利用新合成的复合纳米结构银/二氧化钛核壳纳米颗粒,研究了金属银纳米颗粒对碲化镉纳米晶层荧光的增强情况.结果表明,这种新型复合金属纳米结构能极大地增强发光纳米晶层的荧光强度.银/二氧化钛核壳纳米颗粒是以水合肼、硝酸银和四异丙氧基钛为原材料,利用胶体化学法在水溶液中合成.透射电子显微镜图片表明这种新合成的银/二氧化钛纳米材料基本上呈球形,有较为明显的核壳结构,中间黑色的核是银纳米颗粒,外层颜色较浅部分是二氧化钛壳层.另外,包裹二氧化钛壳层后,银纳米颗粒的表面等离子吸收带从409 nm红移至430 nm,也证实了这种新型核壳纳米材料的形成.将此合成方法得到的银/二氧化钛纳米颗粒和碲化镉纳米晶用旋转涂覆方法进行直接组合后,得到了银纳米颗粒对碲化镉纳米晶荧光的明显增强,并对其增强的物理过程进行了讨论.这种能够增强荧光团发光的新型复合银纳米结构将在发光器件、荧光成像、生物探测等方面具有一定的应用价值.  相似文献

The wavelengths and energies of the L1, L2 and L3 absorption limits in Zr, Nb, Ru, Rh, Pd and Ag metals have been measured and some of the previous reported values have been found to be incorrect. By comparing the energies of the absorption limits with those of the Lγ1Ly, and Lβ2,15, lines and also with the binding energies obtained by XPS, the electronic transitions corresponding to the respective absorption limits have been clarified. It is concluded that (i) the end level of the electronic transition corresponding to the L1 absorption limit of Zr-Ag is the 5p-like level, and (ii) the end level corresponding to either of the L2 and L3, absorption limits of Zr-Pd is the 4d level, while that of Ag is, rather unexpectedly, the top of the 5s level.  相似文献

通过准分子激光(XeCl, 308 nm, 20 ns)在MgO(100)单晶衬底上制备了不同掺杂浓度的Ag:BaTiO3纳米复合薄膜,通过X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对薄膜的结构和组分进行了表征.在430 nm和470 nm附近观测到了不同浓度Ag纳米颗粒引起的等离子体吸收峰,通过z扫描技术对复合薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性进行了测量,并对其光学非线性的增强机制进行了讨论. 关键词: 金属纳米复合薄膜 激光沉积 非线性光学  相似文献

本文利用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算研究了它们的电子结构和光学性质.光学性质的计算结果和实验相一致.结果表明,Fe或Ag掺杂后,K2Ti6O13的带隙中出现了杂质带且其带隙值变小,因而使掺杂后的K2Ti6O13的吸收边发生红移并实现了其对可见光吸收.其中杂质带主要由Fe 3d态或Ag 4d态与Ti 3d态和O 2p态杂化而成.对于Fe掺杂的K2Ti6O13,杂质带位于带隙中间,因此可以作为电子从价带跃迁到导带的桥梁.对于Ag掺杂的K2Ti6O13,杂质带位于价带顶附近为受主能级,可以降低光生载流子的复合概率.实验和计算研究表明,通过Fe或Ag的掺杂可以实现了K2Ti6O13对可见光的吸收,这对进一步研究K2Ti6O13的光学性质具有重要意义.  相似文献

Al2O3介质薄膜与纳米Ag颗粒构成的复合结构,被应用于表面增强Raman散射探测实验中,其中Al2O3介质薄膜对纳米Ag颗粒的吸收谱及增强Raman散射光谱的影响被特别关注.该复合结构的光学特性表征出纳米Ag颗粒的偶极振荡特性.从光吸收谱中可以看到,其共振吸收谱随Al2O3介质薄膜厚度增加而在整个谱域上发生红移,表明纳米Ag颗粒的周围介电常数随Al2O3介质薄膜厚度的增加而增大.采用罗丹明6G作为探针原子,6个Raman特征峰的平均增益值作为表征表面增强Raman散射衬底增益程度的量度.实验结果表明,Al2O3介质薄膜层的引入提高了纳米Ag颗粒的衬底介电常数,并引起了散射共振的增强,从而使表面增强Raman散射强度提高.  相似文献

通过分层镀膜的方式制备Ag和SiO2的分层结构,经过快速热退火后,Ag颗粒扩散到复合薄膜的表面附近. 通过改变Ag颗粒扩散的距离(SiO2的膜厚),可很好地控制Ag颗粒在复合薄膜表面附近的大小,浓度和形貌,进而对共振吸收特性产生影响. 在实验中,根据Ag颗粒扩散的长度来调节退火的时间. 发现经过足够长的时间(17.5min)后,Ag颗粒会形成平行于衬底的平面团簇. 由于Ag原子在平面团簇之间容易扩散,使得Ag颗粒的粒径平均值变小并趋于某一特定的半径,且粒径分布范围变小,导致吸收谱发生蓝移,吸收带变窄,且强度增加. 关键词: 复合薄膜 共振吸收 平面团簇  相似文献

Ag/BiVO4 composite photocatalysts were hydrothermal synthesized and characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS and DRS techniques. Their photocatalytic activities were determined by oxidative decomposition of methyl orange in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation. It revealed that the doped Ag species greatly improved the visible light absorption abilities and morphologies of the composites, and thus lead to enhanced photocatalytic activities compared with that of the pure BiVO4.  相似文献

An enhanced electric-pulse-induced resistance (EPIR) switching effect is observed in the Ag/P0.7Ca0.3Mn1 − xFexO3/YBa2Cu3O7 (Ag/PCMFO/YBCO) and Ag/(PCMFO/PCMO)/YBCO structures. Unlike in the PCMO-based EPIR devices, where the Ag/PCMO interface plays a crucial role, both the Ag/PCMFO interface and the bulk PCMFO are found to have significant contributions to the EPIR switching of the PCMFO-based device. A possible explanation is to extend the pulse-driven oxygen ion/vacancy motion model at the metal/PCMO interface region to the bulk PCMFO.  相似文献

The spectral properties of trivalent erbium ions(Er3+) are systematically studied in a melt-quenched germanate glass(60 GeO2-20PbO-10BaO-10K2O-0.1Ag2O) containing silver(Ag) particles.Thermal treatment of the material leads to the precipitation of Ag particles as observed by transmission electron microscopy and confirmed by absorption spectrum for the obvious surface plasmon resonance peak of Ag particles.The fluorescence from Er3+ in the 10-min-annealed sample with Ag particles is found to be 4.2 times enhanced compared with the unannealed sample excited by 488-nm Ar+ laser.A comparison is made between a spectral study performed on the unannealed Er3+-doped sample and the one annealed for 20 min.The data of absorption cross section and Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters show the agreement between the two samples no matter whether there are Ag particles,indicating that the introduction of Ag particles by post-heat treatment has no effect on the crystal field environment of Er3+ ions.The fluorescence enhancement is attributed to the surface plasmon oscillations of Ag particles in germanate glass.  相似文献

在MgO(100)基片上利用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了掺有Ag纳米颗粒的BaTiO3复合薄膜.通过X射线衍射对薄膜的结构进行了表征,利用透射电子显微镜对Ag纳米颗粒的尺寸、形态进行了观测,X射线光电子能谱结果表明Ag呈金属态.在410—500nm范围内观测到了Ag纳米颗粒引起的等离子振荡峰,随着后处理温度和Ag颗粒浓度的增加,吸收峰发生红移,并出现了双峰现象. 关键词: 金属纳米复合薄膜 激光沉积 光吸收  相似文献

We perform first-principles calculations to investigate the band structure, density of states, optical absorption, and the imaginary part of dielectric function of Cu, Ag, and Au-doped anatase TiO2 in 72 atoms systems. The electronic structure results show that the Cu incorporation can lead to the enhancement of d states near the uppermost of valence band, while the Ag and Au doping cause some new electronic states in band gap of TiO2. Meanwhile, it is found that the visible optical absorptions of Cu, Ag, and Au-doped TiO2, are observed by analyzing the results of optical properties, which locate in the region of 400-1000 nm. The absorption band edges of Cu, Ag, and Au-doped TiO2 shift to the long wavelength region compared with the pure TiO2. Furthermore, according to the calculated results, we propose the optical transition mechanisms of Cu, Ag, and Au-doped TiO2. Our results show that the visible light response of TiO2 can be modulated by substitutional doping of Cu, Ag, and Au.  相似文献

本文对CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿层与Ag电极之间的界面降解和离子迁移过程进行了全面地研究.利用原位光电子能谱检测于段,发现了Ag电极会诱导钙钛矿层的降解,导致PbI_2和AgI物种的形成以及Pb~(2+)离子在界面处还原成金属Pb物种.I 3d谱峰强度的反常增强为碘离子从CH_3NH_3PbI_3下表面迁移到Ag电极提供了直接的实验证据.此外,Ag电极和钙钛矿层接触会在CH_3NH_3PbI_3/Ag界面处诱导0.3 eV的界面偶极,这可能进一步促进碘离子扩散迁移,导致钙钛矿层的分解和Ag电极的侵蚀.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity and fundamental absorption spectra of monocrystalline Cu7GeS5I were measured in the temperature ranges 95-370 and 77-373 K, respectively. A rather high electrical conductivity (σt=6.98×10−3Ω−1 cm−1 at 300 K) and low activation energy (ΔEa=0.183 eV) was found. The influence of different types of disordering on the Urbach absorption edge and electron-phonon interaction parameters were calculated, discussed and compared with the same parameters in Cu7GeS5I, Cu6PX5I (X=S,Se) and Ag7GeX5I (X=S,Se) compounds. We have concluded that the P→Ge and Cu→Ag cation substitution results in an increase of the electrical conductivity and a decrease of the activation energy. Besides, P→Ge substitution, results in complete smearing and disappearance of the exciton absorption bands and in blue shift of the Urbach absorption edge, an increase of the edge energy width and an electron-phonon-interaction enhancement.  相似文献

TiO2 nanowires were grown on titanium foil by an alkali hydrothermal growth method. The as-synthesized nanowires are structurally uniform with diameters of 50-100 nm and lengths of up to a few micrometers. The as-prepared TiO2 nanowires were coated with Ag nanoparticles by reducing AgNO3 in solution. The experimental results indicate that the Ag nanoparticles can aggregate together on the surfaces of TiO2 nanowires by interconnection between nanoparticles. The degree of aggregation of Ag nanostructures can be controlled by changing the concentrations of Ag nanoparticles. The as-prepared nanostructures exhibit a wide optical absorption from 387 to 580 nm that can be easily tuned by controlling the degree of aggregation of Ag nanostructures. The results reveal that optical properties of the Ag-coated TiO2 nanowires can be enhanced by plasmon coupling of Ag nanoparticles. The as-prepared nanostructures may find potential applications in the field of solar cells.  相似文献

Se90Te10−xAgx (0 ≤ x ≤ 6) compositions were prepared by quenching technique. Thin films with different thicknesses of the obtained compositions were deposited on dry clean glass substrates by thermal evaporation technique. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) indicates that samples are nearly stoichiometric. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that they are in the amorphous state. The optical constants, the refractive index n and the absorption index k, have been calculated from transmittance T and reflectance R through the spectral range of 400-2500 nm for the studied films with different thicknesses (165-711 nm). From the analysis of refractive index n data, high frequency dielectric constant ? was determined. Both ? and n are found to decrease with the increase of Ag content. The optical band gap is calculated for all compositions from the absorption coefficient analysis. The effect of the Ag addition on the obtained optical parameters has been discussed. The analysis of absorption index k data, revealed the existence of allowed indirect transitions for all compositions. It is indicated also that increase with increasing Ag content.  相似文献

以AgNO3,HAuCl4和正硅酸乙酯为主要原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法和旋涂技术,通过热处理和紫外光辐射还原得到了不同nAg/nAu(1∶0,2∶1,1∶2,0∶1)的Ag-Au合金/SiO2复合薄膜.从扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射谱的结果可以看出得到的薄膜均匀性好,复合薄膜中合金颗粒的尺寸为10 nm左右.利用紫外-可见分光光谱仪研究了复合薄膜的光吸收性能,结果表明,随着nAg/nAu的降低,吸收峰的位置也由最初的Ag纳米粒子的等离子共振吸收峰430 nm附近,逐渐红移到Au纳米粒子的等离子共振吸收峰605和880 nm附近.从光吸收谱可以看出,nAgnAu=2∶1和1∶2的两个样品分别在515,730 nm附近和550,730 nm附近出现表面等离子共振吸收峰.这表明Au-Ag合金固溶体的形成. 关键词: 2')" href="#">Ag-Au合金/SiO2 紫外辐射 光吸收性能  相似文献

We have investigated the superconducting properties of Ag/YBa2Cu3O7−x thick multilayers grown by Pulsed Laser Deposition, and found that the artificial pinning centres induced by Ag nanodots lead to a significant increase in critical current, especially in high applied magnetic fields. Transmission Electron Microscopy showed a columnar growth of YBa2Cu3O7−x induced by Ag nanodots, while angle-dependent transport measurements revealed the existence of strong, both isotropic and c-axis correlated, artificial pinning centres.  相似文献

Nearly stoichiometric thin films of In49Se48Sn3 were deposited at room temperature, by conventional thermal evaporation of the presynthesized materials, onto precleaned glass substrates. The microstructural studies on the as-deposited and annealed films, using transmission electron microscopy and diffraction (TEMD), revealed that the as-deposited films are amorphous in nature, while those annealed at 498 K are crystalline. The optical properties of the investigated films were determined from the transmittance and reflectance data, in the spectral range 650-2500 nm. An analysis of the optical absorption spectra revealed a non-direct energy gap characterizing the amorphous films, while both allowed and forbidden direct energy gaps characterized the crystalline films. The electrical resistance of the deposited films was carried out during heating and cooling cycles in the temperature range 300-600 K. The results show an irreproducible behavior, while after crystallization the results become reproducible. The analysis of the temperature dependence of the resistance (ln(R) vs. 1000/T) for crystalline films shows two straight lines corresponding to both extrinsic and intrinsic conduction. The room temperature I-V characteristics of the as-deposited films sandwiched between similar Ag metal electrodes shows an ohmic behavior, while non-ohmic behavior attributed to space charge limited conduction has been observed when the films are sandwiched between dissimilar Ag/Al metal electrodes.  相似文献

Yields, Y, of H+ and He+ emerging specularly with the energy for single binary elastic collisions have been measured from polycrystalline Ag and Pd surfaces bombarded with mixed monoenergetic (300 < E0 < 2600 eV) beams of H2+3He+ impinging at an angle of 45° from the surface normal. The surfaces were exposed to H2+ at a dynamic pressure of 8 × 10?3 Pa (6 × 10?5 Torr) during the measurements. The He+ yields from Pd are slightly larger than from Ag, and the H+ yields from Pd are 10 to 40 times as large as those from Ag. These results suggest that differences between Pd and Ag in the amount of hydrogen adsorbed and in the character of the hydrogen-metal bond may be responsible for the yield differences through shadowing by, and possibly the sputtering of, adsorbed hydrogen. The Y versus E0 curves for all four systems have qualitatively the same singly peaked shape which implies that reactive and noble gas ions undergo similar neutralization processes during elastic surface collisions. The ratios of the yields from Ag and Pd do not exhibit the theoretically expected exponential dependence on collision time over the entire range studied, but at the lowest energies the ratios lead to estimates of the difference of neutralization constants which do agree with theory. The potential utility of the large difference in proton yields from Ag and Pd for studying the Ag-Pd alloy system is noted.  相似文献

多组分复合体系有利于电荷的有效分离,减少电子空穴对的复合几率。通过低温液相法首次合成Ag-Bi2MoO6/BiPO4三元异质结构光催化剂。利用XRD、SEM、EDX及XPS等技术对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Ag纳米粒子光照积累在Bi2MoO6/BiPO4的表面,通过表面等离子共振增加对可见光的吸收,同时作为电子受体促进了光生电子的转移。Ag、BiPO4和Bi2MoO6形成三元异质结构有效地抑制了光生电子空穴对的复合。Ag-Bi2MoO6/BiPO4表现出优异的光催化性能,其光催化活性较BiPO4、Bi2MoO6和Bi2MoO6/BiPO4样品有较大提高。并且对Ag-Bi2MoO6/BiPO4三元异质结构的光催化机制进行了讨论。光催化过程中反应活性物种捕获实验结果表明h+和O2·-是主要的活性基团.  相似文献
