The crystal and molecular structures of bis(η5‐2,4,7‐trimethylindenyl)cobalt(II), [Co(C12H13)2], (I), and rac‐2,2′,4,4′,7,7′‐hexamethyl‐1,1′‐biindene, C24H26, (II), are reported. In the crystal structure of (I), the Co atom lies on an inversion centre and the structure represents the first example of a bis(indenyl)cobalt complex exhibiting an eclipsed indenyl conformation. The (1R,1′R) and (1S,1′S) enantiomers of the three possible stereoisomers of (II), which form as by‐products in the synthesis of (I), cocrystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the unit cell of (II), alternating (1R,1′R) and (1S,1′S) enantiomers pack in non‐bonded rows along the a axis, with the planes of the indenyl groups parallel to each other and separated by 3.62 and 3.69 Å. 相似文献

The two independent bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazole)silver(I) cations in crystalline [Ag(C5H7N2)2]NO3 display N—Ag—N angles of 175.51 (14) and 174.44 (13)°, and an average Ag—N distance of 2.124 (5) Å. The nitrate anion is situated between [Ag(C5H7N2)2]+ units and interacts via hydrogen bonds with the NH groups. The two 3,5‐dimethylpyrazole ligands are trans about the silver center. Only a small deviation from linearity is observed in the coordination around silver. 相似文献

The title compound, (C9H14N4)[CoCl4], a methylene‐bridged bis‐imidazolium salt containing a tetrachlorocobaltate anion, is one of the first examples where an alkyl‐bridged bis‐imidazolium compound could be structurally characterized. Short C—H·Cl contacts between the imidazolium C—H bonds and the Cl atoms of the counter‐anion build up a three‐dimensional network and indicate that the C—H bonds are strongly polarized. 相似文献

The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The chromanone moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiroisoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chlorophenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one molecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chlorophenyl rings of a second molecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, C19H20O8, the benzene rings are nearly perpendicular to each other [dihedral angle 80.2 (2)°]. The carboxy group is twisted out while both the methoxy and acetyl groups are almost coplanar with their attached benzene rings. The hydroxy group is involved in an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the acetyl O atom and the compound is connected through an intermolecular O—H?O contact to form a dimer. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C16H16O4, crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. These molecules and a centrosymmetrically related pair, linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds, form a tetramer. 5‐[3‐(4‐Chlorophenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C15H13ClO4, also crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. Centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form dimers which are further linked by yet another pair of centrosymmetrically related C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form a tube which runs parallel to the a axis. 相似文献

The title compounds, C20H20FNO6 and C20H19Cl2NO6, respectively, may exhibit bioactivity. In these compounds, the pyrrolidine ring adopts a conformation intermediate between envelope and half‐chair. Only one of the two ethoxycarbonyl side chains is nearly planar. Centrosymmetric pairs are formed, and the crystal structure is stabilized by weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

The title compound, C9H8FN5·C3H7NO, contains two independent complexes in the asymmetric unit, each consisting of one 3,5‐diamino‐6‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine molecule and one dimethylformamide solvent molecule. One triazine molecule is disordered over two conformations within the crystal, the occupancies being 62 (1) and 38 (1)%. The phenyl ring of this molecule resolves into two conformations rotated by almost 180° about the bridging bond between the two rings, while the triazine rings approximately superimpose on each other. The triazine molecules of the asymmetric unit differ in the dihedral angles between their respective phenyl and triazine ring planes, these being 57.6 (2)° for the fully occupied, and 76.9 (6) and 106.8 (8)° for the partially occupied molecules. An extensive network of hydrogen bonds maintains the crystal structure. 相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, alternatively called 2,2′‐(2,2′‐biimidazole‐1,1′‐diyl)diacetohydrazide monohydrate, C10H14N8O2·H2O, (I), and 3,3′‐(2,2′‐biimidazole‐1,1′‐diyl)dipropionohydrazide, C12H18N8O2, (II), respectively, have been determined. The molecules consist of half‐molecule asymmetric units related by a twofold rotation in (I) and by a center of inversion in (II). The imidazole rings of both molecules crystallize in a nearly coplanar fashion [dihedral angles of 5.91 (3) and 0.0 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively]. Both planar hydrazinocarbonylalkyl substituents are essentially planar and assume the E orientation. 相似文献
