为满足敏感电子设备对频段密集相邻干扰信号的屏蔽需求,提出了一种低频比双频段带阻频率选择表面(FSS)结构。该结构由介质层和印刷在其两侧并谐振在不同频率的金属导带层构成。通过对两侧金属导带的互补型设计,削弱了两个谐振点间的耦合影响,使该FSS结构具有两个可以独立调节且紧密相邻的阻带,呈现出低频比特点。仿真结果表明,此结构可以实现低至1.16的谐振频率比。基于弯折结构的小型化设计使该FSS的单元尺寸仅为0.071λ,确保所提结构在TE和TM两种极化电磁波照射下,电磁屏蔽效能大于24 dB的入射角度稳定性高达60°。制作了实物并进行测试,实测结果与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了FSS结构设计的可靠性。  相似文献

通过仿真计算和实验研究了一种基于频率选择表面的双层改进型互补结构太赫兹带通滤波器.对四裂缝互补型电感电容式谐振单元结构进行了改进,可以在提高滤波性能的同时增加单晶石英介质衬底的厚度.利用电磁仿真技术设计并加工了中心频率为0.28 THz的带通滤波器,并利用太赫兹时域光谱仪测试了在0.1—0.6 THz范围内此滤波器的传输频谱特性,实验结果与仿真结果基本一致.结果表明,利用双层改进型互补结构可以设计出对于入射角度不敏感、带外抑制佳、边带陡峭度大、能有效抑制寄生谐振的宽带太赫兹带通滤波器,并降低了加工难度.  相似文献

Based on the substrate integrated waveguide technology,we present a dual-band frequency selective surface(FSS) with a quasi-elliptic bandpass response.The characteristics of the quasi-elliptic bandpass response are realized by shunting two substrate integrated waveguide cavities of different sizes,with the same slots on both sides of the metal surfaces.Four cavities of different sizes and two slots of different sizes are used to design the novel FSS.Every bandpass response with sharp sidebands is induced by two transmission nulls that are generated by the coupling between the slot aperture resonance and the cavity resonance.The simulation results show that such dual-band FSS has the advantages of high selectivity and stable performance at different oblique incident angles.Moreover,it is easy to fabricate.  相似文献

厚屏频率选择表面能较好地改善FSS带宽性能,是实现隐身雷达天线罩的有效手段.为了全面掌握厚屏FSS的传输特性,给FSS的工程应用提供可靠依据,本文设计了一种介质-金属加载圆孔单元的厚屏频率选择表面.采用矩量法对此结构进行分析计算,主要研究了加载金属直径、加载介质厚度、电磁波入射角等几个参数对厚屏FSS传输特性的影响规律.仿真实验结果表明:带宽、中心频率及其透过率都对填充介质直径、加载金属直径、加载介质厚度、电磁波入射角和不同排列方式有不同程度的敏感性,可以通过合理调整加载金属直径及加载介质厚度来获得较宽的通带和较高的透过率.这为实现厚屏FSS在曲面隐身雷达天线罩上的应用提供了一种有价值的借鉴.  相似文献

为满足太赫兹通信的需求,基于薄膜工艺和双层级联的结构,设计了一种0.34 THz频率选择表面带通滤波器。利用等效电路模型分析了该滤波器的频率特性,通过仿真研究了入射角对该结构频率特性的影响,显示水平极化条件下其在低于45入射角范围内具有较好的性能。最终按照所评估的误差容忍度加工了Jerusalem 十字单元的频率选择表面样片,并进行了频率传输特性的测试与分析,结果表明:该滤波器具有较好的滤波特性。  相似文献

为了提高频率选择表面(FSS)设计优化速度, 利用等效电路方法对基于集总元件加载的微型化FSS结构进行了分析. 根据FSS物理结构建立了相应的等效电路模型, 通过ADS软件对全波分析曲线进行拟合提取了等效电路模型参数, 通过延长曲线范围增加极值点个数提高拟合参数精度. 利用所提取的等效电路参数计算了不同LC 参数下FSS的传输特性, 与全波分析精确结果相对比, 电路模型计算的透过率略高, 中心频点及-3 dB带宽与全波分析结果的相对误差均小于10%. 证明了利用等效电路模型分析复杂FSS结构的可行性, 为FSS设计和快速优化提供了参考. 关键词: 频率选择表面 等效电路 集总元件  相似文献

An equivalent circuit (EC) method for absorbers design is proposed in this paper. Without using full-wave analysis, the EC method can predict the performance of the absorbers. This method is employed to synthesize broadband absorbers by inserting the resistors respectively into the single- and double-square loops structures, then two different prototypes with broadband absorbing frequency bands are manufactured and measured. By comparisons with the results both by using the full-wave analysis and by the measurements, the correctness of the new EC method is verified. Some factors which affect the absorbing bandwidth are also investigated. Due to its fast and accurate characteristics, the EC method which can be theoretically applied to arbitrary FSS is a good candidate for broadband design of the absorbers.  相似文献

利用容性表面与感性表面之间的耦合机理能够制备微型化频率选择表面(MEFSS),周期单元尺寸将不受工作波长限制.为了提高MEFSS角度与极化的稳定性,展宽MEFSS的-3 dB带宽,文章结合传统频率选择表面"Y"形单元,利用"Y"图形构造容性表面的贴片单元与感性表面的网栅单元且以正三角形栅格拓展周期单元,采用矢量模匹配法对MEFSS栅格排布及其他结构参数变化进行精确计算.通过镀膜与光刻技术在0.15 mm厚聚酰亚胺膜两侧制备容性表面、感性表面并利用自由空间法测试.计算与实验结果均表明,采用正三角形栅格排布的MEFSS,-3 dB带宽达到7.6 GHz,不同极化下60°扫描时中心频点稳定在f0,为MEFSS应用于曲面天线罩时提供理论与实验参考依据. 关键词: 天线罩 微型化频率选择表面 容性表面 感性表面  相似文献

通常频率选择表面雷达罩借助其几何外形, 将带外信号反射到远离来波的方向, 从而实现隐身. 然而随着多基雷达反隐身技术的发展, 这种反射信号仍然可以被侦测到. 针对这一难题, 提出一种加载电阻膜吸波材料的新型频率选择表面. 该频率选择表面在低频工作带通内, 不仅对大入射角和不同极化电磁波具有稳定的带通特性, 而且在高频带外对电磁波表现出吸收特性, 可以将探测信号吸收掉, 从而大大降低被反隐身多基雷达探测的风险. 另外, 由于吸波材料的作用, 使得频率选择表面的栅瓣也得到了很好的压制, 降低了栅瓣对频率选择表面工作频带的干扰.  相似文献

从传统的频率选择选择表面(frequency selective surface,简称FSS)Y孔单元出发,提出了一种新单元.经优化设计,给出了Y孔单元和新单元的FSS结构参数,运用谱域Galerkin法对两种单元FSS的传输特性进行了数值计算.采用镀膜和光刻技术制作出相应的等效平板样件,在微波暗室对两种FSS等效平板在8—12GHz频段内的传输特性进行了测试,测试值与计算值基本一致.结果表明:与Y孔单元相比,新单元FSS在电磁波大角度(66°)入射时具有高的透过率,在电磁波大扫描角范围内(0°—66°)新单元FSS中心频率的漂移量更小.因此,所提出的新单元更适合于电磁波大角度入射下的应用,为FSS在曲面雷达罩上的应用提供了一种新单元. 关键词: 频率选择表面 中心频率 雷达罩  相似文献

基于超材料结构的设计理论,通过长金属线周期阵列和具有Lorentz谐振形式等效介电常数的金属短线的组合可频率选通特性.由不同周期排布和结构尺寸的长金属线和金属短线组合而成的频率选择表面具有不同频段的选通特性.文章提出了双层及单面两种具有极化选择特性的频率选择表面,两种结构均可实现对特定频段TE及TM波选通.具有极化选择特性的超材料频率选择表面的设计为极化滤波器以及极化波产生器的设计提供了借鉴. 关键词: 频率选择表面 超材料 极化选择  相似文献

An effective approach to designing a tunable electromagnetic absorber is presented and experimentally verified; it is based on an idea that an existing frequency selective surface (FSS) absorber is regarded as a loaded receiving antenna array. The existing absorber is effectively simplified by withdrawing half of the loaded resistors; a more compact one is obtained when lumped capacitors are introduced. Building on this, a varactor-tunable absorber with a proper bias network is proposed. Numerical simulations of one tunable absorber with 1.6 mm in thickness show that a wide tuning range from 3.05 GHz to 1.96 GHz is achieved by changing the capacitance of the loaded varactor from 0.5 pF to 5.0 pF. An experiment is carried out using a rectangular waveguide measurement setup and excellent agreement between the simulated and measured results is demonstrated.  相似文献

<正>A thick-screen frequency selective surface(FSS) has not only a broad bandwidth but also the advantages of overcoming the multilayer FSS shortcoming of complex structure and low transmittance of centre frequency due to the cascade of FSSs,and this means it could potentially be applied in a stealth curved streamlined radome.However,there is an unsteadiness of centre frequency in a wide range of incident angles and another unsteadiness of polarization in a big incident angle.In order to solve these problems,in this paper we provide a novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS.The structure is analysed and simulated using the mode matching method and moment method.The centre frequency,the transmittance of centre frequency,and bandwidth of the structure are investigated when some parameters including the polarization at a big incident angle and the incident angles of TE & TM waves are changed. The novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS has better transmission properties with a better steadiness of polarization and incident angle independence.The novel structure of the four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS provides a valuable reference for their application in a stealth curved streamlined radome.  相似文献

设计和制备了含螺旋单元频率选择表面吸波片的三层复合吸波体,上层和下层均为磁性吸波片,中间层为带缺口的螺旋单元频率选择表面.复合吸波体在总厚度分别为1.4,1.7和2.0 mm时,其反射率在-10d B以下的频带宽度分别达到了9.29,6.69和7.11 GHz,与不含有频率选择表面的吸波体相比较(其他参数相同),-10d B以下反射率带宽分别提高了159.5%,69.3%和129.4%,复合吸波体在总厚度低于吸波体时,也取得了更好的反射效果.带缺口圆螺旋单元的频率选择表面嵌入吸波体中,引入了额外的吸收频带,拓宽了吸波体的反射率频带宽度.仿真分析表明嵌入频率选择表面能够改善吸波体的阻抗匹配性,进而影响其反射率.  相似文献

A new technique of designing a dual-band frequency selective surface with large band separation is presented.This technique is based on a delicately designed topology of L-and Ku-band microwave filters.The two band-pass responses are generated by a capacitively-loaded square-loop frequency selective surface and an aperture-coupled frequency selective surface,respectively.A Faraday cage is located between the two frequency selective surface structures to eliminate undesired couplings.Based on this technique,a dual-band frequency selective surface with large band separation is designed,which possesses large band separation,high selectivity,and stable performance under various incident angles and different polarizations.  相似文献

In order to realize the tunable performance of a frequency selective surface (FSS), a new unit cell is designed in this paper by properly adding two metal shorts to the ring slot. Based on the spectral-domain method, the frequency responses of the FSS structure with two shorts per slot ring are analysed for both the horizontal and the vertical polarizations at the normal incidence. It is demonstrated that the presence of the metal shorts does not affect the resonant frequency of the horizontally polarized wave but doubles the resonant frequency of the vertically polarized wave. Therefore based on the analysis of the novel transmission properties, a new approach to adjusting the resonant frequency by rotating the FSS screen 90? is presented in this paper.  相似文献
