The title compounds are isomorphous, comprised of neutral monomeric [M(phen)2(dca)2] [(I): M = Mn, (II): M = Zn; phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline, C12H8N2; dca is dicyanamide, C2N3] molecules. In the molecule, the divalent metal ion is in a distorted octahedral coordination environment formed by six N atoms from the phen and dca ligands. The Mn—N [2.144 (2)–2.319 (2) Å] and Zn—N [2.075 (2)–2.245 (2) Å] distances are in agreement with the difference in size of the two divalent ions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Zn(C3H2O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)2], the ZnII atom displays a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand, two O atoms from different carboxylate groups of the chelating malonate dianion and two O atoms of cis water molecules. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by both hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated carboxylate O atoms of neighboring molecules, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions between neighboring phenanthroline rings.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Two new nickel nitrates, diaquabis(3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)nickel(II) dinitrate methanol solvate, [Ni(C16H16N2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2·CH4O, (I), and triaqua[2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine‐κ3N1,N2,N6]nickel(II) dinitrate trihydrate, [Ni(C18H12N6)(H2O)3](NO3)2·3H2O, (II), are reported. In both structures, the cation is octahedrally coordinated, to two bidentate 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (tmp) and two water molecules in (I), and to one tridentate 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt) and three water molecules in (II). Both structures are stabilized by extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C12H8N2)]n, has a sheet‐like structure, built by [Cu(phen)(dca)2]n (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline and dca is dicyanamide) chains which are interconnected by secondary long Cu—N bonds between the chains. The Cu2+ ion is in a distorted tetragonal bipyramidal (5 + 1) coordination environment. The sheets stack into the three‐dimensional crystal structure through aromatic interactions between the coordinated phen ligands of adjacent sheets.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2N3)(C12H8N2)2](CF3SO3), is formed by discrete [Cu(phen)2{N(CN)2)}]+ complex cations (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) and uncoordinated CF3SO3 anions. The Cu centre is five‐coordinated in the form of a distorted trigonal bipyramid to two phen molecules and one dicyanamide ligand, which is coordinated through one nitrile N atom in the equatorial plane at a distance of 1.990 (2) Å. The two axial Cu—N distances are similar (mean 1.993 Å) and are substantially shorter than the two equatorial Cu—N bonds (mean 2.125 Å).  相似文献

The copper(II) centre in the mononuclear title complex, [Cu(C7H3NO4)(C14H12N2)]·3H2O, is surrounded by one bidentate 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (dmphen) ligand and one tridentate pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate ligand, and exhibits a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The crystal packing involves both hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions. The solvent water molecules link monomers to one another through hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming ladder‐like chains in the bc plane. Face‐to‐face and slipped π–π interactions also occur between dmphen rings of neighboring molecules and are responsible for interchain packing.  相似文献

The structure of bis(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(thiosulfato‐κ2O:S)manganese(II) methanol solvate, [Mn(S2O3)(C12H8N2)2]·CH3OH, is made up of Mn2+ centers coordinated to two bidentate phenanthroline (phen) groups and an S,O‐chelating thiosulfate anion, forming monomeric entities. The structure of catena‐poly[[diaqua(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)manganese(II)]‐μ‐thiosulfato‐κ2O:S], [Mn(S2O3)(C14H12N2)(H2O)2]n, is polymeric, consisting of Mn(dmph)(H2O)2 units (dmph is 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline) linked by thiosulfate anions acting in an S,O‐chelating manner.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) with iron trichloride in the presence of sodium nitrilotriacetate (NTA) resulted in the formation of red crystals of the title complex, [Fe(C6H6NO6)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O. The Fe atom has a distorted capped trigonal prismatic coordination comprised of one tetradentate NTA, one bidentate phen molecule and a water molecule. Intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains. The chains are crosslinked by hydrogen bonds involving the solvent water molecule, leading to an infinite ladder packing mode.  相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water molecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxylate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazinedicarboxylate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water molecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)(H2O)4]SO4·2H2O, was obtained unexpectedly as a by‐product from the reaction of sodium maleate, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and manganese sulfate tetrahydrate. The Mn atom is coordinated by the two N atoms of the phen ligand and four water O atoms in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Mn—O distances in the range 2.155 (2)–2.203 (2) Å and Mn—N distances of 2.254 (2) and 2.272 (3) Å. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the water molecules and sulfate anions, and stacking interactions involving the phen rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°].  相似文献

Two one‐dimensional (1D) coordination polymers (CPs), namely catena‐poly[[[aqua(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)(nitrato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C10H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 1 ), and catena‐poly[[[aqua(nitrato‐κO)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C12H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 2 ), have been synthesized using [Cu(NO3)(NN)(H2O)2]NO3, where NN = 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) or 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), as a linker in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CPs were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination. The 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (dpp) ligand acts as a bridging ligand, leading to the formation of a 1D polymer. The octahedral coordination sphere around copper consists of two N atoms from bpy for 1 or phen for 2 , two N atoms from dpp, one O atom from water and one O atom from a coordinated nitrate anion. Each structure contains two crystallographically independent chains in the asymmetric unit and the chains are linked via hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Both coordination and hydrogen bonds contribute to networking in the supramolecular title compound, [Co(C6H6NO3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3]Cl, which contains a discrete [Co(C6H6NO3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3]+ complex cation, formed by one 4‐aminobenzenesulfonate ligand, one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and three coordinated water molecules, together with one uncoordinated chloride anion. These discrete cations and chloride anions are connected by hydrogen‐bonding interactions into a two‐dimensional supramolecular motif. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions consolidate the structural architecture and extend the two‐dimensional supramolecular structure into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the cationic complex present in the title compound, chloro[2‐(4‐imidazolyl‐κN1)ethylamine‐κN](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) chloride monohydrate, [CuCl(C5H9N3)(C12H8N2)]Cl·H2O, the metal centre adopts a five‐coordinate geometry, ligated by the two phenanthroline N atoms, two amine N atoms of the histamine ligand (one aliphatic and one from the imidazole ring) and a chloro ligand. The geometry around the Cu atom is a distorted compressed trigonal bipyramid, with one phenanthroline N and one imidazole N atom in the axial positions, and the other phenanthroline N atom, the histamine amine N atom and the chloro ligand in the equatorial positions. The structure includes an uncoordinated water molecule, and a Cl ion to complete the charge. The water molecule is hydrogen bonded to both Cl ions (coordinated and uncoordinated), and exhibits a close Cu⋯H contact in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid.  相似文献

Two differently hydrated crystal forms of the title compound, viz. bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II), [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)] or [HgAc2(dmph)] [dmph is 2,3‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenantroline (neocuproine) and Ac is acetate], (I), and tris[bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II)] hexadecahydrate, [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)]3·16H2O or [HgAc2(dmph)]3·16H2O, (II), are presented. Both structures are composed of very simple monomeric units, which act as the building blocks of complex packing schemes stabilized by a diversity of π–π and hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the ZnII atom in the title complex, [Zn(C2N3)2(C6H8N6)2]n or [Zn(dca)2(bte)2]n, where bte is μ‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane and dca is dicyanamide, is distorted compressed octahedral, in which the ZnII atom lies on an inversion center and coordinates four N atoms from the triazole rings of four symmetry‐related bte ligands and two N atoms from two symmetry‐related monodentate dca ligands. The structure is polymeric, with 18‐membered spiro‐fused rings extending in the b direction and each 18‐membered ring involving two inversion‐related bte molecules.  相似文献
