提出了KBe2BO3F2 (KBBF)飞秒光参量放大中三波群速完全匹配的方法.对于Ⅰ类相位匹配方式采用非共线结构及倾斜抽运光脉冲波面,对于Ⅱ类相位匹配方式采用共线结构同时倾斜抽运光和信号光脉冲波面,可实现参量带宽最大时三波群速的完全匹配,从而获得更高增益,更窄脉宽的参量光.  相似文献

描述了在BBOⅠ类相位匹配的飞秒光参量放大(OPA)中,利用非共线结构和倾斜抽运光的脉 冲波面来完全补偿三波群速失配的方法.理论计算了三波群速匹配时,非共线角、相位匹配 角、抽运光的脉冲波面倾斜角随信号光波长的变化,并分析了对抽运光光斑尺寸的要求和对 空间走离长度的影响.结果表明,利用该方法不仅能够实现最大的参量带宽,而且能够完全 补偿飞秒OPA中三波的群速失配.此外,选取合适的抽运光光斑尺寸和非线性晶体的长度对提 高参量增益也至关重要. 关键词: 群速匹配 非共线相位匹配 脉冲波面倾斜 飞秒光参量放大  相似文献

为了消除群速失配对参量放大的不利影响,描述了利用脉冲波面倾斜与非共线相位匹配相结 合,完全补偿飞秒光参量放大(OPA)中三波群速失配的新方法.计算了在BBOⅠ类、Ⅱ类相 位匹配条件下, 三波实现群速匹配时,相位匹配角、脉冲波面倾斜角以及非共线角随信号 光波长的变化.并分析了三波群速匹配对空间走离长度、参量增益和参量带宽的影响.结果表 明,在BBOⅠ类、Ⅱ类相位匹配条件下,利用该方法均能实现飞秒OPA连续调谐时三波的群速 匹配,从而大大增加了三波的有效互作用长度,为能够获得高增益,窄脉宽的参量光脉冲提 供了理论依据和指导. 关键词: 群速匹配 脉冲波面倾斜 非共线相位匹配 飞秒光参量放大  相似文献

利用重复频率为1kHz的钛宝石激光的倍频蓝光抽运Ⅰ类相位匹配的偏硼酸钡(BBO)晶体,获得了可见光区的非共线参量超荧光.给出了最强光强处参量超荧光的非共线角,波长随相位匹配角的变化.理论计算了在参量超荧光中三波的群速失配随非共线角和相位匹配角的变化规律.结果表明,Ⅰ类非共线相位匹配的参量超荧光关于抽运光中心对称.并且沿光强最强的参量超荧光方向三波的群速失配最小,有效互作用长度最大,即参量超荧光的强度角分布是三波的相速和群速自匹配的结果.该理论和实验研究为减小飞秒光参量放大中三波的群速失配提供了一个理想的几何模型,为获得高增益、窄脉冲宽度的参量光输出提供了理论依据和实验验证. 关键词: 群速自匹配 参量超荧光 非共线相位匹配 飞秒光参量放大  相似文献

由于相位匹配条件和非线性晶体透光范围的限制,400nm蓝光抽运的飞秒β-BaB2O4(BBO)光参量放大(OPA)输出的参量光调谐范围有限,很难得到波长小于460nm的蓝光和近紫外光.实验采用1kHz钛宝石九通啁啾脉冲放大器的倍频蓝光作抽运光,超连续白光 作种子光,在Ⅰ类非共线相位匹配条件下,利用宽带的飞秒BBO OPA,在一定的实验参数下 获得了530—810nm放大的信号光,以及810nm—17μm波段范围的闲频光.与此同时 ,还获得了410—700nm连续可调的闲频光的二次谐波,其与闲频光层叠分布,单脉冲能量 为26μJ,转换效率大于5%.仅利用单块晶体的飞秒BBO OPA就可以获得410—810nm连 续可调的飞秒脉冲输出,从而为更多研究和应用的需要提供了重要的光源.对飞秒光参量放 大中闲频光二次谐波产生的条件也进行了理论分析. 关键词: 二次谐波 闲频光 非共线相位匹配 飞秒光参量放大  相似文献

对基于新型非线性晶体BiB3O6(BIBO)的飞秒光参量变换过程的参量特性进行了研究. 计算了BIBO晶体三个光学主平面内的相位匹配条件和有效非线性系数,确定了克尔透镜锁模钛宝石激光器的基频光与倍频光抽运时最佳的光学主平面和相位匹配方式,并分析了三波的时间走离和空间走离,以及信号光的参量增益和带宽. 为利用基于BIBO晶体的飞秒光参量技术获得高能量、宽调谐、窄脉宽的光源提供理论依据和实验指导. 关键词: 3O6')" href="#">BiB3O6 光参量变换 共线相位匹配 光学主平面  相似文献

利用BBO晶体在400nm的抽运光与信号光夹角为37°时,可同时在可见光范围内很宽的光谱范围里实现相位匹配的特点,实现了在可见光范围内具有极宽输出光谱宽度的飞秒光学参量放大器(OPA)的稳定运转,其输出脉冲能量大于15μJ,转换效率超过15%.并且在仅采用啁啾镜作为脉冲压缩器的情况下,获得了输出脉冲宽度为135fs的极窄光脉冲,其脉冲宽度压缩比高达22倍 关键词: 非共线相位匹配 光学参量放大 啁啾镜  相似文献

研究了一种基于单晶体的可调谐超荧光产生机理,在一个偏硼酸钡(BBO)晶体中实现了飞秒脉冲倍频过程和光参量产生过程.实验中采用kHz高功率钛宝石激光系统输出的飞秒脉冲光倍频后的蓝光作为抽运光,获得了可调谐范围为480—530 nm参量超荧光光谱输出.理论上分析了这种超荧光产生机理,并利用放大传递函数模拟出参量超荧光环的产生过程.结果表明,在一个BBO晶体中,当抽运光源输出光入射晶体角度同时满足倍频相位匹配角和非共线光参量产生相位匹配角时可产生参量超荧光环,通过微调相位匹配角可控制参量超荧光光谱调谐输出.该理论和实验研究为控制参量超荧光和量子纠缠态的产生提供了理论依据,对于量子成像和量子通讯等领域的发展具有重要意义.  相似文献

We have developed a 6–12 μm mid-infrared (MIR) femtosecond laser source for glyco-protein structure analysis. The MIR femtosecond laser pulses are generated by a differential frequency generation (DFG) configuration with a combination of Ti:sapphire based regeneratively amplified femtosecond laser pulses (780 nm, 160 fs, 1 mJ) and a β-BaB2O4 (BBO) based optical parametric amplifier (OPA). The MIR pulse energy exceeds 4.5 μJ, where a glyco-protein molecule has resonant absorption lines due to the vibrational–rotational transitions. The pulse width is estimated to be less than 1 ps according to the cross correlation measurement between the two OPA output pulses. Using the MIR femtosecond laser pulses, we demonstrated photo-dissociation of the sialyl Lewis X (sLeX) proton added ion, which is the first time to the best of our knowledge. A compact two-stage optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier based on photonic crystal fibre is demonstrated.A 1064-nm soliton pulse is obtained in a home-made photonic crystal fibre (PCF) with femtosecond pulse pumping and then amplified to 2 mJ in an Nd:YAG regenerative amplifier.After the amplified pulses pass through the LBO crystal,the 532-nm double-frequency light with an energy of 0.8 mJ and a duration of over 100 ps at 10-Hz repetition rate is generated as a pump source in the following two-stage optical parametric amplification (OPA).The 850-nm chirped signal light gain from the stretcher is 1.5×10 4 in the first-stage OPA while it is 120 in the second-stage OPA.The total signal gain of optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA) can reach 1.8×10 6.  相似文献

Ultrashort visible-near infrared (NIR) pulse generation and its applications to ultrafast spectroscopy are discussed. Femtosecond pulses of around 800 nm from a Ti:sapphire laser are used as a pump of an optical parametric amplifier (OPA) in a non-collinear configuration to generate ultrashort visible (500–780 nm) pulses and deep-ultraviolet (DUV, 259–282 nm) pulses. The visible-NIR pulses and DUV pulses were compressed to 3.9 fs and 10.4 fs, respectively, and used to elucidate various ultrafast dynamics in condensed matter with a sub-10 fs resolution by pump-probe measurements. We have also developed a 128-channel lock-in amplifier. The combined system of the world-shortest visible pulse from the OPA and the lock-in amplifier with the world-largest channel-number can clarify the sub-10 fs-dynamics in condensed matter. This system clarified structural changes in an excited state, reaction intermediate, and a transition state. This is possible even during molecular vibration and reactions via a real-time-resolved vibronic spectrum, which provides molecular structural change information. Also, ultrafast dynamics in exotic materials like carbon nanotubes, topological insulators, and novel solar battery systems have been clarified. Furthermore, the carrier-envelope phase in the ultrashort pulse has been controlled and measured.  相似文献

We have designed a simple mid-IR femtosecond OPA seeded by a white-light continuum and delivering very stable, largely tunable and energetic output pulses. This OPA requires fewer than 200 7J of 120-fs Ti:sapphire pump pulses as energy. This system allowed us to experimentally compare the performances of potassium crystals (KTP, KTA, and KNbO3) for the generation of up to 100-fs Fourier-transform-limited pulses tunable in 1-4.6 7m mid-IR wavelengths.  相似文献

Thin films of La0.6Ca0.4CoO3 were grown by pulsed laser ablation with nanosecond and femtosecond pulses. The films deposited with femtosecond pulses (248 nm, 500 fs pulse duration) exhibit a higher surface roughness and deficiency in the cobalt content compared to the films deposited with nanosecond pulses (248 nm, 20 ns pulse duration). The origin of these pronounced differences between the films grown by ns and fs ablation has been studied in detail by time-resolved optical emission spectroscopy and imaging. The plumes generated by nanosecond and femtosecond ablation were analyzed in vacuum and in a background pressure of 60 Pa of oxygen. The ns-induced plume in vacuum exhibits a spherical shape, while for femtosecond ablation the plume is more elongated along the expansion direction, but with similar velocities for ns and fs laser ablation. In the case of ablation in the background gas similar velocities of the plume species are observed for fs and ns laser ablation. The different film compositions are therefore not related to different kinetic energies and different distributions of various species in the plasma plume which has been identified as the origin of the deficiency of species for other materials.  相似文献

A CW seeded femtosecond optical parametric amplifier, a compromise between OPG/OPA and strongly seeded OPA configurations, has been demonstrated. An independent CW Nd: YAG laser with sub-watt power decreases the pump threshold of the OPA and improves the stability of the output pulses considerably. Output signal energies as high as 30 μJ with pulse durations less than 250 fs near 1 μm are reported. from this two-stage device.  相似文献
