在10mm长、3mm宽的斜切LaA lO3衬底上制备出不同厚度的Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8(Tl-2212)超导薄膜。对薄膜的I-V特性进行测量,其临界电流密度小于正常生长的Tl-2212超导薄膜。对薄膜通过脉冲方波进行快速反应特性的测量,结果表明:倾斜生长的Tl-2212超导薄膜在一个电压脉冲的作用下,产生宽度仅为μs量级的大电流脉冲,然后变为正常态。这和正常生长的超导薄膜不同,前者没有经过发热和升温的过程。利用这一特性可以制作高速高温超导开关和快速反应限流器等。  相似文献

在蓝宝石基片上,以CeO2为缓冲层制备了高质量的双面Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8(Tl-2212)超导薄膜。以金属铈靶作为溅射源生长了c轴取向的CeO2缓冲薄膜,并对CeO2薄膜进行了高温处理,有效改善了其结晶质量和表面形貌。采用两步法制备了双面的Tl-2212超导薄膜。XRD测试显示,薄膜为纯的Tl-2212相,且其晶格c轴垂直于衬底表面。超导薄膜的Tc为106K,Jc(77K,0T)为3.5MA/cm2,微波表面电阻Rs(77K,10GHz)为390μΩ。  相似文献

Rhenium avoids air degradation of the target as well as of precursor thin films during the preparation of high temperature Tl-based superconductors. Addition of Re has been used during synthesis of oriented Tl(Re)-Ba-Ca-Cu-O films. High temperature superconducting Tl-based thin films were prepared by a two step method combining RF magnetron sputtering and ex-situ thallination. Precursors with a composition of Re0.1Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox were deposited on a CeO2 buffered R-plane sapphire substrate. The sputtered films were prepared at room temperature in an Ar atmosphere. The thallination of the precursor films was performed in a one zone configuration, where both the pellet and precursor film were kept at the same temperature. The thallination temperature varied in the range of 850–880°C and samples were held for 30, 45 and 60 min at this temperature in a flowing oxygen atmosphere. Besides Tl-2212, X-ray diffraction reveals the possibility of also preparing the Tl-2223 phase, which was until now not reported in a Re doped form. 运用金属有机物化学气相沉积法(MOCVD),在LaAlO3(LAO)单晶上沉积YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO)超导薄膜。通过使用优化的进液装置,使金属有机源连续、稳定地输送至蒸发皿进行闪蒸。通过优化总气压、氧分压等生长条件,获得高质量的YBCO薄膜。在固定的温度条件下,调节反应总气压和氧分压,在总压为380Pa,氧分压为180Pa获得YBCO薄膜临界电流密度Jc=0.6MA/cm2。随着氧分压增大,YBCO薄膜产生a轴取向,(005)峰向左偏移,且薄膜中的Cu/Ba由1.0变化至1.63。在Cu/Ba=1.48时,YBCO薄膜结构与性能较优。  相似文献

The Ga203/ZnO multilayer films are deposited on quartz substrates by magnetron sputtering, the thickness values of Ga203 layers are in a range of 19 nm-2.5 nm and the thickness of ZnO layer is a constant of 1 nm. Formation of spinel ZnGa204 film is achieved via the annealing of the Ga203/ZnO multilayer film. The influences of original Ga203 sublayer thickness on the optical and structural properties of Ga203/ZnO multilayer films and annealed films are studied. With the decrease of the thickness of Ga203 sublayer, the optical band-gap of Ga203/ZnO multilayer film decreases, the intensity of UV emission diminishes and the intensity of violet emission increases. The annealed film displays the enlarged optical band gap and the quenched violet emission. UV fluorescence bands are observed from Ga203 and ZnGa204.  相似文献

We have studied the variation of low field magnetization hysteresis in YBa2Cu3O7 as a function of the maximum magnetic field applied during a hysteresis cycle (1 G<H max<7.3 G) and also as a function of temperature (77 K<T<95 K). The remnant magnetization is studied as a function ofH max andT and the measured dependences are explained using the extended critical state model. The potential of this technique as a contactless method of probing the temperature dependence ofJ c is discussed.  相似文献

The critical current densities (J c) have been measured at 77K in high pressure oxygen sputtered thin films of YBa2Cu3O7−x superconductor using the non-resonant rf absorption technique. High values ofJ c (∼ 105 A/cm2) are observed in these relatively large area (∼ 1·2 cm2) films.  相似文献

采用化学溶液方法在(111)Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT)和Bi3.25Nd0.75Ti3O12(BNT)薄膜.x射线衍射测试表明,两种薄膜都为单一的层状钙钛矿结构.扫描电子显微镜分析显示,BNT薄膜由大而均匀的棒状晶粒组成,BLT薄膜的组成晶粒则较小.采用紫外一近红外椭圆偏振光谱仪测试了200-100nm波长范围的椭圆偏振光谱,拟合得到薄膜的光学常数(折射率和消光系数)和厚度,确定BLT薄膜的禁带宽度分别为4.30和3.61eV,并采用单电子振子模型分析了薄膜在带间跃迁区的折射率色散关系.  相似文献

Vanadium oxide thin films were deposited on ordinary glass substrates by direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering from a vanadium metal target and subsequent oxidation annealing. The deposition and annealing parameters were given in detail. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The phase transitions of films were observed by measuring their electrical and optical property variations at different temperature. The results indicated that the films fabricated had a semiconductor–metal phase transition temperature of about 30 °C.  相似文献

A commercially available powder of MgB2 is used as starting material for the examination of the influence of the annealing temperature on the properties of this intermediate-Tc superconductor. We performed scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Hall ac-susceptibility measurements as a function of temperature and ac-field amplitude on samples annealed at 650, 750, 850 and 950 °C. The imaginary part of ac-susceptibility measurements is used to calculate both the inter-granular critical current density, Jc(Tp) and density of pinning force, αj(0). It was observed that all Tc, Jc(Tp) and αj(0) exhibit a non-monotonic behavior on the annealing temperature range studied in this work. Tc is measured to be 39.85±0.02 K and Jc(Tp) is estimated to be as high as 60 A/cm2 at 39.2 K for the sample annealed at 850 °C. The peak temperature, Tp, in the imaginary part of the ac-susceptibility curves shifts to lower temperatures with both decreasing the annealing temperature and increasing the amplitude of the ac-magnetic fields. A comparison of the experimental ac-susceptibility data with theoretical critical-state models that are currently available is performed. SEM investigations showed that the grain size increases, and the grain connectivity improves when the annealing temperature increases up to 850 °C. The possible reasons for the observed changes in transport, microstructure and magnetic properties due to annealing temperature are discussed.  相似文献

Stoichiometric Ba(Mn_xTi_(1-x)O_3) (BMT)thin films with various values of x were deposited on Si(111)substrates by the sol-gel technique.The influence of Mn content on the optical properties was studied by spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE)in the UV–Vis–NIR region.By fitting the measured ellipsometric parameter(Ψand)with a four-phase model(air/BMT+voids/BMT/Si(111)),the key optical constants of the thin films have been obtained.It was found that the refractive index n and the extinction coefficient k increase with increasing Mn content due to the increase in the packing density.Furthermore,a strong dependence of the optical band gap Egon Mn/Ti ratios in the deposited films was observed,and it was inferred that the energy level of conduction bands decreases with increasing Mn content.  相似文献

采用离子束溅射技术交替沉积Sb-Te-Sb多层薄膜后进行高真空热处理,直接制备Sb2Te3薄膜.利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、霍尔系数测试仪、薄膜Seebeck系数测量系统对所制备的薄膜特性进行表征.XRD测量结果显示,薄膜的主要衍射峰与Sb2Te3标准衍射峰相同,在[101]/[012]晶向取向明显,存在较多的Te杂质峰;霍尔系数测试结果表明,薄膜为p型半导体薄膜,薄膜电阻率较低,其电导率接近于金属电导率,载流子浓度量级为1023cm-3,具有良好的电学性能;Seebeck系数测量结果显示,薄膜具有良好的热电性能,在不同条件下制备的薄膜的Seebeck系数在7.8—62μV/K范围;在所制备的薄膜中,退火时间为6h、退火温度为200℃的薄膜其Seebeck系数达到最大,约为62μV/K,且电阻率最小.  相似文献

The ferromagnetic resonance and magnetization of single-crystal thin (27–100 Å films grown in the (110) direction are measured in the temperature range 20–400 K. The films are prepared by molecular-beam epitaxy on single-crystal sapphire substrates with a Nb(110)buffer layer. The angular dependence of the parameters of the ferromagnetic resonance spectrum is observed to have a 180° character when the static magnetic field is rotated in the plane of the sample. It is established that this angular dependence can be described on the assumption that the lattice distortions are essentially trigonal. A comparative analysis of previous data for Fe(001) films with the data for Fe(110) films shows that the source of the corrections to the cubic anisotropy constant is the characteristic distribution of the strains along the thickness of the film. YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) films with co-doping BaTiO3(BTO) and Y2O3 nanostructures were prepared by metal organic deposition using trifluoroacetates(TFA-MOD). The properties of the BTO/Y2O3co-doped YBCO films with different excess yttrium have been systematically studied by x-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectra, and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The optimized content of yttrium excess in the BTO/Y2O3co-doped YBCO films is 10 mol.%, and the critical current density is as high as ~ 17 mA/cm2(self-field, 65 K) by the magnetic signal. In addition, the Y2Cu2O5 was formed when the content of yttrium excess increases to 24 mol.%, which may result in the deterioration of the superconducting properties and the microstructure. The unique combination of the different types of nanostructures of BTO and Y2O3 in the doped YBCO films, compared with the pure YBCO films and BTO doped YBCO films, enhances the critical current density(JC) not only at the self-magnetic field, but also in the applied magnetic field.  相似文献

在以前工作的基础上,进一步研究了SrTiO3(001)(STO)衬底上单层FeSe超导薄膜的分子束外延生长.首先,通过去离子水刻蚀、盐酸溶液腐蚀和纯氧气氛中退火等步骤,获得台阶有序、具有单一TiO2终止的原子级平整表面的STO衬底,这是前提条件.这个过程中酸的选择和退火过程中氧的流量是最为关键的因素.其次,在FeSe薄膜的分子束外延生长中,选择适当的Fe源和Se源束流以及衬底温度是关键因素.如选择适当,生长模式为step-?ow生长,这时得到的FeSe薄膜将是原子级平整的.最后一步为退火,这个过程会增强FeSe薄膜结晶性以及它与SrTiO3衬底间的结合强度.  相似文献

To investigate the damage profiles of high-fluence low-energy proton irradiation on superconducting materials and related devices, Raman characterization and electrical transport measurement of 40-keV-proton irradiated YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)(YBCO) thin films are carried out. From micro-Raman spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction studies, the main component of proton-radiation-induced defects is found to be the partial transition of superconducting orthorhombic phase to the semiconducting tetragonal phase and non-superconducting secondary phase. The results indicate that the defects induced in the conducting CuO_2 planes, such as increased oxygen vacancies and interstitials, can result in an increase in the resistivity but a decrease in the transition temperature TCwith the increase in the fluence of proton irradiation, which is confirmed in the electrical transport measurements. Especially, zero-resistance temperature TC_0 is not observed at a fluence of 10~(15)p/cm~2.Furthermore, the variation of activation energy U_0 can be explained by the plastic-flux creep theory, which indicates that the plastic deformation and entanglement of vortices in a weakly pinned vortex liquid are caused by disorders of point-like defects. Point-like disorders are demonstrated to be the main contribution to the low-energy proton radiation damage in YBCO thin films. These disorders are likely to cause flux creep by thermally assisted flux flow, which may increase noise and reduce the precision of superconducting devices.  相似文献
