Ultrasonic technology was applied to release the phenolics bound with starch and protein matrix in order to enhance total phenolic content (TPC) and antioxidant activity (AA) of the sorghum flour. Both the continuous flow and batch ultrasonication were implied with independent variables such as flour to water ratio (FWR), ultrasonication intensity (UI), and ultrasonication time (UT) with an additional variable as flow rate (FR) in continuous flow ultrasonication. All the process variables showed a significant effect on the corresponding ultrasonication process. The optimal conditions for the continuous flow ultrasonication were a FWR of 10% w/v, an UI of 20 W/cm2, an UT of 130 s, and 15 ml/s FR which produced a maximum values of 70.9 mg GAE/100 g dry matter (d.m.) for TPC and 143.9 µmol TE/100 g d.m. for AA. Regarding the batch ultrasonication, the maximum values were 65.6 mg GAE/100 g d.m. and 141.0 µmol TE/100 g d.m. for TPC and AA, respectively at optimum conditions of 10% w/v FWR, 30 W/cm2 UI, and 200 s UT. When comparing with the batch ultrasonication, the continuous flow process saved 35% time and 33% of energy consumption to obtain comparatively higher TPC and AA of the sorghum flour. Ultrasonication improved free phenolic acid content by releasing bound phenolics in the sorghum flour. Impact of various process parameters on specific energy was analyzed during both the processes, and influence of energy on TPC and AA of the sorghum flour was also observed for the batch and continuous flow ultrasonication.  相似文献

Pomegranate peel (PP) is one of the interesting agri-food by-products because of its abundant bioactive phytochemicals. However, the bioactivity of valuable compounds is affected due to the extraction method used. A pulsed ultrasound-assisted extraction (PUAE) was carried out to intensify the extraction efficacy with reduced power and time. Influence of several process variables viz. peel solids/ solvent ratio, sonication power, duty cycle, and extraction time was studied using empirical quadratic models followed by multicriterial numerical optimization with respect to face-centered composite design. Power-duty cycle combination was found to be most significant (p < 0.05) for process intensification. The optimal process conditions of 2.17 g/100 mL S/S ratio at 116 W power with 80% duty cycle for 6 min resulted into 0.48 g/g yield, 177.54 mg GAE/g total phenolics content, 35.71 mg QE/g total flavonoids, 160.54 mg GAE/g antioxidant capacity, 21.65 mg cyn-3-glc/100 g anthocyanin content with 54.92 browning index in dry pomegranate peel. Significant Pearson correlation analysis was established in all responses with potent phenols and flavonoid relation with highest coefficient (r) 0.931. All response models were significantly validated with regression coefficient (R2) above 0.965. Remarkable antioxidant bioactivities were recorded for the resultant peel extract. Hence, it is strongly recommended that PUAE could be successfully applied for the intensification of the extraction process of bioactive from any peel and or plant systems with minimal process time and power consumption with a green label.  相似文献

From the recent market trend, there is a huge demand for the bioactive compounds from various food matrices that could be capable enough to combat the emerging health effects in day-to-day life. Fenugreek is a well-known spice from ancient times for its medicinal and health benefits. In the present study, two methods of green extraction microwave (MAE) and ultrasound (UAE) assisted were studied in regard of extraction of fenugreek diosgenin. In this study, solvent type (acetone, ethanol, hexane and petroleum ether), solvent concentration (40, 60, 80 and 100%) and treatment time (1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 min and 30, 40, 50 and 60 min for MAE and UAE method respectively) was varied to observe the effect of these parameters over extract yield and diosgenin content. The results of this study revealed that treatment time, type of solvent and its concentration and method adopted for extraction of diosgenin has significant effect. In relation with better yield extract and diosgenin content, the yield of fenugreek seed extract was 7.83% with MAE and 21.48% with UAE of fenugreek seed powder at 80% ethanol concentration at 6 and 60 min respectively. The content of diosgenin was observed in fenugreek seed powder extract was 35.50 mg/100 g in MAE and 40.37 mg/100 g in UAE with 80% ethanol concentration at 6 and 60 min respectively. The overall range of yield of fenugreek extract was varied from 1.04% to 32.48% and diosgenin content was 15.82 mg/100 g to 40.37 mg/100 g of fenugreek seed powder including both extraction methods. This study revealed that UAE would impose better ways for preparing fenugreek extract and observing diosgenin content from fenugreek seeds.  相似文献

An ultrasound assisted method was investigated to extract bioactive compounds from propolis. This method was based on a simple ultrasound treatment using ethanol as an extraction medium to facilitate the disruption of the propolis cells. Four different variables were chosen for determining the influence on the extraction efficiency: ultrasonic amplitude, ethanol concentration, temperature and time; the variables were selected by Box-Behnken design experiments. These parameters were optimised in order to obtain the highest yield, and the results exhibited the optimum conditions for achieving the goal as 100% amplitude of ultrasonic treatment, 70% solvent concentration, 58 °C and 30 min. The extraction yield under modified optimum extraction conditions was, as follows: 459.92 mg GAE/g of TPC, 220.62 mg QE/g of TFC and 1.95% of balsam content. The results showed that the ultrasound assisted extraction was suitable for bioactive compounds extraction from propolis. The most abundant phenolic compound was kaempferol (228.8 mg/g propolis) followed by myricetin (115.5 mg/g propolis), luteolin (27.2 mg/g propolis) and quercetin (25.2 mg/g propolis).  相似文献

The possibility to valorize peach juice waste, either frozen or air-dried, through microwave (MAE) and ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) was evaluated. MAE power, UAE amplitude and time were optimized using a 22-factorial design. For frozen waste, optimal MAE (540 W, 50 s) and UAE (23%, 120 s) processes gave extracts presenting analogous content (on 100 g dry matter) of polyphenols (309–317 mg GAE), flavonoids (94–120 mg QE), anthocyanins (8–9 mg CGE), and similar antioxidant activity (2.1–2.2 mg TE). Extracts from dried waste resulted higher in polyphenols (630–670 mg GAE) but lower in flavonoids (75–90 mg QE), anthocyanins and vitamin C (not detectable). Although developing an energy density 2-fold higher than that of UAE, MAE more efficaciously extracted vitamin C (108 mg/100 g dm) and required half extraction time (50 s). MAE would also be less impactful than UAE in terms of greenhouse gas emission and energy requirements on industrial scale. The industrial valorization of peach waste through the application of microwave or ultrasound assisted extraction requires quantitative data, able to encourage company interest and investment. This study not only identifies optimal MAE and UAE parameters to assist the extraction of peach waste bioactive compounds but also provides a preliminary estimation of the potential economic and environmental impact on an industrial scale of these technologies.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of ultrasound (frequency 20 kHz, amplitude 70%, power 140 W for 10 min), heating (80 °C, 5 min) and enzymatic pre-treatment of mash (50 °C, Rohapect 10L at a dose of 0.23 g/1000 g, maceration time 60 min) on the yield, the content of phenolic compounds (including anthocyanins), ascorbic acid, and the antioxidative capacity of Berberis amurensis juice. Additionally, the polyphenols profile of this raw material and juices was identified. 25 phenolic compounds were identified in the fruit and 24 in juices. The content of phenolics in the fruit was 636 mg/100 g. Chlorogenic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoate and quercetin-3-O-glicoside were predominant. The content of anthocyanins in the fruit was 217 mg/100 g f.w., where peonidin-3-O-glucoside (98%) was predominant. The content of ascorbic acid amounted to 16.60 mg/100 g. The yield of the barberry juice pressing process ranged from 56% to 60% – there were no differences between the mash treatment methods. The enzymatic and thermal treatment of the mash resulted in the highest content of phenolic compounds in the juice. The sonication resulted in the highest content of anthocyanins, including peonidin-3-O-glucoside, as the main anthocyanin. The thermal treatment of the mash resulted in a lower loss of ascorbic acid than the other methods. The juice from the mash subjected to pectinolysis or heat treatment exhibited the highest antioxidative capacity.  相似文献

Ultrasound at an intensity of 17.5, 20.0, 22.5, 25.0 and 27.5 W/L was used to assist dough fermentation to prepare steamed bread with 50% sweet potato pulp (SB-50% SPP), which was compared with SB-50% SPP without ultrasonic treatment. The dough rheology, starch–gluten network, texture characteristics and sensory quality of steamed bread with different ultrasonic power densities (UPDs) were investigated. Dough samples at UPD of 22.5 W/L showed optimal viscoelasticity. The microstructure images exhibited that the content of starch particles wrapped in the gluten network increased significantly after sonication. In addition, the reduction in free sulfhydryl (SH) content and increase in wet gluten content after ultrasonic treatment led to significantly improved dough extensibility (p < 0.05). Results exhibited that the specific volume of SB-50% SPP increased by 13.93% and the hardness decreased by 21.96% compared with the control under UPD of 22.5 W/L. This study suggested that the application of ultrasound as a green technology to dough fermentation could lead to SB-50% SPP with good quality and sensory characteristics.  相似文献

In this study combined effect of ultrasound-induced acoustic cavitation and microbubbles during meat brining on pork loin (Longissimus dorsi) was evaluated. Cylindrical shape (diameter 15 mm, height 80 mm) pork loin samples were cut and immersed in 200 g L-1 NaCl brine and treated with the following brining methods for 180 min: static brining (SB), ultrasound assisted brining (US) and ultrasound combined with microbubbles in brine (USMB). Ultrasound was generated with 20 kHz frequency, 5,09 W/cm2 maximum intensity and 100 W maximum power. Microbubbles in brine were produced by a gas–liquid mixing pump. Effect of ultrasound and microbbubles on NaCl content and diffusion in pork loin, mass balance, water binding capacity (WBC), protein denaturation and meat tissue microstructure were evaluated. The US and USMB brinings enhanced the NaCl diffusion into meat compared to meat brined under static conditions. The constant diffusion coefficient (D) model precisely described the NaCl diffusion kinetics during brinings. The ultrasound and microbbubles resulted in microscopic pores on the surface of myofibers. Decreasing WBC was observed for all brining methods. Myosin was not detectable in any of the brining methods. Denaturation temperature of actin showed a decreasing tendency with increasing brining time independently the brining methods.  相似文献

This study evaluated the combined effect of blanching and sonication treatment on selected quality parameters of bottle gourd juice (BGJ). Bottle gourd cubes were blanched and juice was extracted. Effect of frequency (20–50 kHz), amplitude (50–90%) and time (10–30 min) was also studied on quality parameters like titratable acidity (TA), pH, total soluble solids (TSS), physical stability (PS), ascorbic acid (AA), total phenolics (TP), total carotenoids (TC), browning index (BI), total plate count (TPC) and yeast & mold count (Y&M) of BGJ to derive the level of these parameters. Combined effect of blanching followed by sonication (BFS) showed significant (P  0.05) change in all quality parameters except TA. Highest percentage of TSS (5.9 °B), PS (2%), AA (18.99 mg/100 g), TP (1010 mg/100 g) and TC (5.8 mg/100 g) was observed at 70% amplitude, 50 kHz frequency and 20 min. Results suggested 70% amplitude, 50 kHz frequency and 20 min as best treatment conditions for processing of BGJ. Microstructure examination, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and laser diffraction analysis of BGJ showed significant change in particle size and distribution. Moreover, TEM of blanched and sonicated samples of BGJ also showed significant (P  0.05) change in microbial profile.  相似文献

The enzymatic browning induced in amla juice due to the high activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) is one of the critical issues faced by the industry. The present study assessed the suitability of non-thermal, high-intensity ultrasound (US) on the inactivation of PPO and POD in fresh Indian Gooseberry juice. Ultrasonic waves, using a 6 mm titanium alloy probe were irradiated in the juice at a maximum power of 455 W and frequency of 20 kHz. The subsequent effects on biochemical attributes were studied using response surface methodology. Inactivation rates of 90.72 % and 73.18 %, respectively, for PPO and POD enzymes, were observed at the highest US intensity and exposure time. Numerical optimisation using the three-factor, three-level Box-Behnken design suggested that an optimum process at 70 % (energy density: 1610 Wcm−2) pulsed at 5 s on and 5 s off for 7 min 30 s resulted in PPO and POD inactivation of the order of 76.42 % and 64.57 % respectively. At these experimental conditions, the optimized levels of biochemical attributes i.e., ascorbic acid (738.50 mg/100 mL), total phenols (17.10 mg/mL), DPPH antioxidant activity (58.47 %), tannins (7.11 µg/mL), colour change (ΔE = 9.04) and flavonoids (6.14 mg/mL) were achieved. The overall statistical models were significant for all the responses except for reducing sugars. Furthermore, the approximation equations for individual responses indicated that the goodness of fit was adequate (R2 > 0.90). The results suggested that ultrasound is a suitable processing technique for amla juice stabilisation compared to thermal treatments that result in the loss of quality.  相似文献

To study the physicochemical properties of micro-nanoparticles (MNPs) in thermoultrasonic treated fishbone soup, it was subjected to ultra-filtration with a 100 kDa ultrafiltration membrane to obtain large MNPs (LMNPs) and small MNPs (SMNPs). LMNPs and SMNPs were treated with force-breakers, and the interactions of the MNPs with five characteristic volatile compounds were investigated. LMNPs covered most proteins (222.66 mg/mL) and fatty acids (363.76 mg/g), while SMNPs was mostly soluble small molecules with taste substances like total free amino acids (85.26 mg/g), organic acids (2.55 mg/mL), and 5′-nucleotides (169.17 mg/100 mL). The stability of LMNPs is significantly higher than raw bone soup, and SMNPs can exist stably in the solution. Correlation analysis between flavor substance content and flavor suggested that the overall flavor profile of halibut bone soup was closely related to the content changes of 72 significant influence variables. The binding of LMNPs to characteristic flavor compounds was largely affected by hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bonds, and ionic effects. While the binding of SMNPs to characteristic flavor compounds was largely determined by hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bonding. This study explores the characteristics of MNPs and provides the possibility to clarify the interaction mechanism between MNPs and flavor.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the extraction efficiency of 9 natural deep eutectic solvents (NDES) with the assistance of ultrasound for phenolic acids, flavonols, and flavan-3-ols in muscadine grape (Carlos) skins and seeds in comparison to 75% ethanol. Artificial neural networking (ANN) was applied to optimize NDES water content, ultrasonication time, solid-to-solvent ratio, and extraction temperature to achieve the highest extraction yields for ellagic acid, catechin and epicatechin. A newly formulated NDES (#1) consists of choline chloride: levulinic acid: ethylene glycol 1:1:2 and 20% water extracted the highest amount of ellagic acid in the skin at 22.1 mg/g. This yield was 1.73-fold of that by 75% ethanol. A modified NDES (#3) consisting of choline chloride: proline: malic acid 1:1:1 and 30% water extracted the highest amount of catechin (0.61 mg/g) and epicatechin (0.89 mg/g) in the skin, and 2.77 mg/g and 0.37 mg/g in the seed, respectively. The optimal yield of ellagic acid in the skin using NDES #1 was 25.3 mg/g (observed) and 25.3 mg/g (predicted). The optimal yield of (catechin + epicatechin) in seed using NDES #3 was 9.8 mg/g (observed) and 9.6 mg/g (predicted). This study showed the high extraction efficiency of selected NDES for polyphenols under optimized conditions.  相似文献

A novel ultrasound-assisted micellar cleanup strategy (UAMC) coupled with large volume injection (LVI) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was proposed and successfully applied to the analysis of cefathiamidine in complex biological samples such as whole blood, plasma, serum and even zebrafish, a challenging positive real sample. Based on the micelle-biomacromolecule interaction, the phase-separation feature of surfactant micelles and ultrasound cavitation, UAMC possessed an impressive matrix cleanup capability and could rapidly reach distribution equilibrium (approximately 2 min), which enabled simultaneous sample cleanup and analyte extraction within 8 min. Due to the high cleanup efficiency of UAMC, large volume of pretreated samples could be injected for analysis without peak broadening, impurity interference and column degradation. Thus, online analyte enrichment could be automatically performed to significantly improve method sensitivity by the column-switching LVI-HPLC system, a commercial HPLC system with small modifications. The UAMC-LVI-HPLC method creatively integrated sample cleanup, analyte extraction and on-column enrichment into simple operation. In addition, the UAMC-LVI-HPLC method enabled non-matrix-matched analysis of cefathiamidine in complex biological samples. This feature was helpful to address the problems caused by conventional matrix-matched or internal standard calibration methods, such as matrix bias, increased workload, limited availability of suitable blank matrices and the use of expensive internal standards. The method had low limits of detections (e.g., 0.0051 mg/L and 0.038 μg/g), wide linear ranges (0.030–100 mg/L and 0.15–489 μg/g), good linear correlation (R2 = 0.9999), satisfactory accuracy (97.6–109.7%) and excellent intra- and interday precision (0.5–4.9%). Thus, UAMC-LVI-HPLC is expected to be a promising candidate for bioanalysis in therapeutic drug monitoring or pharmacokinetic and toxicology studies in the future.  相似文献

Technical feasibility of an ecofriendly sequential process (ultrasound assisted extraction and reverse osmosis, or UAE and RO) was evaluated in order to obtain a functional Camu-camu (Myrciaria dubia) product with high vitamin C content. Water was used in the assisted extraction by probe ultrasound (UAE) in an experimental design to evaluate different times, amplitudes and temperatures. The best region for total phenolic (TP) and vitamin C (VC) extraction was 5 min, 60 °C and 30% amplitude. Following extraction, the sample was concentrated by reverse osmosis (R25a, 500 Da, polyamide, and 5 bar area 3 ft2), obtaining a relatively low fouling of 19%. At the end of the sequential process (by HPLC-DAD/UV vis), was obtained a concentrated camu-camu (CC) with high Vitamin C (52.01 ± 0.889 mg/g) and cyanidin-3-glucoside, being respectively 7.0 and 4.5 times higher; also the concentration of phenolic compounds was increased by 3.2 times (25.798 mg GAE/g), and anthocyanins in 6.5 times (66.169 mg of cyanidin-3-glucoside/100 g) as well as high antioxidant activity by all three methods evaluated (increased 3.0, 4.6 and 2.38 times for ABTS, DPPH, FRAP, respectively) by comparing the CC with the initial extract (CS). Twenty compounds were identified by UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS, highlighting quercetin, gallic acid, p- coumaric, ellagic acid and cyanidin-3-glucoside, and at the first time alnusiin was detected in camu-camu. Therefore, the combination of ultrasound assisted extraction and reverse osmosis can be a promising profitable alternative in order to apply bioactive compounds in food, nutraceuticals and cosmetic matrices, bringing their benefits to consumers.  相似文献

Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc. Chaidam (ABSC), is a kind of rare edible macrofungi with a variety of biological ingredients, especially its polysaccharides. However, the low yield limits the popularity and promotion of rare edible macrofungi as well as its macrofungi polysaccharides. Hence, developing a positive and effective cultivation method is of great importance. Herein, an efficient ultrasonic (US) stimulation strategy was developed to improve mycelial growth and exopolysaccharides (EPS) biosynthesis from ABSC in submerged cultivation without light. A time design was employed to illustrate the effect of various process parameters including duration, starting point and times of US irradiation on ABSC productivity. 5 min US treatment for once upon ABSC after fermentation for 48 h could significantly improve EPS production and mycelia growth by above 26% and 15.03%, respectively. Furthermore, six times of 5 min US treatment could make the amount of EPS reach 218.78 ± 17.09 mg/g, which was 2.52-fold higher than that of the control. Moreover, the enhanced effect induced by US was further expounded by fermentation kinetics. Besides, the US treatment could increase mycelia permeability, change structure and reduce mycelial diameter to promote mass transfer, resulting in the improvement of EPS production and mycelia accumulation. The results demonstrated that the present proposed US intensification approach could be useful to boost up the fermentation of ABSC, which possibly applied to yield increase and fermentation product acquisition of macrofungi.  相似文献

For biotechnological conversion of lignocellulosic biomass, a pre-treatment step is required before enzymatic hydrolysis of carbohydrate fractions of the material, which is required to produce fermentable sugars for generation of ethanol or other products in a biorefinery. The most of the reported pre-treatment technologies are in batch operation mode, presenting some disadvantages as dead times in the process. In this context, hydrodynamic cavitation (HC)-assisted alkaline hydrogen peroxide (AHP) pre-treatment in continuous process was proposed for pre-treatment of sugarcane bagasse (SCB). The system was designed with a main reactor containing two devices to generate cavitation by passing liquid medium through orifice plates. For SCB pretreated in continuous process, 52.79, 34.31, 22.13 and 15.81 g of total reducing sugars (TRS) per 100 g of SCB were released in samples pretreated using orifice plates with a number of holes of 24 (d = 0.45 mm), 16 (d = 0.65 mm), 12 (d = 0.8 mm) and 8 (d = 1 mm), respectively. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools showed that 0.94 of vapor phase volume fraction and 0.19 of cavitation number were achieved at 31 m/s of throat velocity and upstream pressure of 350,000 Pa. By using pretreated SCB, 28.44 g of ethanol/L (84.31% of yield respect to theoretical value) was produced by immobilized Scheffersomyces stipitis NRRL-Y7124 in a simultaneous hydrolysis and fermentation process at high solid loading (16% S/L). Thus, HC-assisted process was proved as a promising technology for valorization of lignocellulosic biomass.  相似文献

Phenolic acids of oak gall were extracted using ultrasonic-probe assisted extraction (UPAE) method in the presence of ionic liquid. It was compared with classical ultrasonic-bath assisted extraction (CUBAE) and conventional aqueous extraction (CAE) method, with and without the presence of ionic liquid. Remarkably, the UPAE method yielded two-fold higher extraction yield with the presence of ionic liquid, resulting 481.04 mg/g for gallic acids (GA) and 2287.90 mg/g for tannic acids (TA), while a decreased value of 130.36 mg/g for GA and 1556.26 mg/g for TA were resulted with the absence of ionic liquid. Intensification process resulted the highest yield of 497.34 mg/g and 2430.48 mg/g for GA and TA, respectively, extracted at temperature 50 °C with sonication intensity of 8.66 W/cm2 and 10% duty cycle, diluted in ionic liquid, 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, [Bmim][Tf2N] at concentration of 0.10 M with sample-to-solvent ratio 1:10 for 8 h. Peleg’s model successfully predicted the UPAE process confirming that extraction capacity is the controlling factor in extracting phenolic acids. Hence, it can be concluded that UPAE method and ionic liquid have synergistic effect as it effectively enhanced the extraction efficiency to increase the bioactive constituents yield.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effects of thermoultrasonic treatment (TUT) on the formation of colloidal micro-nano particles (MNPs) and the quality of halibut bone soup, nutrients, particle characteristics, and flavor characteristics were analyzed. The morphology of MNPs was studied using an optical microscope. Results showed that TUT could increase the nutrient content (total sugars, 22.15 mg/100 mL; water soluble proteins, 173.24 mg/mL; fatty acids, 1779.7 mg/100 mL; solids, 3.16 g/100 mL), reduce the particle size (605.92 nm) and interfacial tension. Meanwhile, TUT make the halibut bone soup has better emulsifying characteristics and stability. The contents of flavor substances, such as esters, 5′-nucleotides, organic acids in the halibut bone soup were more abundant, while the contents of hexanal and 1-octen-3-ol and fishy off-flavor were reduced in TUT group. The overall odor and taste outline were more harmonious. Therefore, TUT can be used in the production of high quality fish bone soup, and TUT could be considered as a good deep processing technology for halibut bone and improve economic efficiency.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction (UAE) was applied to extract underutilized Madhuca longifolia seed oil. The effect of extraction time, temperature, solvent type, solvent/sample ratio, and amplitude on the oil yield and recovery were investigated. Approximately 56.97% of oil yield and 99.54% of oil recovery were attained using mild conditions of 35 min, 35 °C, 40% amplitude, isopropanol to acetone (1:1), and solvent to sample (20 mL/g). UAE oil yield and recovery were comparable with Soxhlet extraction (SXE) whilst mechanical pressing (ME) yielded < 50% of UAE recovery. UAE does not affect the fatty acids composition (46% C18:1; 22% C16:0; 21% C18:0, 10% C18:2), and triacylglycerol profile (23% POO, 17% POS, 16% SOO, and 14% POP). Interestingly, UAE extracted oil conferred remarkably (P < 0.05) higher antioxidant capacity (IC50 of DPPH 106.60 mg/mL and ABTS 39.80 mg/mL) than SXE (IC50 of DPPH 810.40 mg/mL and ABTS 757.43 mg/mL) or ME (IC50 of DPPH 622.38 mg/mL and ABTS 392.87 mg/mL).  相似文献
