Two differently hydrated crystal forms of the title compound, viz. bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II), [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)] or [HgAc2(dmph)] [dmph is 2,3‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenantroline (neocuproine) and Ac is acetate], (I), and tris[bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II)] hexadecahydrate, [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)]3·16H2O or [HgAc2(dmph)]3·16H2O, (II), are presented. Both structures are composed of very simple monomeric units, which act as the building blocks of complex packing schemes stabilized by a diversity of π–π and hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

The title PtII complexes, viz. (2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)[(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′]platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C10H8N2)](PF6)2, and [(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C12H8N2)](PF6)2, containing an aromatic α‐diimine and a non‐planar diaminocyclohexane, both form a ladder‐type structure, which is constructed via loose π–π stacking on the α‐diimine ligands and hydrogen bonding between the cyclic amines and the counter‐anions. In the former compound, there are two independent complex cations, both of which have a twofold axis through the Pt atom.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C14H23N5)2(CH3O)2](PF6)2, has a doubly methoxo‐bridged centrosymmetric copper dimer cation involving two tridentate bis(pyrazolyl)amine ligands. The geometry of each CuII atom is a distorted square pyramid with two N atoms of the pyrazole in bis[2‐(3,5‐dimethyl‐1‐pyrazolyl)ethyl]amine (bpea) and two μ2‐bridging O atoms of the methoxo ligands forming the basal plane, and the amine N atom occupying the axial position. In the bridging plane, the Cu—O bond lengths are 1.940 (4) and 1.942 (4) Å, and the bond angles for O—Cu—O and Cu—O—Cu are 76.1 (2) and 103.9 (2)°, respectively. The Cu?Cu distance is 3.058 (1) Å. The central four‐membered ring lies on an inversion centre.  相似文献

The 1:1 adduct of N,N′‐bis(diphenylmethylene)ethylenediamine (bz2en) with copper(I) chloride, viz. [Cu(C28H24N2)2][CuCl2], has been synthesized. The structure contains cationic moieties of CuI ions (Cu on a twofold axis) coordinated to four N atoms of two bz2en molecules (in a distorted tetrahedron) and linear dichlorocuprate(I) anions (with Cu on an inversion centre). These cations and anions are packed in columns along b. The packing of the cation and anion columns involves a significant C—H⋯Cl interaction and four short intermolecular C—H⋯π contacts, two of which are between cation columns.  相似文献

In the two isomorphous title compounds, viz. tris[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]copper(II) diperchlorate, [Cu(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (I), and tris[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (II), the MII ions each have a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed via six N atoms from three 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands. For each ligand, the two five‐membered rings are nearly coplanar. It is noteworthy that the Jahn–Teller effect is stronger in (I) than in (II). The three‐dimensional supramolecular structures of (I) and (II) are formed via weak hydrogen‐bonding interactions between O atoms from perchlorate anions and H atoms from 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H9N3O2)2][Cu(C4H9N3O2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, comprises two independent CuII species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octahedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N4 coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol molecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Interactions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking interaction is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anions.  相似文献

The structures of trans‐bis[2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C6H8N2)2], (I), and [2‐(aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C7H10N2)], (II), exhibit octa‐ and tetrahedrally coordinated ZnII atoms, respectively. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, while saccharinate (sac) is coordinated through the N atom. In (I), the complex lies about an inversion centre with the Zn atom disordered and displaced by 0.256 (2) Å from a centre of symmetry towards a sac N atom. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and the crystal packing of (II) is determined by hydrogen bonding as well as weak π–π stacking interactions between the sac ligands.  相似文献

The title centrosymmetric CuII binuclear complex, bis(μ‐N,N‐diethyl‐1,1‐diselenocarbamato‐Se,Se′:Se)bis[(N,N‐diethyl‐1,1‐diselenocarbamato‐Se,Se′)copper(II)], [Cu(Se2CNEt2)2]2 or [Cu2(C5H10NSe2)4], is built from two symmetry‐related [Cu{Se2CN(Et)2}2] units by pairs of Cu—Se bonds. The coordination geometry at the unique Cu atom is distorted square pyramidal, with Cu—Se distances in the range 2.4091 (11)—2.9095 (10) Å.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

The title compounds, {4,4′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C17H14Br2N2O2)], and {4,4′‐dichloro‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne‐N)]diphenolato‐O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C17H14Cl2N2O2)], lie on crystallographic twofold axes. In both structures, the metal coordination sphere is a tetrahedrally distorted square plane formed by the four‐coordinate N2O2 donor set of the Schiff base imine–phenol ligands. In the Ni compound, the Ni—O and Ni—N distances are 1.908 (3) and 1.959 (4) Å, respectively, while in the Cu compound, the Cu—O and Cu—N distances are 1.907 (2) and 1.960 (2) Å, respectively. The two Schiff base moieties, which themselves are nearly planar, are inclined at an angle of 29.26 (7)° for the Ni compound and 29.26 (5)° for the Cu compound.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group.  相似文献

Two different zinc sulfite compounds have been prepared through the decomposition of pyrosulfite–dithionite ions in aqueous solution, viz. a dimeric complex, di‐μ‐sulfito‐κ3O,O′:O′′;κ3O:O′,O′′‐bis[(4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)zinc(II)] dihydrate, [Zn2(SO3)2(C12H12N2)2]·2H2O, (I), which was solved and refined from a twinned sample, and an extended polymer, poly[[aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)zinc(II)]‐μ3‐sulfito‐κ2O:O′:O′′‐zinc(II)‐μ3‐sulfito‐κ3O:O:O′], [Zn2(SO3)2(C12H10N2)(H2O)]n, (II). In (I), the dinuclear ZnII complex has a center of symmetry. The cation is five‐coordinate in a square‐pyramidal arrangement, the anion fulfilling a bridging chelating role. Compound (II) comprises two different zinc units, one being five‐coordinate (square pyramidal) and the other four‐coordinate (trigonal pyramidal), and two independent sulfite groups with different binding modes to the cationic centers.  相似文献

In the title compound, dibromo[(6R,7S,8S,14S)‐1,3,4,7,7a,8,9,10,11,13,14,14a‐dodecahydro‐7,14‐methano‐2H,6H‐dipyrido[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐e][1,5]diazocine‐κ2N,N′]zinc(II), [ZnBr2(C15H26N2)], the chiral nitrogen‐chelating alkaloid (?)‐l ‐sparteine acts as a bidentate ligand, with two bromide ligands occupying the remaining coordination sites, producing a slightly distorted tetrahedral structure. The dihedral angle between the N—Zn—N and Br—Zn—Br planes is 82.4 (1)°. The distortion of the tetrahedral coordination is demonstrated by the fact that the midpoint of the N?N line does not lie in the Br—Zn—Br plane, but is tilted towards one of the N atoms by 0.164 Å. Similarly, the midpoint of the Br?Br line is tilted towards one of the Br atoms by 0.117 Å.  相似文献

The title complex, bis(acetylacetonato‐κ2O,O′)[N,N′‐bis(3‐hydroxy‐2‐oxidobenzaldimino)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediamine‐κ4N,O,O′,N′]uranium(IV) tetrahydrofuran solvate, [U(C18H18N2O4)(C5H7O2)2]·C4H8O, is a rare example of a uranium(IV) complex with a compartmental Schiff base. The U atom is located in the N2O2 inner site of the hexadentate N,N′‐bis(3‐hydroxy‐2‐oxidobenzaldimino)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediamine group and is bound also to the two O atoms of both acetylacetonate moieties, which results in a dodecahedral coordination environment. Centrosymmetric dimers are formed through intermolecular hydrogen bonds that link the terminal uncoordinated hydroxy groups to one another and to the O atoms of the acetylacetonate ligands.  相似文献

In the title complex, trans‐{2,2′‐[cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4O,N,N′,O′}nickel(II)–chloroform (1/1), [Ni(C20H20N2O2)]·CHCl3, the Ni atom has a square‐planar geometry, slightly tetrahedrally distorted. The Ni—N and Ni—O bonding distances are within the expected ranges for Ni–Schiff base derivatives. The diimine bridge has a gauche conformation with the cyclohexyl ring almost coplanar with the NiN2O2 plane. The complex molecules pack in dimers with an Ni?Ni distance of 3.59 (1) Å and form a three‐dimensional structure displaying a herring‐bone configuration. Channels are occupied by solvent molecules, which are involved in C—H?O hydrogen bonds with the ligand O atoms.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N4S2)]·H2O, displays a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The tridentate oxydiacetate dianion chelates the CuII atom in the facial mode. The large difference [0.487 (4) Å] between the longest Cu—O distance in the basal plane and that in the apical direction correlates with the small displacement of the CuII atom [0.0576 (13) Å] from the basal plane towards the apex of the square pyramid. The intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding network results in a closely overlapped arrangement of the coordination basal plane and the thiazole ring of a neighboring molecule.  相似文献
