The title mol­ecule, C26H30O3, shows a novel chemical rearrangement of the substituents at position 17, i.e. an α‐­orientation of the hydroxy group and a β‐orientation of the bulky benzyl moiety. The packing arrangement consists of coils formed by O2?O3 hydrogen bonds along the c axis. The compound shows complete loss of oestrogenic activity, and neither does it exhibit an antagonistic effect.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H31NO2, ring B adopts a conformation between the boat and twisted‐boat forms. This conformation best accommodates adverse intramolecular H⋯H interactions between the H atoms of the 7β‐substituent and the two nearest ring H atoms. Manganese(III) acetate catalyzed oxidative radical‐addition reactions of α‐dicarbonyl compounds such as methyl acetoacetate ( 6 ), acetylacetone ( 7 ), and dimedone ( 8 ) to the mixture of 1‐ and 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 and 5 ) were investigated (Scheme 1). The 1‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 ) formed mainly [2+3] and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [2+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 5 ) formed mainly [6+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The structures of isolated products were established by their spectroscopic data (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis) and comparison with literature data. The formation mechanism of the products is discussed.  相似文献

The mol­ecules of 2‐chloro‐4,6‐di­methoxy‐1,3,5‐triazine, C5H6ClN3O2, lie on a crystallographic mirror plane. There is a close contact of 3.180 (3) Å between one of the methyl C atoms and the N atom of a neighboring mol­ecule. Differential scanning calorimetry measurements show that methyl rearrangement does not take place in the solid state, despite the close proximity of the methyl group to the N atom.  相似文献

High-field n.m.r. analysis of four 3-methoxy-14β-estra-1,3,5(10), 15-tetraen-17-ones provides evidence for conformational deformation of ring C to a twist-boat form in solution. These observations are supported by molecular mechanics (MM2) calculations, which predict that the ring C chair and ring C twist-boat conformers have similar steric energies, slightly favouring the latter. An X-ray crystal structure determination on 3-methoxy-14-methyl-14β-estra-1,3,5(10), 15-tetraen-17-one revealed that ring C does indeed adopt a twist-boat conformation in the solid state.  相似文献

The title compound, C16H19BrO4, is a derivative of osthol, isolated from the seeds of Imperatoria Osthruthium. The structure was solved in space group P, with two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, and was refined to a final R factor of 0.064. The two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit differ in the orientation of their brominated substituent group. The benzo­pyran ring displays aromatic character. The packing of the mol­ecules in the lattice is mainly due to C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title solvate of the steroid 17β‐estradiol (E2) with methanol and water, C18H24O2·0.67CH4O·0.33H2O, is the first E2 derivative to contain three crystallographically independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. The three steroid mol­ecules, along with two methanol mol­ecules and a water mol­ecule, create a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded system. Three‐sided columns are formed, with the estradiol mol­ecules aligned lengthwise parallel to (101), and joined by solvent mol­ecules at both hydro­philic ends. The three estradiol mol­ecules differ slightly in their ring‐bowing angles, i.e. the angle between the mean plane of the A ring and that of the BCD ring; this angle ranges from 7.1 to 12.2°.  相似文献

The preparation of three new N‐Fmoc‐protected (Fmoc=[(9H‐fluoren‐9‐yl)methoxy]carbonyl) β2‐homoamino acids with proteinogenic side chains (from Ile, Tyr, and Met) is described, the key step being a diastereoselective amidomethylation of the corresponding Ti‐enolates of 3‐acyl‐4‐isopropyl‐5,5‐diphenyloxazolidin‐2‐ones with CbzNHCH2OMe/TiCl4 (Cbz=(benzyloxy)carbonyl) in yields of 60–70% and with diastereoselectivities of >90%. Removal of the chiral auxiliary with LiOH or NaOH gives the N‐Cbz‐protected β‐amino acids, which were subjected to an N‐Cbz/N‐Fmoc (Fmoc=[(9H‐fluoren‐9‐yl)methoxy]carbonyl) protective‐group exchange. The method is suitable for large‐scale preparation of Fmoc‐β2hXaa‐OH for solid‐phase syntheses of β‐peptides. The Fmoc‐amino acids and all compounds leading to them have been fully characterized by melting points, optical rotations, IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and mass spectra, as well as by elemental analyses.  相似文献

The title compounds, both C23H34O5, are the 5α and 5β configurations of two diacetate epimers. The 5β‐diacetate crystallizes in an hexagonal structure, unusual for steroid molecules. The unit cell has an accessible solvent volume of 358 Å3, responsible for clathrate behaviour. The 5β‐epimer also features some shorter than average bond lengths in the 3α,4β‐acetoxy groups. The conformations of the molecules of both epimers are compared with those obtained through abinitio quantum chemistry calculations. Cohesion of the crystals can be attributed to van der Waals and weak molecular C—H⋯O interactions.  相似文献
