This work reports a rapid, reliable and sensitive multi-residue method for the simultaneous determination of six resorcylic acid lactones in bovine milk by ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS). The resorcylic acid lactones were extracted, purified, and concentrated from milk samples in one step using a solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge that contained a polymeric mixed-mode anion-exchange sorbent. The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column utilizing a gradient elution profile. Each LC run was completed in 3.5 min. The analytes were detected by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) using electrospray ionization (ESI) negative mode. Mean recoveries from fortified samples ranged from 92.6% to 112.5%, with relative standard deviations lower than 11.4%. Using 5 mL bovine milk, the limits of detection and quantification for resorcylic acid lactones were in the ranges of 0.01–0.05 and 0.05–0.2 μg/L, respectively. The application of this newly developed method was demonstrated by analyzing bovine milk samples from markets.  相似文献

In this work, a new stir cake sorptive extraction (SCSE) using polymeric ionic liquid monolith as sorbent was prepared. The sorbent was obtained by in situ copolymerization of an ionic liquid, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoro methyl)sulfonyl]imide (AMII) and divinylbenzene (DB) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide. The influence of the content of ionic liquid and the porogen in the polymerization mixture on extraction performance was studied thoroughly. The physicochemical properties of the polymeric ionic liquid were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The usefulness of SCSE–AMIIDB was demonstrated by the enrichment of trace benzimidazole anthelmintics. Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, and under the optimized conditions, a simple and effective method for the determination of trace benzimidazoles residues in water, milk and honey samples was established by coupling SCSE–AMIIDB with high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection (SCSE–AMIIDB–HPLC/DAD). Results indicated that the limits of detection (S/N = 3) for target compounds were 0.020–0.072 μg L−1, 0.035–0.10 μg L−1 and 0.026–0.076 μg L−1 in water, milk and honey samples, respectively. In addition, an acceptable reproducibility was achieved by evaluating the repeatability and intermediate precision with relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 9% and 11%, respectively. Finally, the established AMII–SCSE–HPLC/DAD method was successfully applied for the determination of benzimidazoles residues in milk, honey and environmental water samples. Recoveries obtained for the determination of benzimidazole anthelmintics in spiking samples ranged from 70.2% to 117.6%, with RSD below 12% in all cases.  相似文献

This study describes the ability of nanoscale liquid chromatography (nano-LC) coupled with UV or mass spectrometry (MS) for the simultaneous determination of eight common penicillin antibiotics (amoxicillin, ampicillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nafcillin and dicloxacillin) in commercial samples (pharmaceuticals, milk, porcine tissues (liver and kidney)) for the first time. Material types of the on-column polymeric frits (polystyrene-based and polymethacrylate-based monoliths) and the packed stationary phase materials (C8 and C18 particles of 3 μm) used in the nano-LC for the influence of penicillin separation were evaluated. The nano-LC and MS parameters such as the composition and flow rate of mobile phase, capillary voltage and temperature of dry gas were examined in order to acquire high separation resolution and detection sensitivity for penicillin analyses. Furthermore, a home-made in-line filter (a nylon membrane of 0.2 μm pore size), was first used to connect with the flow cell of high sensitivity UV detector or the nanoelectrospray needle in MS detection. The result indicated it could effectively improve the reproducibility of penicillin mass signals or prolong the lifetime of the flow cell. The nano-LC methods provided good quantitative precisions in the range of 89.5–111.2% for UV detection at 0.5 μg/mL penicillins, and 83. 1–94.9% for MS detection at 5 μg/L penicillins), respectively, as well as offered stable retention repeatabilities (the relative standard deviation (RSD) of retention time was lower 0.30% in both the UV and MS detections). Compared to other LC–MS methods, the proposed nano-LC systems provided better detection sensitivity for these penicillins (the limits of detection (LOD) was of 2.27–4.06 μg/L for UV mode, and 0.01–0.51 μg/L for MS mode) when either UV or MS detector was employed.  相似文献

A reliable, sensitive and eco-friendly injection-port trimethylsilylated (TMS) derivatization and gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS) with furan chemical ionization (furan-CI) method was developed to determine melamine and cyanuric acid in powdered milk samples. The effects of several parameters related to the TMS-derivatization process (i.e., injection-port temperature, residence time and volume of silylating agent) and of various CI agents were investigated. Addition of a solution (3 μL) of bis(trimethyl)silyltrifluoroacetamide (BSTFA) containing 1% trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) reagent to a 20-μL extract from the powdered milk sample gave an excellent yield of the tris-TMS-derivatives of melamine and cyanuric acid at an injection-port temperature of 90 °C. Furthermore, using furan as the CI agent in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry provided the greatest sensitivity and selectivity of detection. The limits of quantitation (LOQs) for melamine and cyanuric acid were 0.5 and 1.0 ng/g in 0.5-g of powdered milk samples, respectively. The recoveries from spiked samples – after simple ultra-sonication with 5% dimethyl sulfoxide in acetonitrile coupled with n-hexane liquid–liquid extraction – ranged from 72% to 93% with relative standard deviations of lower than or equal to 18%. In three of four real powdered milk samples, melamine was detected at concentrations ranging from 36 to 1460 ng/g; and cyanuric acid was detected in two of these samples at concentrations of 17 and 180 ng/g.  相似文献

Several imidazolium-based ionic liquids (ILs) with varying cation alkyl chain length (C4–C10) and anion type (tetrafluoroborate ([BF4]), hexafluorophosphate ([PF6]) and bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([Tf2N])) were used as reaction media in the microwave polymerization of methacrylate-based stationary phases. Scanning electron micrographs and backpressures of poly(butyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate) (poly(BMA-EDMA)) monoliths synthesized in the presence of these ionic liquids demonstrated that porosity and permeability decreased when cation alkyl chain length and anion hydrophobicity were increased. Performance of these monoliths was assessed for their ability to separate parabens by capillary electrochromatography (CEC). Intra-batch precision (n = 3 columns) for retention time and peak area ranged was 0.80–1.13% and 3.71–4.58%, respectively. In addition, a good repeatability of RSDRetention time = <0.30% and ∼1.0%, RSDPeak area = <1.30% and <4.3%, and RSDEfficiency = <0.6% and <11.5% for intra-day and inter-day, respectively exemplify monolith performance reliability for poly(BMA-EDMA) fabricated using 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C6mim][BF4]) porogen. This monolith was also tested for its potential in nanoLC to separate protein digests in gradient mode. ILs as porogens also fabricated different alkyl methacrylate (AMA) (C4–C18) monoliths. Furthermore, employing binary IL porogen mixture such as 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C4mim][BF4]) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([C4mim][Tf2N]) successfully decreased the denseness of the monolith, than when using [C4mim][Tf2N] IL alone, enabling a chromatographic run to be performed with 1:1 ratio produced baseline separation for the analytes. The combination of ILs and microwave irradiation made polymer synthesis very fast (∼10 min), entirely green (organic solvent-free) and energy saving process.  相似文献

The performance of micelle to solvent stacking (MSS) in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was improved for anionic analytes using the long chain ionic liquid type cationic surfactant 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (C12-MIM-BF4). The peak heights and corrected peak areas of the test profens and herbicides were enhanced up to 59 and 110-fold, respectively when compared to typical injection. These were up to 10 times better compared to the surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as MSS carrier. This performance was attributed to the properties of C12-MIM-BF4. MSS requires micelles in the sample for transport of bound analytes to a stacking boundary that contains an organic solvent for effective electrophoretic mobility reversal. The ionic liquid micelles provided better analyte transport properties that resulted from its hydrophobic and pi–pi interaction capabilities. The good solubility of the ionic liquid in high percentages of organic solvent also facilitated a more effective reversal of mobility. The LODs obtained for the test analytes were from 0.06 to 0.12 μg/mL. The linearity R2 values in terms of peak height and corrected area were ≥0.99. The interday repeatabilities (%RSD, n = 10,) were 0.5–2.2% for retention time, 1.9–4.7% for corrected areas and 4.1–6.4% for peak heights.  相似文献

A sensitive and reliable method using capillary HPLC with UV-diode array detection (DAD) has been developed and validated for the trace determination of residues of 10 β-lactam antibiotics of human and veterinary use, in milk, chicken meat and environmental water samples. The analytes included ampicillin, amoxicillin, penicillin V, penicillin G, cloxacillin, oxacillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, piperacillin and clavulanic acid. Legal levels are regulated by the EU Council regulation 2377/90 in animal edible tissues for these compounds. For food analysis, a solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure consisting in a tandem of Oasis HLB and Alumina N cartridges was applied for off-line preconcentration and cleanup. For water analysis, the first step was only necessary. The limits of detection for the studied compounds were between 0.04–0.06 μg l−1 for water samples and 0.80–1.40 μg l−1 (or μg kg−1) in the case of foods derived from animals. Average recoveries for fortified samples at different concentration levels ranged between 82.9% and 98.2%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 9%. The method showed the advantages of capillary HPLC for the detection of these widely applied antibiotics in different samples at very low concentration levels.  相似文献

In this study, diverse types of Fe3O4 nanocomposites modified by polyaniline, polypyrrole, and aniline–pyrrole copolymer were synthesized through chemical oxidative polymerization process for dispersive-μ-solid phase extraction (D-μ-SPE) in the presence of various dopants. The results showed that the nanocomposite modified by polyaniline with p-toluene sulfonic acid as a dopant demonstrated higher extraction efficiency for lorazepam (LRZ) and nitrazepam (NRZ). Also the synthesized magnetic sorbents were characterized. The nanocomposite sorbent in combination with high performance liquid chromatography–UV detection was applied for the extraction, preconcentration and determination of lorazepam and nitrazepam in urine and plasma samples. Different parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including: sample pH, amount of sorbent, sorption time, elution solvent and its volume, salt content, and elution time were optimized. The obtained optimal conditions were: sample pH, 6; amount of sorbent, 5 mg; sorption time, 5.0 min; elution solvent and its volume, 0.5 mM cethyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in acetonitrile, 150 μL; elution time, 2.0 min and without addition of NaCl. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 1–2000 μg L−1. The limits of detection (LODs) were achieved in the range of 0.5–1.8 μg L−1 for NRZ and 0.2–2.0 μg L−1 for LRZ, respectively. The percent of extraction recoveries and relative standard deviations (n = 5) were in the range of 84.0–99.0, 6.1–7.8 for NRZ and 90.0–99.0, 4.1–7.0 for LRZ, respectively. Ultimately, the applicability of the method was successfully confirmed by the extraction and determination of NRZ and LRZ in human urine and plasma samples.  相似文献

A high performance liquid chromatographic method with fluorimetric detection for the determination of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in milk has been optimized and validated according to Commission Decision 2002/657/EC by using the conventional validation approach. The procedure for determining selectivity, recovery, precision, decision limit (CCα), detection capability (CCβ) and ruggedness of the method has been reported. The results of the validation process demonstrate the agreement of the method with the provisions of Commission Regulation 401/2006/EC. The mean recovery calculated at three levels of fortification (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5-fold the MRL) was 91% and the maximum relative standard deviation value for the within-laboratory reproducibility was 15%. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) values were 0.006 μg kg−1 and 0.015 μg kg−1 while the CCα and CCβ values were 0.058 μg kg−1 and 0.065 μg kg−1, respectively. The relative expanded measurement uncertainty of the method was 7%. The method was not affected by slight variations of some critical factors (ruggedness minor changes) as pre-treatment and clean-up of milk samples, thermal treatment and different storage conditions, as well as by major changes valued in terms of milk produced by different species (buffalo, goat and sheep). The method allowed accurate confirmation analyses of milk samples, resulted positive by the screening method. In fact, the Z-score values attained in a proficiency test round were well below the reference value of 1, proving the excellent laboratory performances.  相似文献

In this paper, a chemiluminescence (CL) micro-flow system combined with on-line solid phase extraction (SPE) is presented for determination of β-lactam antibiotics (penicillin, cefradine, cefadroxil, cefalexin) in milk. It is based on the enhancement effect of β-lactam antibiotics on the luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 CL system. The micro-flow system was fabricated from two polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) plates (50 mm × 40 mm × 5 mm) with the microchannels of 200 μm wide and 150 μm deep. C18-modified silica gel was packed into the microchannel (length: 10 mm; width: 1 mm; depth: 500 μm) to serve as SPE device. Extraction and preconcentration of the analytes were carried out using on-line SPE micro-flow system and the selectivity of CL detection was improved. The detection limits were 0.5 μg mL−1 of penicillin, 0.04 μg mL−1 of cefradine, 0.08 μg mL−1 of cefadroxil and 0.1 μg mL−1 of cefalexin. The proposed method was also applied to analyze the β-lactam antibiotics in milk. Experimental results were in good agreement with those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detection.  相似文献

A novel analytical method based on capillary zone electrophoresis coupled with diode array detection is developed and validated for the identification and simultaneous quantitation of four antibiotics in bovine raw milk. The studied antibiotics belong to different groups: β-lactams, tetracyclines, quinolones, amphenicols and sulfonamides. An experimental design including both a factorial and a central composite design allowed a reduction in the number of optimization experiments. The multiple response criterion was successfully used to optimize the separation between chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, tetracycline and sulfamethoxazol, allowing the reduction of the analysis time with excellent peak resolutions and low capillary current. Different strategies for preconcentration and extraction of the studied antibiotics were applied, in order to remove potential interferences from the sample and to increase the sensitivity. Milk samples were prepared by a clean-up/extraction procedure based on protein precipitation with trichloroacetic acid followed by liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane combined with solid-phase extraction, and injection into the electrophoretic system hydrodynamically. The limits of detection and quantification (below 30 and 100 μg L−1, respectively) were in all cases lower than the maximum residue limits tolerated for these compounds in milk. Accuracy was evaluated by computing recoveries for the target antibiotics which were between 93.08% and 102.89%.  相似文献

HPLC with fluorescence detection is considered for confirmatory analysis of group B veterinary drugs by the European Union legislation. A procedure for confirming the presence of anti-inflammatory non-steroidal drug (NSAID) residues in bovine milk by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection is herein described. The native fluorescence of nine drugs belonging to different NSAID sub-classes, namely flurbiprofen, carprofen, naproxen, vedaprofen, 5-hydroxy-flunixin, niflumic acid, mefenamic acid, meclofenamic acid and tolfenamic acid, allowed for detection in bovine milk down to 0.25–20.0 μg/kg. Confirmation of the nine NSAIDs is attained by fluorescence detection at characteristic excitation and emission wavelengths. The procedure described is simple and selective. Limits of quantification (LOQs) ranging between 0.25 and 20 μg/kg were measured; satisfactory trueness and within-laboratory reproducibility data were calculated at LOQ spiking levels, apart from 5-hydroxy-flunixin. The procedure developed is used in our laboratory for confirmation of each one of the above mentioned NSAIDs in bovine milk, to support results after HPLC quantitative analysis with UV–vis detection.  相似文献

This paper describes a dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) procedure using room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) coupled to high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection capable of quantifying trace amounts of eight pesticides (i.e. thiophanate-methyl, carbofuran, carbaryl, tebuconazole, iprodione, oxyfluorfen, hexythiazox and fenazaquin) in bananas. Fruit samples were first homogenized and extracted (1 g) with acetonitrile and after suitable evaporation and reconstitution of the extract in 10 mL of water, a DLLME procedure using 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C6MIM][PF6]) as extraction solvent was used. Experimental conditions affecting the DLLME procedure (sample pH, sodium chloride percentage, ionic liquid amount and volume of disperser solvent) were optimized by means of an experimental design. In order to determine the presence of a matrix effect, calibration curves for standards and fortified banana extracts (matrix matched calibration) were studied. Mean recovery values of the extraction of the pesticides from banana samples were in the range of 69–97% (except for thiophanate-methyl and carbofuran, which were 53–63%) with a relative standard deviation lower than 8.7% in all cases. Limits of detection achieved (0.320–4.66 μg/kg) were below the harmonized maximum residue limits established by the European Union (EU). The proposed method, was also applied to the analysis of this group of pesticides in nine banana samples taken from the local markets of the Canary Islands (Spain). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first application of RTILs as extraction solvents for DLLME of pesticides from samples different than water.  相似文献

An easy to use and low time consuming capillary electrophoresis (CE) method was developed and applied to the simultaneous determination of six antibiotics (ampicillin, amoxicillin, cloxacillin, penicillin, tetracycline and chloramphenicol) in spiked milk samples. Samples of milk were cleaned up by solid-phase extraction (with a C18 cartridge) after protein precipitation. Analysis was performed by CE and results compared with the obtained via HPLC, both coupled to a UV-vis detector (210 nm). CE employed a 58.5 cm long fused-silica capillary (50 cm to detector), 75 μm i.d., a 2.7 × 10−2 M KH2PO4, 4.3 × 10−2 M Na2B4O7 separation buffer, pH 8; an applied voltage of 18 kV; a hydrostatic injection of 0.5 psi during 3 s; and a run temperature of 25 °C. Under the described conditions, amoxicillin was not separated by HPLC, while CE was able to separate, and, therefore, allow detection. Regardless of amoxicillin, comparable results were obtained by HPLC and CE. The average recoveries of antibiotics, from milk fortified at 2.5 and 5 μg/mL, was over 72% with R.S.D.s within 5%. Recovery levels were essentially dictated by the used SPE cartridge.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoretic method was explored to assay aromatic amines in food samples. With an inline-coupled transient isotachophoretic stacking approach, the method has yielded about 200-fold improvement of sensitivity in UV detection of three primary aromatic amines and melamine. By using K+ as a leading ion and Tris+ as a terminating ion, a plug of 10 cm (equivalent to 0.44 μL) sample solution was allowed to introduce into a 60 cm (50 cm effective) capillary for separation, giving limits of detection down to 2.0 × 10−8 M. Baseline separation was achieved within 10 min, with relative standard deviation of 0.41–0.75% (intra-day) or 1.2–1.5% (inter-day) for migration time and 3.8–4.3% (intra-day) or 5.2–6.7% (inter-day) for peak area. The method was directly applicable to assaying the melamine in powder milk samples, with recovery in between 92.0% and 107.1%. The method could also be applied to the analysis of trace primary aromatic amines migrating from composite food packaging bags after combination of a 10-fold off-line concentration step, with limit of detection down to less than 1 μg/L. By this method, 4,4′-diaminophenylmethane and 2,4-diaminotoluene were thus found in three types of composite food packaging bags.  相似文献

By using ionic liquid as membrane liquid and tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) as additive, hollow fiber supported liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) was developed for the determination of five sulfonamides in environmental water samples by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection The extraction solvent and the parameters affecting the extraction enrichment factor such as the type and amount of carrier, pH and volume ratio of donor phase and acceptor phase, extraction time, salt-out effect and matrix effect were optimized. Under the optimal extraction conditions (organic liquid membrane phase: [C8MIM][PF6] with 14% TOPO (w/v); donor phase: 4 mL, pH 4.5 KH2PO4 with 2 M Na2SO4; acceptor phase: 25 μL, pH 13 NaOH; extraction time: 8 h), low detection limits (0.1–0.4 μg/L, RSD ≤ 5%) and good linear range (1–2000 ng/mL, R2 ≥ 0.999) were obtained for all the analytes. The presence of humic acid (0–25 mg/L dissolved organic carbon) and bovine serum albumin (0–100 μg/mL) had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency. Good spike recoveries over the range of 82.2–103.2% were obtained when applying the proposed method on five real environmental water samples. These results indicated that this present method was very sensitive and reliable with good repeatabilities and excellent clean-up in water samples. The proposed method confirmed hollow fiber supported ionic liquid membrane based LPME to be robust to monitoring trace levels of sulfadiazine, sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine, sulfadimethoxine and sulfamethoxazole in aqueous samples.  相似文献

Pre-concentration and determination of 8 phenolic compounds in water samples has been achieved by in situ derivatization and using a new liquid–liquid microextraction coupled GC–MS system. Microextraction efficiency factors have been investigated and optimized: 9 μL 1-undecanol microdrop exposed for 15 min floated on surface of a 10 mL water sample at 55 °C, stirred at 1200 rpm, low pH level and saturated salt conditions. Chromatographic problems associated with free phenols have been overcome by simultaneous in situ derivatization utilizing 40 μL of acetic anhydride and 0.5% (w/v) K2CO3. Under the selected conditions, pre-concentration factor of 235–1174, limit of detection of 0.005–0.68 μg/L (S/N = 3) and linearity range of 0.02–300 μg/L have been obtained. A reasonable repeatability (RSD ≤ 10.4%, n = 5) with satisfactory linearity (0.9995 ≥ r2 ≥ 0.9975) of results illustrated a good performance of the present method. The relative recovery of different natural water samples was higher than 84%.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid dispersive liquid-phase micro-extraction was developed for the determination of four aromatic amines such as 2,4-dichloroaniline, 1-naphthylamine, 6-chloroanline and N,N-dimethylaniline. High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector was used for the determination of aromatic amines. In the novel procedure, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate [C6MIM] [PF6] was dispersed into the aqueous sample solution as fine droplets by ultrasonication, and which promoted the analytes more easily migrate into the ionic liquid phase. Variable affecting such as the volume of [C6MIM] [PF6], sample pH, ultrasonication time, extraction time, centrifuging time have been investigated in detail. The proposed method has been found to have excellent detection sensitivity with limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) in the range of 0.17–0.49 μg L−1 and precisions in the range of 2.0–6.1% (RSDs, n = 6). This method has been also successfully applied to analyze the real water samples and good spiked recoveries over the range of 92.2–119.3% were obtained.  相似文献

The β-lactam antibiotics, including penicillins, are the most important antimicrobial substances used for mastitis treatment. Consequently, this is also the most frequently occurring type of antibiotic residues in milk. Today, in addition to the traditional microbial inhibitor tests, rapid and sensitive receptor and immunoassays are used in residue control. Due to the limitations in throughput capacity of these tests, recent applications of automated biosensor technology in food analysis are of great interest.A surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based biosensor (Biacore) was used to design an inhibition assay to detect β-lactam antibiotics in milk. A microbial receptor protein with carboxypeptidase activity was used as detection molecule. One advantage of using this receptor protein over antibodies that are more commonly used is that only the active, intact β-lactam structure is recognized, whereas most antibodies detect both active and inactive forms. In the presence of β-lactam antibiotics the formation of a stable complex between receptor protein and antibiotic inhibits the enzymatic activity of the protein. The decrease in enzymatic activity was measured using an antibody against the degraded substrate and penicillin G in milk samples was quantitatively determined. The limit of detection of the assay for penicillin G was determined to 2.6 μg kg−1 for antibiotic-free producer milk, which is below the European maximum residue limit (MRL) of 4 μg kg−1. The coefficient of variation at 4 μg kg−1 penicillin G, ranged between 7.3 and 16% on three different days.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated stir bar with ractopamine as template by glass capillary filling with magnetic core as substrate was prepared reproducibly. The ractopamine MIP coating was homogeneous and porous with the average thickness of 20.6 μm. The extraction apparatus for the stir bar was improved to avoid coating loss. The MIP-coated stir bar showed better extraction capacity and good selectivity than that of non-imprinted polymer (NIP) coated stir bar to ractopamine and its analogues. The extraction capacities of ractopamine, isoxsuprine, clenbuterol and fenoterol for MIP-coated stir bar were 3.3, 3.1, 2.8 and 2.4 times as much as that of the NIP coated stir bar, respectively. The MIP-coated stir bars could be used at least 40 times without apparent damage and kept in dried air for 8 months without reduce of extraction ability. A method for the determination of β2-agonists in complex samples by MIP-coated stir bar sorptive extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The linear ranges were 0.5–40 μg/L for ractopamine and 1.0–40 μg/L for isoxsuprine and clenbuterol. The detection limits were within the range of 0.10–0.21 μg/L. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of β2-agonists in spiked pork, liver and feed samples with the recoveries of 83.7–92.3%, 80.5–90.2% and 73.6–86.2%, respectively. The RSDs was within 2.9–8.1%. The method is very suitable for the determination of trace β2-agonists in pork, liver and feed samples.  相似文献
