本文首次报道了采用2-(N-十六烷基氨基甲酰基)-8-羟基喹啉镉配合物作为一种新型发光材料,通过LB膜技术来制备发光层所制得的电致发光器件。在室温下,当直流正向偏压为6.5 V时,可于暗室中用肉眼观察到发光。当电流密度为35 mA/cm2时,可得稳定的发光,其电致发光图谱峰值在490 nm处。  相似文献

A new functionalized triethoxysilane bearing an X-shaped, anthracene-based semiconducting molecule on one arm was designed and synthesized as a precursor for the preparation of a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a SiO(2) substrate. 3-Isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane was reacted with a monohydroxyl-terminated X-shaped, anthracene-based semiconducting molecule in the presence of tin catalyst. The 6-(5-((6-((5-hexylthiophen-2-yl)ethynyl)-9,10-bis(phenylethynyl)anthracen-2-yl)ethynyl)thiophen-2-yl)hexyl 3-(triethoxysilyl)propylcarbamate (BATHT-TEOS) was found to be stable and sufficiently reactive to form organic monolayers on hydroxylated SiO(2) surfaces. The structures and properties of these SAMs were investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, laser scanning confocal microscopy-PL spectrometry, and spectroscopic ellipsometry. In this work, BATHT-SAM was employed as an interfacial layer on SiO(2) to fabricate ultrathin film transistors (UTFTs, active layer thickness ~ 16.09 nm). The device UTFT-I, made of 0.06 wt % 5,5'-(9,10-bis(phenylethynyl)anthracene-2,6-diyl)bis(ethyne-2,1-diyl)bis(2-hexylthiophene) (BATHT) solution on an n-octyltrichlorosilane-SAM/SiO(2) layer, showed no gate effect for the carrier transport behavior; however, the device UTFT-II, fabricated on BATHT-SAM/SiO(2), exhibited field effect mobilities of 0.04 cm(2) V(-1) s(-1) (I(on/off) ~ 6.3 × 10(3) to 1.0 × 10(4)). This can be attributed to the effect of BATHT-SAM inducing uniform coverage and ordering of BATHT molecules as an upper layer.  相似文献

通过研究新型荧光染料N-对甲氧苯基咔唑-2-乙烯基-8-羟基喹啉锌(MoBCzHQZn)的电致发光(EL)特性, 发现MoBCzHQZn具有较强的发光特性和空穴传输特性, 利用此特性制备了非掺杂型的有机电致白光器件和掺杂型的有机电致黄光器件. 白光器件的结构为ITO/2T-NATA(20 nm)/MoBCzHQZn(25 nm)/NPBX(13 nm)/BCP(8nm)/Alq3(34 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al, 器件在15 V电压下实现了白光发射, 色坐标为(0.3719, 0.3275), 最大发光亮度为3414 cd·m-2, 在14 V 电压下的最大发光效率为1.69 cd·A-1、黄光器件的结构为ITO/2T-NATA(20 nm)/CBP:6%Ir(ppy)3:10%MoBCzHQZn(25 nm)/TPBi:6%Ir(ppy)3(47 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al, 器件在15 V电压下实现了黄绿光发射, 色坐标为(0.3590, 0.5787), 最大发光亮度为11073 cd·m-2, 在9 V电压下的最大发光效率为2.51 cd·A-1.  相似文献

A novel Re(I) complex, Re(CO)(3)ClL (L = 2-(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for C(17)H(13)ClN(3)O(3)Re: space group, orthorhombic, Pbca; a = 12.713(6) A; b = 15.103(7) A; c = 18.253(8) A; Z = 8. Stable vacuum vapor deposition of the Re complex has been verified by UV-vis and infrared spectroscopy. A two-layer electroluminescent device with configuration of ITO/TPD/Re(CO)(3)ClL/Mg(0.9)Ag(0.1)/Ag has been fabricated, which gave a turn-on voltage of as low as 3 V and a maximum luminance of 113 cd/m(2) at a bias voltage of 10.5 V, and confirmed that the Re complex can function as a bright orange-red emitter and an electron transport material in an electroluminescent device.  相似文献

Eight 2-(9-phenanthrenyl)-, 2-(9-anthryl)- and 2-(1-pyrenyl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds, three 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylphenanthroimidazole compounds and five 4,5-diphenyl-1-alkyl-2-(9-anthryl)imidazole compounds were synthesized by alkylation reactions of the corresponding benzimidazole, phenanthroimidazole or imidazole compounds. 2-(10-Bromo-9-anthryl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds were prepared by bromination reaction of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylbenzimidazole compounds. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS or HRMS; their absorption coefficients (), maximum absorption λamax, fluorescence emission maximum λem, Stokes shifts and fluorescence quantum yields (ΦF) in ethyl acetate were determined; their fluorescent lifetimes (T1 and T2) were measured in ethyl acetate and in solid state, respectively. The crystal structure of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-n-butyl-4,5-diphenylimidazole (12a) was determined to be triclinic, space group P-1 types, using single crystal X-ray crystallography technique. The results showed that these compounds exhibited moderate fluorescence-emission abilities and higher solubility in most organic solvents than their corresponding starting materials. The relationships between the optical behaviors and structures for these compounds were discussed.  相似文献

The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole.  相似文献

An electron transporting moiety (1,3,4-oxadiazole) and a hole transporting moiety (carbazole) were combined to create 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5-(4-carbazole-9-yl)phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole (CzOxa), a three layer device with a configuration of ITO/TPD(50 nm)/CzOxa(40 nm)/AlQ(40 nm)/Mg0.9Ag0.1(200 nm)/Ag(80 nm) which exhibited a blue emission peak at approximately 470 nm (x = 0.14, y = 0.19) with a maximum luminance of 26,200 cd m(-2) at a drive voltage of 15 V and a maximum luminous efficiency of 2.25 lm W(-1).  相似文献

The title compound,(E)-ethyl 2-(5-(3-methyl-2-butenyloxy)-2-(3-(4-(3-methyl-2-butenyloxy)phenyl) acryloyl) phenoxy)acetate(1),has been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy,ESI-MS,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.FT-IR,1H-NMR and ESI-MS confirm the functional groups,particularly the ethyl groups in the ester moiety,of the compound.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction has revealed a monoclinic structure,space group P21/n with a = 14.6832(14),b = 7.7581(7),c = 23.075(2),β = 101.670(2)o,V = 2574.2(4) ?3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.235 g/cm,μ = 0.085 mm-1,and F(000) = 1024.The skeleton of chalcone in the molecular structure is coplanar.  相似文献

HB(3-(t)Bupz)(3)Tl and AlEt(3) in benzene yield {H(3-(t)Bupz)B(3-(t)Bupz)(2)-eta(2)}AlEt(2), 1, as a hydrocarbon-soluble crystalline solid. Compound 1 is also obtained in a related reaction involving ClAlEt(2) via a preferential metathesis of the Al-Cl bond. Crystal data for 1 at -101 degrees C: a = 11.770(3) ?, b = 11.054(3) ?, c = 21.973(6) ?, beta = 95.57(1) degrees, Z = 4, space group P2(1)/a. In 1 the Al center is four-coordinate with Al-C = 1.97(1) ? and Al-N = 1.99(1) ? and with C-Al-C = 127 degrees and N-Al-N = 101 degrees being the largest and smallest angles, respectively. The average N-B-N angle is 109(1) degrees. In toluene-d(8) and tetrahydrofuran-d(8), 1 shows two types of 3-(t)Bupz groups in the integral ratio 2:1 and two distinct ethyl ligands. At low temperature there is a broadening of the 3-(t)Bupz singlet that is assigned to the eta(2)-(t)Bupz ligands. Up to +60 degrees C, compound 1 is nonfluxional on the NMR time scale but does isomerize to {H(3-(t)Bupz)B(3-(t)Bupz)(5-(t)Bupz)-eta(2)}AlEt(2), 2. Crystal data for 2 at -172 degrees C: a = 29.235(5) ?, b = 11.298(1) ?, c = 22.033(3) ?, beta = 129.66(1) degrees, Z = 8, space group = C2/c. In 2 there is a pseudotetrahedral Al center with Al-C = 1.97(1) ? (average) and Al-N = 1.95(1) ? (average) and with C-Al-C = 119 degrees and N-Al-N = 98 degrees as the largest and smallest angles, respectively. The average N-B-N angle is 108(1) degrees. In 2 the eta(2)-tris(alkylpyrazolyl)borate ligand isomerizes by a 1,2-borotropic shift to give one 5-(t)Bupz fragment that is part of the eta(2)-N,N' aluminum-bonded ligand. Variable-temperature (1)H NMR spectra of 2 in toluene-d(8) and THF-d(8) reveal temperature-dependent exchange involving the 3-(t)Bupz moieties, with more rapid site exchange in toluene-d(8) than in THF-d(8). At low temperature there are two ethyl signals, one of which indicates diastereotopic methylene protons, as well as three (t)Bu signals in the ratio 1:1:1. The dynamic behavior of 2 is consistent with an eta(2) right harpoon over left harpoon eta(3) exchange process as opposed to an eta(2) right harpoon over left harpoon eta(1) exchange wherein the Al center is transiently three-coordinate. The isomerization of 1 to 2 has been studied in benzene-d(6) (DeltaH() = 21.0(2) kcal/mol, DeltaS() = -15(1) eu) and THF-d(8) (DeltaH() = 18.3(4) kcal/mol, DeltaS() = -15(1) eu) and compared to a related isomerization involving {H(2)B(3-(t)Bupz)(2)-eta(2)}AlMe(2) reported by Parkin and Looney [Polyhedron 1990, 9, 265] in benzene-d(6) (DeltaH() = 34.5(8) kcal/mol, DeltaS() = 6(2) eu). It is proposed that the rate-determining 1,2-borotropic shift in the 1 --> 2 reaction occurs in a noncoordinating (t)Bupz group and that this is followed by a rapid associative interchange of pz groups wherein the sterically less demanding 5-(t)Bupz moiety remains bound to the metal.  相似文献

The infrared and Raman spectra of the NH(4)(+), K(+), and Cs(+) salts of N(NO(2))(2)(-) in the solid state and in solution have been measured and are assigned with the help of ab initio calculations at the HF/6-31G and MP2/6-31+G levels of theory. In agreement with the variations observed in the crystal structures, the vibrational spectra of the N(NO(2))(2)(-) anion are also strongly influenced by the counterions and the physical state. Whereas the ab initio calculations for the free N(NO(2))(2)(-) ion indicate a minimum energy structure of C(2) symmetry, Raman polarization measurements on solutions of the N(NO(2))(2)(-) anion suggest point group C(1) (i.e., no symmetry). This is attributed to the very small (<3 kcal/mol) N-NO(2) rotational barrier in N(NO(2))(2)(-) which allows for easy deformation.  相似文献

Condensation of 3-methyl-2-azafluorene with 2-formylfluorene results in the formation of a compound containing a polyconjugated system and two acidic CH centers, namely, 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2-azafluoren-3-yl)ethene. The conversions of this compound upon treatment with alkali have been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy. [reaction: see text] An efficient route to deoxyadenosine derivatives labeled on both the amino group and nitrogen 1 is uncovered. First, 3',5'-di-O-acetyl-2'-deoxy-1-(2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl)inosine (2a) and only 1.1 equiv of (15)NH4Cl are used for labeling position 1 (1a) through the isolation of the open intermediate and its cyclization with DBU in anhydrous CH3CN. Inosine 1a is then converted to [N,1-(15)N2]-3',5'-di-O-acetyl-N6-benzoyl-2'-deoxyadenosine (5a, the precursor of 6a) via a Pd/dppf-catalyzed chloride-to-benzamide replacement, by using again only 1.1 equiv of the labeling source.  相似文献

Preparative method for the synthesis of lithium, sodium, cesium, and calcium salts of (E)-4-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminobutanoic, (E)-6-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminohexanoic, (E,S)-3-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminobutanoic, (E,S)-4-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminopentanoic and (E,2S,3S)-3-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminopentanoic acids was developed by reacting 5-phenyl(4-tolyl)isoxazole-3-carbaldehydes with amino acids like 4-aminobutyric and 6-aminocaproic acids, L-valine, L-leucine or L-isoleucine in the presence of lithium hydride, sodium methoxide, cesium carbonate or calcium hydride in boiling methanol.  相似文献

通过Sonogashira偶联等反应,合成了三嵌段化合物9,10-双-(对-(甲氧基二缩三乙二醇基)苯基乙炔基)蒽,通过1H NMR和基质辅助激光解吸电离时间飞行质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)对其结构进行了表征。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)及小角X射线散射仪(SAXS)等技术手段对其本体自组装行为进行了研究,结果表明,化合物在固态相自组装成近晶A相(SmA相)。光谱分析表明,该化合物继承了二取代蒽类发光材料具有高荧光量子产率(Φf)的特点,是一种性能良好的光致发光材料。  相似文献

Protonation of 2-(2-furyl)-, 2-(2-thienyl)-, and 2-arylpyrroles by sulfuric acid in ethanol was studied using electronic absorption Spectroscopy in the UV and visible regions. Pyrroles with heteroaromatic substituents are protonated at the -positions of pyrrole and the heterocycle, resulting in the appearance of additional long-wave spectral bands. Wittig reactions of 2-furaldehyde (20) [and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde (21)] with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (19) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon give (E)-1-(2-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (22E) and (E)-1-(2-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (23E) in 53 and 36% yields. Similarly, Wittig reactions of 3-furaldehyde (29) [and thiophene-3-carbaldehyde (30)] with 19 under the same reaction conditions as for 20 and 21 afford (E)-1-(3-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (31E) and (E)-1-(3-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (32E) in 32 and 46% yields. Molecular structures and characteristic properties as well as preparation of the title E (i.e., one of the geometrical isomers) forms, with a view to comparative study, are reported. Moreover, reactions of those conjugated π-electron systems with TCNE (=tetracyanoethylene) in benzene [and in DMF (=N,N-dimethylformamide)] at 25 °C for 24 h under argon yield unique products, possessing interesting molecular structures, respectively, whose characteristic properties and crystal structures are documented, also.  相似文献
