The reactions of [Fe3(CO)12] or [Ru3(CO)12] with RNC (R=Ph, C6H4OMe-p or CH2SO2C6H4Me-p) have been investigated using electrospray mass spectrometry. Species arising from substitution of up to six ligands were detected for [Fe3(CO)12], but the higher-substituted compounds were too unstable to be isolated. The crystal structure of [Fe3(CO)10(CNPh)2] was determined at 150 and 298 K to show that both isonitrile ligands were trans to each other on the same Fe atom. For [Ru3(CO)12] substitution of up to three COs was found, together with the formation of higher-nuclearity clusters. [Ru4(CO)11(CNPh)3] was structurally characterised and has a spiked-triangular Ru4 core with two of the CNPh ligands coordinated in an unusual μ32 mode.  相似文献

The specific additions of one, three or four Ph3PAu groups to [M(CO)5] (M=Mn, Re) are described. Thus [M(CO)5] in THF reacts with [(Ph3PAu)3O]BF4 to give [(Ph3PAu)4Mn(CO)4]BF4. An X-ray crystal structure of the M = Mn example shows the cation to have a trigonal bipyramidal Au4Mn core with the Mn in an equatorial site. The previously known neutral (Ph3PAu)3M(CO)4 clusters are formed by addition of two Ph3PAu groups, using the mixed reagent [(Ph3PAu) 3O]BF4/[ppn][Co(CO)4], to Ph3PAuM(CO)5, which itself is readily prepared from [M(CO)5] and Ph3PAuCl.  相似文献

A transition metal-substituted silylacetylene [(η5-C5H5)Fe(CO)2SiMe2C]2, [FpMe2SiC]2 (I) was synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and structurally. I crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n, A = 13.011(3) Å B = 12.912(3) Å, C = 13.175(5) Å, β = 94.95(2). The acetylene linkage is reactive toward Co2(CO)8 to form I. Co2(CO)6 (II) which was also characterized spectroscopically and by single crystal X-ray diffraction. II crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, A = 17.64(2) Å, B = 14.225(10) Å, C = 24.49(2) Å.  相似文献

[Cp4Fe4(CO)4] (1) reacts with p-BrC6H4Li and MeOH in sequence to afford the functionalized cluster [Cp3Fe4(CO)4(C5H4-p-C6H4Br)] (2), while the reaction of 2 with n-BuLi and MeOH produces [Cp2Fe4(CO)4(C5H4Bu)(C5H4-p-C6H4Br)] (3). The double cluster [Cp3Fe4(CO)4(C5H4)]2(p-C6H4) (4) has been prepared by treatment of [Cp4Fe4(CO)4] with p-C6H4Li2 and MeOH in sequence. The electrochemistry of 2 and 4, as well as the crystal structure of 4 have been investigated.  相似文献

Photolysis of a hexane solution containing ironpentacarbonyl, 1-ferrocenyl-4-phenyl-1,3-butadiyne at low temperature yields six new products: [Fe(CO)222-PhCCCC(Fc)C(CCPh)C(Fc)Fe(CO)3}-μ-CO] (1), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-η1122-PhCCCC(Fc)-C(O)-C(Fc)CCCPh}] (2), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-η1122-FcCC(CC Ph)-C(O)-C(Fc)CCCPh}] (3), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-η1122-FcCCCC(Fc)-C(O)-C(Fc)CCCPh}] (4), [Fe(CO)3{μ-η2: η2-[FcCC(CCPh)C(CCPh)C(Fc)}CO] (5) and [Fe(CO)3{μ-η2: η2-[FcCC(CCPh)C(CCPh)C(Fc)}CO] (6) formed by coupling of acetylenic moieties with CO insertion on metal carbonyl support. In presence of CO, formation of another new product 2,5-bis(ferrocenyl)-3,6-bis(tetracarbonylphenylmaleoyliron)quinone (7) was observed which on further reaction with ferrocenylacetyene gave the quinone, 2,5-bis(ferrocenyl)-3,6-bis(ethynylphenyl)quinone (8). Structures of 1-5 and 8 were established crystallographically.  相似文献

Alkyne-iron carbonyl complexes, prepared using Fe(CO)5-NaBH4-CH3COOH-amine-alkyne and Fe3(CO)12-amine-alkyne reagent systems, react with excess of amine at 25 °C to give cyclic imides in moderate to good yields. Further, unsaturated iron carbonyl species, prepared using the Fe(CO)5-pyridine-N-oxide system, react with alkynes to give the corresponding anhydrides.  相似文献

Phosphines react with butterfly tetranuelear nitrido-iron clusters, [Fe4N(CO)12] and [Fe4N(CO)11(NO)], to give mono- and di-substituted complexes. X-Ray analyses of the title compounds showed that the phosphine ligands are bound to the wing-tip atoms.  相似文献

The structures of the versatile starting compounds for organoiron complexes, the cationic aqua complex [(η5-C5Me4Et)Fe(CO)2(OH2)]BF4 (1b) and the halide complexes (η5-C5Me5)Fe(CO)2-I (2a), (η5-C5Me4Et)Fe(CO)2-I (2b) and (η5-C5Me4Et)Fe(CO)2-Cl (3b), are characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1b [Fe---O: 2.022(8) Å and 2.043(9) Å, two independent molecules] is the first structurally characterized example of organoiron aqua complexes. Details of the synthetic procedures for the above complexes and the labile cationic THF complexes [η5-C5R5)Fe(CO)2(THF)]BF4 (4) are disclosed, and the dissociation equilibrium of 4 is confirmed by means of variable temperature 1H-NMR as well as saturation transfer experiment.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of polynuclear complexes of general formulae [M(RIm)(diolefin)x, [M(RIm)(CO)2]x and [M(RIm)(CO)L]x (M  Rh, Ir; RIm  imidazolate, 2-methylimidazolate, 2-benzylbenzimidazolate; L  PPh3 or P(OPh)3) are reported. The crystal structure of the novel complex [Rh(2-MeIm)-(CO)2]4 (2-MeIm  2-methylimidazolate) has been determined by X-ray methods. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, with Z  4 in a unit cell of dimensions a 19.427(12), b 13.419(8), c 12.346(9) Å. The structure has been solved by combined Patterson and direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares to R  0.043 for 937 independent observed reflections. It consists of discrete tetrameric complexes in which each Rh atom is in a nearly cis square planar arrangement, bonded to two carbon atoms of carbonyl groups and to two nitrogen atoms of two 2-methylimidazolate ligands, each of which, acting as an exo-bidentate ligand, bridging two metal atoms, so that the four bridging 2-MeIm ligands and the four Rh atoms form a multiatomic ring.  相似文献

The reaction of Pt(PPh3)n (n = 3 or 4) with [(CF3)3Ge]2Hg or (CF3)3GeHgPt(PPh3)2Ge(CF3)3 (I) gives a stable diplatinum complex [(CF3)3GePt(PPh3)2]2Hg (II). X-Ray analysis has established that compound II contains a Ge---Pt---Hg---Pt---Ge chain of C2 symmetry. Both of the Pt atoms have distorted square-planar coordinations. The bond lengths are: Pt---Hg, 2.630(2) and 2.665(2) Å; Ge---Pt, 2.410(4) and 2.407(4) Å.

Compound II reacts with dihydrogen in THF solution under mild conditions to give mercury and the hydride (CF3)3GePt(PPh3)2H. On interaction of II with R2Hg organomercurials (R = Cl, Et, GeEt3, Ge(CF3)3, Ge(C6F5)3) an unknown reaction takes place: Pt(PPh3)2 moieties migrate from the polymetallic grouping into the substrate with the formation of the corresponding RHgPt(PPh3)2R complexes or their demercuration products, R2Pt(PPh3);, (R = Cl, Et). The latter react further with complex I formed in the first step of the process to give Hg and (CF3)3GePt(PPh3)2R. The reaction schemes are discussed.  相似文献

A new iron phosphate (NH4)4Fe3(OH)2F2[H3(PO4)4] has been synthesized hydrothermally at HF concentrations from 0.5 to 1.2 mL. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals its three-dimensional open-framework structure (monoclinic, space group P21/n (No. 14), a=6.2614(13) Å, b=9.844(2) Å, c=14.271(3) Å, β=92.11(1)°, V=879.0(3) Å3). This structure is built from isolated linear trimers of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, which are linked by (PO4) groups to form ten-membered-ring channels along [1 0 0]. This isolated, linear trimer of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, [(FeO4)3(OH)2F2], is new and adds to the diverse linkages of Fe polyhedra as secondary building units in iron phosphates. The trivalent iron at octahedral sites for the title compound has been confirmed by synchrotron Fe K-edge XANES spectra and magnetic measurements. Magnetic measurements also show that this compound exhibit a strong antiferromagnetic exchange below TN=17 K, consistent with superexchange interactions expected for the linear trimer of ferric octahedra with the Fe-F-Fe angle of 132.5°.  相似文献

Syntheses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been completed on two cycloruthenapentadienyl (CO)6Ru2L2 derivatives, with L = CH2OHC = CCH2OH and C2H5C=CCH2CH2OH respectively. Crystal data are as follows: for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2OH)4]Ru(CO)3·H2O, P21/c, a 13.72(1), b 9.501(4), c 14.86(1) Å, β 101.10(6)°, Rw = 0.052 for 1911 reflections; for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2CH2OH)2(C2H5)2]Ru(CO)3, P21/c, a 9.191(3), b 16.732(4), c 14.903(3) Å, β 113.61(4)°, Rw = 0.042 for 2865 reflections. Both compounds are built up from binuclear units, each unit being regarded as a Ru(CO)3 fragment π-bonded to a cycloruthenapentadienyl ring. The molecular parameters are compared with those of known cyclometallapentadienyl complexes of transition metals. The presence of a semi-bridging CO group is discussed.  相似文献

Irradiation of Cp2* Nb(η2---S2)H (Cp* = C5Me5) 1a in the presence of Fe(CO)5 gives the CO-free complex [Cp2*NbS2]2Fe 2a. The core of 2a contains an FeS4 tetrahedron which is ligated by two niobocene ligands as shown by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the reaction of 1a or Cp2xNb(η2---S2)H (CPx = C5Me4Et) 1b with Co2(CO)8, compounds 3a and 3b of the same type are formed. Electrochemical studies of 2a and 3a,b show that they undergo three reversible 1e steps. The oxidation of 3b exerts a considerable influence on its absorption spectrum. A qualitative EHMO analysis is in agreement with a strong delocalisation of electron density over the whole NbS2MS2Nb system.  相似文献

The interaction of [(η5-C5H4But)2YbCl · LiCl] with one equivalent of Li[(CH2) (CH2)PPh2] in tetrahydrofuran gave [Ph2PMe2][(η5-C5H4But)2Li] (1) and [(η5-C5H4But)2Yb(Cl)CH2P(Me)Ph2] (2) in 10% and 30% yields, respectively. 1 could also be prepared in 70% yield from the reaction of [Ph2PMe2][CF3SO3] with two equivalents of (C5H4But)Li. Both compounds have been fully characterized by analytical, spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction methods. The solid state structure of 1 reveals a sandwich structure for the [(η5-C5H4But)2Li] anion.  相似文献

The reaction of [Fe(μ-I)(NO)2]2 and TMEDA in a 1:2 molar ratio in THF affords the neutral five-coordinate DNIC [(TMEDA)Fe(NO)2I] (1). The single-crystal X-ray structure shows that the geometry of iron center of complex 1 is best described as a distorted trigonal bipyramidal with two nitrosyl groups positioned in the equatorial plane. The EPR spectrum of complex 1 displays the six-line signal with g = 2.031 (aI = 37.6 G) at 298 K. The coincident g values of EPR among complex 1, protein-bound DNICs and low-molecular-weight DNICs implicate that the five-coordinate DNICs may exist in biological system. The interconversion between complex 1 and [(TMEDA)Fe(NO)2] (2) reveals that the {Fe(NO)2}9 DNICs containing [amine, amine] ligation mode could be stabilized by the five-coordinated geometry while the {Fe(NO)2}10 DNICs containing [amine, amine] ligation mode favors the four coordination sphere. In addition, the transformation from complex 1 to [Fe(NO)2(C3H3N2)]4 (3), [Fe(μ-SPh)(NO)2]2 (4), [PPh4][(PhS)2Fe(NO)2] (5) and [Na-18-crown-6-ether][(C3H3N2)2Fe(NO)2] (6), respectively, in the presence of thiolates or imidazolates indicates that complex 1 could be employed as the precursor for the syntheses of the DNICs containing the [N,N]/[N,S]/[S,S] different ligations.  相似文献

The reactions of lanthanide tris(borohydrides) Ln(BH4)3(thf)3 (Ln = Sm or Nd) with 2 equiv. of lithium N,N′-diisopropyl-N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)guanidinate in toluene produced the [(Me3Si)2NC(NPri)2]Ln(BH4)2Li(thf)2 complexes (Ln = Sm or Nd), which were isolated in 57 and 42% yields, respectively, by recrystallization from hexane. X-ray diffraction experiments and NMR and IR spectroscopic studies demonstrated that the reactions afford monomeric ate complexes, in which the lanthanide and lithium atoms are linked to each other by two bridging borohydride groups. The reactions of [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] and [(C6H6)RuCl2]2 with 2-benzoylpyridine have been examined, and two novel ruthenium(II) complexes – [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(C5H4NCOO)] and [RuCl2(C12H9NO)2] – have been obtained. The compounds have been studied by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The molecular orbital diagrams of the complexes have been calculated with the density functional theory (DFT) method. The spin-allowed singlet–singlet electronic transitions of the compounds have been calculated with the time-dependent DFT method, and the UV–Vis spectra of the compounds have been discussed on this basis.  相似文献
