In this paper we consider the Haar wavelet on weighted Herz spaces. Our weight class, whose name is Ap-dyadic local, is the one defined by the first author (2007). We shall investigate the class of Ap-dyadic weights in connection with the maximal inequalities. After obtaining the properties of weights in the first half of the present paper, we consider the Haar wavelet on weighted Herz spaces in the latter half. We shall show that the Haar wavelet basis is an unconditional basis. We also show that the Haar wavelet is not greedy except for the trivial case, that is, the Haar wavelet is greedy if and only if the Herz space under consideration is a weighted Lp space.  相似文献

We exhibit the necessary range for which functions in the Sobolev spaces L p s $L^s_p$ can be represented as an unconditional sum of orthonormal spline wavelet systems, such as the Battle–Lemarié wavelets. We also consider the natural extensions to Triebel–Lizorkin spaces. This builds upon, and is a generalization of, previous work of Seeger and Ullrich, where analogous results were established for the Haar wavelet system.  相似文献

Let X be a rearrangement invariant function space on [0,1]. We consider the subspace Radi X of X which consists of all functions of the form , where xk are arbitrary independent functions from X and rk are usual Rademacher functions independent of {xk}. We prove that Radi X is complemented in X if and only if both X and its Köthe dual space X possess the so-called Kruglov property. As a consequence we show that the last conditions guarantee that X is isomorphic to some rearrangement invariant function space on [0,∞). This strengthens earlier results derived in different approach in [W.B. Johnson, B. Maurey, G. Schechtman, L. Tzafriri, Symmetric structures in Banach spaces, Mem. Amer. Math. This note is a companion to the article On the mutually non isomorphic spaces published in this journal, in which P. Cembranos and J. Mendoza showed that is a collection of mutually non isomorphic Banach spaces [5]. We now complete the picture by allowing the non‐locally convex relatives to be part of their natural family and see that, in fact, no two members of the extended class are isomorphic. Our approach is novel in the sense that we reach the isomorphism obstructions from the perspective of bases techniques and the different convexities of the spaces, both methods being intrinsic to quasi‐Banach spaces.  相似文献

Nuclear Köthe sequence spaceλ(P) its crossdualλ(P) x and their non-nuclear variants are examined as topological algebras. Modelling on them, a general theory of nuclear topological algebras with orthogonal basis is developed. As a by-product, abstract characterizations of sequence algebras ? andc 0 are obtained. In this paper we prove an analog of the Luzin theorem on correction for spaces of the Sobolev type on an arbitrary metric space with a measure, satisfying the doubling condition. We discuss the conjecture asserting that isolated equilibrium states of autonomous systems admitting invariant measures are unstable in spaces of odd dimension. This conjecture is proved for systems for which quasihomogeneous truncations with isolated singularities can be found. We study the completeness of the system of exponents exp(?λ n t), Re λ n > 0, in spaces L p with the power weight on the semiaxis ?+. We prove a sufficient condition for the completeness; one can treat it as a modification of the well-known Szász condition. With p = 2 it is unimprovable (in a sense). The proof is based on the results (which are also obtained in this paper) on the distribution of zeroes of functions of the Bergman classes in a half-plane.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem where λ is a spectral parameter; q(x) ∈ L1(0,1) is complex‐valued function; αs, s = 1,2,3, are arbitrary complex constants that satisfy α2 = α1 + α3 and σ = 0,1. The boundary conditions of this problem are regular, but not strongly regular. Asymptotic formulae for eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the considered boundary value problem are established. It is proved that all the eigenvalues, except for finite number, are simple and the system of root functions of this spectral problem forms a basis in the space Lp(0,1), 1 < p < ∞ , when ; moreover, this basis is unconditional for p = 2. Given a separable Banach space X with no isomorphic copies of 1 and a separable subspace Y of its bidual, we provide a sufficient condition on Y to ensure that X admits an equivalent norm such that the restriction to Y of the corresponding bidual norm is midpoint locally uniformly rotund. In this paper, we study a special perturbation of the function system obtained from the Fejér kernel. It is shown how this relates to the stability of bases and complete systems as well to the stability of the trigonometric system. In this paper, we consider and study a system of generalized variational inclusions with H-accretive operators in uniformly smooth Banach spaces. We prove the convergence of iterative algorithm for this system of generalized variational inclusions. A new definition of H-resolvent operator as a retraction is introduced, and in support of the definition, we have constructed an example and a numerical example through Matlab programming.
