Reactions of N,N,N′,N′-tetrachlorobiphenyl-4,4′-disulfonamide, 4,4′-methylenebis(N,N-dichlorobenzenesulfonamide), and 4,4′-oxybis(N,N-dichlorobenzenesulfonamide) with 1,2-dichloroethylene and trichloroethylene open convenient synthetic approach to highly electrophilic bissulfony limines of dichloroacetic aldehyde and chloral: N,N′-bis(polychloroethylidene)biphenyl-4,4′-disulfonamides, 4,4′-methylenebis[N-(polychloroethylidene)benzenesulfonamides] and 4,4′-oxybis[N-(polychloroethylidene)benzenesulfonamides]. The synthetic opportunities of the bisazomethines obtained were demonstrated by examples of their reactions with water, methanol, chloroacetamide, and toluene where products of O-, N-nucleophiles addition to the azomethine bond and products of C-amidoalkylation of aromatic compound with imines were formed.  相似文献

Reactions of sulfuryl chloride with dibenzothiophene and related heterocyclic systems have been studied. It is shown that under different conditions, C-or S-halogenation of the heterocycle takes place. The derivatives of poly-3,3-bis(chloromethyl)oxacyclobutane were prepared by the reaction of the chloromethyl group with organic alkali salts at 100–130°C. in dimethyl sulfoxide. Various reagents were used, including sodium cyanide, sodium acetate, sodium thiophenolate, sodium phenolate, sodium methoxide, sodium diethyl malonate, and potassium phthalimide. For all the substitution reactions, the infrared spectra and elementary analyses substantiated the structures of the designated products. The intrinsic viscosities of the derivatives decreased with increasing the reaction time. It was found that the ions of these salts are strong nucleophiles in dimethyl sulfoxide.  相似文献

The reaction of N-methylene-2,6-diethylbenzenamine with phosgene furnished the titled compound 1. The reaction of 1 with the potassium salts of various thiazolethiols in an acetone medium afforded the expected N-substituted 2,6-diethylthiolcarbanilates 2–6. Substituting the above thiazolethiols with the potassium salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole furnished a novel heterocyclic compound 7 in 98% yield. The rection of 1 with the triethylamine salt of disubstituted-dithiocarbamic acids afforded an alternate method for the synthesis of bis(N-substituted-thiocarbonyl)sulfides 8 and 9.  相似文献

New mono- and disubstituted organoplatinum(II) derivatives of diphenyl ether,cis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 and (o-C6H4OC6H4-o)Pt(PPh3)2, were synthesized by the reaction of 2,2-dilithium diphenyl oxide withcis-Cl2Pt(PPh3)2. Transmetallation of (PhOC6H4-o)AuPPh3 withcis-Cl2Pt(PPh3)2 was studied using31P NMR monitoring. This reaction proceeds with the retention of configuration to afford ClAuPPh3 andcis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 under kinetically controlled conditions. The latter complex irreversibly isomerizes into thetrans isomer in the presence of equimolar quantities of ClAuPPh3, whereas, in the presence of free PPh3, this isomerization is reversible. The structures of the obtained diphenyl oxide derivatives of platinum were confirmed by31P NMR and FAB mass spectrometry. It was established by X-ray structural analysis that in thecis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 complex, the Pt atom is in a nearly square-planar coordination, and secondary intramolecular Pt...O interaction occurs.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Oxidation of 4-substituted 2,6-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]thiomorpholine with hydrogen peroxide in a mixture of chloroform with acetic acid afforded the corresponding 4-R-2,6-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-thiomorpholine 1-oxide. The results of oxidation of bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-dichalcogenanes under analogous conditions depended on the chalcogen nature and its position in the ring. The reaction of 2,6-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-dithiane gave 2,6-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-dithiane-1,1,4,4-tetraone, whereas 3,5-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-thiaselenane-1,1-dione was unexpectedly obtained from 3,5-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-thiaselenane. 2,6-Bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-thiaselenane and 2,6-bis[(E)-chloromethylidene]-1,4-diselenane decomposed under the oxidation conditions.  相似文献

Oligoethers with hydroxyl end-groups were prepared in boiling toluene from bis(chloromethyl)methylphosphine oxide and glycols used as monosodium glycolates.
