We have determined the crystal structures of 2,2′‐(4‐fluoro­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐di­methyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C23H27FO4, (I), 2,2′‐(4‐chloro­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hy­droxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C23H27ClO4, (II), 2,2′‐(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐di­methyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C23H28O5, (III), 2,2′‐(4‐methyl­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐di­methyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C24H30O4, (IV), 2,2′‐(4‐methoxy­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hy­droxy‐5,5‐di­methyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C24H30O5, (V), and 2,2′‐(4‐N,N′‐di­methyl­amino­phenyl)­methyl­enebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐di­methyl‐2‐cyclo­hexen‐1‐one), C25H33NO4, (VI). Structures (III) to (VI) of these bis‐dimedone derivatives show nearly the same packing pattern irrespective of the different substituent in the para position of the aromatic ring. However, (II) does not fit into this scheme, although the Cl atom is a substituent not too different from the others. The different packing of the fluoro compound, (I), can be explained by the fact that it crystallizes with two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, which show a different conformation of the dimedone ring. On the other hand, (I) shows a similar packing pattern to bis(2‐hydroxy‐4,4‐di­methyl‐6‐oxo‐1‐cyclo­hexenyl)­phenyl­methane, a compound containing an aromatic ring without any substituent and with Z′ = 2.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of {[4,7‐bis(2‐amino­ethyl)‐1,4,7‐tri­aza­cyclo­nonan‐1‐yl]acetato}zinc(II) triaqua{μ‐[4,7‐bis(2‐amino­ethyl)‐1,4,7‐tri­aza­cyclo­nonan‐1‐yl]acetato}lithium(I)zinc(II) chloride diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H26N5O2)][LiZn(C12H26N5O2)(H2O)3]Cl(ClO4)2, obtained from the reaction between the lithium salt of 4,7‐bis(2‐amino­ethyl)‐1,4,7‐tri­aza­cyclo­nonane‐1‐acetate and Zn(ClO4)2, contains two ZnII complexes in which each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by five N‐atom donors and one O‐­atom donor from the ligand. One carboxyl­ate O‐atom donor is not involved in coordination to a ZnII atom, but coordinates to an Li+ ion, the tetrahedral geometry of Li+ being completed by three water mol­ecules. The two complexes are linked via a hydrogen bond between a primary amine N—H group and the carboxyl­ate‐O atom not involved in coordination to a metal.  相似文献

The pseudodipeptide, (S)‐N‐iso­propyl {[N‐(pivaloyl)­pyrrol­idin‐2‐yl]­methyl­amino­oxy}acet­amide, C15H29N3O3, adopts a global extended conformation with the hydroxy­l­amine group in the g+/g? structure. The C‐terminal amide NH interacts intramolecularly with the hydroxy­lamine O atom. Both NH bonds of each mol­ecule are hydrogen bonded to the C‐­terminal amide carbonyl of a neighbouring mol­ecule.  相似文献

The Ramirez yl­ide undergoes electrophilic substitution with di­alkyl acetyl­ene­di­carboxyl­ates, yielding a mixture of the Z and E adducts. The crystal structure analyses of the two adducts formed using di­methyl­acetyl­ene, viz. di­methyl (E)‐ and (Z)‐1‐[2‐(tri­phenyl­phospho­ranyl­idene)­cyclo­pentadien‐1‐yl]­ethyl­ene­di­carboxyl­ate, both C29H25O4P, explain an unusual chemical shift observed for the vinyl H atom of the Z adduct, which had previously precluded a definitive assignment of the isomers. In addition, the structures explain why only one of the isomers reacts further with acetyl­ene esters to produce azulenes with a rare substitution pattern.  相似文献

In the title compound, C21H15NO3, which is one of the photoreaction products of N‐methyl‐1,8‐naphthalene­dicar­box­imide with phenyl­acetyl­ene, the cyclo­butene and epoxy rings are trans to each other across the cyclo­hexene ring of the tetralin moiety. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of the cyclo­butene and cyclo­hexene rings is 112.80 (2)°, while the latter makes a dihedral angle of 103.70 (9)° with the epoxy ring. The crystal structure is stabilized by C—H⋯O intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Bis(2,5‐di­methoxy‐4‐methyl­phenyl)­methane, C19H24O4, (IIa), was obtained and characterized as a minor product from the reaction of tolu­hydro­quinone di­methyl ether (1,4‐dimethoxy‐2‐methylbenzene) with N‐(hydroxy­methyl)­tri­fluoro­acet­amide. Similarly, bis(2,5‐di­methoxy‐3,4,6‐tri­methyl­phenyl)­methane, C23H32O4, (IIb), was prepared from the corresponding reaction of tri­methyl­hydro­quinone di­methyl ether (2,5‐dimethoxy‐1,3,4‐trimethylbenzene). The mol­ecules of (IIa) and (IIb) each lie on a twofold axis passing through the methyl­ene group. The dihedral angle between the planar phenyl rings is 73.4 (1)° in (IIa) and 77.9 (1)° in (IIb). The external bond angles around the bridging methyl­ene group are 116.6 (2) and 117.3 (2)° for (IIa) and (IIb), respectively. In (IIa), the methoxy substituents lie in the plane of the ring and are conjugated with the aromatic system, whereas in (IIb), they are almost perpendicular to the phenyl ring and are positioned on opposite sides.  相似文献

The crystal structure determination of the molecular proton‐transfer adduct of Kemp's triacid (ciscis‐1,3,5‐tri­methyl­cyclo­hexane‐1,3,5‐tri­carboxylic acid, KTA) with 2‐amino­pyridine (2‐APY), namely 2‐amino­pyridinium 3,5‐di­carboxy‐1,3,5‐tri­methyl­cyclo­hexane­carboxyl­ate, 2‐APY+·KTA? or C5H7N2+·C12H17O6?, has revealed a centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded cyclic KTA homodimer repeating unit [O?O 2.524 (4) Å] linked into a polymer structure through the pyridinium and amino groups of the 2‐APY mol­ecule [O?N 2.736 (4), 2.989 (4) and 2.999 (4) Å].  相似文献

The structure of the synthetic protected dipeptide (Z)‐Pro–Leuol [systematic name: benzyl 2‐(1‐hydroxy­methyl‐3‐methyl­butyl­amino­carbonyl)­pyrrolidine‐1‐carboxyl­ate], C19H28N2O4, was determined by X‐ray crystallography. The peptide adopts a novel backbone conformation compared with other longer oligopeptides containing Pro–Leuol.  相似文献

Four derivatives of 2,6‐bis­(hydroxy­methyl)­phenol, with various para substituents, have been investigated; these are 2,6‐bis­(hydroxy­methyl)‐4‐methyl­phenol, C9H12O3, (I), 2,6‐bis­(hydroxy­methyl)‐4‐methoxy­phenol, C9H12O4, (II), 2,6‐bis­(hydroxy­methyl)‐4‐phenoxy­phenol, C14H14O4, (III), and 2,6‐bis­(hydroxy­methyl)‐4‐[1‐(4‐methoxy­phenyl)‐1‐methyl­ethyl]­phenol, C18H22O4, (IV). All four structures display hydrogen‐bonding networks resulting in sheets, with possible weak inter‐sheet π–π interactions in one case. In all the structures but one, the mol­ecules form centrosymmetric dimeric subunits held together by two hydrogen bonds between the hydroxy­methyl groups and, in two cases, by probable π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(NO3)(C10H14N4O2S)(H2O)](NO3), is the first metal complex with a Schiff base derived from iso­thio­semicarbazide and pyridoxal (pyridoxal is 3‐hydroxy‐5‐­hydroxy­methyl‐2‐methyl­pyridine‐4‐carbox­aldehyde). The CuII environment is a square pyramid, the equatorial plane of which is formed by the tridentate ONN‐coordinated iso­thio­semicarbazone and one water mol­ecule, while the nitrate ligand is in the apical position. The existence of numerous strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and weak C—H?O and C—H?π interactions, leads to a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the mol­ecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The mol­ecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐iodo­phenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐­[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐methyl­phenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of mol­ecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking inter­actions.  相似文献

The structure of an iridolactone isolated from Valeriana laxiflora was established as (4R,4aR,6S,7S,7aS)‐6‐hydroxy‐7‐hydroxy­methyl‐4‐methyl­per­hydro­cyclo­penta­[c]­pyran‐1‐one chloro­form solvate, C10H16O4·CHCl3. The two rings are cis‐fused. The δ‐lactone ring adopts a slightly twisted half‐chair conformation with approximate planarity of the lactone group and the cyclo­pentane ring adopts an envelope conformation. The hydroxy group, the hydroxymethyl group and the methyl group all have β orientations. The absolute configuration was determined using anomalous dispersion data enhanced by the adventitious inclusion of a chloro­form solvent mol­ecule. Hydro­gen bonding, crystal packing and ring conformations are discussed in detail.  相似文献

The title chiral compound, 3‐amino­carbonyl‐1,2,2‐tri­methyl­cyclo­pentane‐1‐carboxylic acid, C10H17NO3, was prepared from (1R,3S)‐camphoric acid. The five‐membered ring adopts a conformation which is intermediate between a twist and an envelope. Elongations of the C—C bonds and contractions of the C—C—C bond angles are observed within the five‐membered ring. A 1H NMR spectrum was recorded to assist in distinguishing the amide group from the carboxyl group.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2I2(C11H16N4)2], each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cu atoms is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand and two bridging iodide anions. The mol­ecule has a crystallographic center of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cu·Cu line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand interacts with an iodide ion in an adjacent mol­ecule to afford pairwise intermolecular C—H·I contacts, thereby forming chains of mol­ecules running along the [101] direction.  相似文献

The first compound, [hydroxy­(phenyl)­methyl­ene]­di­phospho­nic acid monohydrate, C7H10O7P2·H2O, crystallizes in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P21, with the two enantiomers related by a non‐crystallographic centre of inversion, while the second compound, [hydroxy(4‐nitro­phenyl)­methyl­ene]­di­phospho­nic acid tetra­hydro­furan disolvate, C7H9NO9P2·2C4H8O, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c and uses the centre of symmetry to form the same dimer.  相似文献

In the title hydrated adduct, 1,4,10,13‐tetraoxa‐7,16‐diazo­nia­cyclo­octa­decane bis(4‐amino­benzene­sulfonate) dihydrate, C12H28N2O42+·2C6H6NO3S·2H2O, formed between 7,16‐di­aza‐18‐crown‐6 and the dihydrate of 4‐amino­benzene­sulfonic acid, the macrocyclic cations lie across centres of inversion in the orthorhombic space group Pbca. A new polynuclear titanium(IV) complex, dichloro­deca‐μ2‐oxo‐hexa­kis­(penta­methyl­cyclo­penta­dien­yl)hexa­titanium(IV), [Ti6(C10H15)6Cl2O10], has been synthesized by hydro­lysis of a titanium complex bearing an N‐(2‐hydr­oxy‐3,5‐dimethyl­benz­yl)diethano­lamine Mannich ligand. The mol­ecule has two O‐bridged Ti3O3 rings linked to two similar rings through a tetra­hedrally O‐coordinated Ti atom. All Ti atoms except the central one are coordinated to penta­methyl­cyclo­penta­dien­yl (Cp*) ligands. The Cp* ligands are arranged with approximate symmetry with respect to the Ti/O/Cl core.  相似文献

The title compound, 3‐[4‐(di­methyl­amino)­phenyl]‐1‐(2‐hydroxy­phenyl)­prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C17H17NO2, is a chalcone derivative substituted by 2′‐hydroxyl and 4′′‐di­methyl­amino groups. The crystal structure indicates that the aniline and hydroxy­phenyl groups are nearly coplanar, with a dihedral angle of 10.32 (16)° between their phenyl rings. The molecular planarity of this substituted chalcone is strongly affected by the 2′‐hydroxyl group.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­[4‐(tri­fluoro­methyl)­phenyl]­iodo­nium tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate, C12H13F3I+·CF3O3S?, (I), (3,5‐di­chloro­phenyl)­[(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­iodo­nium tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate, C11H12­Cl2I+·CF3O3S?, (II), and bis{[3,5‐bis­(tri­fluoro­methyl)­phenyl][(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­iodo­nium} bis­(tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate) di­chloro­methane solvate, 2C13H12F6I+·­2CF3­O3S?·CH2Cl2, (III), are described. Neither simple acyclic β,β‐di­alkyl‐substituted alkenyl­(aryl)­idonium salts nor a series containing electron‐deficient aryl rings have been described prior to this work. Compounds (I)–(III) were found to have distorted square‐planar geometries, with each I atom interacting with two tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate counter‐ions.  相似文献
