The title compound, [Ag2(C2F3O2)2(C5H6N2)2], is a dinuclear AgI complex with inversion symmetry. Each Ag atom is three‐coordinated by two N atoms from two different 2‐aminopyridine ligands and by one O atom from a trifluoroacetate anion, giving an approximately trigonal coordination environment. In the crystal packing, molecules are connected by N—H⋯O and N—H⋯F hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (001) plane.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H3O6S)2(C10H9N3)2][CuI(C10H9N3)2]2·2H2O, consists of anionic CuII moieties, cationic CuI species and uncoordinated water molecules. The anionic dimeric unit consists of one crystallographically independent fully deprotonated 5‐sulfosalicylate (2‐oxido‐5‐sulfonatobenzoate) anion, a di‐2‐pyridylamine group and a CuII atom. Each CuII atom is five‐coordinate within a square‐pyramidal geometry. The anion lies on a special position of site symmetry. In the cationic monomer, the CuI atom adopts tetrahedral geometry. The cations and anions are connected by O—H·O and N—H·O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe(C12H8N3O2)2]ClO4·2C2H3N, contains FeIII in a distorted octahedral coordination environment, with the Fe—N(pyridine) bonds significantly longer than the Fe—N(amine) bonds. The crystal packing involves a bifurcated C—H⋯(O,O) contact that is also found in all other [M(C12H8N3O2)2] complexes reported previously.  相似文献

The bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate anion crystallizes with Rb as the title dioxane 1:2 solvate, Rb+·CF3SO2NSO2CF3·2C4H8O2, with the anion in a transoid conformation, as opposed to the cisoid form typically seen when there are significant cation–anion interactions. The RbI cation is eight‐coordinate, interacting with one anion in a chelating fashion and with two other anions through the remaining sulfonyl O atoms. The latter interactions link ion pairs through the formation of Rb2O2 dimers about inversion centers at (0, , 0) and (, , 0), forming extended columns which run parallel to the a axis of the unit cell. Rb–dioxane bridges crosslink these salt columns in the (010), (001) and (011) directions, resulting in a three‐dimensional network solid. One dioxane solvent molecule is disordered over two half‐occupancy sites.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, [Cu(C2H3N)(C11H9N5)(C6H6N2O)](BF4)2·2C2H3N, comprise (acetonitrile)[2,6‐bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine](isonicotinamide)copper(II) cations, tetrafluoroborate anions and lattice acetonitrile molecules. The cations have distorted square‐pyramidal geometries in which the N3‐donor, viz. 2,6‐bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine, and the N‐donor, viz. the isonicotinamide ligand, occupy the four basal positions, with the coordinated acetonitrile N‐donor atom occupying the apical position. Pairs of cations are linked by N—H?F hydrogen bonds through tetrafluoroborate anions, forming centrosymmetric dimers, which are further linked by C—H?O hydrogen bonds into two‐dimensional undulating sheets, three of which interpenetrate to generate a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H8N3O2)2]·2C5H9NO, consists of a neutral copper complex, in which the CuII centre coordinates to two bis(methoxycarbimido)aminate ligands, solvated by two molecules of 1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one. The complex is planar and centrosymmetric, with the CuII centre occupying a crystallographic inversion centre and adopting approximately square‐planar geometry. N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions exist between the amine NH groups of the ligands and the O atoms of the 1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one molecules. The associated units pack to form sheets.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octahedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, interdigitated with the two 3‐phenylpyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]PF6 (dpyam is di‐2‐pyridylamine, C10H11N3), (I), and [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]Cl·4H2O, (II), respectively, have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both complexes display a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. Each Cu atom is coordinated in the basal plane by three dpyam N atoms and one azide N atom in equatorial positions, and by another N atom from the dpyam group in the apical position. In complex (I), the one‐dimensional supramolecular architecture is assembled via hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom and terminal azide N atoms and the F atoms of the PF6 anion. For complex (II), hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom, the Cl anion and water O atoms result in a two‐dimensional lattice.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C9H6F3N, at 123 K contains molecules linked together via several C—H?F and C—H?N contacts, the strongest of which are 2.58 and 2.65 Å, respectively. Apparently, an F atom in the CF3 group is able to compete with a cyano N atom for aromatic H atoms but is less prone to interact with the more acidic methylene H atoms. The Ph–CH2CN torsion angle is ?6.4 (2)° and the planar phenyl ring exhibits a typical deformation of the endo angles at the ipso‐C atoms, due to the difference in the electron‐withdrawing power of the CF3 and CH2CN substituents.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(NO3)2(C3H7N3O2)4], forms a centrosymmetric dimer, with the two Cu2+ ions separated by 2.6525 (6) Å. The asymmetric unit contains a Cu atom coordinated to two guanidinoacetic acid ligands (via one carboxylate O atom from each ligand) and to a nitrate group. The inversion centre in P generates the entire molecule, in which each Cu atom is coordinated to four carboxylate and to one nitrate O atom; ignoring the Cu—Cu separation, the geometry about each Cu atom is square pyramidal. The amino acid ligand is in the zwitterionic form. Strong N—H?O hydrogen bonds lead to a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure, in which the N?O distances are in the range 2.931 (4)–3.278 (3) Å, with N—H?O angles ranging from 128 to 170°.  相似文献

The title compound, [UO2(C33H38N2O2)2](CF3SO3)2·2C5H5N, has been obtained by reaction of UIV trifluoromethanesulfonate with ptert‐butyltetrahomodioxacalix[4]arene in pyridine. The uranyl ion lies on an inversion centre and is bound to two O atoms from each diphenoxide ligand, which gives the usual square‐planar equatorial environment. The zwitterionic diphenoxide species results from nucleophilic attack by pyridine on the benzylic ether C atoms of the homooxacalixarene, assisted by initial U coordination to the ether groups, with subsequent metal oxidation giving the uranyl moiety.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ag(C18H15P)4]2[Sn2(CH3)4(CF3CO2)6], consists of discrete tetrahedral cations and trans‐C2SnO4 octahedral dianions [C—Sn—C = 154.6 (2)°]. The dianion lies about a center of inversion and the two Sn atoms are linked unevenly by the carboxylate unit [Sn—O = 2.291 (3) Å and SnO = 2.818 (3) Å].  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Pt(C6H7N)2(C20H16N4)](PF6)2·C3H6O·0.5H2O, is composed of a bivalent square‐planar platinum(II) complex, two PF6 counter‐ions and solvent molecules. The di‐2‐pyridylquinoxaline ligands are known to confer an `L shape' on square‐planar platinum(II) complexes, which also display intercalating properties. The structural characterization reported here is a contribution to a wide‐ranging study focused on structural and dynamical analyses of these substrates, which may provide better insight into their biological mechanisms and activities. The expected `L‐shaped' skeleton of the metallic complex combined with the antiparallel orientation of substituted pyridines (anti conformation) generates chiral objects, found in the solid state as a racemic mixture.  相似文献

The title compound, (C12H11N3)2[Cd2Cl8], consists of two discrete 2‐(3‐pyridinio)benzimidazolium cations and one [Cd2Cl8]4− anion. The dimeric [Cd2Cl8]4− anion lies about an inversion centre and consists of two distorted [CdCl5] trigonal bipyramids which share a common edge. The two Cd atoms are each coordinated by two μ‐Cl atoms and three terminal Cl atoms, with a Cd·Cd separation of 3.9853 (6) Å. The packing displays two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded sheets, which are further linked by C—H·Cl contacts and π–π stacking interactions to yield a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination polyhedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxylate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichlorophenyl)amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The structure is assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions to form chains parallel to [10].  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C16H24N2O)2Cl4], is a dinuclear copper(II) complex with inversion symmetry. Each CuII atom is five‐coordinated by two O and one N atom from two Schiff base ligands, and by two Cl atoms, giving an approximately trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment.  相似文献

In the title centrosymmetric dimer, [Pb2(sbc)2(phen)2]·2H2O [sbc is the 2‐sulfonatobenzoate dianion (C7H4O5S) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each PbII ion is six‐coordinated by four O atoms, viz. carboxylate and sulfonate O atoms from two sbc anions, and two N atoms from a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. One 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and the carboxylate group of one sbc ligand are chelated to each PbII cation, and the sulfonate group of the other sbc unit is monodentate. One O atom of the chelated carboxylate group also bridges to the other PbII cation, so that each pair of PbII ions is bridged by two sbc anions and has the same coordination environment, forming a dinuclear ring. Each pair of PbII ions is thus connected by two different kinds of bridges, namely a carboxylate short bridge and a carboxylate–sulfonate long bridge. There is also a special position of site symmetry at the centre of the two PbII cations.  相似文献
