以石墨和六方氮化硼(h-BN)粉为原料,利用高能机械球磨和高温高压技术对BCN化合物的形成、结构及相变进行了研究.经120h球磨制备出BCN非晶体.在1400cm-1附近,BCN非晶有一宽化的强红外吸收峰,在740和1630cm-1附近观察到弱的红外吸收峰;在1330cm-1附近观察到一宽化的Raman散射峰.BCN非晶中B1s的结合能为191.9eV,C1s的结合能为284.9和286.8eV,N1s的结合能为398.3和400.5eV.将BCN非晶在4GPa和1473K下退火45min后转化为六方结构的BCN晶体,其晶格常数为a=0.2505nm,c=0.6664nm.其红外光谱特征吸收峰分别出现在1398,1103,1024,925和802cm-1.Raman散射峰分别出现在1328,1358,1582和1614cm-1.并对非晶BCN的形成和相转变机制进行了研究.  相似文献

应用显微Raman光谱对Cu-ZnO-ZrO2(Zr 24%,w)催化剂催化甲醇水蒸气重整(SRM)反应进行原位表征,并将结果与相同催化剂上的甲醇合成(MS)反应进行对比,结果表明:在SRM反应时,催化剂表面出现四个宽峰,其中544.8和652.8cm-1分别为CuO-ZnO和ZrO2的Raman吸收峰,而1361.8 cm-1为HCOO-Cu对称伸缩振动吸收峰,在1590.3 cm-1附近的谱峰归属于甲酸物种中OCO的不对称伸缩振动.在由CO-CO2-H2合成气合成甲醇时,在1350 cm-1和分别在1550,1585,1595cm-1出现两个甲酸根表面物种和甲酸盐的振动吸收谱带.因此,在Cu-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂上的甲醇合成和甲醇水蒸气重整存在相同的甲酸根中间体,这一结果将有助于对甲醇合成和甲醇水蒸气重整反应机理的理解.  相似文献

采用电化学沉积法,在较低电压下(4.0~8.0 V)以甲酸作为主要碳源,甲酸钠作为辅助碳源,二甲基亚砜与去离子水作为溶剂,在不锈钢表面制备了类金刚石碳薄膜,研究了沉积电压对碳膜形貌和成分的影响。电化学沉积含氢类金刚石碳薄膜致密、均匀,膜的电导率与沉积电压呈负相关关系,电导率介于金属与半导体之间。拉曼光谱在1332 cm-1处出现金刚石的特征峰,sp3碳成分随沉积电压的增加而增加。傅里叶红外变换光谱显示沉积的类金刚石碳膜为含氢碳膜。X射线光电子能谱分析显示这些薄膜中存在sp2和sp3键碳原子。  相似文献

采用液相电化学方法在硅基底上制备了石墨烯掺杂的类金刚石碳复合薄膜,探讨了电化学沉积复合薄膜的机理。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱技术对薄膜表面形貌和微观结构进行了分析表征。结果表明,石墨烯片均匀分散沉积在含氢类金刚石碳(a-C:H)基体中,沉积的石墨烯/类金刚石(G/a-C:H)复合薄膜表面相对均匀平整。场发射测试显示石墨烯掺杂使开启电场从4.7 V·μm-1增加至5.8 V·μm-1,场发射电流密度从384 μA·cm-2显著增加至876 μA·cm-2。  相似文献

利用红外光谱研究了NaNO3和NaClO4在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂中发生离子-溶剂和离子-离子的相互作用, 分析结果表明, DMF的OC-N谱带发生了明显的变化. 定量计算了在Na+浓度为0.22~1.24 mol/kg范围内的溶剂化数为1~4. 对谱图中酰胺基上C-N和CO的特征峰强度随Na+浓度变化的对比, 推测离子溶剂化作用导致DMF的酰胺基内部形成共轭键. 利用量子化学方法进行优化及热力学性质计算, 得到C-N键伸缩振动频率及红外光谱强度变化规律. 优化结构与实验结论相符合. 由NaNO3的ν2谱带及NaClO4的ν1谱带的解析得到溶液中阴离子缔合效应的一般规律, 并通过阴离子缔合特征峰与酰胺基上的N-C-N面外振动峰(865 cm-1)的变化情况, 讨论了溶液中的离子溶剂化作用.  相似文献

研究了NH4B5O8·4H2O和(NH4)2B8O13·6H2O及其饱和溶液于20℃的FTIR和Raman光谱,对振动频率进行了归属.根据振动光谱特征,预测(NH4)2B8O13·6H2O中所含基本结构单元为[B7O 11(OH)·B(OH)3]2-.首次将Raman光谱中516cm-1处的强散射峰归属为这一多聚硼氧配阴离子的对称脉冲振动峰,并对以上2种铵硼氧酸盐饱和溶液中硼氧配阴离子的存在形式{B(OH)3,[B3O3(OH)4]-和[B5O6(OH)4]-}和相互作用机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

采用衰减全反射(ATR)探头和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪测定了新鲜离体的甲状腺癌微转移颈部淋巴结(16枚)和非转移性淋巴结(16枚)的FTIR光谱, 配对比较了两组光谱13个谱带的峰位、相对峰强及半高宽等38个FTIR参数, 明确了甲状腺癌微转移淋巴结的光谱特征.结果表明, 与非转移性淋巴结相比, 微转移淋巴结光谱中与蛋白、脂质、糖类和核酸相关的谱带均发生了明显变化:与蛋白质相关的谱带的相对峰强I3280/I1460和I1640/I1460显著升高, 半高宽F1640显著增宽, 而F1546则变窄; 与脂类相关的相对峰强I1400/I1460明显增高; 与糖类相关的1165 cm-1处谱带的相对峰强I1165/I1460显著降低; 与核酸相关的1240 cm-1处谱带的相对峰强I1240/I1460显著升高.结果表明, FTIR能够检测出甲状腺癌的微转移淋巴结, 可能应用于甲状腺癌病人的精准手术治疗.  相似文献

用SiCl4(气)高温处理HY制得一系列USY(T),以USY(T)的晶胞常数α0对其单位晶胞中铝原子的数目作图,发现c0在24.45~24.55有一断落区间。由实验结果推导出两个以晶胞常数计算USY骨架硅铝比的公式。用400~1500cm-1范围的红外光谱研究了USY的骨架变化。一些骨架振动特征频率与晶胞常数,单位晶胞中铝原子分数的相关图,也都出现断落区间。当晶胞常数小于24.41时,460cm-1及1145cm-1的两个峰发生劈裂。随晶胞常数的减少光谱峰变窄。  相似文献

采用便携式拉曼光谱仪对正常、良性和恶性的乳腺癌组织进行检测,通过对其拉曼光谱的指认,归纳了其主要区别和特征. 在3类乳腺组织中有明显的脂类的特征峰(1230,1268,1301,1440和1743 cm-1),而在良性和恶性的组织中,则出现了较为明显的蛋白(1246,1271,1315和1364 cm-1)和核酸(1340 cm-1)的特征峰. 良性和恶性组织的区别在于恶性组织特有的特征峰(1340 cm-1),而良性组织所特有的特征峰则应归属为蛋白. 在数据分析过程中,选择能够反映样本化学本质的特征峰,利用高斯过程的机器学习对特征峰值建立模型. 特异性(0.94)、灵敏度(0.95)和Matthews相关系数(0.86)表明在模型中3种组织有比较良好的辨别度,对于应用拉曼光谱方法辨别正常和患病乳腺组织具有参考价值.  相似文献

若干含氧酸盐熔盐Raman光谱表明:含氧酸根离子的v1峰(对称伸缩振动散射)位置随阳离子不同而异,James在解释NO3-在熔盐中的Raman光谱时,认为正电场较强的阳离子可能使NO3-中N-O键电子云密度增加,从而使力常数增大,v1峰频率上升。为了探讨这一观点是否正确以及它对其它含氧酸根离子是否适用,我们用EHMO方法计算了若干由碱金属离子Me+和含氧酸根离子XOmm-(包括NO3-、NO2-、IO3-等)组成的原子簇(Me+)x(XOnm-)中的X-O键的重叠集居数和原子净电荷,并考察其与相应的熔盐的Raman光谱v1峰位置的关系。以探讨v1峰位移的物理实质。  相似文献

采用强流脉冲离子束(High-intensitypulsedionbeam,HIPIB)烧蚀技术在Si(100)基体上沉积类金刚石(Diamond-likecarbon,DLC)薄膜,衬底温度的变化范围为298~673K.利用Raman光谱和X射线光电子谱(XPS)对DLC薄膜的化学结合状态与衬底温度之间关系进行研究.薄膜XPS的C1s谱的解谱分析得出薄膜中含有sp3C(结合能为285.5eV)和sp2C(结合能为284.7eV)成分,根据解谱结果评价薄膜中sp3C含量.根据XPS分析可知,衬底温度低于473K时,sp3C的含量大约为40%左右;随着沉积薄膜时衬底温度的提高,sp3C的含量降低,由298K时的42.5%降到673K时的8.1%,从573K开始发生sp3C向sp2C转变.Raman光谱表明,随着衬底温度的提高,Raman谱中G峰的峰位靠近石墨峰位,G峰的半峰宽降低,D峰与G峰的强度比ID/IG增大,说明薄膜中的sp3C的含量随衬底温度增加而减少.  相似文献

The vibrational properties of mesoporous silica (SBA-15) were investigated by deep ultraviolet (UV) Raman and infrared spectroscopies with and without the presence of platinum nanoparticles in the mesopores that were incorporated by sonication. Raman and IR spectral line assignments were made by comparison to amorphous silicas. This procedure permitted identification of vibrations of longitudinal (LO) and transverse (TO) optical lattice modes, the presence of Si-OH, and vibrational modes associated with the presence of three-, four-, and six-membered siloxane rings. Hydraulic pressing of the mesoporous silica with pressure in the range 3-7 tons cm(-2) destroys the X-ray diffraction pattern and strongly decreases the Raman peak (D2) associated with three-membered rings at the surface. In the presence of platinum nanoparticles in the silica mesopores, a peak attributed to a Pt-O stretching vibration appears at between 530 and 580 cm(-1) in the UV-Raman spectrum, which can be used to monitor the presence of the platinum particles and their interaction with the support. The D2 feature in the UV-Raman spectra also decreases with increasing Pt loading, which is attributed to interactions of the Pt nanoparticles with the silica surface.  相似文献

以甲醇有机溶液作碳源,应用直流脉冲电化学沉积方法,在不锈钢表面制备了类金刚石碳薄膜.用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜、拉曼光谱仪和傅立叶红外吸收光谱表征该薄膜的表面形貌和结构.结果表明:经电化学沉积的含氢类金刚石碳薄膜均匀、致密,表面粗糙度小;Raman光谱在1 332.51cm-1处有一强的谱峰,与金刚石的特征谱峰相重合.加入活性添加剂,增加了电流密度,使沉积速率提高到0.5μm/h.  相似文献

Nanoscale Sb doped titanium dioxide thin films photocatalyst (Ti1-xSbO2) were obtained from dip-coating sol-gel method. The influence of dopant Sb density on the crystal structure and the phase transformation of the thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra. The results of XRD showed that as-prepared films were not only in anatase state but also in brookite. The crystalline size was estimated to be around 13.3-20 nm. Raman spectra indicated there coexisted other phases and a transformation from brookite to anatase in the samples doped with 0.2% Sb. After doping a proper amount of Sb, the crystallization rate and the content of the anatase Ti1?xSbO2 in the thin films was clearly enhanced because Sb replaced part of the Ti of TiO2 in the thin films. The anode current density (photocurrent density) and the first order reaction speed constant (k) of thin films doped with 0.2% Sb reached 42.49 1A/cm2 and 0.171 h/cm2 under 254 nm UV illumination, respectively, which is about 11 times and 2 times that of the non-doped TiO2 anode prepared by the same method respectively.  相似文献

Lithium nickel vanadate thin films were prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering at various substrate temperatures (Ts). These thin films have been investigated as anode electrode material in the use of microbatteries. Films were characterized by Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy, nuclear reaction analysis, Auger electron spectroscopy, glancing-incidence X-ray diffraction analysis, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy techniques. The anodic electrochemical performances of the films have been evaluated by cyclic voltammetry at a scan rate of 1 mV/s and by galvanostatic cycling, with lithium metal as the counter and the reference electrode, and cycled in the range of 0.02-3.0 V at a current density of 75 microA/cm2. Thin films prepared at a Ts of 650 degrees C show a discharge capacity at the 20th cycle of 1100 (+/-10) mAh/g, which exhibited excellent capacity retention with a small capacity fade.  相似文献

beta-carotene was first identified from the vitreous asteroid bodies (ABs) excised from one patient with asteroid hyalosis (AH) by confocal Raman microspectroscopy and was also verified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Two patients had been diagnosed with AH and intervened by surgical vitrectomy due to blurred vision. The morphology and components of both AB specimens were observed by optical microscopy and determined by using confocal Raman microspectroscopy and HPLC analysis, respectively. Surprisingly, two unique peaks at 1528 and 1157 cm(-1) were found in the Raman spectrum for the AB specimen of patient 1 alone, which were in close agreement with that of the Raman peaks at 1525 and 1158 cm(-1) for beta-carotene and/or lutein. However, HPLC analytical data clearly indicated that the retention time for the extracted sample from the AB specimen of patient 1 was observed at 13.685 min and just identical to that of beta-carotene (13.759 min) rather than lutein (2.978 min). In addition, the lack of any peak in the HPLC profile for the AB specimen of patient 2 also confirmed the absence of Raman peaks at 1525 and 1158 cm(-1). Thus this preliminary study strongly suggests that beta-carotene as a unique component of ABs was specifically detected from the AB specimen of one AH patient by using confocal Raman microspectroscopy and HPLC analysis.  相似文献

The vibrational spectroscopy of low and high defect kaolinites fully and partially intercalated with formamide have been determined using a combination of X-ray diffraction, DRIFT and Raman spectroscopy. Expansion of the high defect kaolinite to 10.09 A resulted in a decrease in the peak width of the d(001) peak attributed to a decrease in defect structures upon intercalation. Changes in the defect structures of the low defect kaolinite were observed. Additional infrared bands were observed for the formamide intercalated kaolinites at 3629 and 3606 cm(-1). The 3629 cm(-1) band is attributed to the hydroxyl stretching frequency of the inner surface hydroxyl group hydrogen bonded to the carboxyl group of the formamide. The 3606 cm(-1) band is ascribed to water in the interlayer. Concomitant changes are observed in both the hydroxyl deformation modes and in the carboxyl bands.  相似文献

Piezoelectric ZnO layers with high resistivity for surface acoustic wave applications were prepared on polycrystalline diamond/Si substrates with(Ill) orientation via metal-organic chemical vapour deposition.The characteristics of the films were optimized through different growth methods. The comparative study of the X-ray diffraction spectra and scanning electron microscopic images showed that the final-prepared ZnO films were dominantly c-axis oriented. Zn and O elements in the final prepared ZnO films were investigated through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. According to the statistical results, the n(Zn)/n(O) ratio is near 1. The Raman scattering was also performed in back scattering configuration. E2 mode was observed for the final films, which indicated that the better quality ZnO films had been obtained. The resistivity of the films was also enhanced via the modification of the growth methods.  相似文献

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have been deposited by anodic oxidation of 4 M solution of lithium acetylide in dimethylsulfoxide on the surface of stainless steel or nickel electrode at room temperature and moderate anodic current densities (0.2–2.0 mA/cm2) in the range of electrode potentials 0.3–2.5 V (vs. sat. Ag|AgCl reference electrode). Electrodeposited DLC coatings represented complete and optically transparent films of a thickness 50–100 nm having dark island inclusions with a diameter 0.8–5.0 μm. The concentration and average size of these particles increased with the prolongation of deposition time. Micro-Raman spectra obtained by the focusing of laser beam onto these dark inclusions are characterized by a broad peak centered at 1500 cm−1 and weak peak at 1200 cm−1. With a defocused laser beam, there appear two well-distinguished peaks on the integrated Raman spectra – at 1530 and 1130 cm−1. Analysis of Raman spectra with the use of a Breit–Wigner–Fano lineshape and spectrum deconvolution indicates that the electrodeposited films consist of diamond-like nanostructured carbon with a high content (70–80%) of sp3 phase.  相似文献
