In the title compound, 4‐(4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl­imino­methyl)­phenol hemi­hydrate, C9H8N4O·0.5H2O or (I)·0.5H2O, mol­ecules of (I) are arranged as layers running along the b axis through intermolecular O—H?N and C—H?O hydrogen bonds. These layers are stabilized by hydrogen‐bonded water mol­ecules to form three‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C15H12N2O4, consists of a polymeric arrangement, around inversion centres, of mol­ecules linked through O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds; there are also intramolecular hydrogen bonds. All these hydrogen‐bond interactions result in the formation of infinite chains parallel to the [010] direction. The oxime group has an E conformation.  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H13N5, the two pyridyl rings form dihedral angles of 32.7 (2) and 30.1 (2)° with the triazole ring. The most favoured orientation of the pyridyl rings is that with their N atoms on opposite sides of the triazole ring directed towards the phenyl ring. π–π‐Stacking interactions involving pyridyl rings are observed along the a axis at a perpendicular distance of 3.670 (3) Å. This arrangement is further stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H15N4O2+·H2PO4, there are two protonated amino­guanidinium cations and two dihydrogenphosphate anions. The positive charge on the protonated amidine group is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a manner similar to that found in guanidinium salts. The amino­guanidinium cations are found to be the E‐isomer structures. Intra­molecular inter­actions of the N—H⋯N type are observed, leading to the formation of five‐membered rings. Extensive networks of O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure, π–π inter­actions between the benzene rings, with a distance of 3.778 (2) Å between the ring centroids, also affect the packing of the mol­ecules.  相似文献

The structures of 3,5‐bis­[4‐(diethyl­amino)­benzyl­idene]‐1‐methyl‐4‐piperidone, C28H37N3O, (I), and 3,5‐bis­[4‐(diethyl­amino)­cinnamyl­idene]‐1‐methyl‐4‐piperidone, C32H41N3O, (II), have been characterized. Because of conjugation between donor and acceptor parts, the central heterocycles (including the carbonyl group) in (I) and (II) are flattened and exhibit a `sofa' conformation, with a deviation of the N atom from the planar fragment. The dihedral angles between the planar part of the heterocycle and the two almost flat fragments that include a phenyl ring and bridging atoms are 23.2 (1) and 11.2 (1)° in (I), and 11.8 (1) and 8.7 (2)° in (II). One‐ and two‐photon absorption of light and the fluorescence of (I) and (II) have also been characterized.  相似文献

Tris­[2‐(benzoyl­amino)­ethyl]­amine [alternatively, N,N′,N′′‐(nitrilo­tri­ethyl)­tri­benz­amide], C27H30N4O3, adopts a folded structure, forming a symmetrical cavity with an average depth of 7.3 Å and width ranging from 4.1–4.4 Å. The folded structure is a result of one intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond. A linear chain motif along the c axis best describes the extended intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The mol­ecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐iodo­phenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐­[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐methyl­phenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of mol­ecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking inter­actions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H8NO3S)2(H2O)4], has an octahedral coordination around the central Zn atom composed of two axial N atoms from the pyridine ligands and four equatorial O atoms of water mol­ecules, forming a monomeric centrosymmetric complex. The two Zn—N bond distances are 2.102 (3) Å, while the four Zn—O bond distances range from 2.114 (2) to 2.167 (2) Å. Packing is determined by hydrogen bonds formed by the water mol­ecules. Chalcones (α,β‐unsaturated ketones) are effective antitumour agents. It has been proved that having halogen or methoxy groups substituted in various positions of the phenyl ring enhances the activity of chalcones many times. The title compounds, C21H20O5 and C19H15BrO3, respectively, were chosen for crystallographic study in order to determine their structures and conformations. In both compounds, the keto group is in the scis conformation and is almost planar. There are weak intramolecular interactions in both structures.  相似文献

The title compound, [SnCl2(CH3)(C6H5)(C5H8N2)2], was obtained by reaction of di­chloro­methyl­phenyl­tin(IV) and 3,5‐di­methyl­pyrazole (dmpz) in chloro­form, and was recrystallized from acetone. The structure consists of octahedral all‐trans [SnMePhCl2(dmpz)2] mol­ecules, with the Sn atom coordinated to two C [Sn—C 2.127 (5) and 2.135 (4) Å], two Cl [Sn—Cl 2.5753 (8) Å] and two N atoms [Sn—N 2.357 (3) Å]. The dmpz ligands, bound to the metal through their unprotonated N atoms, form weak intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the Cl ligands via their NH groups, giving rise to a polymeric chain along the c axis.  相似文献

A new type of benzo­thia­zolinone derivative with potential pharmacological activity, viz. 6‐(3,4‐di­fluoro­benzoyl)‐3‐[2‐(4‐pyridyl)­ethyl]‐1,3‐benzo­thia­zol‐2(3H)‐one, C21H14F2N2O2S, has been prepared and studied by NMR, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The mol­ecule is not planar, the pyridine and di­fluoro­benzene moieties being located above and below the benzo­thia­zole ring system. The carbonyl O atoms are involved in an intramolecular hydrogen‐bond‐type interaction.  相似文献
