The electronic absorption spectrum and ESR spectrum of the crystal of the title compound [Cu(C7H4NO3S)2(H2O)4] · 2 H2O, are measured. The experimental results are discussed quantitatively by using the ligand field theory and the radial wave function of non-free Cu(II). The electronic structure of the compound is in agreement with its crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(pyrimidine)4]2BF4 was determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/n, with lattice parametersa=9.9736(8),b=13.872(1),c=16.568(1) Å. β=98.002(1), andZ=8, yielding a calculated density of 1.857 g/cm3. The Jahn-Teller distorted copper coordination sphere is composed of the four pyrimidine ligands in the equatorial positions (ave. Cu?N=2.02 Å) and the longer axial bonds from the copper to one fluorine (ave Cu?F=2.39 Å) on each of the BF 4 ? anions. The crystal structure features layers of molecules having interleaved pyrimidine rings: the layers are connected through intermolecular H … F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Bis[pyridine-2-(N-cyanocarboxamidato)]aquocopper(II), Cu(C5H4NCONCN)2(OH2), has been prepared and its i.r. spectrum and crystal structure have been determined. The crystals are triclinic (P¯1):a = 11·45(1),b = 10·35(1),c = 7·48(1) Å, = 110·9(1), = 102·2(2), = 108·9(1)°,Z = 2. The X-ray analysis, carried out using three-dimensional Patterson, Fourier and least-squares methods (finalR = 5·7%), showed copper(II) to be pentacoordinated, with two organic ligands chelating through their pyridine [Cu-N = 1·997(4), 1·989(4) Å] and amide nitrogen atoms [Cu-N = 1·980(7), 2·006(6) Å], and with one water molecule at a distance [Cu-OH2 = 2·335(4) Å] sensibly longer than the usual Cu-O(2·0 Å) coordinate bonds. The coordination polyhedron can be described either as a distorted tetrahedron formed by the nitrogen atoms with an extra position occupied by water or as a trigonal bipyramid having water and two nitrogen atoms in the equatorial plane. The packing determining interactions are the hydrogen bonds formed by water, and a long Cu...N (3·420 Å) contact between the metal and a nitrogen atom from an adjacent molecule.The authors are indebted to Prof. Immirzi who kindly supplied his computer programmes.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure of the title compound, [Co(NCS)2(C6H6N4)2(H2O)2], has been determined. The crystals are monoclinic, space groupC2/c, with cell dimensionsa=15.6901(5),b=7.9248(10),c=16.1278(12) Å,=94.4(8)°V c=1999.44 Å3,M r=479.18,Z=4,D x=1.5918 Mg m3,Cu K radiation (graphite crystal monochromator, =1.54051 Å), (CuK)=39.08 cm–1,F(000)=980.00 andT=290 K. Final conventionalR-factor=0.051, andR w=0.053 for 1430 observed reflections and 141 variables. The structure was solved using the programsPatsys andDirdif. The Co atom is octahedrally coordinated (CoN2O2N2 chromophore), with only the 5-methyl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (5mtp) ligands in thetrans positions. The triazolo pyrimidine rings are planar and coordinated through their N(3) atoms. The H2O ligands are also H-bond donors to N(4) (intramolecularly) and to the S atoms of the NSC anions (intermolecularly).  相似文献

Crystals of 1-oxo-3-propoxyazepino[7,6-b]quinoxaline, C15H13N3O2, are tri-clinic:a=7.289(2),b=14.414(5),c=6.797(2) Å,a=83.56(3),=68.73(3), =86.58(4)°,Z=2, space groupP¯1. The crystal and molecular structure have been determined from X-ray diffractometer data by direct methods, and refined by least-squares methods toR=0.047 (R w =0.024) for 908 observed reflections. The puckering of the seven-membered ring corresponds to a distorted boat, with bow and stern angles of 44.5 and 24.9° respectively. An extensive conjugation within the molecule includes the three condensed rings and the two attached oxygen atoms, with the only exception being the C(1)-C(11a) bond. Bond distances and angles are comparable with those in the literature and are discussed. Close molecular packing is afforded by layers of molecules parallel to the (010) plane.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. [Mn(3-CH3C5H4N)2(N3)2(H2O)2] crystallizes in the space group P 1 with a = 7.444(2) Å, b = 7.691(2) Å, c = 8.926(3) Å, α = 99.82(3)°, β = 108.80(2)°, γ = 114.99(2)° and Z = 1. Least squares refinement gave a R value of Rw = 0.046 for 1414 observed reflections. The manganese atom in the title complex is octahedrally coordinated by two oxygen atoms of the water molecules and four nitrogen atoms; two N-atoms are the end atoms of azide groups and the other two nitrogen atoms belong to the 3-methylpyridine molecules. The polyhedra are linked via hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and the azide groups.  相似文献

The reaction between cadmium(II) chloride and 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole (H2biim) in an acidic solution affords [Cd(H3biim)2Cl4] (H3biim=2-(2-1H-imidazolyl)-1H-imidazolium) in 63% yield. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP1, wherea=8.072(2),b=8.100(2),c=8.593(2) Å, =75.89(2), =62.94(2), =63.29(1)°,V=446.4(2) Å3, andZ=1. The central Cd atom exhibits an octahedral geometry composed of a Cl4N2 core. The Cd-N bond distance is 2.392(2) Å. Cd–Cl distances are 2.5919(9) and 2.671(1) Å.  相似文献

A terephthalato-bridged copper(II) complex [Cu2(tpt)(bpy)2(H2O)4][Cu2(tpt)3(bpy)2 (H2O)2] (1) (tpt = terephthalate, bpy =; 2,2'-bipyridine) was synthesized by the reaction of Cu(ClO4)2 6H2O and terephthalic acid in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine in H2O solution. Crystal structure of 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis in the triclinic space group P , with a = 10.7327(10) Å, b = 11.1658(11) Å, c = 17.3768(16) Å, = 108.063(2), = 91.064(2), = 116.721(2), V = 1737.5(3) Å3, and Z = 2. Both the anion and the countercation in 1 are copper(II) complexes linked by terephthalate bridges in the bis(monodentate) (syn–anti) mode. The anion and the countercation are also linked by two hydrogen bonds between coordinating water molecules and terephthalate ligand.  相似文献

本文采用Ni(Ⅱ)盐和氨基甲磺酸缩5-溴水杨醛席夫碱以及1,10-邻菲咯林(phen)在甲醇和水溶液中合成了三元配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征,并X射线衍射测定了其结构.结构解析表明,该标题配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数为a=1.2868(3)nm,b=1.4536(3)nm,c=1.4705(3)nm;α=85.79(3)°,β=67.62(3)°,γ=77.21(3)°,V=2.4799(9)mm3,Z=2,Dc=1.580 g·cm-3,F(000)=1196,μ=2.521, 最终偏差因子(对Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ)的衍射点)R1=0.0604,ωR2=0.1446,对全部衍射点R1=0.1531,ωR2=0.1914,ω-1=[s2(Fo2)+(0.0884P)2],P=(Fo2+2Fc2)/3.  相似文献

Synthesis and crystal structure are described for pyridinium isopolymolybdate of chemical composition (C5H6N)2n[Mo4O13]n. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with the following unit‐cell parameters: a =8.2695(11) Å, b =10.544(4) Å, c =11.177(4) Å, α = 71.76(5)°, β = 89.68(3)°, γ = 78.79(3)°, V =906.4(4) Å3, Z = 2 (chemical formula (C5H6N)2[Mo4O13]), D calcd = 2.755 g·cm–3. Crystal structure was solved by Patterson methods and refined to a final R value 0.085 for 4045 independent reflections. The studied compound, considered in analogy to triclinic (NH4)2Mo4O13 as pyridinium polyoctamolybdate, is proposed to be better described as pyridinium isopolytetramolybdate (C5H6N)2n[Mo4O13]n. It seems that the proper coordination number of molybdenum (VI) ions is five, resulting in pyramidal coordination polyhedra [MoO5]. Coordination polyhedra joined by common edges form tetramolybdate monomeric unit [Mo4O13]. The mers are connected by oxygen bridges Mo ‐ O ‐ Mo into infinite ribbon chains. The compound [(C5H2N2O4)Cu(H2O)2]n has been synthesized and its structure determined at room temperature. The primary coordination sphere at the Cu ion is square planar with the orotate dianion coordinating at the metal through heterocyclic nitrogen atom and adjacent oxygen of the carboxylate group, the remaining coordination sites are occupied by two water molecules. The orotate dianion is tricoordinated to one copper via N1 and one oxygen of the carboxylato group and to another copper atom via the other oxygen of the carboxylato group. The coordination at copper is extended to five by the other oxygen of the carboxylate group of another orotate molecule. Thus, the molecules are associated to form chains, the carboxylato group acting as a bridge between the metal ions, the orotato-group being tridentate. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group. P21/n1 with a = 9.515(5), b = 6.925(2), c = 11.861(6) Å, = 95.285(9)°, D calc = 2.17 g cm–3, and z = 4.  相似文献

cis-Diaquabis(2,2-bipyridyl)chromium(III) nitrate crystallizes in the mono-clinic system, space groupP21/c, witha=16.102(6),b=10.792(5),c=15.076(6) Å,=112.90(5)°, andZ=4. The saltlike structure was determined from X-ray crystallography and refined toR=7.5% for 3342 observed reflections. The Cr atom is octahedrally surrounded by twocis water molecules and by two chelated 2,2-bypiridyl ligands forming two nearly orthogonal planes. The crystal structure of copper(II)mellitate, Cu3.5C12H29O27, has been determined by X-ray analysis. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space groupIba2, with unit-cell dimensionsa=19.274(3),b=21.054(7),c=12.956(4) Å. The structure was deduced by the direct method with the help of the Patterson method and refined by the block-diagonal least-squares technique to a finalR value of 0.037 for 2995 observed reflections. Among six carboxyl groups of mellitic acid, five groups lose protons and form coordinate bonds to four copper atoms, and the remaining group forms hydrogen bonds to the water of crystallization and coordinated water. The configuration around copper is distorted-pyramidal, with the Cu-O bond distances of 1.896(7) to 2.425(7) Å.  相似文献

Reaction of anhydrous sodium piperidine dithiocarbamate with methylene chloride yields methylene bis(piperidine dithiocarbamate). The crystals, C13H22N2S4 (M=334.57), are monoclinic with space group ,a=6.421(3),b=29.321(7),c=9.022(4)Å,=109.05(3)°,V=1605.6 Å3,Z=4,D c =1.384 g cm–3,F(000)=712,T=295°K (Mo-K)=0.71069 Å,=5.62 cm–1 andR=0.032 for 1734 reflections. The molecular structure shows that the methylenic group is bonded to two planar moieties at distances of 1.782(3) and 1.803(3)Å with an S-CH2-S angle of 114.7(2)°. The configuration about each N atom is planar rather than pyramidal. The two C-N bond lengths adjacent to the C=S bonds are both very short 1.330(4) and 1.336(4) Å indicating the influence of the C=S bond on C-N bond lengths. The six-membered piperidine ring has a classical chair conformation with average C-C distance of 1.511 (5)Å.  相似文献

The study of nonlinear optical properties of crystals requires a thorough knowledge of the linear optical properties: knowledge of the transparency range is necessary, some information about the optical activity is useful. Above all, high quality refractive indices (with errors less than 10-4) and their dispersion are the most important basic data, as they enable a detailed analysis of phase-matching conditions of nonlinear optical processes and an estimation of the nonlinear optical potential of a new non-centrosymmetric crystal. Such high quality refractive indices are also necessary in other areas of nonlinear optics, for example for the evaluation of nonlinear optical measurements like measurements of Maker fringes. In this short communication we present the linear optical basis for nonlinear optical investigations of the title compounds. The Sr compound has been known for a long time; its morphological crystallography is already presented in the famous Chemische Krystallographie by Paul Groth (1910). The Ca salt was first synthesized 1983 by one of us (L.B.).  相似文献

The manganese complex, (Mn2(III)(salpa)2Cl2(H2O)2], has been prepared and its structure determined using x-ray crystallography. The dimer is a di-2-alkoxo complex which is a six-coordinate manganese dimer with unsupported alkoxide bridges and a rare example of a chloride- and water-containing manganese dimer. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.315(5), b = 11.130(4), c = 11.637(5) Å, = 104.33(3)°, V = 1169.0(9) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure comprises discrete binuclear clusters in which the metal atoms are bridged by two alkoxo oxygens of the salpa2– ligands. The Mn—O and Mn—N distances are in good agreement with those found for other manganese(III) Schiff base complexes. The Mn—Cl and Mn—O3 distances are 2.585(2) and 2.371(2) Å, respectively, and the Mn ··· Mn distance is 3.001(1) Å. In the crystal, there are two types of hydrogen bonding between the H2O molecule and the Cl atom with Cl ··· H(H2O) distance of 2.33(6) (intramolecule: –1 + x, y, –1 + z) and 2.68(6) Å (intermolecule: –1 + x, 0.5–y, –0.5 + z).  相似文献
