2-Ethoxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran-6-carbonitriles are obtained in high yield by stereospecific endo-mode cyclo-additions of α,β-unsaturated acyl cyanides and ethyl vinyl ether at room temperature. The nitrile group is converted to some other functionalities.  相似文献

Solvolysis of 4-Alkydenbicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-en-6-oles. Synthesis of 1-Vinylfulvenes and 8,8-Diphenylheptafulvene Four 4-alkylidenebicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-en-6-ones 2–5 , obtained via ketene cycloaddition to fulvenes, were reduced to separated mixtures of the ‘endo’ -alcohols ‘endo’- 6 to ‘endo’- 9 (68–73%) and ‘exo’- 6 to ‘exo’- 9 (3–20%). Treatment of some of these alcohols with (CF3SO2)2O in CH2Cl2/pyridine caused a spontaneous solvolysis to yield unsaturated 7-membered rings as pyridinium triflates 10–12 or 1-vinylfulvenes 13 and 14 , a new class of reactive tetraenes: Both ‘endo’- 9 and ‘exo’- 9 , having two methyl groups at C(7), were converted into the vinylfulvene 13 (≈ 80%). The alcohols with two H-atoms at C(7) exhibited a stereochemically controlled reaction selectivity, inasmuch as ‘endo’- 6 to ‘endo’- 8 afforded only the corresponding 7-membered-ring pyridinium salts 10–12 (66–79%), while ‘exo’- 6 produced only the vinylfulvene 14 (77%). A stereoelectronic control argument explains the C(1), C(5)-bond cleavage with ‘endo’- B and ‘endo’– 6 -‘endo’- 8 , as well as the C(1), C(7)-bond cleavage with ‘exo’- B , ‘exo’- 6 , and with both ‘endo’- and ‘exo’- 9 . Thermolysis (120°) of the pyridinium triflates 10 and 11 yielded the 3-isopropenyl-cycloheptatrienes 18 and 19 , respectively (≈90%); similar conditions (145°) applied to the triflate 12 produced the doubly cyclized fluorene derivative 21 (60%). When the iodide 22 derived from the triflate 12 with Nal was heated in refluxing toluene, 8,8-diphenylheptafulvene ( 23 , 86%) was obtained.  相似文献

Synthesis and 1H NMR Spectra of (3-Acylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl)phosphonates Reaction of the (E)-(β-acylvinyl)phosphonates 1 with cyclopentadiene yields the isomeric norbornylphosphonates 2 (endo-acyl, exo-P) and 3 (exo-acyl, endo-P) in a 7:3 ratio. With 1,3-cyclohexadiene the corresponding bicyclooctenyl derivatives 7 and 8 are obtained from 1a . The (Z)-phosphinylacrylate 4 gives with cyclopentadiene the isomers 5 (exo-CO2Me, exo-P) and 6 (endo-CO2Me, endo-P) in nearly equal amounts. The configuration of the cycloadducts has been proved by 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The tin hydride promoted and the reductive vitamin B12 catalysed radical cyclisation of mixed 2-bromo-acetaldehyde acetals and of (2-bromomethyl)dimethylsilyl ethers of allylic terpenoid alcohols has been investigated: 3-oxadeca-5,9-dien-l-yl radicals undergo 5-‘exo’ cyclisation to oxolanes (Scheme 4), 3-oxa-2-siladeca-5,9-dien-1-yl radicals sequential 6-‘endo’→5-‘exo’ tandem cyclisation to cis-3-oxa-4-silabicyclo[4.3.0]nonanes (Scheme 5), and 3-oxa-2-silatetradeca-5,9,13-trien-l-yl radicals sequential 6-‘endo’→6-‘endo’→5-‘exo’ triple cyclisation to trans-transoid-trans- 12-oxa-11-silatricyclo[7.4.0.02,6] tridecanes (Scheme 6).  相似文献

On triplet excitation (E)- 2 isomerizes to (Z)- 2 and reacts by cleavage of the C(γ), O-bond to isomeric δ-ketoester compounds ( 3 and 4 ) and 2,5-dihydrofuran compounds ( 5 and 19 , s. Scheme 1). - On singulet excitation (E)- 2 gives mainly isomers formed by cleavage of the C(γ), C(δ)-bond ( 6–14 , s. Scheme 1). However, the products 3–5 of the triplet induced cleavage of the C(γ), O-bond are obtained in small amounts, too. The conversion of (E)- 2 to an intermediate ketonium-ylide b (s. Scheme 5) is proven by the isolation of its cyclization product 13 and of the acetals 16 and 17 , the products of solvent addition to b . - Excitation (λ = 254 nm) of the enol ether (E/Z)- 6 yields the isomeric α, β-unsaturated ε-ketoesters (E/Z)- 8 and 9 , which undergo photodeconjugation to give the isomeric γ, δ-unsaturated ε-ketoesters (E/Z)- 10 . - On treatment with BF3O(C2H5)2 (E)- 2 isomerizes by cleavage of the C(δ), O-bond to the γ-ketoester (E)- 20 (s. Scheme 2). Conversion of (Z)- 2 with FeCl3 gives the isomeric furan compound 21 exclusively.  相似文献

The structures of the isomeric nucleosides 4‐nitro‐1‐(β‐d ‐ribo­furan­osyl)‐1H‐indazole, C12H13N3O6, (I), and 4‐nitro‐2‐(β‐d ‐ribo­furan­osyl)‐2H‐indazole, C12H13N3O6, (II), have been determined. For compound (I), the conformation of the gly­cosylic bond is anti [χ = −93.6 (6)°] and the sugar puckering is C2′‐exo–C3′‐endo. Compound (II) shows two conformations in the crystalline state which differ mainly in the sugar pucker; type 1 adopts the C2′‐endo–C3′‐exo sugar puckering associated with a syn base orientation [χ = 43.7 (6)°] and type 2 shows C2′‐exo–C3′‐endo sugar puckering accompanied by a somewhat different syn base orientation [χ = 13.8 (6)°].  相似文献

Cycloaddition of dichloroketene to N,N-disubstituted (E)-amino-5-methyl-1,4-hexadien-3-ones IV and (E,E)-1-amino-5-phenyl-1,4-pentadien-3-ones V occurred in moderate to good yield only in the case of aromatic N-substitution to give N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3,3-dichloro-3,4-dihydro-6-(2-methyl-l-propenyl) (2-phenylethenyl)-2H-pyran-2-ones, which were dehydrochlorinated with DBN to afford in good yield N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3-chloro-6-(2-methyl-propenyl)(2-phenylethenyl)-2H-pyran-2-ones. In the case of aliphatic N,N-disubstitution (dimethylamino group) of enaminones IV and V, the Cycloaddition led directly in low yield to 3-chloro-4-dimethylamino-6-(2-methyl-l-propenyl)(2-phenylethenyl)-2H-pyran-2-ones.  相似文献

4-endo-5-exo-Dibromo-3-methyl-3,6-endo-oxyperhydrophthalic anhydride 3b and 4-exo-5-endo-dibro-mo-3-methyl-3,6-endo-oxyperhydrophtbalic anhydride 3c were isolated from the bromo-adducts of 3-methyl-3,6-endo-oxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride 2. When 3b or 3c was heated in quinoline, only 3-bromo-2-methylfuran 4 was obtained from 3b and only 4-bromo-2-methylfuran 5 from 3c.  相似文献

Ethyl 3-benzoylamino-2-oxo-6-triphenylphosphoranylidenemethyl-2H-pyran-5-carboxylate ( 1 ) reacts with 2- nitrobenzaldehydes ( 2 ) to give 6-(2-nitrostyryl)-2H-pyran-2-ones ( 3 ), as the E stereoisomers, in good yields. The reduction of compounds 3 , performed with hydrogen over Pd/C at room temperature and 1 atmosphere, leads to a mixture of 2-amino-4-tetrahydroquinolinylidene-2-pentenedioic acid derivatives 5a-d as the main products, the corresponding 3-butenoic acid derivatives 6 and a minor amount of pyrano[2,3-c]benzazocines 9a-c. At 40 atmospheres and 90°, the reduction gives 4-amino-2-tetrahydroquinolinylbutanoic acid derivatives 8a-d as the main products and their precursors 7a,b,d as the minor ones. Amines 4c,d are isolated by stopping the reduction after the uptake of 3 equivalents of hydrogen.  相似文献

Syntheses of the alcohols 10 and 18 , and the corresponding ketones 11 and 19 are presented. Endo-5, exo-6-bis (chloromethyl)-endo-3-chloro-exo-2-norbornanol ( 16 ) and endo-5-(bromomethyl)-exo-6-(chloromethyl)-endo-3-chloro-exo-2-norbornanol ( 17 ) were obtained by HCl- and, respectively, HBr-addition to endo-5, exo-6-bis (chloromethyl)-exo-2, 3-epoxynorbornane ( 5 ). The Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement was precluded in these reactions probably because of the formation of a relatively stable chloronium ion 15 arising from the participation of the 1,4-chlorine atom of the endo-5-chloromethyl group in the heterolytic ring opening of the epoxide 5 . The ‘naked’ fluoride anion (excess CsF in DMF or KF in DMF with 18-crown-6-ether) permitted the selective elimination of 2 equivalents of HCl from 16 and yielded the chlorohydrin-diene 18 .  相似文献

The difficult Diels-Alder additions of α-acetoxy- and α-chloroacrylonitrile to furan can be run at 20–35° and atmospheric pressure in the presence of CuCl. Cu(BF4) · 6 H2O, Cu(OOCCH3)2 · H2O or cupric tartrate · 3H2O. Under kinetic control, the exo-carbonitrile adducts 2 and 8 , respectively, are favoured. Saponification of the 2endo-acetoxy-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2exo-carbonitrile ( 2 ) furnished the 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 4 ). Basic hydrolysis of the adducts ( 8 + 9 ) of α-chloroacrylonitrile to furan and its 5exo, 6exo-isopropylidenedioxy derivatives did not give the corresponding ketones, the carboxamides 14 + 15 and 16 + 17 , respectively, were isolated.  相似文献

The stereoselectivity of the Diels-Alder reaction of (E)-γ-oxo-α,β-unsaturated thioesters 3a-3d with cyclopentadiene is greatly enhanced in the presence of Lewis acids favoring the endo acyl isomers 4a-4d . In the absence of Lewis acid, Diels-Alder reaction of 3a-3d with cyclopentadiene at 25 °C gave two adducts 4a-4d and 5a-5d in a ratio of 1:1 respectively. In the presence of Lewis acids, Diels-Alder reaction of 3a-3d with cyclopentadiene gave 4a-4d and 5a-5d in ratios of 75-94:25-6 respectively. The stereoelectivity was enhanced to ratios of 95-98:5-2 with lowering the reaction temperature. The stereochemistry of the cycloadducts 4 and 5 was confirmed by iodocyclization. Reaction of the endo-thioester 5c with I2 in aqueous THF at 0 °C gave the novel methylthio group rearranged product 6c in 80% yield, the first example of iodo-lactonization of endo-thioesters. Reaction of the endo-acyl isomer 4b with I2 under the same reaction conditions gave an isomeric mixture of 7b and 8b in 1:2 ratio. The stereochemistry of the thioester group in 8b was proved by X-ray single-crystal analysis. The solvent effect on the endo selectivity of (Z)-γ-oxo-α,β-unsaturated thioester 2b was also examined.  相似文献

The Photoinduced Cleavage of Conjugated γ, δ-Epoxyenones: UV.-Irradiation of 5,6-Epoxy-3, 4-didehydro-5,6-dihydro-β-ionone On 1n, π*-excitation (λ ≥ 347 nm) in pentane or CClF2CFCl2 (E)- 1 is isomerized to the dihydrofurane (E/Z)- 2 as well to the ethers 3 and 5. Besides these products the isomeric cyclopropane derivative (E)- 4 and the acetal 6 are obtained in methanol. The detection of 6 indicates the formation of an intermediate ketoniumylide a which may give 6 by addition of methanol. ? On 1π, π*-excitation (λ=254 nm) in acetonitrile-d3, CClF2CFCl2 or pentane (E)- 1 yields almost exclusively (E)- 2. In methanol 6 is obtained in addition to (E/Z)- 2 , but no (E)- 4 and 5 is formed.  相似文献

The 13C FT n.m.r. spectra of some exo- and endo-dihydro- and tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene-9,10-diols(exo/exo or endo/endo) are studied and the chemical shifts of the C-atoms are assigned by application of Eu(fod)3 paramagnetic shift investigations and additional chemical shift parameters. Thus relatively strong γ-effects up to 12,8 ppm were observed for the C-atoms 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 1, 3, dependent on the exo/endo configuration of the OH-groups and the attached 5-ring, giving an interesting insight into the gemetry of these norbornane systems.  相似文献

On n,π*- as well as on π,π*-excitation, the 4,5-epoxy-α-ionones (E)- 1 , (E)- 2 , and (E)- 3 undergo (E)/(Z)-isomerization and subsequent γ-H-abstraction leading to the corresponding 4-hydroxy-β-ionones (E/Z)- 9 , (E/Z)- 13 , and (E/Z)- 17 as primary photoproducts. On photolysis of (E)- 3 , as an additional primary photoproduct, the β,γ-unsaturated σ,?-epoxy ketone 18 was obtained. The other isolated compounds, namely the 2H-pyrans 10A + B and 14A + B as well as the retro γ-ionones 11 and 15A + B , represent known types of products, which are derived from the 4-hydroxy-β-ionones (E/Z)- 9 and (E/Z)- 13 , respectively.  相似文献

The Hydrolysis of 6 exo -Substituted 2 exo - and 2 endo -Norbornyl p -Toluenesulfonates. Norbornane Series. Part 3 Hydrolysis of the 6exo-substituted 2exo- and 2endo-norbornyl p-toluenesulfonates 1b - 1 and 2b - 1 , respectively, in 70% dioxane led to different amounts of the following products: Unrearranged 2exo-norbornanols 3 and norbornenes 5 , accompanied in somes cases by small amounts of the rearranged Rendo-epimers 4 and 6 and by norticyclenes 7 . When the 6exo-substituent was a nucleophilic group as in 1e - 1 and 2e - 1 , various amounts of tricyclic products were also formed by endo-cyclization. These results show that the 2exo- and 2endo-esters 1 and 2 , respectively, react by way of different intermediates. In cases where the 6exo-substituent was an n-electron donor, as in 1m - r and 2m - r , quantitative fragmentation to (3-cyclopentenyl)acetaldehyde (13) occurred.  相似文献

Of the two previously described 2,4,6,8-tetrabromo-cyclooctane-1,5-diones, the higher melting β-isomer, mp. 226°, was treated with sodium borohydride to give: (1) by a double reduction and an intramolecular SN2-reaction two epimeric alcohols, namely the 2-exo-hydroxy- ( 6 ) and 2-endo-hydroxy- ( 7 ) isomers of 3-exo,5-exo,7-endo-tribromo-9-oxa-bicyclo[4.2.1]nonane, and (2) by a single step reduction a hemiketal, 1-hydroxy-2-exo,4-exo,6-endo,8-endo-tetrabromo-9-oxa-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane ( 8 ). The structures of these three hydroxy-compounds ( 6, 7 and 8 ) were derived from their properties, especially from complete analyses of their NMR.-spectra, which led to deductions of all configurations and conformations. Of special interest is the preferred existence of the 9-oxa-bicyclo[3.3.1]norane derivative 8 in a chair-chair conformation. The derivation of the configurations of the three hydroxy-compounds 6, 7 and 8 is tantamount to establishing the 2,4-cis, 4,6-trans, 6,8-cis-configuration ( 5 ) of the β-isomer of 2,4,6,8-tetrabromocyclooctane-1,5-dione, mp. 226°.  相似文献

Six unsaturated γ-lactones, (Z)-5-octen-4-olide ( 1 ), (Z)-5-decen-4-olide ( 2 ).(Z)-6-nonen-4-olide ( 3 ), (Z)-6-dodecen-4-olide ( 4 ), (Z, Z)-6,9-dodecadien-4-olide ( 5 ), and tuberolide ( 6 ) have been identified for the first time in tuberose absolute (from Polianthes tuberosa L.). All structures were corroborated by synthesis and all, except 3 and 4 , are new.
  • 1 The name ‘tuberolactone’ has been suggested for (Z, Z)-2,7-decadien-5-olide [1]. We propose the name ‘tuberolide’ for the bicyclic lactone 6 . (IUPAC name (1R*,5S*,Z)-6-(2′-pentenyl)-2-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-3-one).
  • An improved method for the stereoselective synthesis of (±)-cis-bicyclo [4.3.0]-non-3-en-7-one ( 23 ) by an AlCl3-catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction is reported.  相似文献

    Irradiation of 3-phenyl-2H-azirine ( 2 ) in benzene solution with a high-pressure mercury lamp yields 4,5-diphenyl-1,3-diazabicyclo[3,1,0]hex-3-ene ( 4 ) and not 3-phenylimino-4-phenyl-1-azabicyclo[2,1,0]pentane ( 1 ), as had been reported previously by others [2]. 2-Methyl-3-phenyl-2H-azirine ( 3 ) yields on irradiation a 2:1 mixture of 2-exo, 6-exo- and 2-exdo, 6-exo-dimethyl-4,5-diphenyl-1,3-diazabicyclo[3,1,0]hex-3-ene (2-exo,6-exo- and 2-endo, 6-exo- 5 ). Irradiation of 2,3-diphenyl-2H-azirine ( 8 ) leads to the formation of 2,4,5-triphenyl-imidazole ( 9 ) and tetra-phenylpyrazine ( 10 ). The suggested reaction path for the generation of 9 and 10 is shown in Scheme 2.  相似文献

    The solvolysis rates and products of the tertiary 2-methyl-2-exo- and -2-endo-norbornyl 2,4-dinitrophenyl ethers 1 and 2 , (X = 2,4-(NO2)22C6H3O) have been determined. The different sensitivities of the rates of these ethers to the inductive effect of substituents at C(6) indicate that graded bridging of C(2) by C(6) occurs in the ionization of the exo-ethers 1 , not, however, in the ionization of the endo-ethers 2. In both cases hydrolysis leads to 2-methyl-2-exo-norbornanols only. Consequently, substitution takes place with retention at C(2) in the exo-series 1 and with inversion at C(2) in the endo-series 2. It is concluded that stereoelectronic and polar effects, rather than steric bulk effects, determine the high exo/endo rate ratios of the parent norbornyl derivatives 1a and 2a .  相似文献
