The reaction of a water solution of K4Re6Te8(CN)6 with a solution of Mn(NO3)2 in 0.02M hydrochloric acid in the presence of DMF gave crystals of a cluster rhenium complex [{ Mn(H2O)2(DMF)}2Re6Te8(CN)6]·2H2O. The structure of the compound was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (a = 12.6679(9) Å, b = 17.4524(12) Å, c = 9.7882(6) Å, β = 105.570(6)°, V = 2084.6(3) Å3, Z = 2, space group P21/n, R = 0. 0389). In the complex, the [Re6Te8(CN)6]4− cluster anions are linked to Mn2+ cations by the cyanide bridges, the manganese cations being additionally coordinated by the DMF molecule and two water molecules. The neighboring clusters are joined by Re-C-N-Mn bridges into a three-dimensional framework possessing cavities filled with doubly disordered water molecules.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by Yu. The synthesis and X-ray structure of a new cluster compound (Pr4N)2Co[Re6S8(CN)6] · 6H2O is reported. It crystallizes in orthorhombic symmetry, P212121 space group with four formula units per unit cell. The following parameters were found: a = 17.942(9) Å, b = 17.979(4) Å, c = 16.344(8) Å, V=5272 0rA3, ρcalc=2.607 g cm−1; final R=0.0331. The compound was prepared by interaction of layered Cs2Co[Re6S8(CN)6] · 2H2O with aqueous solution of Pr4NBr. This interaction results in cleavage of covalently linked {Co(H2O)2Re6S8(CN)6}2− sheets and in formation of isolated fragments {Co(H2O)5Re6S8(CN)6}u2−. Heating of (Pr4N)2Co[Re6S8(CN)6] · 6H2O results in elimination of two water molecules and in formation of (Pr4N)2Co[Re6S8(CN)6] · 4H2O containing infinite -Co(H2O)4-NC-Re6S8(CN) 4-CN-Co(H2O)4-chains.  相似文献

Single crystals of diammonium tetranitratouranylate (NH4)2[UO2(NO3)4] (I) and a new diammonium tetranitratouranylate complex with 18-crown-6 [(NH4)(18C6)]2[UO2(NO3)4] (II) have been synthesized by the reaction of diaquadinitratouranyl tetrahydrate with ammonium nitrate in a nitric acid solution and the reaction of the same reagents with 18C6 in an ethanol solution, respectively. The X-ray diffraction analysis of compounds I and II has been performed. Crystals of compounds I and II are monoclinic, Z = 2, space group P21/n, a = 6.4075(5) ?, b = 7.7851(7) ?, c = 12.4461(12) ?, β = 101.239(1)°, V = 608. 94(9) ?3 for compound I and a = 10.542(9) ?, b = 8.590(8) ?, c = 22.5019(19) ?, β = 101.632(1)°, V = 2058.3(3) ?3 for compound II. The [UO2(NO3)4]2− complex anion in compounds I and II contains two monodentate and two bidentate cyclic nitrato groups, and the coordination number of uranyl is 6. The 18C6 molecule in the structure of compound II has the classic crown conformation and combined with the ammonium ion by three hydrogen bonds. Compounds I and II formed by electrostatic attraction forces between counterions are stabilized by (NH4+)NH...O(NO3) interionic hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Double complex salts (DCSs) [Co(NH3)6][Fe(CN)6] (I) and [Co(NH3)6]2[Cu(C2O4)2]3 (II) and complex [Co(NH3)6]2(C2O4)3·4H2O (III) are synthesized and investigated by single crystal XRD, crystal optics, and elemental analysis. The crystalline phases of I, II, and III (R-3, P21/c, and Pnnm space groups respectively) have the following crystallographic characteristics: a = 10.9804(2) ?, b = 10.9804(2) ?, c = 10.8224(3) ?, V = 1130.03(4) ?3, Z = 3, d x = 1.65 g/cm3 (I); a = 9.6370(2) ?, b = 10.2452(2) ?, c = 13.2108(3) ?, V = 1932.90(9) ?3, Z = 2, d x= 1.97 g/cm3 (II), and a = 11.7658(3) ?, b = 11.7254(3) ?, c = 14.1913(4) ?, V = 1304.34(5) ?3, Z = 2, d x = 1.68 g/cm3 (III). This paper investigates the products of DCS thermolysis in a hydrogen atmosphere: the intermetallic compound CoFe with the bcc parameter a = 2.852 ? for I and a heterogeneous mixture of Co and Cu in the decomposition of II. The coordinated CN and C2O42− groups then turn into NH3, hydrocarbons, and CO2. The dominant hydrocarbon is methane.  相似文献

The compound [Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2] reacts with diazoindene (C9H6N2) while refluxing in THF to afford three dirhenium products in which C9H6N2 is cleaved with loss of N2 and with incorporation of the residual indenylidene group into the products. Two indenylidene groups are coupled in two diastereomers of [Re2(CO)6(μ,η55-1,1′-C18H12)] where C18H12=bis(indenylidene). X-ray structures show that these isomers are related as RR/SS and RS isomers. These have the two Re(CO)3 groups coordinated transoid and cisoid, respectively to a trans bis(indenylidene) bridge. The third product is the μ-indenylidene complex [Re2(CO)8(μ,η15-C9H6)], which was also structurally characterised by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The interaction of optically pure 1R,2R-diammoniumyclohexane mono-(+)-tartrate and 1S,2S-diammoniumcyclohexane mono-(−)-tartrate with 2 equiv. of o-(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde in the presence of 2 equiv. of potassium carbonate in a refluxing ethanol/water mixture gave the optically pure condensation products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diiminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (R,R)-I] and N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diiminocyclohexane [1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (S,S)-I], respectively, in good yield. Reduction of optically pure (R,R)-I and (S,S)-I with NaBH4 in ethanol gave the optically pure reduced products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (R,R)-II] and N,N′-bis[o-diphenylphosphine)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diaminocyclohexane[1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (S,S)-II], respectively, in good yield. The coordination behaviour of I and II toward salts of CuI and AgI have been examined. The interaction of [Cu(C)3CN)4][X] (X = ClO4, PF6) with 1 equiv. of optically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II] gave the corresponding optically pure [CuL4][X] complexes, III–VI IIIa, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = PF6 IIIb, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = ClO4 IV, X = PF6; Va, L4 = (R,R)-II, X = PF6, Vb L4 = (R,R)-II, X= ClO4, VI L4 = (S,S)-II, X = PF6, in good yield. For the CuI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand. However, a variable-temperature 31P[1H] NMR study of IIIb shows that at ambient temperature one of the imino groups of the tetradentate ligand undergoes rapid dissociation to form a tridentate ligand. The interaction of AgBF4 with 1 equiv. of otpically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II gave the corresponding optically pure [AgL4][BF4] complexes, VII–X VII L4 = (R,R)-I; VIII, L4 = (S,S)-I; IX,L4 = (R,R)-II; X, L4 = (S,S)-II], in good yield. For the AgI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand with the two amino groups coordinated unsymmetrically to the silver. A variable temperature 31P [1H] NMR study of VII suggests that at high temperature the complex exists as a tri-coordinated complex. The structurers of IV and IX were established by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Uranyl complexes with acetylenedicarboxylic acid, K(H5O2)[UO2L2H2O] · 2H2O (I) and Cs2[UO2L2H2O] · 2H2O (II), L2− = C4O 4 2− were prepared for the first time. The composition and structure of the complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal data are as follows: a = 16.254(12) ?, b = 13.508(8) ?, c = 7.683(6) ?, β = 90.91(7)°, space group C2/c, V = 1687(2) ?3 (I); a = 7.0745(10), b = 18.4246(10), c = 13.1383(10) ?, space group Abm2, V = 1712.5(3) ?3 (II). The structures of I and II are based on [UO2L2H2O] n 2− anionic chains stretched along the [101] direction (I) or [010] direction (II). In I and II, the uranium coordination polyhedron is a pentagonal bipyramid in which the equatorial environment of the uranyl ions is formed by the oxygen atoms of the four L2− anions and the water molecule. The L2− anions in I and II are bidentate bridging ligands connecting two uranium atoms that are next to each other in the anionic chain; their coordination capacity is equal to 2. In I, the K+ and H5O 2 + cations are outer-sphere species. The latter form hydrogen bonds combining the anionic chains shifted by translation b with respect to each other. The [UO2L2H2O] n 2− chains in I are surrounded by the potassium and oxonium cations; in II, these are combined by hydrogen bonds into anionic layers between which Cs+ cations are arranged. The IR spectrum of compound II was measured and interpreted. Original Russian Text ? I.A. Charushnikova, A.M. Fedoseev, N.A. Budantseva, I.N. Polyakova, Ph. Phase equilibria in the subsolidus region of the Na2MoO4-Hf(MoO4)2 system have been investigated. The existence of Na2Hf(MoO4)3 was confirmed, and a new binary molybdate, Na8Hf(MoO4)6, has been found, whose crystal structure with dimensions a = 20.661(3) Å, b = 9.816(1) Å, c = 13.796(3) Å, β = 113.47(1)°, Z = 4, space group C2/c, R = 0.023 is similar to that of K8Hf(MoO4)6. In the structure, each HfO6 octahedron is linked (through common vertices) to six MoO4 tetrahedra, forming [Hf(MoO4)6]8− cluster groups. Between the groups are Na+ ions having considerably distorted tetragonal pyramidal or octahedral oxygen surroundings; c.n. of sodium here is 5 or 6 versus c.n. = 7–9 of potassium in K8Hf(MoO4)6. The open irregular environment of sodium and the continuous three-dimensional openwork of oxygen polyhedra around sodium suggest that Na8Hf(MoO4)6 or its analogs may be good ion conductors.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by S. The interaction of the Co(iso-Bu2PS2)2 chelate with 4-NH2Py afforded a paramagnetic complex [Co(4-NH2Py)(iso-Bu2PS2)2] (μeff = 4.53 BM). Single crystals of [Ni(4-NH2Py)2(iso-Bu2PS2)2] (I) and [Co(4-NH2Py)(iso-Bu2PS2)2] (II) were grown and used for X-ray diffraction investigation (X8 APEX diffractometer, MoK α radiation). Crystals I are monoclinic with unit cell parameters a = 12.5336(5) Å, b = 9.4356(4) Å, c = 16.4095(6) Å; β = 111.351(1)°; V = 1807.4(1) Å3; Z = 2, ρ = 1.223 g/cm3, space group P21/n. Crystals II are triclinic with unit cell parameters a = 8.7572(4) Å, b = 9.6934(6) Å, c = 18.665(1) Å; α = 79.374(2)°, β = 87.049(2)°, γ = 75.640(2)°; V = 1508.6(1) Å3; Z = 2, ρ = 1.259 g/cm3; space group . The structures of I and II are formed by isolated mononuclear molecules. The coordination unit is NiN2S4 (octahedron) in I and CoNS4 (tetragonal pyramid) in II. The 4-NH2Py molecule is coordinated through the N atom of the heterocycle. Electronic spectroscopy data for II agree with the symmetry of the NS4 polyhedron found by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The noncoordinated amine groups link the complex molecules via N-H...S hydrogen bonds. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Strukturnoi Khimii, Vol. 46, No. 6, pp.1072–1080, November–December, 2005. Two copper(I) complexes [Cu(Cin2bda)2]ClO4 (I) and [Cu(Ncin2bda)2]ClO4 (II) have been prepared by the reaction of the ligands N2,N2′-bis(3-phenylallylidene)biphenyl-2,2′-diamine (L1) and N2,N2′-bis[3-(2-nitrophenyl)allylidene]biphenyl-2,2′-diamine (L2) and copper(I) salt. These compounds were characterized by CHN analyses, 1H NMR, IR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The C=N stretching frequency in the copper(I) complexes shows a shift to a lower frequency relative to the free ligand due to the coordination of the nitrogen atoms. The crystal and molecular structure of II was determined by X-ray single-crystal crystallography. The coordination polyhedron about the copper(I) center in the complex is best described as a distorted tetrahedron. A quasireversible redox behavior was observed for complexes I and II. Crystals with uncommon composition NaBa6[Co(Edta)]4(ClO4)9 · 30H2O (Edta4− is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid anion) were obtained with the following unit cell parameters: a = 14.8513(9) Å, b = 26.2361(15) Å, c = 15.1789(9) Å, α = 91.661(7)°, β = 113.035(7)°, γ = 89.897(7)°, space group P1¯. Each complex anion [Co(Edta)] is bonded through the carboxyl O atoms to five Ba atoms to give three-dimensional framework in a crystal. One perchlorate ion forms Ba-O-Cl-O-Ba bridge between the Ba atoms; four ClO 4 ions are isolated, while the remaining four ions act as monodentate ligands at the Ba atoms. The water molecules (25 in sum) complete the coordination sphere of the Ba atoms to eight-, nine-, or ten-vertex polyhedron. Four water molecules are in the closest surrounding of the Na atom, one H2O molecule is isolated.__________Translated from Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 8, 2005, pp. 590–595.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 by Zabel, Poznyak, Pawlowski.  相似文献

Alcoholysis of W2(NMe2)6 with excess n-propanol in hexane yields the tetranuclear cluster, W4(OPrn, I. Reduction of I with two equivalents of Li2COT in THF gives a small yield of Li2W2(OPrn)8. Single crystals were isolated by cooling the product mixture in DME and were shown to be [Li2W2(OPrn)8(DME)]2, II, which consists of a unique “dimer of dimers” structure. In this reaction sequence, W416+ cluster formation is followed by four electron reduction to reform the (W≡W)6+ unit. Better yields of the lithium salt can be obtained by the addition of LiOPrn/HOPrn solutions to W2(OBut)6 in which case Li2W2(OPrn)8 has been obtained as a 1:1 adduct with LiOPr. This identity of this salt was confirmed by solution NMR spectroscopy. In the alternative reaction, the (W≡W)6+ center remains intact from reactant to product. No attempt has been made to separate the product from excess LiOPr. DFT (ADF 2004.01) molecular orbital calculations on the model cluster W4(OH)16 are used to help elucidate the disruption of the W4 cluster upon four electron reduction. The molecular structures of compounds I and II are reported.*Dedicated to Professor F. A Cotton on the occasion of his 75th birthday.  相似文献

The crystals of I are triclinic: space group P , Z = 2, a = 8.619(2), b = 8.755(2), c = 10.463(3) ?, α = 77.18(3), β = 69.95(3), γ = 79.38(3)°, V = 718.1(3) ?3. The structure of compound I is built of infinite linear {Cu(SCN)2} anions and the N-allylquinolinium cations bonded additionally by relatively weak hydrogen contacts C-H...S. Mixed-ligand complexes [Ni(4-NH2Py) (i-Bu2PS2)2] (I) and Ni(4-NH2Py)2(i-Bu2PS2)2 (II) have been synthesized. Single crystals were grown and X-ray diffraction data (CAD-4 diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 1477 F hkl , R = 0.0320) were used to determine the structure of I. The crystals are orthorhombic: a = 10.675(1) Å; b = 21.681(2) Å; c = 26.302(4) Å, V = 6087.5(12) Å3, Z = 8, ρ(calc) = 1.247 g/cm3, space group Pbca. Complex I possesses a mononuclear molecular structure. The coordination polyhedron of the Ni atom is a tetragonal pyramid NS4 whose base is formed by four S atoms of two cyclic bidentate ligands i-Bu2PS 2 and the axial position is occupied by the N atom of the 4-NH2Py cycle. According to electron spectroscopy data, complex II has an octahedral N2S4 environment of the Ni atom.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by T. E. Kokina, L. A. Glinskaya, E. A. Novoselova, R. F.
