A fast and simple KMnO4-OP chemiluminescence system for flow-injection analysis of hydrogen peroxide is described. When a mixture of sample and OP is injected into acidic KMnO4, solution in a flow-cell, strong chemiluminescence occurs. The response is linear to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the range of 1.0 × 10–8 to 6.0 × 10–5 mol/l with 0.1 mol/l permanganate, and the upper limit of linear response could be extended to 6 × 10–3 mol/l by increasing the permanganate concentration. The relative standard deviation of the method is between 1.6 and 2.3%. The detection limit is 6.0 × 10–9 mol/l. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis and has been successfully tested for determination of hydrogen peroxide in rain water. The chemiluminescence intensity was found to be remarkably enhanced in the presence of the OP micellar system.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of rare-earth and transition elements in synthetic superconductors, [(La1 – x Eu x )1.82Sr0.18CuO4], by the use of 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) as chelating agent was developed. The influence of chemical variables affecting the reaction was studied. A partial least-squares (PLS) multivariate calibration procedure was used to assess the data obtained from several calibration solutions measured over the wavelengths range 400–700 nm. The concentration range for Cu was (1–12) × 10–6 mol/L, while the range for the rare-earth elements La and Eu was (2–8) × 10–6 mol/L. The relative errors in the determinations were less than 5% in most cases.  相似文献

Summary Cobalt(II) can be determined in 0.1 mol/l Na3citrate + 0.1 mol/l NH4Cl + 0.08% dimethylglyoxime as supporting electrolyte in the presence of a 50 000-fold excess of zinc by differential pulse polarography. The limit of determination is 4.2×10–5 mol/l Co (2.5 mg/l). Linear calibration curves are obtained within the range of 1×10–7 to 5×10–6 mol/l cobalt without zinc and in the presence of 5×10–3 mol/l Zn. The analytical method developed is suitable for the determination of cobalt in zinc plant solutions.

Voltammetric trace determination of ubiquinones at mercury electrodes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Summary Voltammetric methods were developed for the determination of ubiquinones on the basis of their adsorption and redox behaviour at mercury electrodes. Linear calibration plots were obtained in the concentration range between 10–4 mol/l and 2.3·10–5 mol/l from differential pulse voltammetric measurements under experimental conditions avoiding significant adsorption of the analyte. A remarkable decrease of the detection limit down to 10–7 mol/l was achieved with the help of adsorptive accumulation of ubiquinone molecules at the mercury electrode followed by differential pulse detection. The resulting non-linear calibration plot was explained with a model, which takes into account both adsorption and diffusion of the analyte.  相似文献

Summary A study of fluorescence properties of Cloxazolam and Oxazolam has been carried out. pKa-values were calculated and a spectrofluorimetric method was developed in acidic hydroalcoholic medium for the determination of the drugs. The fluorescence intensity was linear with the concentration up to at least 6.00×10–6 mol/l for Cloxazolam and 5.17×10–6 mol/l for Oxazolam. Detection limits obtained were 2.91×10–8 mol/l and 4.56×10–8 mol/l for Cloxazolam and Oxazolam, respectively. Spectrofluorimetric methods were applied to the determination of both drugs in pharmaceuticals and errors lower than 2.5% were obtained. Spectrophotometric determination methods were also developed.  相似文献

A procedure for the determination of morphine in process streams by sequential injection analysis based on the chemiluminescence reaction of morphine with acidic potassium permanganate in the presence of sodium hexametaphosphate is presented. The chemiluminescence emission has been monitored using an in-house detection system which consisted of a fibre optic flowthrough cell and a sensitive, low dark current, photomultiplier tube. The calibration graph (range 2 x 10(-8) to 1 x 10(-4) mol/l) was not linear over the entire range of concentration, with a polynomial equation of best fit of y = 1.0 x 10(15) x(3) - 2.2 x 10(11) x(2) + 1.3 x 10(7) x - 8.3. The calibration function approximates linearity over the concentration range 2.5 x 10(-6) to 3.0 x 10(-5) mol/l where the slope of the log-log plot is 1.09 +/- 0.16. The detection limit was estimated at about 10(-8) mol/l from the response of the lowest calibration standard (2.5 x 10(-8) mol/l) which gave a signal to noise ratio of 3 : 1. Although the structurally related codeine did not interfere significantly the results suggest that this method may be susceptible to matrix effects, dependent on the location of sampling from the process stream.  相似文献

A flow-injection ultrafiltration sampling chemiluminescence system for on-line determination of cimetidine–bovine serum albumin (BSA) interaction is proposed in this paper. Cimetidine can be oxidized by N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) and sensitized by fluorescein to produce high chemiluminescence emission in basic media. The concentration of cimetidine is linear with the CL intensity in the range 3×10–7–1×10–4 mol L–1 with a detection limit of 1×10–7 mol L–1 (3). The drug and protein were mixed in different molar ratios in 0.067 mol L–1 phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, and incubated at 37 °C in a water bath. The ultrafiltration probe was utilized to sample the mixed solution at a flow rate of 5 µL min–1. The data obtained by the proposed ultrafiltration flow-injection chemiluminescence method was analyzed with Scrathard analysis and a Klotz plot. The estimated association constant (K) and the number of the binding site (n) on one molecule of BSA by Scrathard analysis and Klotz plot were 3.15×104 L mol–1 and 0.95, 3.25×104 L mol–1 and 0.92, respectively. The proposed system proved that flow-injection chemiluminescence analysis coupled with on-line ultrafiltration sampling is a simple and reliable technique for the study of drug–protein interaction.  相似文献

In the absence of any special luminescence reagent, emission of weak chemiluminescence has been observed during the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by copper(II) in basic aqueous solution. The intensity of the chemiluminescence was greatly enhanced by addition of DNA and was strongly dependent on DNA concentration. Based on these phenomena, a flow-injection chemiluminescence method was established for determination of DNA. The chemiluminescence intensity was linear with DNA concentration in the range 2×10–7–1×10–5 g L–1 and the detection limit was 4.1×10–8 g L–1 (S/N=3). The relative standard deviation was less than 3.0% for 4×10–7 g L–1 DNA (n=11). The proposed method was satisfactorily applied for determination of DNA in synthetic samples. The possible mechanism of the CL reaction is discussed.  相似文献

A novel rapid flow injection method with chemiluminescence (CL) detection was established for the determination of ciprofloxacin (CPLX), which is an antibiotic commonly used. The method is based on CL of Ce(IV)–SO32− sensitized by Tb3+–CPLX, and showed the intensive bands characteristic of Tb3+ (5D47F5). The optimum conditions for CL emission were investigated. The linear relationship between the relative CL intensity and the concentration of CPLX is in the range of 9.0×10−9–1.0×10−6 mol/l with a detection limit of 3.1×10−10 mol/l. The relative standard deviation is 2.8% (n=11) for a level of 5.0×10−8 mol/l. The method was applied to the analysis of CPLX in human serum and urine samples with satisfactory results. The possible mechanism for this sensitized CL reaction is also discussed.  相似文献

Procedures for trace cobalt determinations by adsorptive stripping voltammetry at in situ and ex situ plated bismuth film electrodes are presented. These exploit the enhancement of the cobalt peak obtained by using the Co(II)–dimethylglyoxime–cetyltrimethylammonium bromide–piperazine-N,N-bis(2-ethanesulfonic acid) system. The calibration graph for an accumulation time of 120 s was linear from 2 × 10–10 to 2 × 10–8 mol L–1. The relative standard deviation from five determinations of cobalt at a concentration of 5 × 10–9 mol L–1 was 5.2%. The detection limit for an accumulation time of 300 s was 1.8 × 10–11 mol L–1. The proposed procedure was applied to cobalt determination in certified reference materials and in tap and river water samples.  相似文献

A flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of pipemidic acid is described. It is based on energy transfer from excited state peroxynitrous acid to pipemidic acid, in which the excited state peroxynitrous acid is synthesized on-line by the mixing of acid hydrogen peroxide with nitrite in a flow system and the CL is from two excited states of pipemidic acid. The proposed method allows the measurement of pipemidic acid over the range of 2.0×10–7–2.0×10–5 mol l–1 . The detection limit is 6.3×10–8 mol l–1, and the relative standard deviation for 2.0×10–6 mol l–1 pipemidic acid (n= 9) is 0.9%. This method was evaluated by the analysis of pipemidic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The clay mineral montmorillonite has been tested as modifier for the carbon paste electrode with a novel electrode modification technique. The differential pulse voltammetric determination of copper(II) by means of this modified carbon paste electrode has been studied. A detection limit of 4×10-8 mol/l has been achieved after 10 min preconcentration under open circuit conditions with subsequent anodic stripping voltammetry. The calibration curve for Cu(II) is linear in the range of 4×10-8–8×10-7 mol/l. Pb interferes in a 10-fold molar and Cd and Hg in a 100-fold molar excess. The interference by humic ligands is significant.  相似文献

A novel organic gel film modified electrode was simply and conveniently fabricated by casting LixMoOy and polypropylene carbonate (PPC) onto the surface of a gold electrode. The cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies demonstrated that the LixMoOy film modified electrode has a high stability and a good electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodate. In amperometry, a good linear relationship between the steady current and the concentration of iodate was obtained in the range from 3×10–7 to 1×10–4 mol L–1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a detection limit of 1×10–7 mol L–1.  相似文献

A novel and highly sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of terbutaline sulfate, coupled with flow-injection analysis (FIA), is described in this paper. The method is based on enhancement by terbutaline sulfate of the chemiluminescence emission of the luminol–permanganate system under alkaline conditions. Under the conditions selected the concentration of terbutaline sulfate is proportional to CL intensity in the range 5×10–10–5×10–7 g mL–1, with a detection limit of 1.7×10–10 g mL–1 (3). The relative standard deviation is 2.8% for 1×10–8 g mL–1 terbutaline sulfate (n=11). Ninety samples can be determined per hour. The proposed method has been used to determine terbutaline sulfate in pharmaceutical preparations and in plasma and urine samples with satisfactory results. The possible mechanism of the chemiluminescence reaction is discussed briefly.  相似文献

An enzyme sensor using differential pulse (DP) amperometric detection has been developed based on the measurement of the reduction current of the oxidized form of -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) consumed by an enzyme reaction. This biosensor has the definite advantage to prevent interference caused by electrooxidative species such as ascorbate and uric acid and exhibits higher sensitivity and selectivity in comparison to the classical DC amperometric detector. The linear detection range of this biosensor was 5.0×10–5 — 5.0×10–4 mol/l and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) at 2.5×10–4 mol/l was 5.0%.  相似文献

Summary Flow-through electrochemical cells with porous working electrodes made of crushed reticulated vitreous carbon and plated with mercury were used for absolute analysis of trace amounts of lead by anodic stripping coulometry with collection (ASCWC) in a flow system. The role of mercury coating, flow rate and pH were investigated. The coulombic content of the collection peak corresponded to the theoretical values calculated by Faraday's law in a concentration range from about 10–9 to 10–6 mol/l. The relative error and the relative standard deviation was +0.15% and 0.8%, respectively for 2×10–6 mol/l analyte concentration. The absolute detection limit (3 s) was 0.1 ng of Pb, the linear response range 7×104. A rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and sodium linear-dodecylbenzenesulphonate (DBS) with 1-stearyl-4-(4-aminonaphthylazo)-pyridinium bromide (SAPB) is described using the difference at the maximum absorption wavelength of the SDS- and the DBS-ion associate. SDS and DBS have been determined independently by measuring their respective absorbances at the maximum absorption wavelength. The apparent molar absorptivities of the SDS- and the DBS-ion associate are 8.0×104 l mol–1 cm–1 at 445 nm and 4.5×104 l mol–1 cm–1 at 424 nm, respectively. The calibration graph for SDS is linear in the range from 0.1 to 1.0×10–6 mol/l in the presence of 1.2×10–6 mol/l DBS and for DBS from 0.8 to 2.0×10–6 mol/l in the presence of 8.0×10–7 mol/l SDS. The relative standard deviation (n=15) for 8.0×10–7 mol/l SDS is 3.4% and for 1.6×10–6 mol/l DBS 2.1%. A fluorescence quenching method has been developed to determine cerium with rhodamine 6G. The method is based on the oxidation of rhodamine 6G by cerium(IV) in sulfuric acid solution. The linear calibration range is 4.0 × 10–7 -1.6 × 10–6mol/L. The detection limit is 1.0 × 10–7 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 1.0% (n = 5). The method has been used to determine cerium in rare earth ores, with satisfactory results. The method offers the advantages of simplisity, sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献

Summary A differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of iron employing the catalytic maximum wave has been studied. A well-defined differential pulse polarographic peak for iron(III) in Britton-Robinson buffer solution containing 50 mol/l N-(2-hydroxyethyl) ethylenediamine N,N,N-triacetic acid (HEDTA) and 5 mmol/l KBrO3 is observed in the potential range from +0.2 to –0.3 V vs. SCE. The peak current is very large compared to that of the Fe(III)/EDTA complex, being proportional to the concentration of iron(III) between 1.00×10–8 and 3.58×10–6 mol/l under optimum conditions. The relative standard deviations for 3.58×10–7 mol/l and 1.79×10–6 mol/l iron(III) were 1.38 and 0.54%, respectively (n=5), and the calculated detection limit was 5.2×10–9 mol/l iron(III). The method has been applied to the determination of iron in fresh snow and rain waters.
Spurenbestimmung von Eisen mit Hilfe der katalytischen Maximumsstufe in der Differential-Puls-Polarographie
Zusammenfassung Das Verfahren beruht auf der Tatsache, daß in Britton-Robinson-Puffer (mit 50 mol/l HEDTA und 5 mmol/l KBrO3) im Potentialbereich von +0,2 bis –0,3 V gegen SKE ein gut definierter puls-polarographischer Peak für Eisen(III) auftritt. Der Peakstrom ist im Vergleich zu dem des Fe(III)/EDTA-Komplexes sehr groß und ist unter optimalen Bedingungen im Konzentrationsbereich von 1,00·10–8 bis 3,58·10–6 mol/l der Eisen(III)-Konzentration proportional. Die relative Standardabweichung beträgt 1,38% bzw. 0,54% (n=5) für 3,58·10–7 mol/l bzw. 1,79·10–6 mol/l Fe(III). Die berechnete Nachweisgrenze liegt bei 5,2·10–9 mol/l Fe(III). Das Verfahren wurde zur Eisenbestimmung in Schnee- und Regenwasser eingesetzt.

A simple, reliable, and reproducible method for in-vivo on-line separation and determination of levodopa has been based on microdialysis then high-performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detection. The perfusate is perfused at a flow rate of 5 L min–1. The concentration of levodopa in the dialysate is determined on line with a chemiluminescence system. The dialysate sample volume is approximately 20 L. The response of the system is linearly related to the concentration of levodopa in the range 1×10–8 to 1×10–6 g mL–1 (r2=0.9995) with a detection limit (3) of 3×10–9 g mL–1 and sample throughput of 12 h–1; RSD is 2.8% (n=11). The method has been successfully used to study the pharmacokinetics of levodopa in vivo; the values of the pharmacokinetics parameters Cmax, AUC0–t and Tmax were 16.60, 20.92 ng mL–1, and 90 min, respectively.  相似文献
