H-phosphonates were conveniently prepared by direct transesterification of diphenyl phosphite (DPP) with the corresponding alcohols, without further purification they were reacted with branched peptide methyl ester (L-Leu2-L-LysOMe) through Atherton-Todd method, a series of different substituted alkyloxy (N-phosphoryl-L-Leu)2-L-LysOMe were synthesized, and their stmctures were confirmed by ^31P NMR, ESI-MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The approach possesses the advantages of easy operation, high yield and inexpensive phosphorylating reagent.  相似文献

Six novel Schiff bases have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-amino-5-(4-pyridyl)-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with various benzaldehydes. The sfructures of the compounds have been confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. A new series of phenoxy-phenyl moieties containing tonghaosu analogs with varied B-ring 9 were synthesized and characterized by spectral studies. Three peptide alcohols and four peptidyl N-akyl-amides were prepared by a series-connection procedure consisting of n-1 sequencial assembly on solid support followed by ammonolysis with glycinol, benzylamine or n-butylamine, and successive extractionelution through C-18 layer. Synthesis of two fragment derivatives of delta sleep-inducing peptide (DSIP) (1-4), Boc-Trp-Ala-Gly-GlyNHNHPh (1) and Boc-Trp-Ala-Gly-GlyOEt (2), catalyzed by proteases via 2 2 or 1 3 synthetic routes with different protecting groups at C-terminal in organic solvents was reported. The yield of N-Boc tetrapeptide with phenylhydrazinyl protecting carboxyl group at C-terminal (1) was higher than that of N-Boc tetrapeptide ethyl ester (2) by 2 2 route. Twelve of the title compounds were synthesized. Their structures were identified by means of IR, EA, IH NMR and MS. The IR spectra clearly show that the absorptions in the regions of 1716—1666 cm^-1 and 1505—1499 cm^-1 are the characteristic absorption bands for vc=O and vc=N. In the IH NMR spectra of target compounds(10a—10g), three protons of a = CH—CH2— group present three sets of quartet peaks of the protons. Nine ethyl N-hydroxy-N-(substituted)phenyloxamates(2a—2i), based on the structure of the KARI inhibitor IpOHA, were synthesized. Their structures were established on the bases of 1H NMR, IR, ESI-MS and elemental analyses. Among the nine compounds, four show in vitro inhibitory activity on rice KARI, with 2c and 2g[Ki values of (35.2±4.9) and (49.4±6.3) μmol/L] having similar activity to the precursor of IpOHA(A, Ki=34.1±6.7 μmol/L).
