A new optical system which can efficiently generate the nearly diffraction-free beams is proposed and its characteristics are investigated by numerical analysis. This optical system consists of a new optical element called a DCC (double-concave-cone) lens and an objective lens with a large numerical aperture, and can generate the Bessel beam and also the Bessel-Gauss beam. The maximum propagation distance of nearly diffraction-free beams generated by the system agrees with its theoretical value for the Bessel beam. 相似文献

A numerical simulation is made of the processes occurring in a plasma lens under conditions when the focusing of a relativistic
electron beam is strongly affected by the ionization of the residual gas in the lens region by the beam itself. The paraxial,
azimuthally symmetric, 1.5-dimensional, electrostatic kinetic model, taking account of plasma production, expansion of the
plasma electrons away from the beam region, and contraction of the ions toward the axis of the beam, was used for the calculation.
The dynamics of the formation of a focal spot is studied, and the size and position of the spot are determined as functions
of time for different values of the gas pressure, initial plasma density, and energy of the beam electrons.

Based on transformation matrices in meridian plane and sagittal plane, a geometrical lens design method is presented with the aim of obtaining an improved spot. A concave–convex convergent lens (CCCL) is employed as a shaping lens to focus a group of oblique laser beams from a CO2 laser with axially symmetrical fold combination (ASFC) resonator. The cases including interference, noninterference, different wavelength, and misalignment have been analyzed. Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, a smaller beam radius in a specific reference plane and a smaller far-field divergence angle can be obtained. 相似文献

通过数值计算发现:在端侧面组合抽运DPL中,晶体横截面上的温度分布接近于轴对称分布,并且端面抽运功率占有率越大,温度分布越接近于轴对称分布。将端侧面组合抽运DPL中的热效用等效薄透镜近似,给出了等效热透镜焦距的计算方法,分析了组合抽运引起的热透镜效应对基横模振荡光的光斑尺寸和衍射损耗的影响。在总抽运功率一定的情况下,端面抽运功率占有率的变化对热透镜焦距有一定的影响,占有率越大,热透镜焦距越长。提高端面抽运功率占有率,可在一定程度上减小热透镜效应对振荡光束尺寸和衍射损耗的影响。 相似文献

主要介绍了飞秒电子衍射系统的组成及设计指标. 包括光电阴极、电子聚焦系统、电子偏转系统、双微通道板(MCP)电子探测器等,并给出了基本的设计思路、设计结果. 光电阴极是由位于蓝宝石晶体上面的银膜构成,为了获得足够小的电子束斑以及减小电子上靶时的角度,紧贴栅极后放置一个100μm的小孔,对电子束的形状和大小进行限制. 采用磁电子透镜进行聚焦,电子衍射图样由放置在样品后面的双MCP像增强器进行探测. 在设计计算时,用Monte Carlo方法对光电子的初能量、初角度以及初位置分布进行抽样,用有限元法计算磁透镜

We study the focus shaping of tightly focused TEM11 mode cylindrically polarized Laguerre Gaussian beam with high numerical aperture lens axicon system is investigated theoretically by vector diffraction theory. The intensity pattern at the focus can be tailored by appropriately adjusting the rotation angle. The propagation of an elliptical Gaussian beam (EGB) through an astigmatic ABCD optical system in a turbulent atmosphere is
investigated. An analytical formula for the average intensity of an EGB and a generalized tensor ABCD law for the generalized
complex curvature tensor are derived. As an application example, we derived an analytical formula for the average intensity
of an elliptical flat-topped beam propagating through an astigmatic ABCD optical system in a turbulent atmosphere. As a numerical
example, the focusing properties of an EGB focused by a thin lens in a turbulent atmosphere are studied. It is found that
the focused beam at the focal plane becomes a circular Gaussian beam when the atmospheric turbulence is strong enough, and
the beam width of the circular Gaussian beam is determined by atmospheric turbulence strength, focal length of the thin lens,

从部分相干光的交叉谱密度函数传输公式出发,推导了高斯谢尔模型(GSM)光束被球差透镜衍射后轴上光强分布的解析公式,并进行了数值模拟和物理分析。结果表明,具有一定束腰宽度和空间相干度的GSM光束经过负球差透镜聚焦后,可以获得轴上光强的均匀分布。通过改变GSM光束的束腰宽度和空间相干度来实现轴上光强均匀分布的方法很简单,转换效率高。 相似文献

The propagation of an intense laser beam in an alternating corrugated plasma channel, which has a wide region and a narrow region in one corrugated space period, is investigated. Compared with the usual corrugated plasma channel, it is found that there are many more resonance peaks and many more abundant beat-like wave phenomena for the laser beam in this extended channel. Moreover, the much narrower region in some special alternating corrugated channels can play the role like a plasma lens for some laser beams, i.e., it can obviously change the laser spot size from small (large) to large (small) amplitude when the laser passes through the narrow region. These results are well confirmed by the final numerical simulations of wave equation and particle-in-cell approach. 相似文献

Based on diffraction optical theory, diffraction of a laser beam with periodic amplitude modulation and phase distortion is derived in 3ω optics system. Influence of defocus distance and focal length of a focusing lens on intensity distribution of diffraction light is investigated by numerical simulation. The results show that appropriate distance away from the focus spot and increase the focal length in final optical systems are beneficial to control the modulation of light intensity fluctuations and reduce the optical components damage caused by small-scale self-focusing effect. 相似文献

基于广义衍射积分公式和光阑函数的复高斯展开,导出了一洛伦兹光束经一个带圆形光阑失调傍轴光学系统的近似解析传输公式.作为一般公式的特例,还给出了洛伦兹光束经一无光阑失调傍轴光学系统的解析传输式.作为数值计算的例子,运用所得到的公式分析了洛伦兹光束经带光阑失调薄透镜的传输特性.结果表明:不同强度的衍射即圆形光阑半径的大小明显影响衍射光束的归一化强度分布及其传输变化规律.

We report a laser writing system for fabrication of diffractive optical elements with He-Cd laser. The wavelength of the light source is 441.6 nm. The output beam is collimated into parallel light with uniform intensity distribution after passing through the spatial filter with a pinhole of 25μm and the collimating device. A microscopy objective lens with numerical aperture (NA) of 0.65 is used to focus the beam into a small diffraction spot. Any pattern can be written with this system. Experimental results are presented.The written gratings and the phase patterns were verified with a conventional optical microscopy and the Taylor Hobson equipment. 相似文献
