以水玻璃、硫酸为原料采用凝胶法制备了烯烃环氧化催化剂载体硅胶,为探讨制备条件对硅胶孔结构的影响,采用物理吸附仪对不同条件下制备的硅胶进行了表征,结果表明:溶胶pH值、老化温度和老化时间、氨水pH值对硅胶孔结构影响显著,当溶胶pH值为1.5,在80℃下用pH 10.5的氨水浸泡老化凝胶2 h,所得硅胶的比表面积在300 m2.g-1左右,孔径和孔容分别在9.71 nm和0.92 cm3.g-1以上,以此硅胶为载体制得的非均相催化剂Ti/SiO2对于氯丙烯和环己基过氧化氢的环氧化反应具有明显的催化活性。  相似文献

通过Sol-Gel反应过程控制,调节酚醛树脂(PR)溶液和SiO2溶胶液的凝胶时间,共凝胶反应制备PR和SiO2凝胶网络互穿的PR/SiO2杂化气凝胶.考察了杂化气凝胶表观密度、收缩率、孔结构、微观形貌、热稳定性和力学性能随SiO2气凝胶含量的基本变化规律.研究结果表明:伴随SiO2气凝胶含量的增加,PR/SiO2杂化气凝胶表观密度正比增加;同纯PR有机气凝胶相比,杂化气凝胶孔结构得到明显改善,当[TEOS] = 1.50 mol/L时,平均孔径减小了一半,降至0.25 μm,比表面积由24.60 m2/g增至44 m2/g左右;微观形貌照片显示有机气凝胶网络骨架中的大孔逐渐被SiO2溶胶粒子填充,变成更细小疏松的孔结构形貌,孔径分布明显变宽,SiO2气凝胶在PR凝胶骨架中纳米尺度内均匀分散;无机SiO2气凝胶的引入能有效提高有机气凝胶骨架结构的强度和热稳定性,纳米分散SiO2溶胶粒子的热阻隔效应抑制了PR有机骨架的热分解速率,当[TEOS] = 1.00 mol/L时,杂化气凝胶的Tmax由539 °C提高到602 °C,热分解温度区间明显展宽.  相似文献

由正硅酸乙酯水解制得的SiO2溶胶,在以γ—甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPM)为偶联剂的体系中,经溶胶-凝胶法制备了透明的光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯杂化材料[(PUA—TMSPM)/SiO2]。研究了盐酸浓度对(PUA-TMSPM)/SiO2结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着pH值减小,硅溶胶体系和(PUA-TM-SPM)/SiO2杂化体系的热稳定性增大;盐酸摩尔分数XHCl的增加使(PUA-TMSPM)/SiO2光固化膜表面的两相界面结合更紧密,涂层变得更致密,并导致膜的硬度和耐磨性提高。  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化氨(CTAB)、盐酸(HCl)、乙醇和水为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法提拉涂膜,再经700 ℃快速淬火200 s,制备了二氧化硅(SiO2)纳米粒子涂层。 研究了CTAB浓度、提拉速度、停留时间和提拉涂膜次数对透射率的影响,结果表明,当CTAB质量分数为2.5%,提拉速度为100 mm/min,停留时间为60 s,提拉涂膜1次得到的SiO2纳米粒子涂层透射率最高,可达95.9%。 该涂层具备超亲水性并能耐受6H铅笔刮痕测试。 实验还表明,在SiO2溶胶液中加入CTAB,通过其与TEOS部分水解生成的物种的相互作用,可以改善酸性催化条件下形成的SiO2溶胶的微观结构,从而提高了涂层的透射率和亲水性。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备了Li+掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用XRD和TEM等技术进行了表征;用pH值漂移法测量了催化剂的零电位pH值(pHpzc).结果表明,500℃煅烧制得的催化剂均为锐钛矿相;Li+的掺杂抑制了TiO2粒子的生长,提高了催化剂的分散性;催化剂的零电位pH值为6.6—8.1,其值取决于Li+的浓度和掺杂方式.分别以紫外光和太阳光为光源,孔雀石绿和甲基橙为降解物评价了催化剂的光催化活性;并用气相色谱测试了污染物降解产生的CO2的含量.结果显示,对孔雀石绿的降解,浸渍法和溶胶-凝胶法掺Li+都能有效提高TiO2的光催化活性,但浸渍法比溶胶-凝胶法效果更好,催化活性最高的为浸渍法制备的5%(摩尔分数)Li+掺杂TiO2,其在紫外光和太阳光下的光催化活性分别比纯TiO2提高了6—8倍和9—10倍;对甲基橙的降解,除溶胶-凝胶法制备的3%(摩尔分数)Li+掺杂TiO2能稍提高光催化活性外,其它Li+的掺杂都不同程度降低了TiO2的光催化活性;随污染物降解率的增加,最终降解产物CO2的含量增加.实验结果表明,Li+掺杂改变了催化剂表面的电荷状态从而改变了催化剂的零电位pH值是造成催化剂降解不同污染物具有不同催化活性的主要原因.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DDS)为前驱体,在碱催化体系中通过选择合适的原料配比以及对体系溶胶 凝胶过程的控制使DDS和TEOS的水解产物发生共缩聚反应,进而制备出改性的SiO2溶胶,并采用旋转镀膜法(spin coating)直接获得了同时具有良好疏水和增透性能的SiO2光学膜,克服了增透膜防潮性能差的缺点.同时采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粒度分布(SDP)等手段研究了不同条件下溶胶的性质及其对膜层性能的影响,并与未经改性的SiO2增透膜进行了比较,结果表明改性后的膜层不仅疏水性大大增加,且在相同镀膜条件下,膜层的厚度随着老化时间的延长增加较小,故其透过率曲线在300~800 nm范围内不易出现多个增透峰.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶和原位自金属化相结合方法制备聚酰亚胺(PI)/二氧化硅(SiO2)/银(Ag)三元复合薄膜,通过红外(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、动态粘弹谱仪(DMTA)等系统地考察了热处理过程中杂化薄膜结构形态变化以及SiO2含量对金属银向基体表面迁移情况和杂化薄膜各种性能的影响.实验结果表明,在热处理过程中可以同时完成聚酰胺酸的亚胺化、SiO2粒子的形成及银的还原,并且可以通过改变热处理温度和时间或改变SiO2含量来控制银粒子向聚合物基体表面的迁移.  相似文献

以纳米SiO2水溶胶为原料,3?氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和3?氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(CPTES)为改性剂,在水基环境下分别对SiO2纳米粒子进行改性,得到了具有亲水特性的APTES改性SiO2粒子和具有亲油特性的CPTES改性SiO2粒子水溶胶。2种粒子按不同比例混合,利用接枝在SiO2粒子表面氨基和氯丙基的取代反应,使得2种具有亲水/亲油特性的改性SiO2纳米粒子偶联,制备了粒径为40~50 nm的哑铃型SiO2纳米粒子。并通过透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT?IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及动态光散射(DLS)等方法对其进行了系统表征。结果表明,2种粒子成功偶联形成了具有哑铃型结构的水相SiO2纳米粒子,该粒子两面具有不同的亲水性,粒径近似等于APTES改性SiO2粒子和CPTES改性SiO2粒子的粒径之和。  相似文献

以纳米碳酸钙颗粒为新颖的无机模板剂,硅酸钠为无机硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶法形成CaCO3/SiO2的核壳结构;随后通过高温煅烧、酸溶和干燥处理,合成出了具有高比表面积的球形纳米空心二氧化硅粒子.然后,分别采用TEM,SEM,EDS,XRD,FTIR和TG等测试手段对样品进行了分析和表征,并考察了不同合成条件,如反应温度、反应pH值、煅烧温度和包覆反应时SiO2/CaCO3的配比对纳米空心二氧化硅粒子的比表面积变化.实验结果表明:较高的反应温度如60~80℃,pn值9左右、SiO2包覆量为碳酸钙质量的10%,以及煅烧温度为700℃,有利于形成空心形貌较好、比表面较大的球形纳米空心二氧化硅。  相似文献

Deposition of silica thin films on silicon wafer was investigated by in situ mass measurements with a microbalance configured for dip coating. Mass change was recorded with respect to deposition time when the substrate was fully immersed in the silica sol. Mass gain during deposition was higher than predicted from monolayer coverage of silica nano particles. This implied that deposition was facilitated by gelling of the nanoparticles on the substrate. The rate of deposition was enhanced by increasing the particle concentration in the sol and by decreasing the particle size from 12 to 5 nm. Increasing the salt concentration of the silica sol at constant pH enhanced the deposition of the silica particles. Reducing the pH of the sol from 10 to 6 decreased the deposition rate due to aggregation of the primary silica particles.  相似文献

以TiOSO4和SiO2溶胶为原料, 采用沉淀法用氨水调节pH值制备TiO2和TiO2/SiO2催化剂. 制备的催化剂用X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电镜(SEM), N2吸附(BET), 紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱, 程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD), 傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱技术分析. XRD谱图显示纯TiO2中锐钛型和金红石相共存, 且金红石相含量随pH值升高而增加. 但是, TiO2/SiO2催化剂只有锐钛型. 扫描电镜发现制备的催化剂呈类球形, 颗粒间相互交叠, 粒径在10-25 nm之间. TiO2和TiO2/SiO2光催化剂的比表面积随pH值升高略有增大. SiO2的添加会增大催化剂的比表面积. 程序升温脱附实验结果说明催化剂的表面酸量随pH值升高而增加. TiO2/SiO2的表面酸量比相同pH值制备的TiO2大. 红外光谱分析说明Si掺杂和高pH值有利于催化剂表面生成更多的羟基. TiO2和TiO2/SiO2光催化剂的催化活性随pH值升高而明显增强. TiO2/SiO2的光催化活性优于TiO2. TiO2/SiO2催化剂具有较好的耐久性.  相似文献

Silica sols were prepared by hydrolysis of Si(OC2H5)4(TEOS)using HCl,NH3·H2O,HCl/NH3·H2O as catalyzers,and the different granularities of SiO2 sols which catalyzed by HCl first and then NH3·H2O have the same terminal pH value were prepared. The silica colloidal particles were investigated with Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM). The results showed sol catalyzed by HCl possesses very little particle,catalyzed by NH3·H2O has particle configuration,catalyzed by HCl/NH3·H2O possesses consecutive configuration. Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA)and SiO2 nanoparticulate complex thin films were prepared by electrostatic self-assembly multiplayer(ESAM)method. After assembling films,thin films surface conformation was observed with Electron Microscope and their transmittance was tested with 721 Spectrophotometer. The results showed that the silica sol catalyzed with HCl is not good for the fabrication of ESAM films and the silica sol catalyzed with HCl first and then NH3·H2O or by NH3·H2O only are very suitable for ESAM film fabrication. TEM data indicate that the microstructure of PDDA/ SiO2 prepared from silica sol catalyzed with HCl first and then NH3·H2O is consecutive and that the microstructure of PDDA/ SiO2 prepared from silica sol catalyzed by NH3·H2O only is particulate-parking like. The dependence of the transmittance of assembled films on the bilayer number of the films and the anti-scratching properties of the films were investigated. The results show that PDDA/ SiO2 films prepared from silica sol catalyzed by NH3·H2O only possess higher transmittance but lower anti-scratching properties. The effect of granularity of sols on optical performances of the thin films was studied,results showed the less the granularity of sol,the better the optical performances. For the sake of improving the light transmittance of films,we can reduce the granularity of sol,but it may play down its mechanical damage resist intensity.  相似文献

Several series of fumed silicas and mixed fumed oxides produced and treated under different conditions were studied in gaseous and liquid media using nitrogen and water adsorption-desorption, mass spectrometry, FTIR, NMR, thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC), photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS), zeta potential, potentiometric titration, and Auger electron spectroscopy methods. Aggregation of primary particles and adsorption capacity (Vp) decrease and hysteresis loops of nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms becomes shorter with decreasing specific surface area (S(BET)). However, the shape of nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms can be assigned to the same type independent of S(BET) value. The main maximum of pore size distribution (gaps between primary nonporous particles in aggregates and agglomerates) shifts toward larger pore size and its intensity decreases with decreasing S(BET) value. The water adsorption increases with increasing S(BET) value; however, the opposite effect is observed for the content of surface hydroxyls (in mmol/m2). Associative desorption of water (2(SiOH)-->SiOSi+H2O) depends on both the morphology and synthesis conditions of fumed silica. The silica dissolution rate increases with increasing S(BET) and pH values. However, surface charge density and the modulus of zeta-potential increase with decreasing S(BET) value. The PCS, 1H NMR, and TSDC spectra demonstrate rearrangement of the fumed silica dispersion depending on the S(BET) value and the silica concentration (C(SiO2)) in the aqueous suspensions. A specific state of the dispersion is observed at the C(SiO2) values corresponding to the bulk density of the initial silica powder.  相似文献

以γ-缩水甘油醚丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)对酸催化水解正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)聚合得到的纳米二氧化硅胶粒表面进行接枝改性,用激光粒径仪测定二氧化硅颗粒的粒径,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了改性前后二氧化硅胶粒的分散状况,采用傅立叶红外(FTIR)光谱法对改性前后的二氧化硅粉体进行了分析,通过热失重分析(TGA)法对GPTMS接枝改性二氧化硅胶粒表面的接枝度进行分析计算,同时对颗粒溶胶的ζ电位进行了测试,结果表明:改性后二氧化硅胶粒分散性大大提高,硅烷偶联剂浓度对接枝度有显著影响,当GPTMS的浓度为1mL/S iO2(g)时,接枝度达到最大,且颗粒表面的物理化学性能发生显著变化。  相似文献

The silica opal templates were prepared from three silica colloids of different diameters of 230 nm, 500 nm and 1.5 mm by a filtration route. The large-scale stable opal template membranes after sintering the deposited SiO2 opal template can be successfully obtained by optimizing the pH value and NaCl concentration in silica colloidal solutions. The three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) polyimide membranes without crack were fabricated by reproducing the structure of silica opal template. We prepared the pore-filling composite proton exchange membranes by filling the 3DOM structure with proton conducting organosilane sol. The result indicates that the composite membranes exhibit higher water uptake than pure filling organosilane gel. The proton conductivity increased with the increasing of pore cell in composite membranes.  相似文献

从水玻璃合成了纳米硅溶胶,并以它为起始原核,通过水解钛酸正丁酯沉积二氧化钛,制得了稳定的二氧化钛复合二氧化硅纳米悬浮液,研究了添加的高分子两亲分散剂聚醚多胺在硅胶粒上的吸附和二氧化钛沉积过程中的贡献。研究结果表明,添加的聚醚多胺吸附在硅胶粒表面,有利于硅溶胶的稳定;钛酸正丁酯-丁醇-硫酸水解反应是可逆的,二氧化钛向硅胶粒定向沉积,这些沉积物呈无定形态,在沉积过程中,吸附的这些添加剂发生离子化,其阳离子端基形成的离子氛有利于二氧化钛沉积,并能减少胶粒粘接或团聚。  相似文献

Titanium dioxide is a semiconductor with excellent photo catalytic properties and an important material with high regarded in nanotechnology. In this study, titanium dioxide nanoparticles was successfully synthesized via sol–gel method using tetra-n-butyl orthotitanate, hydrochloric acid and ammonia. Tetra-n-butyl orthotitanate was used as precursor. The ingredients were mixed at ambient temperature for 9 h on a magnetic stirring, sol was formed and converted to gel by adding ammonia. X-ray diffraction analysis clearly showed anatase and rutile phases so that, with increasing calcination temperature anatase converts to the rutile. Scanning electron microscopy was used for agglomerate observations. Energy-dispersive detector analysis was carried out and confirmed the formation of titanium dioxide. The influences of calcination temperature and pH value on particles size were studied. The results indicate that synthesis at room temperature reduced the particle size to 15 nm.  相似文献
