Two new C(19)-diterpenoid alkaloids, piepunensine A (1) and 18-acetylcammaconine (2), have been isolated from the roots of Aconitum piepunense together with five known alkaloids pengshenine B (3), talatisamine (4), aconosine (5), yunaconitine (6), and talatizidine (7). Four new alkaloids, didehydrotuberostemonine A ( 1 ), stemoninone ( 2 ), tuberostemospiroline ( 3 ), and tuberostemonine L ( 4 ), together with seven known alkaloids, were isolated from the roots of Stemona tuberosa. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The known alkaloids were identified as 2‐oxostenine ( 5 ), tuberostemonine ( 6 ), sessilifoliamide H ( 7 ), tuberostemonone ( 8 ), didehydrotuberostemonine ( 9 ), bisdehydrostemoninine ( 10 ), and tuberostemoamide ( 11 ).  相似文献

Five new β‐carboline alkaloids, 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(2‐hydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (1), 3,10‐dihydroxy‐β‐carboline (2), 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(1‐hydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (3), 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(1,2‐dihydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (4), and 6‐methoxy‐3‐(2‐hydroxyl‐1‐ethoxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (5), and two new natural products, 6‐methoxy‐12‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxycarbonyl‐β‐carboline (6) and 3‐hydroxy‐β‐carboline (7) were isolated from the stems of Picrasma quassioides along with 16 known β‐carboline alkaloids (8–23). The structures of new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses, and the 1D and 2D NMR data of compounds 6, 7 and 10 were reported for the first time. The bioassays showed that only compounds 14 and 16 could enhance the differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadiocytes accompanied by secretion of adiponectin proteins among these 23 compounds. A novel seco-limonoid, rel-(1S,5R,9S,7R,8S,9R,10S,11R,13S,14R,15R,17R)-11,19-dihydroxy-7-acetoxy-7-deoxoichangin (raputiolide) (1), and two novel quinolone alkaloids N-methyl-2-phenoxyquinolin-4(1H)-one (heptaphyllone A) (2) and 6-methylbenzofuro[2,3-b]quinolin-4(1H)-one (heptaphyllone B) (3), along with the known seco-limonoid ichangin (4), were isolated from Raputia heptaphylla PITTIER (Rutaceae) stem bark. Five known alkaloids, N-methyl-8-methoxyflindersine (5), skimmianine (6), kokusaginine (7), dictamnine (8) and flindersiamine (9), were also isolated from R. heptaphylla leaves. Their structures were established on the basis of full spectroscopic data interpretation supported by data from the pertinent literature. seco-Limonoid 1 configuration was determined by enhanced nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments and density functional theory (DFT) molecular modeling. The antileishmanial effect of the isolated compounds was evaluated on Leishmania Viannia panamensis (promastigotes and amastigotes). Whereas alkaloids 2-3, 6-8 and limonoid 4 exhibited no significant parasitocide activity against internalized L. (V.) panamensis amastigotes, limonoid 1 and alkaloid 5 had leishmanicidal activity on intracellular amastigotes (EC??: 8.7 μg/ml) and promastigotes (EC(50): 14.3 μg/ml), respectively.  相似文献

Three new eudesmane type sesquiterpenoid lindenanolides E (1), F (2) and G (3), and two new aporphine alkaloid lindechunines A (18) and B (20) were isolated from roots of Lindera chunii MERR., together with seven known sesquiterpenes including a new naturally-occurring lindenanolide H (4) and eight known aporphine alkaloids. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic means. Of the isolated compounds, hernandonine (14), laurolistine (16), 7-oxohernangerine (17) and lindechunine A (18) showed significant anti-human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) integrase activity with IC(50) values of 16.3, 7.7, 18.2 and 21.1 microM, respectively. The major alkaloids presented in the roots of L. chunii were quantitatively analyzed by an HPLC method.  相似文献

A new aporphine alkaloid, (-)-arcabucoine [(6aR)-N-formyl-1,2-methylenedioxy-9,10-dimethoxy-5,6,6a,7-tetrahydro-4H-dibenzo[de,g]quinoline] 1 was isolated from the leaves of Talauma arcabucoana (Magnoliaceae), along with the known compounds (-)-erythro-saccharinic acid lactone 2 and (-)-shikimic acid 3. Furthermore, the known aporphine alkaloids (-)-dicentrine 4, (-)-nordicentrine 5 and dicentrinone 6 were isolated from the stem bark. The alkaloids 4 and 5 were found to be the most active compounds in a brine shrimp lethality assay. In addition, alkaloids 1, 4 and 5 showed moderate growth inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.  相似文献

Two new bisindole alkaloids, named cinereapyrrole A (1) and B (2), were isolated from wild fruit bodies of Arcyria cinerea and three new bisindole alkaloids (3-5) were isolated from wild fruit bodies of Lycogala epidendrum. Seven known bisindoles (6-12) were concomitantly obtained from them. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral data. Among these bisindole alkaloids, compound 12 showed cytotoxicity against cultured tumor cell lines.  相似文献

A new dihydroberberine alkaloid, 7,8‐dihydro‐8‐methoxyberberine ( 1 ), along with six known compounds including two dihydroberberine alkaloids, 7,8‐dihydro‐8‐hydroxyberberine ( 2 ) and oxyberberine ( 3 ) and four protoberberine alkaloids, berberine ( 4 ), palmatine ( 5 ), jatrorrhizine ( 6 ) and columbamine ( 7 ), were isolated from the stems of Mahonia japonica. One new stenine-type alkaloid,tuberostemonine D(1),together with five known stenine-type alkaloids(2–6) and two known stemoninine-type alkaloids(7 and 8),were isolated from the roots of Stemona tuberosa.Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods(IR,UV,MS,1D and 2D NMR),and the structure of 1 was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.First simultaneous isolation of stenine- and stemoninine-type alkaloids not only added a new chemical type and increased the chemical diversity of Stemona tuberosa,but also provided chemotaxonomic clues for the close relationship between genera Stemona and Stichoneuron,and favored retaining them in the same family.  相似文献

The structures of three new norditerpenoid alkaloids named dehydrodeltatsine (1), 14-O-acetyltakaosamine (2), 18-demethoxypubescenine (3) isolated from the aerial parts of Consolida orientalis (GAY) SCHROD., were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-EIMS. Twelve known norditerpenoid alkaloids (type lycoctonine) and the diterpenoid alkaloid ajaconine have been isolated. Several assignments of (13)C-NMR data for delbonine (4) were revised and the complete assignment for 18-hydroxy-14-O-methylgadesine (5) was realized.  相似文献

Two novel aplysinopsin-type indole alkaloids, 1 and 2, and three known indole alkaloids were isolated from the marine sponge Hyrtios erecta. These compounds exhibited selective inhibitory activity against the neuronal isozyme of nitric oxide synthase (nNOS). Furthermore, new quinolone 7 was also isolated from the same marine sponge. The chemical structures of these new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

From the leaves and twigs of Tabernaemontana eglandulosa 22 alkaloids, of which 12 are new, have been isolated. Besides tacamine (pseudo-vincamine) 7 other alkaloids of this new class of indole alkaloids were identified. A further three alkaloids of the cleavamine type, namely the known ( + )20R-15, 20-dihydro-cleavamine and (-)20S-15, 20-dihydro-cleavamine and one new alkaloid, which was tentatively identified as 14S, 20R-velbanamine, two new alkaloids of the pseudo-aspidospermidine type, namely 20R-l,2-dehydro-pseudo-aspidospermidine and 20S-hydroxy-l,2-dehydro-pseudoaspidospermidine and an alkaloid of a novel iboga type were isolated. More common alkaloids isolated were coronaridine, 11-hydroxycoronaridine, voaphylline, tubotaiwine, ibogamine, norfluorocurarine and probably a mixture of 20R- and 20S-pseudo-vincadifformine. Only quantitative differences in the alkaloid content of the leaves, twigs and stembark were observed.  相似文献

应用多种色谱和波谱学方法,从云南蕊木(Kopsia officinalis)茎中分离鉴定了27个单萜吲哚生物碱,包括7个新化合物kopsiofficines A~G和20个已知化合物.此外,建立脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW 264.7炎症模型,通过测定IL-1β, PGE2和TNF-α炎症因子释放评价生物碱的抗炎活性.结果表明, kopsiofficines A (1), kopsiofficines B (2),kopsiofficines D(4),kopsiofficines F(6),kopsiofficines G(7), 12-methoxykopsine(11),kopsinoline(15),(-)-N-methoxy-carbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxykopsinaline(16),kopsinine(18)和kopsinic acid(20)表现出显著的抗炎活性,与阳性对照(地塞米松)基本相当.研究发现C-5位丙酮基取代的单萜吲哚生物碱的抗炎活性明显强于原型生物碱,推测丙酮基可能是抗炎活性的药效促进基团,研究结果为进一步的结构修饰...  相似文献
