experimental and theoretical results of the second harmonic intensity dependence on the azimuth angle indicates that the SrTiO3(001)surface is with 4mm symmetry and the Nb-doped SrTiO3(111)surface with 3m symmetry.The measurements of the polarization dependent second harmonic intensity confirm that conclusion.The enhancement of the surface polarization in the structure of SrTiO3capped La0.9Sr0.1MnO3films compared with that in the La0.9Sr0.1MnO3films has been obtained.  相似文献

La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 films were prepared on SrTiO3 (STO) and LaAlO3 (LAO) substrates using excimer laser-assisted metal organic deposition (ELAMOD). For the LAO substrate, no epitaxial La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 film was obtained by laser irradiation in the fluence range from 60 to 110 mJ/cm2 with heating at 500 °C. On the other hand, an epitaxial La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 film on the STO substrate was formed by laser irradiation in the fluence range from 60 to 100 mJ/cm2 with heating at 500 °C. To optimize the electrical properties for an IR sensor, the effects of the laser fluence, the irradiation time and the film thickness on the temperature dependence of the resistance and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR: defined as 1/R·(dR/dT)) of the LSMO films were investigated. An LSMO film on the STO substrate that showed the maximum TCR of 3.9% at 265 K was obtained by the ELAMOD process using the KrF laser.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了Ti/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3/Pt和Ti/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/Pt异质结并研究了La0.67Sr0.33MnO3功能插层对异质结电致电阻特性的影响. 实验结果表明La0.67Sr0.33MnO3功能层的引入有效提高了器件的电阻转变特性,尤其是电阻转变率和疲劳性得到了极大的改善. 对La0.67Sr0.33MnO3插层改善电致电阻转变特性的机理进行了定性的分析. 关键词: 电致电阻效应 电阻转变比率 疲劳特性  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射方法在(001)SrTiO3衬底上制备(001)取向的(BiFeO3)25/(La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)25多层膜.光学测试结果表明,1.3-2.1 eV范围内,相对于衬底而言多层膜光吸收增强; BiFeO3的带隙为2.7 eV. 另外,结合绝缘介质导电模型分析了所测得的电流-电压数据,在所测试的温度及电压下,所制备的(BiFeO3)25/(La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)25多层膜的导电机理由空间电荷限制电导主导. 关键词: 多层膜 吸光度 空间电荷限制电导  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了一系列的(La1-xPrx)2/3Sr1/3MnO3多晶样品,研究了其电磁性能及磁致伸缩效应,发现样品低温下的磁致伸缩主要以线伸缩为主,且在低场下达到饱和,在Pr含量为0.3时达到最大值,约为-90×10-6.随Pr掺杂含量的逐渐减小,磁致伸缩的饱和场也逐渐减小. 关键词:  相似文献

An experimental study of proximity effect in La0.67Sr0.33MnO3-YBa2CU3O7-La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 trilayers is reported. Transport measurements on these samples show clear oscillations in critical current (I c) as the thickness of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 layers (d F) is scanned from ∼50 ? to ∼ 1100 ?. In the light of existing theories of ferromagnet-superconductor (FM-SC) heterostructures, this observation suggests a long range proximity effect in the manganite, modulated by its weak exchange energy (∼2 meV). The observed modulation of the magnetic coupling between the ferromagnetic LSMO layers as a function of d F, also suggests an oscillatory behavior of the SC order parameter near the FM-SC interface.   相似文献

The electrical transport properties and the magnetoresistance of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3/La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1MnO3 composites are investigated as a function of sintering temperature. On the basis of an analysis by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy we suggest that raising the sintering temperature enhanced the interfacial reaction and creates interfacial phases at the boundaries of the La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1MnO3. Results also show that in 3 kOe, and at the Curie temperature, the magnetoresistance value of 14% was observed for the composite sintered at 1300 °C. Based on the phenomenological equation for conductivity under a percolation approach, which depends on the phase segregation of ferromagnetic metallic clusters and paramagnetic insulating regions, we fitted the experimental resistivity—temperature data from 50-300 K and find that the activation barrier decreases as temperature is increased.  相似文献

The structural, magnetic and transport properties of La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88 and La0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Ti0.5O3 samples have been investigated systematically. Indeed, this series has been considered to understand the influence of physical parameters such as oxygen deficiency and titanium doping effect in undoped La0.5Sr0.5MnO3 sample. Ceramic material based on La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88 exhibits interesting behaviours of charge-ordering (CO), ferromagnetic (FM) states and a good conductivity down to the lowest temperatures. The substitution of Ti for Mn destroyed drastically the CO, damaged the motion of itinerant eg electrons and changed the local parameters of perovskite cell. A change of the structure from tetragonal to rhombohedral symmetry is observed causing a weakening of double-exchange interaction. The experiment results show that the suppression of the CO is sensitive to the variety of Mn3+/Mn4+ ratio. In a field of 8 T at 10 K, FM and CO phase can be evaluated to be ∼20:80 according to the μexpcal ratio for La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88, whereas the CO state is suppressed for La0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Ti0.5O3 sample, FM and anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) phase are coexisted and evaluated to be ∼54:46, respectively.  相似文献

The investigation of the manganites La2/3−xPrxSr1/3MnO3, La2/3Sr1/3−xCaxMnO3 and La2/3+xCa1/3−2xAgxMnO3, which all exhibit Mn3+:Mn4+=2, shows that it is possible to reach high magnetoresistance at room temperature, up to 21% under 1.2 T. These materials are compared to La5/6Ag1/6MnO3 which corresponds to the same Mn3+:Mn4+ ratio and exhibits a magnetoresistance of 25% in this field. An interesting feature deals with the value of the insulator-metal transition temperature TIM, often higher than TC, especially for Ag-based compounds. It is suggested that the latter results either from a better oxygenation of the surface of the grains or from a migration of silver toward the surface.  相似文献

We present results on the Hall coefficient RH in the normal state for a GdBa2Cu3O7−δ/La0.75Sr0.25MnO3 bilayer and a La0.75Sr0.25MnO3 film grown by dc magnetron sputtering on (1 0 0) SrTiO3. We find that the electric transport on the bilayer can be qualitatively described using a simple parallel layers model. The GdBa2Cu3O7−δ layer presents a carrier density approximately equal to that reported for 7 − δ = 6.85 oxygen doping. Also we observe an unexpected presence of two Hall resistivity regimes, effects that may be associated with the internal magnetic field induced on the superconducting layer by the ferromagnetic layer.  相似文献

It has been found that the electrical conduction behavior of La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ varies with oxygen partial pressure. P-type and n-type conduction at high and low oxygen partial pressure have been observed respectively. While at intermediate oxygen partial pressures, the electrical conductivity changes slightly with the oxygen partial pressure. Thus, La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ may be a possible material for making single layer solid oxide fuel cell (SLFC). The concept of SLFC has been tested using a piece of thick ceramic pellet of La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ. The maximum current density and power density is 12 mA/cm2 and 3 mW/cm2 at 800 °C when dilute H2 and air were used as fuel and oxidizing agent, respectively. The phase stability of La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ has been studied by Raman spectra and XRD. It is confirmed that secondary phase may appear in La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ after long term testing in low oxygen partial pressure, and finally it may be decomposed into La2O3 and metal Indium. Much attention should be paid to stabilize La0.9Sr0.1InO3−δ and to improve the performance of SLFC.  相似文献

Magnetic Compton profiles have been measured for the colossal magnetoresistance manganites La1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7 and La0.7Sr0.3MnO3, and for magnetite Fe3O4, along various crystallographic directions, over a wide range of temperatures and magnetic fields. The experimental results are interpreted via first-principles computations for the double layer manganite, La1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7, and by using a simple model involving atomic d-orbitals and free electrons for the other two compounds. For all three materials a preference for the occupation of eg orbitals is found, particularly, for orbitals of dx2y2 symmetry. An itinerant electron contribution is adduced at all temperatures in magnetite; such a contribution also appears in La1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7, but it is present only at low temperatures in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3.  相似文献

In the strict sense, it is not very clear why with magnetic field increasing, the normal-superconductive (NS) transition becomes broad for Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 δ(Bi2212) while the NS transitions are almost parallel for La1.93Sr0.07CuO4 δ(La214). In this paper, R-T relations are measured by the six-probe method. We propose a moving mechanism of the pancake vortex and vortex line for Bi2212. The theoretical curves fit the experiment data well.  相似文献

In this paper we report the study of the perovskites La0.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Co0.5O3 and La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.5Co0.5O3 by neutron powder diffraction at various temperatures and magnetization measurements in zero applied field and at low cooling regimes. The replacement of half Mn by Co in La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 destroys their long-range ferromagnetism exhibiting a cluster glass ferromagnetic order similar to the one observed in many cobaltites.  相似文献
