Boundary correlation functions of the six and nineteen vertex models on an N×N lattice with domain wall boundary conditions are studied. The general expression of the boundary correlation functions is obtained for the six vertex model by the use of the quantum inverse scattering method. For the nineteen vertex model, the boundary correlation functions are shown to be expressed in terms of those for the six vertex model.  相似文献

Stokes Flows under Random Boundary Velocity Excitations   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
A viscous Stokes flow over a disc under random fluctuations of the velocity on the boundary is studied. We give exact Karhunen-Loève (K-L) expansions for the velocity components, pressure, stress, and vorticity, and the series representations for the corresponding correlation tensors. Both the white noise fluctuations, and general homogeneous random excitations of the velocities prescribed on the boundary are studied. We analyze the decay of correlation functions in angular and radial directions, both for exterior and interior Stokes problems. Numerical experiments show the fast convergence of the K-L expansions. The results indicate that ignoring the stochastic fluctuations in boundary conditions dramatically underestimates the variance of the velocity and pressure in the interior/exterior of the domain. The effects of complex boundary conditions on flows are represented by a volume force in the immersed boundary methods. The problem with this representation is that the volume force exhibits non-physical oscillations in moving boundary simulations. A smoothing technique for discrete delta functions has been developed in this paper to suppress the non-physical oscillations in the volume forces. We have found that the non-physical oscillations are mainly due to the fact that the derivatives of the regular discrete delta functions do not satisfy certain moment conditions. It has been shown that the smoothed discrete delta functions constructed in this paper have one-order higher derivative than the regular ones. Moreover, not only the smoothed discrete delta functions satisfy the first two discrete moment conditions, but also their derivatives satisfy one-order higher moment condition than the regular ones. The smoothed discrete delta functions are tested by three test cases: a one-dimensional heat equation with a moving singular force, a two-dimensional flow past an oscillating cylinder, and the vortex-induced vibration of a cylinder. The numerical examples in these cases demonstrate that the smoothed discrete delta functions can effectively suppress the non-physical oscillations in the volume forces and improve the accuracy of the immersed boundary method with direct forcing in moving boundary simulations.  相似文献

We investigate correlation functions for maximally symmetric boundary conditions in the WZNW model on GL(1|1)GL(1|1). Special attention is payed to volume filling branes. Generalizing earlier ideas for the bulk sector, we set up a Kac–Wakimoto-like formalism for the boundary model. This first order formalism is then used to calculate bulk-boundary 2-point functions and the boundary 3-point functions of the model. The note ends with a few comments on correlation functions of atypical fields, point-like branes and generalizations to other supergroups.  相似文献

在求解扩散光学断层成像中的正向问题时, 目前普遍采用有限元法, 但是随着实际模型规模的增大, 有限元法的计算量问题日益显著, 而边界元法则由于可以降低计算维度使计算量减少而备受关注. 本文以均匀的高散射介质为模型, 研究了将快速多极边界元法用于扩散光学断层成像的正向问题. 快速多极边界元法利用核函数的多极展开, 将常规边界元法中系数矩阵和迭代矢量的乘积项等价为相应四叉树结构的一次递归, 再结合广义最小残量法进行迭代求解. 将计算结果和蒙特卡罗法的模拟结果进行了比较, 表明利用快速多极边界元法的模拟结果和蒙特卡罗法的结果有很好的一致性. 研究结果验证了快速多极边界元法可以用于扩散光学断层成像, 为其大规模和实时成像带来可观的前景. 关键词: 扩散光学断层成像 边界元法 快速多极边界元法  相似文献

We study a model of strongly correlated fermions in one dimension with extended N = 2 supersymmetry. The model is related to the spin S = 1/2 XXZ Heisenberg chain at anisotropy Delta = -1/2 with a real magnetic field on the boundary. We exploit the combinatorial properties of the ground state to determine its exact wave function on finite lattices with up to 30 sites. We compute several correlation functions of the fermionic and spin fields. We discuss the continuum limit by constructing lattice observables with well defined finite-size scaling behavior. For the fermionic model with periodic boundary conditions we give the emptiness formation probability in closed form.  相似文献

提出求解三维静电场的三角形线性插值边界元解析积分方法.针对含1/R和1/R2的积分项,将单元形状函数分解为常数项、含x的线性项和含y的线性项,从而将边界单元积分简化为6个基本积分组合,并导出其解析计算公式,避免了因形状函数改变而导致的重复计算.该方法不仅可以准确计算远离奇异情况下的边界元积分,而且可以准确计算一阶和二阶接近奇异积分以及一阶奇异积分.计算结果表明,在接近奇异积分和奇异积分比较突出的问题中,当数值积分方法不能给出正确结果时,用同样的边界元网格,解析积分方法可以给出正确的结果,提高了三维静电场线性插值边界元法的计算精度.  相似文献

Orientation distribution functions in two recrystallized austenitic stainless steels (AISI types 304 and 316L) with known grain boundary misorientation distributions have been studied. Previously obtained data on grain boundary spectra in these steels have been re-examined and analyzed from the point of view of texture analysis.The results obtained have shown that there is no unambiguous relatonship between grain boundary misorientation distribution and grain orientation distribution (ODF) determined by the X-ray analysis in the materials under study. This ambiguity is due to the following reason. In the grain boundary misorientation statistics only nearest-neighbor grains are taken into account, but in the orientation distribution function orientations are averaged over the entire volume of the specimen independent as to whether the grains are adjacent or not. Two main results were established for the steels under study: (i) Textures of the two steels differ, though their grain boundary misorientation distributions are similar; and (ii) misorientations of the majority of grain boundaries can be described as rotations about the axes close to 110.  相似文献

The properties of muonic helium atom (^4He+2μ-e-) in ground state are considered. In this work, the energy and average distance between particles have been obtained using a wave function, which satisfies boundary conditions. It is shown that the obtained energy are very close to the values calculated by others. But the small differences of the expectation values of r^2n are due to the incorporated boundary conditions in proposed wave function and are expected.  相似文献

The ground-state phase diagram of 2D electrons in a high Landau level (index N = 2) is studied by the density-matrix renormalization group method. Pair correlation functions are systematically calculated for various filling factors from nu = 1/8 to 1/2. It is shown that the ground-state phase diagram consists of three different charge density wave states called stripe phase, bubble phase, and Wigner crystal. The boundary between the stripe and the bubble phases is determined to be nu(s-b)c approximately 0.38, and that for the bubble phase and Wigner crystal is nu(b-W)c approximately 0.24. Each transition is of first order.  相似文献
