The integral Wigner–Liouville equation describing time evolution of the semi-relativistic quantum 1D harmonic oscillator have been exactly solved by combination of the Monte Carlo procedure and molecular dynamics methods. The strong influence of the relativistic effects on the time evolution of the momentum, velocity and coordinate Wigner distribution functions and the average values of quantum operators have been studied. Unexpected ‘protuberances’ in time evolution of the distribution functions were observed. Relativistic proper time dilation for oscillator have been calculated.  相似文献

We study the coupling of massive fermions to the quantum mechanical dynamics of spacetime emerging from the spinfoam approach in three dimensions. We first recall the classical theory before constructing a spinfoam model of quantum gravity coupled to spinors. The technique used is based on a finite expansion in inverse fermion masses leading to the computation of the vacuum to vacuum transition amplitude of the theory. The path integral is derived as a sum over closed fermionic loops wrapping around the spinfoam. The effects of quantum torsion are realised as a modification of the intertwining operators assigned to the edges of the two-complex, in accordance with loop quantum gravity. The creation of non-trivial curvature is modelled by a modification of the pure gravity vertex amplitudes. The appendix contains a review of the geometrical and algebraic structures underlying the classical coupling of fermions to three dimensional gravity.  相似文献

We study the quantum corrections to the oblique propagation of the magnetosonic waves in a warm quantum magnetoplasma composed by mobile ions and electrons. We use a fluid formalism to include quantum corrections due to the Bohm potential and to the spin magnetization energy of electrons. The effects of both quantum corrections are shown in the dispersion relation for perpendicular, parallel and oblique propagation. We find that the quantum contributions to the low frequency depend on the type in the oblique propagation with respect to the background magnetic field. The relevance in astrophysical scenarios is exemplified.  相似文献

The spin force operator on a non-relativistic Dirac oscillator (in the non-relativistic limit the Dirac oscillator is a spin one-half 3D harmonic oscillator with strong spin–orbit interaction) is derived using the Heisenberg equations of motion and is seen to be formally similar to the force by the electromagnetic field on a moving charged particle. When confined to a sphere of radius R, it is shown that the Hamiltonian of this non-relativistic oscillator can be expressed as a mere kinetic energy operator with an anomalous part. As a result, the power by the spin force and torque operators in this case are seen to vanish. The spin force operator on the sphere is calculated explicitly and its torque is shown to be equal to the rate of change of the kinetic orbital angular momentum operator, again with an anomalous part. This, along with the conservation of the total angular momentum, suggests that the spin force exerts a spin-dependent torque on the kinetic orbital angular momentum operator in order to conserve total angular momentum. The presence of an anomalous spin part in the kinetic orbital angular momentum operator gives rise to an oscillatory behavior similar to the Zitterbewegung. It is suggested that the underlying physics that gives rise to the spin force and the Zitterbewegung is one and the same in NRDO and in systems that manifest spin Hall effect.  相似文献

In the effective mass approximation, we calculated the binding energy and wave function for the 1s-, 1p-, 1d- and 1f-states of a spherical quantum dot (QD) with parabolic potential by using a combination of quantum genetic algorithm (QGA) and Hartree-Fock-Roothaan (HFR) method. In addition, we also investigated the linear and the third-order nonlinear optical absorption coefficients as a function of the incident photon energy for the 1s-1p, 1p-1d and 1d-1f transitions. Our results are shown that the existence of impurity has great influence on optical absorption coefficients. Moreover, the optical absorption coefficients are strongly affected by the incident optical intensity, relaxation time, parabolic potential and dot radius.  相似文献

结合负载限制型磁绝缘线振荡器(MILO)和渐变型MILO的特点,提出了一种新型双阶梯阴极型MILO。该器件前2个叶片为扼流片,中间3个叶片为主作用叶片,后面1个为提取叶片,在电流发射区与慢波结构径向相对的阴极部分分为3段,形成双阶梯阴极结构。根据Maxwell方程和Floquet定理导出其色散方程,并对其振荡主频作了理论分析。2.5维粒子模拟表明,器件工作频率为1.21 GHz,与理论预测相符,双阶梯的引入,对器件阻抗和振荡频率影响较小。在工作电压458 kV、电流40.5 kA条件下,双阶梯阴极结构将MILO输出功率从2.20 GW提高到2.88 GW,功率转换效率从12.0%提高到15.5%。  相似文献

In this letter we show that it is not possible to set up a canonical quantization for the damped harmonic oscillator using the Bateman Lagrangian. In particular, we prove that no square integrable vacuum exists for the natural ladder operators of the system, and that the only vacua can be found as distributions. This implies that the procedure proposed by some authors is only formally correct, and requires a much deeper analysis to be made rigorous.  相似文献

In this article we will apply the first- and second-order supersymmetric quantum mechanics to obtain new exactly-solvable real potentials departing from the inverted oscillator potential. This system has some special properties; in particular, only very specific second-order transformations produce non-singular real potentials. It will be shown that these transformations turn out to be the so-called complex ones. Moreover, we will study the factorization method applied to the inverted oscillator and the algebraic structure of the new Hamiltonians.  相似文献

A modified continuous-variable quantum key distribution(CVQKD) protocol is proposed by originating the entangled source from a malicious third party Eve in the middle instead of generating it from the trustworthy Alice or Bob. This method is able to enhance the efficiency of the CVQKD scheme attacked by local oscillator(LO) intensity attack in terms of the generated secret key rate in quantum communication. The other indication of the improvement is that the maximum transmission distance and the maximum loss tolerance can be increased significantly, especially for CVQKD schemes based on homodyne detection.  相似文献

The effect of magnetic properties on magnetization dynamics is studied for a spin torque oscillator (STO) composed of a free layer with an in-plane magnetic anisotropy and a reference layer with a fixed out-of plane magnetization. A transition from damped to uniform oscillations is observed for a critical value of saturation magnetization MS). In the uniform oscillations regime, the frequency is inversely proportional to MS. Similarly, the critical current for achieving uniform oscillations is investigated as a function of free layer intrinsic properties. In a second part of the study, the magnetostatic field (Hm) from the reference layer is considered and it is revealed that the out-of plane component of magnetization has a strong dependence on Hm. For a particular configuration, Hm could reduce the out-of plane component maximizing thus the out-put signal of the STO.  相似文献

Phase estimation is one of the crucial procedures in continuous-variable quantum key distribution without sending local oscillator (LLO-CVQKD), aiming at compensating the phase drift in post-processing. To decrease the phase noise caused by the phase drift and measurement error, we propose Kalman filter-based phase noise estimation of LLO-CVQKD, which involves the measurements and filtering through exploiting the small amplitude reference pulses, achieving the accurate phase noise estimation. Simulation results indicate that Kalman filter-based phase noise estimation is capable of reducing measurement error and phase noise, while increasing the secret key rate by 7 times.  相似文献
