Summary A TLC method has been developed for the separation of Zn(II) from Cd(II) and Cu(II) on silica gel alyers with mixed organic solvents containing s-butylamine. The separation of Zn(II) from Cd(II) in the presence of certain anions and at various pH values of sample solution was examined. A mixture containign s-butylamine, acetone and formic acid in 262 was found to be the best solvent.  相似文献

Separation of amino acids using Cu(II) by RP-HPLC and impregnated TLC is reported. For HPLC the sample mixture of amino acids containing copper (II) was injected into the column while for TLC the silica gel plates were impregnated with Cu(II). The mobile phase used in HPLC was acetate buffer (0.3 M , pH 6.0)-acetonitrile (9:1, v/v), and that in TLC was acetate buffer (0.3 M , pH 6.0):acetonitrile-n-butanol (12:5:10, by vol.). Summary Synthesis of MBAMT (3-methyl-4-benzylideneamino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole) and its IR and NMR spectral data are reported. The high stability of the characteristically coloured chelates with Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Pd(II), Pt(IV) and Rh(III) has been made the basis for their efficient ascending TLC separations on silica gel G layers, when present together. Results of four different solvent systems are included to assess efficient resolution of the chelates along with their limits of identification and separation. In this work we evaluated the use of different variable selection techniques combined with partial least‐squares regression (PLS) – genetic algorithm PLS (GA‐PLS), interval PLS (iPLS), and synergy interval PLS (siPLS) – in the simultaneous determination of Cd(II), Cu(II), Pb(II) and Zn(II) by anodic stripping voltammetry at a bismuth film. Generally, variable selection provided an improvement in prediction results when compared to full‐voltammogram PLS. The use of interval selection based algorithms have shown to be most adequate than the selection of discrete variables by GA. Excellent analytical performances were obtained despite the inherent complexity of the simultaneous determination.  相似文献
