Two new complexes, [Co(L)2]Cl·(MeOH)2 (1) and [Ni(L)2]4·EtOH (2) (L?=?(E)-2-(amino((pyridin-2-ylmethylene)amino)methylene)maleonitrile), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR, UV, and fluorescence spectroscopy. According to X-ray crystallographic studies, each metal was six-coordinate with six nitrogens from two ligands. Both complexes form two-dimensional supramolecular networks via hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions. Ultraviolet and visible spectra showed that absorptions arise from π–π ?, MLCT, and dd electron transitions. Fluorescence spectroscopy revealed moderate intercalative binding of these two complexes with EB–DNA, with apparent binding constant (K app) values of 9.14?×?105 and 3.20?×?105?M?1 for Co(III) and Ni(II) complexes, respectively. UV–visible absorption spectra showed that the absorption of DNA at 260?nm was quenched for 2 but quenched then improved for 1 with addition of complexes, tentatively attributed to the effect of the combined intercalative binding and electrostatic interaction for 1.  相似文献

A series of Schiff bases containing four to six coordination sites N2S2 X2(X = O,N) 2-(2-(2-(aryl)methyleneamino)phenylthio)ethylthio)-N-((aryl)methylene)benzeneamine (2c–f) were prepared from the reaction of 1,2-di(2-aminophenylthio)ethane (1) with aromatic aldehydes. All compounds were characterized by means IR, mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, and in the case of 2b with a single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray crystal structure of 2b showed that the resonance occurs between aromatic rings, through the C=N bonds of the molecule.

A new protocol for the synthesis of 2-allylindole and 2-allylbenzofuran derivatives has been developed from readily accessible starting material, 2-((trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)arenes via Pd-catalysis. The presence of trimethylsilyl group in the alkyne is vital for this reaction. Stereoselectivity of 2-allylindole derivatives is controlled by the use of different nitrogen-protecting groups for 2-((trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)aniline. The CO2Me protection gives Z-isomers, whereas acetyl protection gives E-isomers.  相似文献

On the basis of the interesting structures and biological activities exhibited by several heterocyclic systems possessing the pyridone nucleus such as mappcine and camptothecin, we have planed to design the synthesis, crystal studies and antibacterial activity of the new 1-((2- chloroquinolin-3yl)-methyl)-pyridine-2(1H)-one building block. An X-ray analysis has provided valuable insight into the effect of steric factors on the three-dimensional shape of this compound which serves as a useful advanced intermediate in the synthesis of these biologically active molecules. A multistep synthesis of camptothecin (5) has been designed by retrosynthetic analysis as part of an ongoing program on lead anticancer drug.  相似文献

New experimental equilibrium data were obtained for the solubility of carbon dioxide in an aqueous solution with 30 wt.% of 2-((2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanol (AEEA) at temperatures ranging from (313.2 to 368.2) K and CO2 partial pressures ranging from above atmospheric to 4400 kPa. A thermodynamic model based on the Deshmukh–Mather method was applied to correlate and predict the CO2 solubility in aqueous AEEA solutions. The binary interaction parameters and equilibrium constants for the proposed reactions were determined by data regression. Using the adjusted parameters, equilibrium partial pressures of CO2 were calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental values at the selected temperatures and pressures. Values of carbon dioxide solubility at other temperatures reported in the literature were also calculated. The average absolute deviation for all of the data points was found to be 8.2%. The enthalpy change of the absorption of CO2 in the 30 wt.% aqueous solution of AEEA was also estimated with our model.  相似文献

Two complexes formulated as {[Cd(btec)0.5(tmb)H2O]·4H2O}n (1) and {[Cd(H2btec)(tmb)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (2) (H4btec?=?1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, tmb?=?2-((1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-1H-benzimidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 has a 2-D layer structure in which tmb bridges and all of the carboxylates from 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate chelate. In 2 Cd(II) ions are bridged by monodentate carboxylates leading to a 2-D layer structure with all tmb ligands coordinated monodentate to Cd(II), hanging at two sides of the layers. Complexes 1 and 2 are further extended to 3-D supramolecular structures by hydrogen bonding interactions. Luminescent properties have been investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

 研究了有机相中脂肪酶催化的炔丙醇酮乙酸酯的立体选择性醇解反应, 考察了碱的种类、酰基受体和溶剂等对反应的影响. 结果表明, 以四氢呋喃为溶剂, CH3OH 为酰基受体, Lipase PLG 脂肪酶为催化剂, Na2CO3 为碱性添加剂, 高底物浓度下 40 oC 反应 96 h 后, 底物转化率和产物 ee 值分别达到 49.5% 和 99.5%. 碱的添加极大地提高了反应速度.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法(CV)将2-甲氧氨基-2-(2-氨基噻唑)-4-乙酸(AMTA)聚合修饰在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备了聚2-甲氧氨基-2-(2-氨基噻唑)-4-乙酸修饰的玻碳电极(PAMTA/GCE)。在pH 7.0的生理性磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,PAMTA/GCE不仅能很好地改善多巴胺(DA)、尿酸(UA)和亚硝酸根(NO-2)的电化学行为,而且能将三者的混合液在裸GCE上重叠的弱氧化峰分成3个灵敏的氧化峰,故该修饰电极可用于对混合液中DA、UA和NO-2的同时测定。在优化实验条件下,DA、UA和NO-2的差分脉冲伏安峰电流与其浓度分别在0.3~75、1~480、20~1 680μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.989 9、0.957 1和0.992 7,检出限(3δ)分别为0.05、0.10、0.30μmol/L。将PAMTA/GCE应用于尿液和血清样本中DA、UA和NO-2的同时测定,结果满意。  相似文献

In this work, new solubility values for CO2 absorption in aqueous solutions of N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) in the presence of different mole ratios of 2-((2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanol (AEEA) at low pressures are obtained. The total molar amine concentration of all the solutions has been fixed equal to 3.360 mol · L−1 (5.370 mol amine · kg−1 water). The mole ratio of AEEA/MDEA was set to 0.12500, 0.10000 and 0.05000. The experimental total pressure varied from (7.3 to 386.6) kPa and the experimental temperature was set to (313.15, 328.15, 343.15 and 358.15) K. The electrolyte SAFT-HR (eSAFT-HR) equation of state (EoS) (Najafloo et al., 2014) has been successfully applied to model the solubility of CO2 in aqueous mixtures of AEEA and MDEA. The overall average absolute relative per cent deviation (AAD%) in calculating the total pressure as a function of CO2 loading is 7.74 for (AEEA + MDEA + CO2 + H2O) quaternary system at the four values of temperature. To verify the predictive ability of the model, the eSAFT-HR EoS was extrapolated to the Zoghi and Feyzi (2013) solubility results of the same quaternary system that were obtained at higher pressures or higher CO2 loadings at the same temperatures. The AAD of the present model is 11.39% lower.  相似文献

首次成功实现了光学纯(R)-1-(2-萘基)乙胺的高效酶法动力学拆分制备,考察了脂肪酶种类、溶剂、酰基供体、底物浓度、反应温度等对拆分效果的影响,发现新型酰基供体——正戊酸对氯苯酯能够很好地抑制非酶促自催化酰胺化效应.在甲苯溶剂中,底物浓度300 mmol/L,40℃条件下,采用该供体在脂肪酶Novozym 435催化下,动力学拆分反应8 h转化率达到理论最佳值50%,eep>99%.  相似文献

研究了3-(1-萘氧基)-1,2-环氧丙烷[(R,S)-1]在Salen Co(Ⅲ)催化下的水解动力学拆分(HKR)。以转化率和ee值为指标,考察了催化剂用量、底物用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类等对HKR反应的影响。最佳HKR条件为:(R,S)-1 10 mmol,w[Salen Co(Ⅲ)]=0.75%,THF 1 mL,水0.5 eq,于25℃水解40 h,(R,S)-1的转化率为49.5%,(S)-1的ee为99.5%。  相似文献

Semi-empirical (AM1-SCI) calculations have been performed on 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)oxazole (HPO), 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)imidazole (HPI) and 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)thiazole (HPT) to rationalise the photophysical behaviour of the compounds exhibiting intramolecular rotation as well as excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT). The calculations reveal that there is a gradual variation in the properties from HPO to HPT through HPI so far as the existence of the rotational isomers in the ground state is concerned. While HPO gives rise to two stable rotamers (I and II) in all the common solvents, there is only one stable species for HPT in the S0 state. For HPI, rotamer II is possible only in the isolated state and/or in solvents of low polarity, but in high polar solvents it gives rise to the normal form (I) only. For all the molecules in the series, however, intramolecular proton transfer (IPT) takes place in the lowest excited singlet (S1) and the triplet (T1) states. Combination of the rotamerism and ESIPT gives rise to multiple fluorescence bands for the fluorophores. Theoretical assignments have been made for the excitation, fluorescence and phosphorescence bands. Simulated potential energy curves (PEC) in different electronic states reveal that the IPT process is feasible in either of the S1 and T1 states but not in the ground state. The ESIPT reaction has been found to be favoured both thermodynamically and kinetically in these electronic states compared to the ground state. However, quantum mechanical tunnelling has been proposed for the prototropic reaction to proceed in the excited states.  相似文献

2-(2′-Hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)benzothiazole reacts with copper(II) in an ethanol/water mixture to form an O,S chelate which exhibits the remarkable property of changing the chelation site above a pH of ca. 5.0, to the O,N site. The detailed kinetics of this reaction in an ethanol/water mixture (3:1) at a temperature of 25 °C was investigated using a stopped-flow spectrophotometric technique employing a wavelength of 400 nm. The initial complex, Cu(O,S), is formed via a fast, reversible second-order complex formation step whereupon the formation of the Cu (O,N) follows first order kinetics. The Cu(O,N) complex is, however, unstable towards internal electron exchange and after the reaction is complete, a black polymeric material very slowly precipitates out of solution. Rate and equilibrium constants for the postulated reactions are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Simultaneous measurements of density and sound speed, at five temperatures, T = (283.15 to 303.15) K and over the whole composition range were performed in 38 aqueous mixtures of 2-(isopropylamino)ethanol (IPAE), a sterically hindered amine of new generation with potential use in CO2 capture. Composition and temperature effects on different molar, excess molar, apparent molar and partial molar properties such as volume, isobaric expansion and isentropic compression are analysed, in order to assess different changes in the hydration and association patterns, across the entire composition range. A quantitative measure of the screening effect produced by the bulky hydrophobic part of IPAE to the H-bonding ability of the –NH group to the water molecules, is proposed. A comparison of the different thermodynamic properties, derived for this system, with those for the aqueous system of 2-(ethylamino)ethanol (EEA), is made. This last compound has a common structural –NHCH2CH2OH group sequence and a smaller and linear hydrophobic part.  相似文献

The assignment of the signals for the H and C atoms of four diastereomers (without their separation) of 2-(1-aminoethyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane (1) and its hydrochloride (2) (the antiviral drug deitiforin) was performed for the first time by two-dimensional 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The effects of the substituent at position 2 of norbornane on the chemical shifts of the -, -, and -carbon atoms of the bicycle were examined using the increments for alkanes. The changes in the chemical shifts of the C(6) and C(7) atoms are substantially larger than those for the other C atoms, which made it possible to identify the exo and endo forms. Each of these forms exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. The effect of the positive charge of the N atom on the -protons, which are closely spaced, but separated by a number of covalent bonds, was considered on going from amine 1 to hydrochloride 2. Based on significant changes in shielding of these H atoms, the configurations of the asymmetric center in the CHMe(NH2) substituent of the diastereomers were established.  相似文献
