A novel solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber coated with multiwalled carbon nanotubes/polypyrrole (MWCNTs/Ppy) was prepared with an electrochemical method and used for the extraction of pyrethroids in natural water samples. The results showed that the MWCNTs/Ppy coated fiber had high organic stability, and remarkable acid and alkali resistance. In addition, the MWCNTs/Ppy coated fiber was more effective and superior to commercial PDMS and PDMS/DVD fibers in extracting pyrethroids in natural water samples. Under optimized conditions, the calibration curves were found to be linear from 0.001 to 10 μg mL−1 for five of the six pyrethroids studied, the exception being fenvalerate (which was from 0.005 to 10 μg mL−1), and detection limits were within the range 0.12-0.43 ng mL−1. The recoveries of the pyrethroids spiked in water samples at 10 ng mL−1 ranged from 83 to 112%.  相似文献

A one-step microwave-assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction (MA-HS-SPME) has been applied to be a pretreatment step in the analysis of aqueous pyrethroid residuals by gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD). Microwave heating was applied to accelerate the vaporization of pyrethroids (bioallenthrin, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fluvalinate, fenvalerate and deltamethrin) into the headspace, and then being absorbed directly on a SPME fiber under the controlled conditions. Optimal conditions for the SPME sampling, such as the selection of sampling fiber, sample pH, sampling temperature and time, microwave irradiation power, desorption temperature and time were investigated and then applied to real sample analysis. Experimental results indicated that the extraction of pyrethroids from a 20-mL aquatic sample (pH 4.0) was achieved with the best efficiency through the use of a 100-μm PDMS fiber, microwave irradiation of 157 W and sampling at 30 °C for 10 min. Under optimum conditions, the detections were linear in the range of 0.05-0.5 μg/L with the square of correlation coefficients (R2) of >0.9913 for pyrethroids except bifenthrin being 0.9812. Method detection limits (MDL) were found to be varied from 0.2 to 2.6 ng/L for different pyrethroids based on S/N (signal to noise) = 3. The coefficients of variation (CVs) for repeatability were 7-21%. A field underground water sample was analyzed with recovery between 88.5% to 115.5%. This method was proven to be a very simple, rapid, and solvent-free process to achieve the sample pretreatment before the analysis of trace pyrethroids in aqueous samples by gas chromatography.  相似文献

A general and broad class selective enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed for the type II pyrethroid insecticides, such as cypermethrin, deltamethrin, cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, fenvalerate, esfenvalerate and fluvalinate. Polyclonal antibodies were generated by immunizing with a type II pyrethroid immunogen ((RS)-α-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl (RS)-cis,trans-2,2-dimethyl-3-carboxyl-cyclopropanecarboxylate) conjugated with thyroglobulin. Antisera were screened against nine different coating antigens. The antibody-antigen combination with the most selectivity for type II pyrethroids such as cypermethrin was further optimized and tested for tolerance to co-solvent, pH and ionic strength changes. The IC50s of the optimized immunoassay were 78 μg l−1 for cypermethrin, 205 μg l−1 for cyfluthrin, 120 μg l−1 for cyhalothrin, 13 μg l−1 for deltamethrin, 6 μg l−1 for esfenvalerate, 8 μg l−1 for fenvalerate and 123 μg l−1 for fluvalinate. No cross-reactivity was measured for the type I pyrethroids such as permethrin, bifenthrin, phenothrin, resmethrin and bioresmethrin. This assay can be used in monitoring studies to distinguish between type I and II pyrethroids.  相似文献

Mercury-pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate complexes are first time used for speciation of aquatic mercury with high-performance liquid chromatographic/ion trap-mass spectrometric method utilizing atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The separation of the four mercury species was achieved in less than 5 min with a linear gradient profile of aqueous methanol from 70 up to 100% (v/v) in 4th min, isocratic elution at 100% up to 5th min and followed by a negative gradient to 70% in 6th min. The best separation was achieved on a reverse phase Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18 column (50 mm × 2.1 mm i.d., 1.8 μm particle size). The on-column limits of detection (injection volume 1 μL) were 370 pg for methylmercury (MeHg+), 280 pg for ethylmercury (EtHg+), 250 pg for phenylmercury (PhHg+) and 90 pg for inorganic mercury (Hg2+) when the data were collected in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode. A method of isolation and preconcentration of the mercury species using a “home-made” C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) microcolumns was developed to enhance sensitivity of the method. The preconcentration factor as much as 2500 was achieved with on-column complex formation of mercury-pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate. Methanol (100%) was chosen for elution of preconcentrated mercury species. The method was applied for the determination of mercury species in river water samples.  相似文献

The selectivity factor in the separation of lanthanide could be associated with the coordination behaviour. Thus, we observed the study in the solid phase to understand the coordination pattern of Ln(III) with the 18-crown-6 (18C6) ligand. Good selectivity of the rigid 18C6 ligand toward Ln(III) depends on gradually smaller their ionic radii of Ln(III) in the complexes formation in the presence of picrate anion (Pic), i.e. lanthanide contraction and steric effects as clearly shown in the series of [Ln(Pic)2(18C6)]+(Pic) {Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd} and [Ln(Pic)3(OH2)3] · 2(18C6) · 4H2O {Ln = Tb, Ho} complexes. The La-Gd complexes crystallized in an orthorhombic with space group Pbca, while the Ho complex crystallized in triclinic with space group . The lighter lanthanides complexes [La-Sm] had a 10-coordination number from the 18C6 ligand and the two picrates, forming a bicapped square-antiprismatic geometry. Meanwhile, the middle lanthanide complex [Gd] had a nine-coordination number from the 18C6 ligand and the two picrates, forming a tricapped trigonal prismatic geometry. The heavier lanthanide [Ho] is rather unique, since Ho(III) coordinated with nine oxygen atoms from three picrates and three water molecules in the opposite direction whereas three 18C6 molecules surrounded in the inner coordination sphere, forming a trigonal tricapped prismatic geometry. The 18C6 ligand is effective in controlling the molecular geometry and coordination bonding of Ln-O and can use a crystal engineering approach. No dissociation of Ln-O bonds in solution was observed in NMR studies conducted at different temperatures. The photoluminescence spectrum of the Pr complex has typical 4f-4f emission transitions, i.e. 3P0 → 3F2 (650 nm), 1D2 → 3F2 (830 nm) and 1D2 → 3F4 (950 nm).  相似文献

High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was developed for quantitative determination of 18 phenylthiohydantoin (PTH)-amino acids. The influence of electrolyte concentration, pH, organic modifier and applied voltage on HPCE performance was investigated. The HPCE separation of a PTH-amino acids mixture was much improved by adding organic modifier and Tris-boric acid buffer to the run buffer. After optimization of the method, 17 PTH-amino acids in a solution containing 18 PTH-amino acids could be separated using 400 mmol l−1 Tris-boric acid, 1.0 mmol l−1 diethylamine at pH 9.5 adjusted with 0.1 mol l−1 NaOH as a run buffer, voltage of 25 kV was applied, temperature was maintained at 25 °C, detection wavelength was 254 nm. The precision (n = 7) of this method is less than 3.2% (peak area) and 1.1% (migration time) of relative standard deviation (R.S.D.). Linearity was established over the concentration range 50-1000 μM of each derivative, with correlation coefficients (r) ranging between 0.9904 and 0.9993. The detection limits (S/N = 3) range from 2 to 48 μmol l−1. The method was applied to determine amino acids in Sargassum fusiforme, a marine algae collected from Tongtou County of Zhejiang Province in China with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this study the sorption of nonylphenol was implemented on a rotating Teflon disk coated with a PDMS film on one of its surfaces. In this way, the disk, which has a high surface area, contacts only the liquid sample, which can be stirred at higher velocity than with the stir bar used in stir-bar sorptive extraction (SBSE), without damaging the phase while at the same time facilitating analyte mass transfer to the PDMS surface. We refer to the procedure as rotating-disk sorptive extraction (RDSE). Extraction variables such as disk rotational velocity, extraction time, and surface area of PDMS film were studied to establish the best conditions for extraction. With increasing rotational velocity, the amount of extracted analyte significantly increases because the stagnant layer concomitantly decreases. On the other hand, the extracted amount concomitantly increases with extraction time, reaching equilibrium at approximately 20 min, which can be reduced to 10 min when the surface area of PDMS increases from 1.74 to 6.97 cm2. Precision of the method was determined by using the same disk (n = 6) and different disks (n = 3), showing relative standard deviations for the analyte of 3.7% and 10%, respectively. The detection limit of the method was 0.09 μg/L NP, defined at a signal to noise ratio of 3. The method was applied to a real sample, achieving quantitative recovery. The PDMS phase on the disk could be used for at least 50 experiments. In any case, replacement of the PDMS film on the disk is very easy and inexpensive, as compared to the commercial alternative SBSE.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and environmentally friendly analytical methodology is proposed for extracting and preconcentrating pyrethroids from water samples prior to gas chromatography-negative ion chemical ionization mass spectrometry (GC-NCI-MS) analysis. Fourteen pyrethroids were selected for this work: bifenthrin, cyfluthrin, λ-cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, esfenvalerate, fenvalerate, fenpropathrin, τ-fluvalinate, permethrin, phenothrin, resmethrin, tetramethrin and tralomethrin. The method is based on ultrasound-assisted emulsification-extraction (UAEE) of a water-immiscible solvent in an aqueous medium. Chloroform was used as extraction solvent in the UAEE technique. Target analytes were quantitatively extracted achieving an enrichment factor of 200 when 20 mL aliquot of pure water spiked with pyrethroid standards was extracted. The method was also evaluated with tap water and river water samples. Method detection limits (MDLs) ranged from 0.03 to 35.8 ng L−1 with RSDs values ≤3–25% (n = 5). The coefficients of estimation of the calibration curves obtained following the proposed methodology were ≥0.998. Recovery values were in the range of 45–106%, showing satisfactory robustness of the method for analyzing pyrethroids in water samples. The proposed methodology was applied for the analysis of river water samples. Cypermethrin was detected at concentration levels ranging from 4.94 to 30.5 ng L−1.  相似文献

The potential of eggshell membrane (ESM) as a novel solid-phase extraction bio-adsorbent was investigated in the present study. The ESM with a unique structure of intricate lattice network showed a predominant ability to capture linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS) as a model of organic pollutants by the hydrophobic interactions between ESM and LAS molecular at pH very close to the isoelectric point of ESM, which was similar to the most widely used trapping mechanism for SPE. Under the optimal conditions, the breakthrough capacities of the ESM packed cartridge for C10–C13 LAS homologues were found to be 30, 53, 50, and 43 μg g−1, respectively. On the basis of high-performance liquid chromatography separation and UV detection of LAS homologues, the proposed system could respond down to 0.027 ng mL−1 of LAS with a linear calibration range from 0.2 to 100 ng mL−1, showing a good LAS enrichment ability of eggshell membrane biomaterial with high sensitivity, and could be successfully used for the detection of residual LAS in environmental water samples. The reproducibility among columns was satisfactory (RSD among columns is less than 10%). A comparison study with ESM, C8 and C18 as adsorbents for LAS demonstrated that ESM-based bio-adsorbent was advantageous over C8 and C18, the widely used traditional adsorbents.  相似文献

A simple ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method combined with liquid chromatography was developed for the preconcentration and determination of six pyrethroids in river water samples. The procedure was based on a ternary solvent system to formatting tiny droplets of extractant in sample solution by dissolving appropriate amounts of water-immiscible extractant (tetrachloromethane) in watermiscible dispersive solvent (acetone). Various parameters that affected the extraction efficiency (such as type and volume of extraction and dispersive solvent, extraction time, ultrasonic time, and centrifuging time) were evaluated. Under the optimum condition, good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.00059–1.52 mg L−1 for all analytes with the correlation coefficient (r2) > 0.999. Intra-assay and inter-assay precision evaluated as the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 3.4 and 8.9%. The recoveries of six pyrethroids at three spiked levels were in the range of 86.2–109.3% with RSD of less than 8.7%. The enrichment factors for the six pyrethroids were ranged from 767 to 1033 folds.  相似文献

This paper proposes an alternative analytical method using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) to determine Fe and Cu in gasoline samples. In the proposed procedure, samples were distilled and the distillation residues were spotted on cellulose paper disk to form a uniform thin film and to produce a homogeneous and reproducible interface to the XRF instrument. The disks were dried at 60 °C for 20 min and copper and iron were determined directly in the solid phase at 6.40 and 8.04 keV, respectively. The calibration curves showed linear response in the 20-800 μg L−1 concentration range of each metal. The precisions (repeatability) calculated from 15 consecutive measurements and defined as the coefficient of variation of solutions containing 100 μg L−1 of Fe and Cu were 7.8 and 8.1%, respectively. The limits of detection (LOD), defined as the analyte concentration that gives a response equivalent to three times the standard deviation of the blank (n = 10), were found to be 10 and 15 μg L−1 for Fe and Cu, respectively. The proposed method was applied to copper and iron determination in gasoline samples collected from different gas stations.  相似文献

A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for the identification and quantification of chlormequat (CQ) and mepiquat (MQ) in source waters with high sensitivity and specificity was established using WCX cartridges (150 mg/6 mL) for pre-concentration of the samples and using the CAPCELL PAK CR 1:4 (2.0 mm × 150 mm 5 μm, SCX:C18 = 1:4) column containing strong cationic exchange resins and C18 for separation. The method could solve the problem for pre-concentrating ionic compounds from water samples and avoid the MS instrument fouling problem accompanied with the use of ion-pair reagents. After the optimization of analytical conditions, quantification was achieved in the positive electrospray ionization mode using selected ion monitoring. The samples were analyzed with multi-channel mode with quantification performed at 30 V cone voltage to ascertain the sensitivity and qualitative analysis performed at 60 V cone voltage simultaneously. The method detection limits (MDLs) of CQ and MQ in source water were determined to be 14 and 22 ng L−1. Finally, the method was used to quantify CQ and MQ in several source waters, which gave a level ranging from below the quantitation limit to 28 ng L−1.  相似文献

We report a new nonenzymatic amperometric detection of ascorbic acid (AA) using a glassy carbon (GC) disk electrode modified with hollow gold/ruthenium (hAu–Ru) nanoshells, which exhibited decent sensing characteristics. The hAu–Ru nanoshells were prepared by the incorporation of Ru on hollow gold (hAu) nanoshells from Co nanoparticle templates, which enabled AA selectivity against glucose without aid of enzyme or membrane. The structure and electrocatalytic activities of the hAu–Ru catalysts were characterized by spectroscopic and electrochemical techniques. The hAu–Ru loaded on GC electrode (hAu–Ru/GC) showed sensitivity of 426 μA mM−1 cm−2 (normalized to the GC disk area) for the linear dynamic range of <5 μM to 2 mM AA at physiological pH. The response time and detection limit were 1.6 s and 2.2 μM, respectively. Furthermore, the hAu–Ru/GC electrode displayed remarkable selectivity for ascorbic acid over all potential biological interferents, including glucose, uric acid (UA), dopamine (DA), 4-acetamidophenol (AP), and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), which could be especially good for biological sensing.  相似文献

An analytical method with the technique of QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) and gas chromatography (GC)/mass spectrometry (MS) in negative chemical ionization (NCI) has been developed for the determination of 17 pyrethroid pesticide residues in troublesome matrices, including garlic, onion, spring onion and chili. Pyrethroid residues were extracted with acidified acetonitrile saturated by hexane. After a modified QuEChERS clean-up step, the extract was analyzed by GC-NCI/MS in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. An isotope internal standard of trans-cypermethrin-D6 was employed for quantitation. Chromatograms of pyrethroids obtained in all these matrices were relatively clean and without obvious interference. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.02 to 6 μg kg−1 and recovery yields were from 54.0% to 129.8% at three spiked levels (20, 40 and 60 μg kg−1 for chili, and 10, 20 and 30 μg kg−1 for others) in four different matrices depending on the compounds determined. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all below 14%. Isomerization enhancement of pyrethroids in chili extract was observed and preliminarily explained, especially for acrinathrin and deltamethrin.  相似文献

This paper investigates the microfiltration of skim milk in order to separate caseins micelles from two whey proteins, α-lactalbumin (α-La) and β-lactoglobulin (β-Lg), using a modified dynamic filtration pilot (MSD) consisting in 6 ceramic 9-cm diameter membrane disks of 0.2 μm pores, rotating around a shaft inside cylindrical housing. A comparison was made with another dynamic filtration module consisting in a disk rotating near a fixed PVDF 15.5 cm diameter membrane with 0.15 μm pores. Maximum permeate fluxes were 120 L h−1 m−2 with the MSD module at 1930 rpm and at 40 °C, and 210 L h−1 m−2 at 2500 rpm and 45 °C, with the rotating disk module. Casein rejection was around 99% at high speed for both membranes. α-La transmission decreased with increasing transmembrane pressure (TMP) from 75% to 60% for ceramic membranes and from 25% to 10% for the PVDF one. β-Lg transmissions were lower, ranging from 23% to 15% for ceramic membranes and from 20% to 5% for the PVDF one. In a concentration test with the PVDF membrane at 2000 rpm, the flux decayed from 200 L h−1 m−2 at initial concentration to 80 L h−1 m−2 at VRR = 3.2 and 22.1% of the initial α-La mass was recovered in the permeate, against 8.1% for β-Lg. Permeate fluxes in the mass transfer limited regime (Jlim) of the MSD and rotating disk module operated at various speeds were well correlated by the equation Jlim = 17.13 Vav where Vav denoted the disk azimuthal velocity averaged over the membrane area. Measurements of Jlim, taken from Ref. [G. Samuelsson, P. Dejlmek, G. Tragardh, M. Paulsson, Minimizing whey protein retention in crossflow microfiltration of skim milk. Int. Dairy J. 7 (1997) 237–242] during MF of skim milk using tubular ceramic membranes at velocities from 1.5 to 8 m s−1 with permeate co-current recirculation were found to obey the same correlation.  相似文献

A sample pretreatment method for the determination of 18 chlorophenols (CPs) in aqueous samples by derivatization liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) was investigated using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Derivatization reagent was spiked into the extraction solvent to combine derivatization and extraction into one step. High sensitivity of 18 CPs derivatives could be achieved after optimization of several parameters such as extraction solvent, percentage of derivatization reagent, extraction time, pH, and ionic strength. The results from the optimal method showed that calibration ranging from 0.5 to 500 μg L−1 could be achieved with the RSDs between 1.75% and 9.39%, and the limits of detection (LOD) are ranging from 0.01 to 0.12 μg L−1 for the CPs. Moreover, the proposed LPME method was compared with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with on-fiber derivatization technique. The results suggested that using both methods are quite agreeable. Furthermore, the recoveries of LPME evaluated by spiked environmental samples ranged from 87.9% (3,5-DCP) to 114.7% (2,3,5,6-TeCP), and environmental water samples collected from the Pearl River were analyzed with the optimized LPME method, the concentrations of 18 CPs ranged from 0.0237 μg L−1 (3,5-DCP) to 0.3623 μg L−1 (2,3,6-TCP).  相似文献

Solid-phase extraction technique had been applied to extract molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid (MoP) paired with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) from seawater matrix using C18 sorbent. Chemiluminescence emission could be generated via MoP reaction with alkaline luminol. Based on these, a novel on-line solid-phase extraction method coupled with flow injection (FI) analysis and luminol chemiluminescence detection had been established to determine ultratrace orthophosphate in seawater. The MoP-CTAB compound could be efficiently extracted on an in-line Sep-Pak C18 cartridge, and rapidly eluted by 0.3 mol l−1 sulphuric acid-ethanol solution. Then the compound was reduced by luminol to produce chemiluminescence light, which could be detected using a luminescence analyzer. Experimental parameters were optimized using a univariate experimental design. Using artificial seawater with salinity of 35 as a matrix, the standard curve with a linear range between 0.005 and 0.194 μmol l−1 had been obtained, and the recovery and the detection limit of the proposed method were found to be 92.5% and 0.002 μmol l−1, respectively. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.), which was determined over eight hour, was 4.66% (n = 7) for the artificial seawater at a concentration of 0.097 μmol l−1 orthophosphate. Si of 200 μmol l−1 would not interfere with the detection of 0.012 μmol l−1 orthophosphate compound. Three typical seawater samples were analyzed using both the proposed method and the magnesium hydroxide-induced coprecipitation (MAGIC) method, and the results of the two methods showed no significant difference using the t test. Compared to the MAGIC method, the proposed method was more sensitive, time saving and easy for on-line analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel graphene (G) based solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was firstly prepared by immobilizing the synthesized G on stainless steel wire as coating. The new fiber possessed a homogeneous, porous and wrinkled surface and showed excellent thermal (over 330 °C), chemical and mechanical stability, and long lifespan (over 250 extractions). The SPME performance of the G-coated fiber was evaluated in detail through extraction of six pyrethroid pesticides. Although the thickness of G-coated fiber was only 6-8 μm, its extraction efficiencies were higher than those of two commercial fibers (PDMS, 100 μm; PDMS/DVB, 65 μm). This high extraction efficiency may be mainly attributed to huge delocalized π-electron system of G, which shows strong π-stacking interaction with pyrethroid pesticide. The G-coated fiber was applied in the gas chromatographic determination of six pyrethroids, and their limits of detection were found to be ranged from 3.69 to 69.4 ng L−1. The reproducibility for each single fiber was evaluated and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were calculated to be in the range from 1.9% to 6.5%. The repeatability of fiber-to-fiber and batch-to-batch was 4.3-9.2% and 4.1-9.9%. The method developed was successfully applied to three pond water samples, and the recoveries were 83-110% at a spiking of 1 μg L−1.  相似文献

A method for simultaneous determination of seven benzodiazepines (BZPs) (flunitrazepam, clonazepam, oxazepam, lorazepam, chlordiazepoxide, nordiazepam and diazepam using N-desalkylflurazepam as internal standard) in human plasma using liquid-liquid and solid-phase extractions followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is described. The analytes were separated employing a LC-18 DB column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 35 °C under isocratic conditions using 5 mM KH2PO4 buffer solution pH 6.0:methanol:diethyl ether (55:40:5, v/v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL min−1. UV detection was carried out at 245 nm. Employing LLE, the best conditions were achieved with double extraction of 0.5 mL plasma using ethyl acetate and Na2HPO4 pH 9.5 for pH adjusting. Employing SPE, the best conditions were achieved with 0.5 mL plasma plus 3 mL 0.1 M borate buffer pH 9.5, which were then passed through a C18 cartridge previously conditioned, washed for 3 times with these solvents: 3 mL 0.1 M borate buffer pH 9.5, 4 mL Milli-Q water and 1 mL acetonitrile 5%, finally the BZPs elution was carried with diethyl ether:n-hexane:methanol (50:30:20). In both methods the solvent was evaporated at 40 °C under nitrogen flow. The validation parameters obtained in LLE were linearity range of 50-1200 ng mL−1 plasma (r ≥ 0.9927), limits of quantification of 50 ng mL−1 plasma, within-day and between-day CV% and E% for precision and accuracy lower than 15%, and recovery above 65% for all BZPs. In SPE, the parameter obtained were linearity range of 30-1200 ng mL−1 plasma (r ≥ 0.9900), limits of quantification of 30 ng mL−1 plasma, within-day and between-day CV% and E% for precision and accuracy lower than 15% and recovery above 55% for all BZPs. These extracting procedures followed by HPLC analysis showed their suitable applicability in order to examine one or more BZPs in human plasma. Moreover, it could be suggested that these procedures might be employed in various analytical applications, in special for toxicological/forensic analysis.  相似文献

In this study, C18-silica monoliths were synthesized as a porous layer in open tubular capillary columns, to be cut later into microcartridges for the analysis of neuropeptides by on-line solid-phase extraction capillary electrophoresis with UV and MS detection (SPE-CE-UV and SPE-CE-MS). First, several types of C18-silica monolithic (MtC18) microcartridges were used to analyse standard solutions of five neuropeptides (i.e. dynorphin A (1–7), substance P (7–11), endomorphin 1, methionine enkephalin and [Ala]-methionine enkephalin). The MtC18 sorbents were especially selective against endomorphin 1 and substance P (7–11)). The best results in terms of sensitivity and inter-microcartridge reproducibility were achieved with the microcartridges obtained from a 10-cm open tubular capillary column with a thin monolithic coating with large through-pores (1–5 μm). Run-to-run repeatability, microcartridge durability, linearity ranges and LODs were studied by MtC18-SPE-CE-MS. As expected due to their greater selectivity, the best LOD enhancement was obtained for End1 and SP (7–11) (50 times with regard to CE-MS). Finally, the suitability of the methodology for analysing biological fluids was tested with plasma samples spiked with End1 and SP (7–11). Results obtained were promising because both neuropeptides could be detected at 0.05 μg mL−1, which was almost the same concentration level as for the standard solutions (0.01 μg mL−1).  相似文献
