The crystal structure of the title compound, nona­ammonium (arsenic decatungstido)(arsenic heptatungstido)­di­aqua‐μ‐hydroxo‐(hydroxy­arsenido)­di­zir­conium hexa­cosa­hydrate, which was ob­tained from the reaction of [NaAs4W40O140]27− with ZrIV, has been determined. The anionic complex consists of two hydroxyl‐bridged seven‐coordinate capped trigonal‐prismatic zirconium ions, which are bonded to an [AsW10O36]9− anion and to an [AsW7O28]11− anion that has two {AsOH}2+ capping units. The asymmetric unit contains half of the complex, with one crystallographically independent Zr atom. Crystallographic m symmetry imposed by the monoclinic C2/m space group gives rise to the asymmetric unit comprising half of the complex with one crystallographically independent Zr atom.  相似文献

The monoclinic cell of di­cyclo­hexyl­ammonium 2,4‐di­chloro­phenoxy­acetate contains four C12H24N+·C5H8Cl2O3? ion pairs. The ammonium N atom is hydrogen bonded to the oxy­gen ends of two carboxyl groups to form a 12‐membered O—C—O?HNH?O—C—O?HNH ring. In (2,4‐di­chloro­phenoxy­lacetato)­bis­(tri­phenyl­phosphine)silver(I), [Ag(C8H5Cl2O3)(C18H15P)2], the carboxyl CO2 unit chelates to the Ag atom in an anisobidentate manner [Ag—O = 2.436 (2) and 2.517 (2) Å]; the Ag atom shows distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The title compounds, bis­(ammonium) naphthalene‐1,5‐di­sul­fon­ate, 2NH4+·C10H6O6S22−, and bis­[1‐(hydroxy­methyl)‐3,5,7‐tri­aza‐1‐azoniatri­cyclo­[3.3.1.13,7]­decane] 1,5‐naphthalene­di­sul­fon­ate, 2C7H15N4O+·C10H6O6S22−, were prepared from the acid‐promoted reaction of hexa­methyl­enetetr­amine. In both structures, the di­sulfonate anion is positioned on an inversion center, with each sulfonate group contributing to the supramolecular assemblies via hydrogen bonds. The ammonium cations are linked to sulfonate groups by four distinct N+—H⃛O—S contacts [N⃛O = 2.846 (2)–2.898 (2) Å and N—H⃛O = 160 (2)–175 (2)°], whereas the 1‐(hydroxy­methyl)‐3,5,7‐tri­aza‐1‐azoniatri­cyclo­[3.3.1.13,7]­decane cations form one O—H⃛O—S [O⃛O = 2.628 (2) Å and O—H⃛O = 176°] and three C—H⃛O—S [C⃛O = 3.359 (2)–3.380 (2) Å and C—H⃛O = 148–155°] interactions to neighboring sulfonate groups.  相似文献

n‐Propyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphate, C3H7NH3+·­H2PO4?, crystals are ferroelastic at room temperature. The phase transition into the prototypic phase takes place at approximately 378 K. All atoms except two H atoms are linked by the lost symmetry operations derived from the prototypic space group P2/b21/n21/a. Each of these two different H atoms is involved in an asymmetric hydrogen bond between an oxy­gen pair. Ferroelastic switching is concomitant with jumps of these H atoms from the donor to the acceptor O atoms. The compound belongs to the structural family of n‐alkyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphate and in particular to the structure type of pentyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphate, which differs by localization of alternating layers from the rest of the known alkyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphates. The crystal was slightly twinned; the proportion of the minor domain was approximately 3.5%.  相似文献

In order to model processes of chemisorption in organic salts formed between di­nitro­benzoic acids (DNBH) and secondary amines (R2NH), a series of compounds of composition [MII(3,5‐DNB)2(DMSO)2(H2O)2] (where MII is Zn, Cu, Ni or Co, 3,5‐DNB is the 3,5‐di­nitro­benzoate ion, and DMSO is di­methyl sulfoxide) have been prepared. In di­aqua­bis­(di­methyl sulf­oxide)­bis(3,5‐DNB)­zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3N2O6)2(C2H6OS)2(H2O)2], the 3,5‐DNB ions and mol­ecules of DMSO are monodentate ligands that are coordinated to the Zn atom through their O atoms. These ligands, together with two mol­ecules of water, form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Zn atom, which lies on a center of symmetry.  相似文献

Crystals of n‐butyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphate, C4H9NH3+·H2PO4?, reveal ferroelasticity at room temperature and a number of phase transitions when heated up to approximately 373 K. Some of these phase transitions show hysteresis effects. All atoms except two H atoms exist in pairs linked by the lost symmetry operations derived from the prototypic space group P2/b21/n21/a. Each of these two different H atoms is involved in an asymmetric hydrogen bond between an oxy­gen pair. Ferroelastic switching is concomitant with jumps of these hydrogen species from donor to acceptor O atoms. The studied structure belongs to the structural family of n‐hexyl‐ to n‐decyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphates and differs by localization of alternating layers from n‐propyl‐ and n‐pentyl­ammonium di­hydrogenphosphates. The 2,8‐di­hydroxy‐1,3,7,9‐tetra­methyl‐6,12‐di­hydro­di­pyrido[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐d]pyrazine­diyl­ium dication possesses 2/m symmetry and lies in the mirror plane together with a chloride anion and the water O atom. The dication also lies on an inversion centre, i.e. C16H20N2O22+·2Cl?·2H2O. Due to these symmetry constrictions the dication adopts an unexpected planar conformation. Molecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?Cl hydrogen bonds to form chains, which are cross‐connected by C—H?Cl attractive interactions forming a complex three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献

In the crystals of two title salts of chloranilic acid (2,5‐di­chloro‐3,6‐di­hydroxy‐p‐benzo­quinone), namely ethyl­ammonium chloranilate, C2H8N+·C6HCl2O4?, (I), and diethyl­ammonium chloranilate, C4H12N+·C6HCl2O4?, (II), the chloranilate ions are present as a hydrogen‐bonded dimer which has an inversion center. The ethyl­ammonium and diethyl­ammonium ions link the dimers through N—H?O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network in (I) and a one‐dimensional chain in (II).  相似文献

The crystal structure of 4‐(3‐carboxy‐1‐ethyl‐6‐fluoro‐1,4‐di­hydro‐4‐oxo‐7‐quinolyl)‐1‐methyl­piperazinium methane­sulfonate 0.10‐hydrate, C17H21FN3O3+·CH3O3S?·0.10H2O, contains pefloxacinium cations, methane­sulfonate anions and a partially occupied water of solvation. The quinoline ring system in the cation is essentially planar. The anions lie parallel to each other about inversion centers. The structure is stabilized by strong hydrogen bonds involving the terminal piperazinyl‐N atom of the cation and an O atom of the anion [N?O 2.739 (2) Å], and a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between carbonyl and carboxyl groups [O?O 2.523 (2) Å].  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(di­cyano­methyl­ene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐di­hydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the di­cyano­methyl­ene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetra­cyano­ethyl­ene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

catena‐Poly­[di­cyclo­hexyl­ammonium [tri­butyl­tin‐μ‐(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ato‐O2:O6)]], (C12­H24N)­[Sn(C7­H2­O6)(C4H9)3], consists of 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ato groups that axially link adjacent tri­butyl­tin units into a linear polyanionic chain. The ammonium counter‐ions surround the chain, and each cation forms a pair of hydrogen bonds to the double‐bond carbonyl O atoms of the same dianionic group. The chain propagates in a zigzag manner along the c axis of the monoclinic cell. In catena‐poly­[methyl­(phenyl)­ammonium [tri­butyl­tin‐μ‐(pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ato‐O2:O6)]], (C7H10N)­[Sn(C7H3NO4)­(C4H9)3], the pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ato groups also link the tri­butyl­tin groups into a chain, but the hydrogen‐bonded chain propagates linearly on the ac face of the monoclinic cell.  相似文献

In the title cocrystal, trimethoprim maleate [2,4‐di­amino‐5‐(3,4,5‐tri­methoxy­benzyl)­pyrimidin‐1‐ium maleate], C14H19­N4O3+·­C4H3O4?, the trimethoprim mol­ecule is protonated at N1. The carboxyl group of the maleate ion makes a specific double hydrogen bond of type N—H?O with the 2‐amino group and the protonated N1 atom of the trimethoprim cation which is similar to the carboxyl­ate–trimethoprim cation interaction observed in the complex of di­hydro­folate reductase with trimethoprim. The pyrimidine moieties of trimethoprim cations are centrosymmetrically paired through a pair of N—H?N hydrogen bonds involving the 4‐amino group and the pyridinium N3 atom of a symmetry‐related molecule. One of the O atoms at the maleate carboxyl­ate group bridges the 2‐­amino and 4‐amino groups on either side of the paired trimethoprim cations. The other O atom of the carboxyl­ate group forms an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the carboxyl group. These characteristic hydrogen bonds result in infinite two‐dimensional aggregation of rings into a supramolecular ladder, which is further crosslinked through weak C—H?O interactions with methoxy groups of neighbouring trimethoprim mol­ecules to form a layered structure.  相似文献

The crystallographically centrosymmetric zwitterion bis­[tris(3,5‐di­methyl‐2‐oxidobenzyl‐κO)­ammonium]­zirconium(IV) crystallizes as the chloro­form disolvate, [Zr(C27H31NO3)2]·2CHCl3, with the two mol­ecules of chloro­form closely associated with two of the aromatic rings. The Zr atom has a distorted octahedral geometry with three phenoxy O atoms from each of the two ligands coordinated to it. Charge balance is maintained by protonation of each N atom, which then forms intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions to all three adjacent O atoms.  相似文献

The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis­[μ‐6‐(ethoxy­carbonyl)­pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis­[di­aqua­chloro­cadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl ­pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxyl­ate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­[4‐(tri­fluoro­methyl)­phenyl]­iodo­nium tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate, C12H13F3I+·CF3O3S?, (I), (3,5‐di­chloro­phenyl)­[(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­iodo­nium tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate, C11H12­Cl2I+·CF3O3S?, (II), and bis{[3,5‐bis­(tri­fluoro­methyl)­phenyl][(Z)‐2‐methyl­but‐1‐en‐1‐yl]­iodo­nium} bis­(tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate) di­chloro­methane solvate, 2C13H12F6I+·­2CF3­O3S?·CH2Cl2, (III), are described. Neither simple acyclic β,β‐di­alkyl‐substituted alkenyl­(aryl)­idonium salts nor a series containing electron‐deficient aryl rings have been described prior to this work. Compounds (I)–(III) were found to have distorted square‐planar geometries, with each I atom interacting with two tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate counter‐ions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Co4(C9H3O6)2(OH)2(C8H6N4)(H2O)2]·2H2O, contains three separate species, namely the μ5‐bridging C9H3O63? anion, the doubly chelating and therefore μ2‐bridging C8H6N4 ligand (bi­pyrimidine, BPM), and the dihydrated di­aqua­di­hydroxy tetranuclear cationic cluster, [Co4(OH?)2(H2O)2]6+·2H2O, which lies on a crystallographic centre of symmetry, as does the BPM ligand with, in this case, the centre of symmetry coincident with the midpoint of the C—C bond joining the six‐membered rings. In title an­hydro­us catena‐poly­[[trans‐bis­(ethane‐1,2‐di­amine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐di­thionato‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(S2O6)(C2H8N2)2]n or [{H2N(CH2)2NH2}2Cu(O·O2SSO2·O)], successive Cu atoms are bridged by a single doubly charged di­thionate group, forming a one‐dimensional polymer with inversion centres at the metal atoms and the mid‐point of the S—S bond [Cu—O = 2.5744 (15) Å]. In title (hydrated) trans‐di­aqua­bis­(propane‐1,3‐di­amine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) di­thionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å].  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2], the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre, is trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate 1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐di­carboxyl­ate monoanionic ligands [Mn—O = 2.202 (3) Å and Mn—N = 2.201 (4) Å] and two water mol­ecules [Mn—O = 2.197 (4) Å], and exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with adjacent cis angles of 76.45 (13), 86.09 (13) and 89.20 (13)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramol­ecular framework, stabilized by extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water mol­ecules, the carboxy O atoms and the protonated imidazole N atoms of the imidazole‐4,5‐di­carboxyl­ate ligands.  相似文献
