以邻硝基苯甲醛为起始原料,经还原和氨基保护合成2-乙酰胺基苯甲醛(1)。应用环境友好的聚乙二醇-400为溶剂,以N-卤代丁二酰亚胺为卤代试剂对化合物2-乙酰胺基苯甲醛(1)进行卤代,制备了5-溴(氯)-2-乙酰胺基苯甲醛(2a,2b)。在三甲基氯硅烷(TMSCl)催化作用下,5-溴(氯)-2-乙酰胺基苯甲醛(2a,2b)与4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯发生Friedlnder缩合反应,合成目标产物6-溴(氯)-2-氯甲基-3-喹啉甲酸乙酯(3a,3b)。其中2a,2b,3a,3b的结构经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS得以确定。 相似文献

2-甲基-1-(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)-苯并咪唑-6-甲酸乙酯的合成、表征及生物活性 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以4-乙酰氨基苯甲酸乙酯为原料设计合成了14 种2-甲基-1-(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)-苯并咪唑-6-甲酸乙酯新化合物. 化合物结构经质谱、1H NMR、红外光谱和元素分析等确证, 并用单晶X射线衍射仪测定了化合物5a的晶体结构. 生物活性实验结果表明, 化合物5c(500 mg/L)对小麦白粉病菌抑制率达到95%; 化合物5e对辣椒疫霉病菌(25 mg/L)的抑制率为61.9%, 对油菜菌核病菌(500 mg/L) 抑制率高达97.2%; 化合物5k(25 mg/L) 对小麦赤霉病菌抑制率为55.1%. 相似文献

The reaction of 2-(2-azahetaryl)-3-oxo-4-chlorobutyronitriles with substituted benzaldehyde hydrazones gives 4-arylideneamino-2-(1-R-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, the structures of which were proved using spectroscopic data, the results of elemental analysis, and through their chemical reactions. It was found that the reaction course depends on the basicity of the heterocyclic fragment in the starting nitrile. A likely mechanism for the process is proposed. 相似文献

在THF溶液中合成了标题化合物3-氯-4-二苄胺基-5-甲氧基-2(5H)-呋喃酮,并用FT-IR、UV-Vis、1HNMR、13C NMR、MS、元素分析和X-射线衍射等进行了表征。结果表明此化合物属正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,晶胞参数为:a=15.891(16),b=11.126(11),c=19.778(19),α=β=γ=90°,V=3497(6)3,Z=8,Dc=1.306Mg/m3,μ=0.234 mm-1,F(000)=1440。在化合物的分子结构中,两个苯环几乎垂直于呋喃酮平面,且它们与呋喃酮平面的两面角分别为89.38°和88.19°。 相似文献

Stereoselective diazotization of (S)-2-amino-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-phenyl glycine) (4) with NaNO2 in 6% H2SO4 in a mixture of acetone and water gave optically pure (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-mandelic acid) (5). Esterification, gave (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (6). The latter was treated with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine (TEA) in dichloromethane (DCM) to yield (S)-2-chloroacetyloxy phenyl acetic acid ester (2). In another sequence, the reaction of 2-(chloromethyl)-3-arylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (9) treated with N-Boc piperazine, followed by deprotection of the Boc group, to obtain 3-aryl-2-((piperazin-1-yl)methyl) quinazolin-4(3H)-one (3). Reaction of 2 with 3 in the presence of K2CO3 and KI gave the title compound, 2-(2-(4-((3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-arylquinazolin-2-yl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl) acetoyloxy)-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (1). The structures of all the new compounds obtained in the present work are supported by spectral and analytical data. 相似文献

The title compound (R)-N'-[2-(4-methoxy-6-chloro)-pyrimidyl]-N-[3-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)butyryl]-urea has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. Crystallographic data: C17H18Cl2N4O3, Mr = 397.25, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 12.331 (2), b = 14.025(3), c = 23.085(5) (A), β = 99.607(4)°, Z = 8, V = 3936.2(13) (A)3, Dc = 1.341 g/cm3, F(000) = 1648, R = 0.0718, wR = 0.1585 and μ(MoKα) = 0.353 mm-1. The preliminary biological tests showed that the title compound has definite insecticidal and fungicidal activities. 相似文献

In this paper, stereocontrolled tandem Michael addition-elimination reaction of the novel chiral source, 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3,4-dichloro-2(5H)-furanone, with various thiols and amines has been investigated.
