Diffusion coefficient measurements in microfluidic devices   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Pd/IrO(2) provides excellent electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. Glucose oxidase (GOD) and xanthine oxidase (XOD) were co-immobilized on the modified electrode with a thin film Nafion coated on the enzyme layer to form a glucose (Glu)/hypoxanthine (Hx) sensor, without interference from electroactive species such as ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Its response was evaluated with respect to the enzyme amount on the electrode, pH and temperature of the electrolyte. The prepared bienzymic biosensor, used as the detector of HPLC gave a detection limit of 1.0x10(-6) mol l(-1) Glu and 2.0x10(-7) mol l(-1) Hx (Hx) with a linear concentration range of 5.0x10(-6)-2.5x10(-3) mol l(-1) and 1.0x10(-6)-5.0x10(-4) mol l(-1), respectively. Coupled with microdialysis, it was used to monitor the concentrations of Glu and Hx in rat brain.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of levofloxacin on a glassy carbon electrode was explored by cyclic and square-wave voltammetry. The drug was accumulated on a glassy carbon electrode and a well-defined oxidation peak was obtained in acetate buffer pH 5.0. Using square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry and accumulation at +0.4 V versus Ag/AgCl (saturated KCl) for 300 s, linear calibration graph was obtained from 6.0x10(-9) to 5.0x10(-7) M levofloxacin. The detection limit was calculated to be 5.0x10(-9) M. The R.S.D. determined from ten determinations at the 1.0x10(-7) M level was 1.7%. The method was applied for the direct determination of levofloxacin in diluted urine samples. It was validated using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a reference method.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective method for the determination of procaine hydrochloride with a Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode has been developed. The voltammetric behavior of procaine hydrochloride on the Nafion-modified electrode indicated that the modified electrode not only increased the sensitivity of the determination of procaine hydrochloride, but also catalyzed the electrode process. Procaine hydrochloride was accumulated in Britton-Robinson buffer (pH 2.09) at a potential of -0.2 V (vs. SCE) for 180 s, and was then determined by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The effect of various parameters, such as the pH of the medium, the mass of drop-coated Nafion, the accumulation potential, the accumulation time and the scan rate, were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained in the concentration range of 6.0 x 10(-8) to 6.0 x 10(-6) mol l(-1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987. The relative standard deviation was 4.18% for eight successive determinations of 1.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1) procaine hydrochloride, and the detection limit (three times signal to noise) was 7.0 x 10(-9) mol l(-1). A study of interfering substances was also performed, and the method was applied to the direct determinations of procaine hydrochloride in the injection solution of procaine hydrochloride and in rabbit serum.  相似文献

2,5-Dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol (DMTD) can bind on the surface of a gold electrode through the strong gold-sulfur interaction. The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of the DMTD self-assembled monolayer (SAM)-modified gold electrode were investigated. The DMTD SAM electrode exhibited a significantly increased sensitivity. Cu(II) was accumulated in phosphate buffer (pH 4.6) at a potential of -0.6 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) for 40 s and then determined by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) in copper-free phosphate buffer (pH 5.0). The effects of various parameters, such as the pH values of the preconcentration solution and measurement solution, the accumulation potential, and the accumulation time, were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained in the concentration range of 8.0 x 10(-6) to 8.0 x 10(-5) mol l(-1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.9978. The relative standard deviations for eight successive determinations were 4.3 and 2.9% for 1.0 x 10(-5) and 2.0 x 10(-5) mol l(-1) Cu(II), respectively. The detection limit (three times signal to noise) was 4.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1). The proposed voltammetric method was utilized successfully to detect the concentration of Cu(II) ions in tap water samples.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method for determination of dipyridamole by anodic stripping voltammetry using a Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode. The stripping peak current was proportional to the concentration of dipyridamole over the range of 1.0 x 10(-9)-8.0 x 10(-8) M in (pH 1.7) BrittondashRobinson buffer with 1 min accumulation. The detection limit has been estimated as 8.0 x 10(-11) M with 4 min accumulation. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of dipyridamole in human serum.  相似文献

A flow-injection electrochemiluminescent method for L-cysteine determination has been developed based on its enhancement of the electrochemiluminecence of luminol at a glassy carbon electrode. This method is simple and sensitive for cysteine determination. Under the selected experimental parameters, the linear range for cysteine concentration was 1.0 x 10(-6) - 5.0 x 10(-5) mol/l, and the detection limit was 0.67 micromol/l (S/N = 3). The relative standard deviation for 11 measurements of 1.0 x 10(-5) mol/l cysteine was 4.5%. The proposed method has been applied to the detection of cysteine in pharmaceutical injections with satisfactory results.  相似文献

通过机械化学合成法合成了一种共价有机框架材料TpPa-1,以此作为电极材料制备化学修饰电极,研究了修饰电极的差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法(DPASV)同时测定铜离子和汞离子。结果表明,TpPa-1/Nafion修饰电极在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中可实现对Cu^2+和Hg^2+的同时检测。Cu^2+的检出限为5.0×10^-8 mol/L线性范围为1.0×10^-7~5.0×10^-5 mol/L,R^2=0.9975。Hg^2+的检出限为1.0×10^-8 mol/L,线性范围为2.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-4 mol/L,R^2=0.9988。采用上述方法对实际样品进行检测,回收率为97.6%~105.5%,RSD均小于4.0%。  相似文献

A voltammetric method for the determination of Cu(II) and Pb(II) in gasoline using sample preparation as three-component solutions (gasoline:propan-1-ol:water, 25:60:15 v/v/v) is proposed. HNO(3) was employed as a supporting electrolyte and to allow the use of aqueous inorganic standards for calibration, even if the analyte species originally in gasoline is present as a metallo-organic form. A square-wave anodic sequential determination was used by measuring the stripping current of Cu(II) (at +104 mV) using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and, in a second run, measuring the Pb(II) stripping current (at -470 mV) using a bismuth-film deposited on the surface of the GCE. The method allowed the quantification of 1.7 x 10(-9) mol L(-1) of Cu and 1.4 x 10(-10) mol L(-1) of Pb employing a 1500-s accumulation time. Recovery tests using analyte spiked three-component solutions prepared with commercial gasoline samples enabled recoveries of Cu and Pb from 97 +/- 8 to 102 +/- 5%.  相似文献

Cu2+ selective PVC membrane electrode based on new Schiff base 2, 2'-[1,9 nonanediyl bis (nitriloethylidyne)]-bis-(1-naphthol) as a selective carrier was constructed. The electrode exhibited a linear potential response within the activity range of 1.0 x 10(-6) - 5.0 x 10(-3) moll(-1) with a Nernstian slope of 29 +/- 1 mV decade(-1) of Cu2+ activity and a limit of detection 8.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1). The response time of the electrode was fast, 10 s, and stable potentials were obtained within the pH range of 3.5- 6.5. The potentiometric selectivity coefficients were evaluated using two solution method and revealed no important interferences except for Ag+ ion. The proposed electrode was applied as an indicator electrode to potentiometric titration of Cu2+ ions and determination of Cu2+ content in real samples such as black tea leaves and multivitamin capsule.  相似文献

A very sensitive and selective procedure was developed for trace measurement of zirconium based on the cathodic adsorptive stripping voltammetry of the zirconium-alizarin red S(ARS) complex at a carbon paste electrode (CPE). The 2nd-order derivative linear scan voltammograms of the zirconium-ARS complex were recorded by a model JP-303 polarographic analyzer from 0.0 to -1.0 V (vs. SCE). Optimal analytical conditions were found to be: an acetic acid (0.1 mol l(-1))-potassium biphthalate (0.08 mol l(-1)) buffer solution (pH 4.8) containing 4.0 x 10-6 mol l(-1) ARS; accumulation potential, 0.0 V; accumulation time, 180 or 90 s; rest time, 10 s; scan rate, 250 mV s(-1). The results showed that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the CPE, yielding one peak at -0.51 V, corresponding to the reduction of ARS in the complex at the electrode. The detection limit was found to be 1.0 x 10(-10) mol l(-1) (S/N = 3) for 240 s accumulation. The linear range was 2.0 x 10(-10)-4.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1). The developed method was applied to the determination of trace zirconium in the ore samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

An amperometric detector based on the chemical modification of Nafion and indium (III) hexacyanoferrate (II, III) thin film (Nafion/In-CN-Fe) onto a glassy carbon (GC) electrode, was first successfully used for the determination of electroinactive cations (Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+, NH4+) in single column ion chromatography (IC). A set of well-defined peaks of electroinactive cations was obtained. The detection limits of the cations are 8.9 x 10(-6) mol/L for Li+, 2.3 x 10(-6) mol/L for Na+, 5.2 x 10(-6) mol/L for K+, 4.8 x 10(-6) mol/L for Rb+, 4.0 x 10(-6) mol/L for Cs+ and 5.3 x 10(-6) mol/L for NH4+ at a single-to-noise ratio of 3. The proposed method was quick, sensitive and simple. The cations in rainwater and mineral water were successfully analyzed by this method.  相似文献

An 1-(pyridylazo)-2-naphthol modified glassy carbon electrode has been investigated as sensor for the measurement of trace levels of Cd2+. Cd2+ is deposited on the surface of a PAN modified glassy carbon electrode at -1.10 V (vs. SCE) via forming Cd2+-PAN and subsequent reduction at the electrode. In the following step, Cd-PAN is oxidized, and voltammograms are recorded by scanning the potential in a positive direction. Calibration plots were found to be linear in the range 2 x 10(-8) mol/L to 8 x 10(-7) mol/L. The detection limit was 5 x 10(-10) mol/L, and the coefficient of variation, determined on one single electrode at a concentration of 5 x 10(-7) mol/L, was calculated to be 3.2% (n = 5). Using this new kind of modified electrode, trace levels of Cd(II) in water samples were determined; the average recovery was calculated to be 98.78%.  相似文献

The determination of Pb and Cd with a Nafion‐modified glassy carbon electrode and Cu‐DPABA complex (Cu‐DPABA–NA/GCE; DPABA is methyl 3,5‐bis{bis‐[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]amino}methyl‐benzoate) as an alternative electrode for anodic stripping voltammetry was described. Pb and Cd were accumulated in acetate buffer pH 4 at a potential of ?1.4 V (vs. Ag/AgCl electrode) for 120 s followed by a DPASV scan from ?1.2 to ?0.2 V. Under optimum conditions the calibration curves were linear in the range of 4.8×10?9–5.0×10?5 and 5.0×10?9–5×10?5 mol L?1 for Pb and Cd, respectively. Detection limits were 1.8×10?9 and 1.2×10?9 mol L?1 for Pb and Cd, respectively. Different parameters and conditions, such as membrane ingredients, accumulation time, potential and pH value were optimized. A study of interfering substances was also performed. A significant increase in current was achieved at the modified electrode in comparison with the bare glassy carbon electrode. The validation of the proposed method was made by Pb and Cd determination in the certified reference material Groundwater CRM 610 (BCR, Community Bureau of Reference, Brussels, Belgium). The electrode was successfully applied for determination of Pb and Cd in river water with a high content of organic contaminants without any pretreatment.  相似文献

应用方波溶出伏安法研究了芦丁在0.1mol.L-1HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中于玻碳电极上的电化学行为.考察了溶液酸度、沉积电位、沉积时间等因素对芦丁方波溶出伏安行为的影响,优化了实验参数.结果表明,在pH3.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,芦丁在-0.46 V产生溶出峰,峰电流与芦丁的浓度在5.0×10-8mol.L-1~1.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.997 99,检测限1.1×10-8mol.L-1.可用于药剂中芦丁含量的测定.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with nickel(II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine (NiTSPc) and Nafion was used for the investigation of the catalytic oxidation of luminol. The modified electrode was found to much more effectively improve the emission of electrochemiluminescence(ECL) of luminol in a solution containing hydrogen peroxide. The enhanced ECL signal corresponded to the catalytic oxidation of both luminol and H(2)O(2) by NiTSPc. Attached Ni(II) on GCE was oxidised to Ni(III) and then used as the catalyst for the chemiluminescence of luminol. The enhanced stability of the ECL signal with Nafion would mainly result from the prevention of the dissolution of NiTSPc and the adsorption of the oxidation product of luminol on the electrode surface. The proposed method enables a detection limit for luminal of 6.0 x 10(-8) mol L(-1) to be achieved in the presence of H(2)O(2) in the neutral solution. The enhanced ECL intensity had a linear relationship with the concentration of luminol in the range of 1.0 x 10(-7)-8.0 x 10(-6) mol L(-1).  相似文献

制备了对氨基苯磺酸/石墨烯复合膜修饰电极,研究了汞在修饰电极上的电化学行为。 在0.1 mol/L、pH=4.0的磷酸盐缓冲液中,以此修饰电极为工作电极,在-1.2 V搅拌富集5 min,用差分脉冲伏安法测定0.31 V处的溶出峰电流。 结果表明,该电极显著提高了汞离子的电化学响应信号。 在优化条件下,峰电流与Hg2+的浓度在1.0×10-6~5.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.995。 方法的检出限为5.0×10-7 mol/L。 将该法用于水样中痕量汞的测定,回收率为92.2%~105.2%。  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of Vitamin B(2) (VB(2)) has been studied at the gold electrode modified with a self-assembled monolayer of l-cysteine. The voltammetric responses are evaluated with respect experimental conditions, such as composition and pH of the supporting electrolyte, concentration of VB(2), accumulation potential and accumulation time. On basis of the voltammetric behavior a highly sensitive method is present for the determination of VB(2) by using linear sweep stripping volammetry. The method is suitable for the determination of VB(2) concentrations between 5.0x10(-11) and 5.0x10(-6) mol l(-1). And the detection limit can be reached to 2.5x10(-11) mol l(-1). The method is applied to determine the concentration of VB(2) in the tablets with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The clay mineral montmorillonite has been tested as modifier for the carbon paste electrode with a novel electrode modification technique. The differential pulse voltammetric determination of copper(II) by means of this modified carbon paste electrode has been studied. A detection limit of 4x10(-8) mol/l has been achieved after 10 min preconcentration under open circuit conditions with subsequent anodic stripping voltammetry. The calibration curve for Cu(II) is linear in the range of 4x10(-8)-8x10(-7) mol/l. Pb interferes in a 10-fold molar and Cd and Hg in a 100-fold molar excess. The interference by humic ligands is significant.  相似文献

Electropolymerization of anthranilic acid/pyrrole (AA/PY) at solid substrate electrodes (platinum, gold, and glassy carbon) gave stable and water-insoluble films under a wide range of pH. Combining high conductivity of the polypyrrole (PPY) and pH independence of the electrochemical activity of the self-doped carboxylic acid-substituted polyaniline allows us to prepare an improved functionalized PPY-modified electrode to collect and measure Cu(I) species. The differential pulse stripping analysis of the copper ions using a polyanthranilic acid-co-polypyrrole (PAA/PPY)-modified electrode consisted of three steps: accumulation, electrochemical reduction to the elemental copper and stripping step. Factors affecting these steps, including electropolymerization conditions, accumulation and stripping medium, reduction potential, reduction time and accumulation time, were systematically investigated. A detection limit of 5.3 x 10(-9) M Cu(I) was achieved for a 7.0 min accumulation. For 12 determinations of Cu(I) at concentrations of 1.0 x 10(-8) M, an RSD of 3.5% was obtained. The log I(p) was found to vary linearly with log[Cu(I)] in the concentration range from 7.0 x 10(-9) to 1.0 x 10(-5) M.  相似文献

A composite material of nitric acid oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) and Nation was prepared. Such composite was modified on a glassy carbon electrode to determine trace of lead by differential pulsed voltammetry. In pH=6.47 NaNO3 solution, Pb^2+ ions were accumulated on the modified electrode at -0.4 V. Compared with a bare and a Nation film coated electrode, the composite coated GC electrode can reduce the accumulating potential and eliminate the toxic character of mercury. The calibration plots were linear at low concentration of 5.0× 10^-9-2.0× 10^-8 mol/L and high concentration of 2.5× 10^-8-5.0× 10^-6 mol/L. The performances characteristics indicate that the electrode can be used to determine trace Pb^2+ ions.  相似文献
