Complete Solvability of the Cauchy Problem for Petrovskii Parabolic Equations in S-Type Spaces

We establish the correct solvability (in both directions) of the Cauchy problem for Petrovskii parabolic equations with time-dependent coefficients in S-type spaces. We also prove that a solution of this problem stabilizes to zero in the sense of the topology of these spaces.     

The Cauchy Problem for Shilov Parabolic Equations

We establish well-posed solvability of the Cauchy problem for the Shilov parabolic equations with time-dependent coefficients whose initial data are tempered distributions. For a certain class of equations we state necessary and sufficient conditions for unique solvability of the Cauchy problem whose properties with respect to the spatial variable are typical for a fundamental solution. The results are characterized only by the order and the parabolicity exponent.     

Cauchy Problem for Nonuniformly Parabolic Equations with Degeneracy

In spaces of classical functions with power weight, we prove the existence and uniqueness of a solution of the Cauchy problem for nonuniformly parabolic equations without restrictions on the power order of degeneracy of the coefficients. We obtain an estimate for the solution of the problem in the corresponding spaces.     

The Cauchy Problem for Certain Inhomogeneous Difference-Differential Parabolic Equations

We prove an existence and uniqueness theorem for classical solutions of the Cauchy problem for an inhomogeneous equation of parabolic type with shifted space variables.     

Boundary-Value Problem for Linear Parabolic Equations with Degeneracies

On the Global Solvability of the Cauchy Problem for Singular Functional Differential Equations

Sufficient conditions are found for the global solvability of the weighted Cauchy problem where f : C([a, b]; R ⁿ) L _loc([a, b]; R ⁿ) is a singular Volterra operator, c ₀ R ⁿ, h : [a, b] [0, +] is a function continuous and positive on [a, b], and · is the norm in R ⁿ.     

Asymptotics of the Solution to the Cauchy Problem for Linear Parabolic Equations of Second Order with Small Diffusion

This paper is devoted to constructing an asymptotics of the solution to the Cauchy problem for a linear parabolic equation of second order with variable coefficients containing a small parameter at the highest derivative. Sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the “multiplicative” asymptotic expansion of the global solution of the problem are given.     

A Note to the Cauchy Problem for the Degenerate Parabolic Equations with Strongly Nonlinear Sources

In this note we study the nonexistence of nontrivial global solutions on S = R^N × （0,∞） for the following inequalities：｜u｜t≥△（｜u｜^m-1u）＋｜u｜^q and ｜u｜t≥div（｜△u｜^p-2△｜u｜）＋｜u｜^q.When m,p,q satisfy some given conditions, the nonexistence of nontrivial global solution is proved, without taking their traces on the hyperplans t = 0 into account.     

Hodograph Transformations and Cauchy Problem to Systems of Nonlinear Parabolic Equations

In this paper, we provide a method to solve the Cauchy problem of systems of quasi‐linear parabolic equations, such systems can be transformed to the systems of linear parabolic equations with variable coefficients via the hodograph transformations. Our approach to solve the linear systems with variable coefficients is to use their fundamental solutions, which are constructed by using the Lie's symmetry method. In consequence, we can derive explicit solutions to the Cauchy problem of the quasi‐linear systems in terms of the solutions of the linear systems and the hodograph transformations relating to the quasi‐linear and the linear systems.

本文研究奇异半线性抛物方程ut-Δu+V1(x)u=V2(x)up,x∈Rn＼{0},t＞0的Cauchy问题解的存在性.这里,V1(x),V2(x)可以在原点具有奇性.利用Kato类函数和Green tight函数及不动点定理证明了问题存在正的奇异解,它在原点具有奇性.

Kaup-Kupershmidt方程Cauchy问题的局部可解性

This paper deals with the local solvability of initial value problem for Kaup-Kupershmidt equations. Indeed, using Bourgain method, we prove that the Cauchy problem of Kaup-Kupershmidt equation is local well-posed in H8 whenever s 〉 9/8, which improves the former results in [5].
