提出了一种新型的基于光电振荡器的重复频率可调谐的超低抖动光窄脉冲源. 光电振荡器系统可以产生超低相位噪声的微波信号; 被该信号调制的直调光经过两次相位调制之后, 使光脉冲的啁啾增强; 再通过一段色散补偿光纤, 光脉冲被进一步压窄. 实验中使用YIG可调滤波器, 可以得到8–12 GHz内步进为200 MHz的可调谐微波信号, 因此光脉冲的重复频率具有可调谐性. 当微波信号即脉冲重复频率为9.6 GHz时, 测得脉冲宽度为3.7 ps, 相位噪声为-130.1 dBc/Hz@10 kHz. 由此得出光脉冲的瞬时抖动为60.1 fs (100 Hz–1 MHz), 因此该方案产生的光窄脉冲源具有超低的抖动. 相似文献

研制了一台高速波长连续扫描光纤激光器。使用SOA作为增益介质,用高速可调谐法珀滤波器作为波长调谐器件,构成的环形腔激光器。测量结果表明,激光器的平均输出功率2.6mW,波长扫描范围40nm,波长扫描范围内功率波动范围小于±0.4dBm,线宽小于0.01nm,扫描速度达到2kHz。 相似文献

The operation of a passively modelocked figure-eight laser with all fibre repetition rate multiplier is reported. Thirty two times the fundamental repetition rate is achieved with six conventional 3 dB couplers at a repetition rate of 182 MHz. The repetition rate 2N times multiplication only requires (N + 1) passive fibre couplers and N fibre delay-lines. This method makes it possible to achieve high multiplication and is inexpensive when compared with conventional methods employing sub-ring cavity or special fibre Bragg grating to control repetition rate. 相似文献

基于由光子晶体光纤飞秒激光器产生的高重复频率飞秒激光搭建了飞秒激光微加工系统,利用LabVIEW编写程序精密控制三维移动平台的移动路径和高速快门,在加工功率为1.5W、移动速率为1mm/s时,利用直写技术在无胶铬版上得到了微米量级的任意形状的平面衍射光栅。利用CCD相机对光栅制备过程进行实时监视,保证了光栅的加工质量。制备的光栅在显微镜下观察,条纹边缘清晰、线纹粗细均匀。使用He-Ne激光照射加工的光栅,可以获得清晰、稳定、与理论符合很好的夫琅和费(Frauhofer)衍射图样,显示了所加工的光栅具有良好的光学性能。实验结果也表明了光子晶体光纤飞秒激光在光栅制作过程中所具备的良好的加工性能。 相似文献

Multi-wavelength square pulses are generated in the dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) regime by a Yb-doped fiber laser(YDFL) with a long cavity configuration. The spectral filter effect provided by a passive fiber with low-stress birefringence facilitates the establishment of multi-wavelength operation. Through appropriate control of the cavity parameters,a multi-wavelength DSR pulse can be generated in single-and dual-waveband regions. When the multi-wavelength DSR works in the 1038 nm waveband, the pulse duration can broaden from 2 ns to 37.7 ns. The maximum intra-cavity pulse energy is 152.7 nJ. When the DSR works in the 1038 nm and 1080 nm wavebands, the pulse duration can be tuned from2.3 ns to 10.5 ns with rising pump power. The emergence of the 1080 nm waveband is attributed to the stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) effect. Our work might help a deeper insight to be gained into DSR pulses in all-normal-dispersion YDFLs. 相似文献

用20 W光纤耦合LD作为泵浦光源,对Nd3+sup>:YVO4/sub>微片进行了增益开关实验,获得了可控制变重复频率(1 Hz~25 kHz)的调Q激光输出。输出脉冲激光的宽度为16 ns,输出的峰值功率在几W。从速率方程出发进行了增益开关理论研究,通过数值解,分析了输出激光特性:当泵浦电流高于产生单脉冲的电流时,增加泵浦电流将在一个泵浦脉宽中出现多个激光脉冲输出;增加泵浦脉宽,将在一个泵浦脉宽中出现多个激光脉冲输出,泵浦脉宽越大,子脉冲个数越多;当增加重复频率时,输出与泵浦激光重复频率完全一致的激光脉冲,但也将在一个泵浦脉宽中出现多个激光脉冲输出。 相似文献

窄带耗散孤子锁模光纤激光器可以产生接近变换限制的皮秒脉冲,但受非线性相移的限制,输出脉冲重复频率不能通过增加腔长来降低,脉冲能量仅在0.1 nJ以下,严重制约着这类皮秒脉冲的实际应用。提出一种通过耦合器抽取腔内脉冲能量、抑制腔内非线性相移积累,进而允许增加腔长来降低窄带耗散孤子皮秒光纤激光脉冲重复频率的方法。运用该方法,成功地将激光器重复频率由35.2 MHz降低到了1.77 MHz,且脉冲时频特性保持不变。提出了一种基于级间FBG陷波滤波的抑制皮秒脉冲光纤放大中光谱展宽的方法。通过简单地使用级间陷波滤波器,既可窄化第一级光纤放大器后的输出脉冲谱宽,允许采用第二级光纤放大器进一步提升脉冲能量,而且,还可将脉冲重塑为近高斯形,利用高斯脉冲光谱展宽斜率小的特点,允许第二级光纤放大器将脉冲能量提升得更高。利用该方法,在RMS(均方值)谱宽保持0.4 nm以内的前提下,10 ps脉冲经标准单模光纤放大器后,能量可由0.2 nJ可提升到10 nJ以上。 相似文献

建立了具有两个取样周期略有不同的取样光纤光栅反射镜的Vernier波长调谐机制的光纤分布布拉格反射式激光器的数值仿真模型,对激光器的输出特性进行了分析. 研究了激光器输出特性随着激光器前后光栅反射镜波长以及前后光栅反射镜反射率的变化关系. 提出了对两取样光栅反射率的优化配置方案,可以使输出激光的边模抑制比有所提高;同时对波长调节方式也进行了探讨;进行了实验研究.

We report on a compact, stable, all-fiberized narrow-linewidth (0.045 nm) pulsed laser source emitting laser beam with a wavelength of 266 nm, and tunable pulse width and repetition rate. The system is based on all-fiberized nanosecond amplifier architecture, which consists of Yb-doped fiber preamplifiers and a super-large-mode-area Yb-doped fiber power amplifier. The fiber amplifier with a core of 50 μ is used to raise the threshold of the stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) effect and to obtain high output power and single pulse energy. Using lithium triborate (LBO) crystal and beta-barium borate (BBO) crystal for realizing the second-harmonic generation (SHG) and fourth-harmonic generation (FHG), we achieve 17 μJ (1.73 W) and 0.66 μJ (66 mW), respectively, at wavelengths of 532 nm and 266 nm and a repetition rate of 100 kHz with pulse width of 4 ns. This source has great potential applications in fluorescence research and solar-blind ultraviolet optical communication. 相似文献

采用静电场模拟对二极管结构及导引磁场位形分布进行了优化设计,利用设计的二极管在高压脉冲发生器上进行了重复频率运行实验研究,给出了相应测试波形,并对不同材料阴极、不同真空度情况下二极管的发射特性进行了比较。在二极管真空度满足一定要求(p<0.01Pa)条件下以在重复频率方式运行时,不论是石墨阴极还是金属阴极,输出电子束流都比较稳定。设计的二极管电子束电压超过500kV,电流约5kA,脉冲宽度40ns,重复频率100Hz。 相似文献

提出一种简单的理论模型,并通过数值模拟详细研究了可调谐光纤环形腔激光器的输出特性随掺铒光纤长度、输出耦合比、抽运功率、腔内损耗等参量的变化关系.理论分析得到,通过参量优化可以实现在铒离子增益范围内超过130nm带宽(1500—1630nm)的激光输出.实验获得了100nm带宽(15185—16185nm)的可调谐激光输出,激光器输出功率高,信噪比在大部分可调范围内高于60dB,实验结果与理论分析符合得较好

A distributed feedback Ti:sapphire laser (DFTL) pumped by a 532nm Q-switched pulse is proposed for the generation of tunable picosecond pulses. With coupled rate equation model, the temporal characteristics of DFTL are obtained. The numerical solutions show that the DFTL pulse with a 50-ps pulse duration and as much as 3.SmJ pulse energy can be obtained under 40-m J, 5-ns pulse pumping. The dependence of output pulse width on the laser crystal‘s length, pumping pulse duration, and pumping rate is also discussed in detail. 相似文献

We present the performances of a low repetition rate (4.5 MHz) mode locked Nd:YAG laser using a nonlinear polarization rotation effect in a type II crystal cut for second harmonic generation. We compared their performances in term of peak power, pulse duration and cavity losses with a standard resonator operating at high repetition rate (125 MHz). A gain of 10.8 and 7.3 was obtained on the energy per pulse and on the output peak power between the two lasers. 相似文献

通过在钛宝石激光腔内引入望远镜长腔系统增加腔长,实现了重复频率低到10?MHz的飞秒激光振荡,在5?W的抽运功率下获得了平均输出功率200?mW、单脉冲能量20?nJ的稳定输出. 在此基础上分析了腔内不同色散情况下的输出脉冲光谱和脉宽特性,结果表明在腔内存在一定负色散的情况下,锁模脉宽可接近转换极限,最短脉宽可达56?fs. 而在正色散的情况下,锁模输出的脉宽较宽,并且随着腔内正色散的增多,脉宽可到大于600?fs,锁模光谱也呈马鞍形.
