In the five‐membered ring in the title compound, (2‐aminoethoxy)bis(2‐thienyl)boron, C10H12BNOS2, the B atom is four‐coordinate with dimensions N—B 1.654 (3), O—B 1.479 (3), and C—B 1.606 (3) and 1.609 (3) Å. An intermolecular hydrogen bond between an amino H atom and the ethoxy O atom links the molecules into infinite chains along the a axis. Only one of the two amino H atoms is involved in hydrogen bonding because there is only the one acceptor atom, the ethoxy O atom, and the molecular geometry precludes formation of a second hydrogen bond by the second amino H atom.  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H20Br2N2O4S, the indole ring system is planar and the S atom has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The sulfonyl‐bound phenyl ring is orthogonal to the indole ring system and the conformation of the phenylsulfonyl substituent with respect to the indole moiety is influenced by intramolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds involving the two sulfonyl O atoms. The mean plane through the acetylamido group makes a dihedral angle of 57.0 (1)° with the phenyl ring of the benzyl moiety. In the crystal, glide‐related molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds and C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular chains, which extend through the crystal. Inversion‐related chains are interlinked by C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular layers parallel to the bc plane. These layers are interconnected through π–π interactions involving the five‐ and six‐membered rings of the indole moiety.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H31NO2·H2O, has the outer two six‐membered rings in chair conformations, while the central ring is in an 8β,9α‐half‐chair conformation. The five‐membered ring adopts a 13,14‐half‐chair conformation. The pyridylmethylene moiety has an E configuration with respect to the carbonyl group at position 17. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?N and O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure of the adduct of eucarvone with nitrosobenzene, C16H19NO2, is reported. The [3.2.2] bicyclic system corresponds to two seven‐membered rings in boat and distorted chair conformations and a six‐membered ring that adopts a distorted boat conformation. No conjugation is observed between the phenyl group and the N—O system. The packing is directed mainly by a C?O hydrogen bond, C—H?O‐(1 ? x, ?y, z) and by intermolecular C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

The title ligand, C14H14Cl4N5O2P3, is a cyclophosphazene lariat (PNP pivot) ether with a spiro‐cyclic 11‐membered macrocyclic ring containing two ether O and two N atoms; the phosphazene ring is nearly planar. The macrocyclic ring contains a four‐centred (trifurcate) N—H⋯O/N—H⋯N hydrogen bond, and the relative inner‐hole size of the macrocycle is ∼1.14 Å in radius. The molecules are linked about inversion centres by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C14H23N5)2(CH3O)2](PF6)2, has a doubly methoxo‐bridged centrosymmetric copper dimer cation involving two tridentate bis(pyrazolyl)amine ligands. The geometry of each CuII atom is a distorted square pyramid with two N atoms of the pyrazole in bis[2‐(3,5‐dimethyl‐1‐pyrazolyl)ethyl]amine (bpea) and two μ2‐bridging O atoms of the methoxo ligands forming the basal plane, and the amine N atom occupying the axial position. In the bridging plane, the Cu—O bond lengths are 1.940 (4) and 1.942 (4) Å, and the bond angles for O—Cu—O and Cu—O—Cu are 76.1 (2) and 103.9 (2)°, respectively. The Cu?Cu distance is 3.058 (1) Å. The central four‐membered ring lies on an inversion centre.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C22H31N3O4·H2O, incorporates one water molecule, which is hydrogen bonded to the 3‐oxo O atom of the indolizidinone system. The two rings of the peptidomimetic molecule are trans‐fused, with the six‐membered ring having a slightly distorted half‐chair conformation and the five‐membered ring having a perfect envelope conformation. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O interactions between the water and adjacent peptide molecules, and by N—H?O interactions between the peptide molecules, which link the molecules into infinite chains.  相似文献

The title compound, C15H16Cl4N5O2P3, is a cyclophosphazenic lariat (PNP‐pivot) ether with a spiro‐cyclic 12‐membered macrocyclic ligand containing two ether O and two N atoms; the phosphazene ring is nearly planar. In the macrocyclic ring, there is a four‐center (trifurcate) N—H⋯O/N—H⋯N hydrogen bond. The relative inner‐hole size of the macrocycle is estimated as approximately 0.95 Å.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The chromanone moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiroisoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chlorophenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one molecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chlorophenyl rings of a second molecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C8H19NO7P2, is a member of the bisphosphonate family of therapeutic compounds. PHPBP has inner‐salt character, consisting of a negatively charged PO3 group and a positively charged N atom. The six‐membered piperidine ring adopts an almost‐perfect chair conformation. The hydroxyl group and the N atom have gauche and trans conformations in relation to the O—C—C—C—N backbone, respectively. Hydrogen bonding is the main contributor to the packing in the crystal, which consists of head‐to‐head dimers formed through phosphonyl–phosphonyl hydrogen bonds, while O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O interactions join the dimers into a plane parallel to crystallographic b and c axes.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C7H6BNO3, a new boron heterocycle, prepared by the condensation of (2‐ethoxycarbonylphenyl)boronic acid and hydroxylamine, reveals the specific mode of intramolecular condensation between a phenylboronic acid and an ortho hydroxamic acid substituent. The crystal structure shows that dehydration occurs to form a planar oxazaborinine ring possessing both phenol‐like B—O—H and lactam functional groups. In the extended structure, intermolecular hydrogen bonding generates a 14‐membered ring. To our knowledge, this is the first crystal structure determination involving a six‐membered ring that exhibits consecutive B—OH, O, NH, and C=O functional groups.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C8H11NO2, contains a strained bicyclic system with a significantly twisted imide chromophore. The five‐membered ring fragment containing the imide function is strongly puckered and adopts a half‐chair conformation. The six‐membered ring has a slightly distorted chair conformation. The molecules are joined by strong N—H?O and weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds into infinite chains.  相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis.  相似文献

In the title compound, C15H15N5O3S, two parallel intermolecular N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds, forming an eight‐membered ring, link two molecules into a dimer unit; these dimer units linked into a chain of edge‐fused rings by weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C15H16N2O, crystallizes in the space group P212121 with Z′ = 1. The seven‐membered ring adopts a chair‐type conformation with the hydroxy and pyridyl substituents in equatorial sites. Molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by a combination of O—H...N, C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, but N—H...O and N—H...π(arene) interactions are absent from the structure. Comparisons are made with some related compounds.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C24H24N2O3S, exhibits antifungal and antibacterial properties. The compound crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, with one molecule exhibiting `orientational disorder' in the crystal structure with respect to the cyclohexene ring. The o‐toluidine groups in both molecules are noncoplanar with the respective cyclohexene‐fused thiophene ring. In both molecules, there is an intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond forming a pseudo‐six‐membered ring which locks the molecular conformation and eliminates conformational flexibility. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H...O hydrogen bonds; both molecules in the asymmetric unit form independent chains, each such chain consisting of alternating `ordered' and `disordered' molecules in the crystal lattice.  相似文献
