针对光电子器件端面抗反镀膜的要求,研究了基于等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)技术的多层抗反膜的设计和制作.首先,对影响SiNx折射率的因素进行了实验研究,确定了具有大折射率差的SiO2/SiNx材料的PECVD沉积条件.根据理论计算分析,设计了四层SiO2/SiNx抗反膜结构,能够在70 nm的波长范围内实现低于10-4的反射率  相似文献

格兰泰勒棱镜在光学领域有着重要的应用,透过比的高低和有效带宽的大小,直接影响着棱镜的品质.为了提高棱镜的透射率,拓宽有效使用带宽,借助于计算机辅助设计方法,设计了高性能多层减反射膜系:选用合适的光学薄膜材料,利用电子束蒸镀,借助于离子源辅助蒸镀,制作了高性能的宽带减反射膜.测试结果表明:平均剩余反射率小于0.5%,有效使用带宽在可见光区大于100 nm,达到了设计要求,提升了棱镜的品质.  相似文献

We have designed, fabricated and characterized a multi-layers antireflection coating on multispectral ZnS substrate, suitable for the infrared range of 8–12 μm. The 4-layers coating (Ge/ZnS/Ge/ZnS) with optimized thicknesses was fabricated by PVD technique and studied by FTIR, nanoindentation and AFM. From FTIR spectroscopy it was found that, in the wavelength range of 8–12 μm, the average transmittance of the double-side coated sample increases by about 26% and its maximum reaches about 98%. To improve the mechanical hardness, a bilayer of Y2O3/carbon was deposited on the coating. Nanoindentation test shows that the coating enhances the mechanical properties. The final coating have successfully passed durability and environmental tests.  相似文献

用电子束蒸发沉积方法在X切LBO(X-LBO)晶体上镀制了两种不同膜系结构的1 064和532 nm倍频增透膜,其中一种膜系结构为基底/ZrO2/Y2O3/Al2O3/SiO2/空气,另一种为基底/0.5Al2O3/ZrO2/Y2O3/Al2O3/SiO2/空气,两种膜系结构的主要差别在于有无氧化铝过渡层。测量了薄膜的反射率光谱曲线,发现两种增透膜在1 064和532 nm处的反射率均小于0.5%,实际镀制结果与理论设计曲线的差异主要是由材料折射率的变化引起的。且对样品在空气环境中进行了温度为473 K的退火处理,结果发现两种膜系结构均表现了较优异的光学性能,氧化铝过渡层的加入使薄膜具有强的热应力性能。  相似文献

简要叙述了锗基片微光学元件红外宽带减反膜的设计与制作。着重介绍了离子束辅助淀积制备该膜系的过程,给出了用该方法制作8~12μm波段的减反膜的测试曲线,它具有峰值透过率高,在设计波长范围内的平均透过率大于97%以上,膜层附着好,可以切割和擦洗,可以在室温和100K低温下反复循环使用。  相似文献

光学减反膜是激光系统的重要组成部分,也是在激光照射下最容易发生损伤的部分,如何提高减反膜的激光损伤阈值是研究的热点之一。在保持目标透射光谱要求和膜系总光学厚度不变的前提下,研究了不同梯度化减反膜与激光损伤阈值之间的关系。首先采用混合渐变膜系设计方法设计了一种渐变减反膜系,G/H1→H/L/A;其次通过渐变折射率分层等效方法将渐变减反膜系进行不同的梯度化,并利用PECVD技术,在K9玻璃上沉积了满足光学性能指标要求的不同渐变减反膜系(多层梯度渐变膜系和相应的坡度渐变膜系);最后进行了激光损伤阈值(LIDT)测量。研究结果表明:在保持目标透射光谱要求和膜系总光学厚度不变的前提下,渐变减反膜系相比于传统减反膜系,抗激光损伤阈值有明显的提高;随着梯度化层数的增加,渐变减反膜系的激光损伤阈值呈减小的趋势;对于相同膜层的渐变折射率薄膜,采用坡度法制备的样片抗激光损伤阈值均优于采用梯度化制备的样片。  相似文献

 为了提高砷化镓(GaAs)多结太阳电池的光电转换效率,设计了宽光谱(300 nm~1 800 nm)ZnS/Al2O3/MgF2三层减反射膜,分析了各层的厚度及折射率对三层膜系有效反射率的影响。结果表明: 对于整个波长,ZnS厚度对有效反射率的影响要大于Al2O3和MgF2,MgF2厚度对有效反射率的影响最小;适当减小MgF2的折射率或增加ZnS的折射率可得到更低的有效反射率。同时,当 ZnS,Al2O3和MgF2的最优物理厚度分别为52.77 nm,82.61 nm,125.17 nm时,此时最小有效反射率为2.31%。  相似文献

This paper reports that stoichiometric, amorphous, and uniform Er2O3 films are deposited on Si(001) substrates by a radio frequency magnetron sputtering technique. Ellipsometry measurements show that the refractive index of the Er2O3 films is very close to that of a single layer antireflection coating for a solar cell with an air surrounding medium during its working wavelength. For the 90-nm-thick film, the reflectance has a minimum lower than 3% at the wavelength of 600 nm and the weighted average reflectances (400-1000 nm) is 11.6%. The obtained characteristics indicate that Er2O3 films could be a promising candidate for antireflection coatings in solar cells.  相似文献

High quality thin films of La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) of different thickness were grown on LAO substrates by pulsed laser deposition (KrF, λ = 278 nm). The AFM images suggest a twodimensional step-growth. DC magnetization measurements of the films in a field of 500 Oe show that the magnetic ordering temperature is the same for all the films in both FC and ZFC conditions and is the same as that for the bulk. However, a difference is seen between the FC and ZFC magnetization of the films. There seems to be a systematic in this difference with respect to the thickness of the film, with the difference decreasing with thickness. We suggest that the difference in the magnetization under FC and ZFC conditions may be due to strain-induced anisotropy arising from the lattice mismatch between the substrate and the film or due to the shape anisotropy due to epitaxial growth Article presented at the International Symposium on Advances in Superconductivity and Magnetism: Materials, Mechanisms and Devices, ASMM2D-2001, 25–28 September 2001, Mangalore, India.  相似文献

用脉冲激光沉积法在(111)Si衬底上成功制备了高度择优取向的Fe3O4薄膜.电阻-温度关系表明Fe3O4薄膜的Verwey转变(TV)约在122 K,低温段(TV)输运特征满足Mott变程跳跃模型,高温段(T>TV)为小极化子输运.激光作用下的光电导实验发现,在整个温区表现为光致电阻率减小,而且低温段的电阻变化率比高温段要大很多.分析认为Fe3O4薄膜的光致电阻率变化主要与激光激发t2g电子的转移有关. 关键词: 3O4薄膜')" href="#">Fe3O4薄膜 小极化子 光诱导特性  相似文献

LaNiO3 thin film with perovskite structure was successfully prepared on Ag substrate via an amorphous heteronuclear complex LaNi(DTPA)·6H2O as a precursor. The influences of precursor concentration and PEG additive with different molecular weight on the texture of the film were carefully studied. The interface states of LaNiO3/Ag film were revealed by using AES analysis. The effect of annealing time on the interface diffusion of the LaNiO3/Ag film was shown by using AES depth profile spectrum. The relationship between the electric resistivity of the film and the environmental temperature was measured by using four-probe method. The results showed the film had good metallic conductivity from 300 down to 77 K.  相似文献

根据军用光学仪器的使用要求,在多光谱ZnS基底上镀制增透膜,要求薄膜在可见与近红外波段400~1000 nm及远红外波段7~11 μm的平均透射率均大于90%.采用电子束真空镀膜的方法并加以离子辅助沉积系统,通过选择ZnS和YbF3作为高低折射率材料,利用最新OptilLayer软件三大模块的功能辅助,调整镀膜工艺参数,改进监控方法,减少膜厚控制误差,在多光谱ZnS基底上成功镀制符合使用要求的增透膜.所镀膜层在可见与近红外波段400~1000 nm的平均透射率大于91%,远红外波段7~11μm的平均透射率大于90%,能够承受恶劣的环境测试,完全满足军用光学仪器的使用要求.  相似文献

We propose a system for depositing thin films on waveguides which enables low-temperature deposition and precise control of the refractive index and film thickness. It is composed of a conventional ion-beam sputtering (IBS) system and a new system for directly monitoring film characteristics during deposition. We controlled refractive indices over a wide range from 1.52 to 1.97 by moving the sputtering targets (SiO2 and Si3N4) in the IBS system. The refractive index or film thickness was in-situ monitored by observing the optical power reflected from the end-face of a monitoring fiber set in the deposition chamber. Antireflection coating films were successfully deposited on a fiber end-face and a laser diode chip facet with low reflectivity from 0.05 to 0.07%. This deposition system is attractive for constructing highly functional optical devices for future photonic networks.  相似文献

Cerium dioxide thin film optical waveguides were fabricated by an RF magnetron sputtering process. The films were deposited on glass substrates and on silicon dioxide layers grown on silicon substrates. Optical loss measurements for the fabricated waveguides are reported. It is seen that the volume losses in the films were fairly high compared with the surface losses.  相似文献
