The title compound anilinium chloride–4‐bromo‐N‐phenylbenzenesulfonamide (1/1), C6H8N+·Cl·C12H10BrNO2S, displays a hydrogen‐bonded ladder motif with four independent N—H⋯Cl bonds in which both the NH group of the sulfonamide molecule and the NH3 group of the anilinium ion [N⋯Cl = 3.135 (3)–3.196 (2) Å and N—H⋯Cl = 151–167°] are involved. This hydrogen‐bonded chain contains two independent R42(8) rings and each chloride ion acts as an acceptor of four hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(OH)2(C14H17N3)2]Cl2·6H2O, is a crystallographically centrosymmetric dimer of square‐pyramidal CuII centres, with a basal–basal [Cu2(μ‐OH)2]2+ bridging motif and apical pyridyl donors. The Cl anion is hydrogen bonded to one O—H and one N—H group, and to three different water molecules. Because of disorder, the network of intramolecular hydrogen bonding in the hydrated lattice is only partly resolved.  相似文献

Reactions of bis(acetylacetonato)aluminum(III)‐di‐μ‐isopropoxo‐di‐isopropoxo aluminum(III), [(CH3COCHCOCH3)2Al(μ‐OPri)2Al(OPri)2] with aminoalcohols, (HO R NR1R2) in 1:1 and 1:2 molar ratios in refluxing anhydrous benzene yielded binuclear complexes of the types [(CH3COCHCOCH3)2Al(μ‐OPri)2Al(O R NR1R2)(OPri)] and [(CH3COCHCOCH3)2Al(μ‐OPri)2Al(O R NR1R2)2] (R   (CH2)3 , R1 = R2 = H; R =  CH2C(CH3)2 , R1 = R2 = H; R =  (CH2)2 , R1 = H, R2 =  CH3; and R   (CH2)2 , R1 = R2 = CH3), respectively. All these compounds are soluble in common organic solvents and exhibit sharp melting points. Molecular weight determinations reveal their binuclear nature in refluxing benzene. Plausible structures have been proposed on the basis of elemental analysis, molecular weight measurements, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, and 27Al), and FAB mass spectral studies. 27Al NMR spectra show the presence of both five‐ and six‐coordinated aluminum sites. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The structures of the cocrystalline adducts of 3‐nitrophenol (3‐NP) with 1,3,5,7‐tetraazatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane [HMTA, ( 1 )] as the 2:1:1 hydrate, 2C6H5NO3·C6H12N4·H2O, ( 1a ), with 1,3,6,8‐tetraazatricyclo[4.3.1.13,8]undecane [TATU ( 2 )] as the 2:1 cocrystal, 2C6H5NO3·C7H14N4, ( 2a ), and with 1,3,6,8‐tetraazatricyclo[4.4.1.13,8]dodecane [TATD, ( 3 )] as the 2:1 cocrystal, 2C6H5NO3·C8H16N4, ( 3a ), are reported. In the binary crystals ( 2a ) and ( 3a ), the 3‐nitrophenol molecules are linked via O—H…N hydrogen bonds into aminal cage azaadamantanes. In ( 1a ), the structure is stabilized by O—H…N and O—H…O hydrogen bonds, and generates ternary cocrystals. There are C—H…O hydrogen bonds present in all three cocrystals, and in ( 1a ), there are also C—H…O and C—H…π interactions present. The presence of an ethylene bridge in the structures of ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) defines the formation of a hydrogen‐bonded motif in the supramolecular architectures of ( 2a ) and ( 3a ). The differences in the C—N bond lengths of the aminal cage structures, as a result of hyperconjugative interactions and electron delocalization, were analysed. These three cocrystals were obtained by the solvent‐free assisted grinding method. Crystals suitable for single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction were grown by slow evaporation from a mixture of hexanes.  相似文献

The structures of the 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid with 8‐hydroxyquinoline, 8‐aminoquinoline and quinoline‐2‐carboxylic acid (quinaldic acid), namely anhydrous 8‐hydroxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H8NO+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), 8‐aminoquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H9N2+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), and the adduct hydrate 2‐carboxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate quinolinium‐2‐carboxylate monohydrate, C10H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4·C10H7NO2·H2O, (III), have been determined at 130 K. Compounds (I) and (II) are isomorphous and all three compounds have one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chain structures, formed in (I) through O—H...Ocarboxyl extensions and in (II) through N+—H...Ocarboxyl extensions of cation–anion pairs. In (III), a hydrogen‐bonded cyclic R22(10) pseudo‐dimer unit comprising a protonated quinaldic acid cation and a zwitterionic quinaldic acid adduct molecule is found and is propagated through carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl and water O—H...Ocarboxyl interactions. In both (I) and (II), there are also cation–anion aromatic ring π–π associations. This work further illustrates the utility of both hydrogen phthalate anions and interactive‐group‐substituted quinoline cations in the formation of low‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structures.  相似文献

The structures of ammonium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, NH4+·C7H3N2O6, (I), ammonium 4‐nitrobenzoate dihydrate, NH4+·C7H4NO4·2H2O, (II), and ammonium 2,4‐dichlorobenzoate hemihydrate, NH4+·C7H3Cl2O2·0.5H2O, (III), have been determined and their hydrogen‐bonded structures are described. All three salts form hydrogen‐bonded polymeric structures, viz. three‐dimensional in (I) and two‐dimensional in (II) and (III). With (I), a primary cation–anion cyclic association is formed [graph set R43(10)] through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving a carboxylate group with both O atoms contributing to the hydrogen bonds (denoted O,O′‐carboxylate) on one side and a carboxylate group with one O atom involved in two hydrogen bonds (denoted O‐carboxylate) on the other. Structure extension involves N—H...O hydrogen bonds to both carboxylate and nitro O‐atom acceptors. With structure (II), the primary inter‐species interactions and structure extension into layers lying parallel to (001) are through conjoined cyclic hydrogen‐bonding motifs, viz.R43(10) (one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group and two water molecules) and centrosymmetric R42(8) (two cations and two water molecules). The structure of (III) also has conjoined R43(10) and centrosymmetric R42(8) motifs in the layered structure but these differ in that the first motif involves one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group, an O‐carboxylate group and one water molecule, and the second motif involves two cations and two O‐carboxylate groups. The layers lie parallel to (100). The structures of salt hydrates (II) and (III), displaying two‐dimensional layered arrays through conjoined hydrogen‐bonded nets, provide further illustration of a previously indicated trend among ammonium salts of carboxylic acids, but the anhydrous three‐dimensional structure of (I) is inconsistent with that trend.  相似文献

In the structure of 2‐(4‐chloroanilino)‐1,3,2λ4‐diazaphosphol‐2‐one, C12H11ClN3OP, each molecule is connected with four neighbouring molecules through (N—H)2…O hydrogen bonds. These hydrogen bonds form a tubular arrangement along the [001] direction built from R 33(12) and R 43(14) hydrogen‐bond ring motifs, combined with a C (4) chain motif. The hole constructed in the tubular architecture includes a 12‐atom arrangement (three P, three N, three O and three H atoms) belonging to three adjacent molecules hydrogen bonded to each other. One of the N—H groups of the diazaphosphole ring, not co‐operating in classical hydrogen bonding, takes part in an N—H…π interaction. This interaction occurs within the tubular array and does not change the dimension of the hydrogen‐bond pattern. The energies of the N—H…O and N—H…π hydrogen bonds were studied by NBO (natural bond orbital) analysis, using the experimental hydrogen‐bonded cluster of molecules as the input file for the chemical calculations. In the 1H NMR experiment, the nitrogen‐bound proton of the diazaphosphole ring has a high value of 17.2 Hz for the 2J H–P coupling constant.  相似文献

[Zn{SSi(OBut)3}2(NH3)]2 ( 1 ) reacts with 2‐picoline or 2,4‐lutidine (L) without elimination of ammonia giving stable monometallic complexes [Zn{SSi(OBut)3}2(NH3)L] ( 3 and 4 ), with two different nitrogen ligands bonded to the metal center. Reaction of (ButO)3SiSH with zinc di(acetylacetonate) in ammonia atmosphere leads to the complex with two ammine ligands [Zn{SSi(OBut)3}2(NH3)2] · MeCN ( 5 ). Molecular and crystal structures of 3 , 4 and 5 have been determined by the single crystal X‐ray structural analysis. All have distorted tetrahedral geometry. The presence of ammonia gives rise to hydrogen bonds, different in all three cases. 3 , 4 , and 5 are the first examples of structurally characterized ammine ligated zinc thiolates.  相似文献

Methoxydimethylsilane and chlorodimethylsilane‐terminated telechelic polyoctenomer oligomers (POCT) have been prepared by acyclic diene metathesis (ADMET) chemistry using Grubbs' ruthenium Ru(Cl2)(CHPh)(PCy3)2 [Ru] or Schrock's molybdenum Mo(CH CMe2Ph)(N 2,6 C6H3i Pr2)(OCMe(CF3)2)2 [Mo] catalysts. These macromolecules have been characterized by FTIR, 1H‐, 13C‐, and 29Si‐NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight distributions of these polymers have been determined by GPC and vapor pressure osmometry (VPO). The number‐average molecular weight (Mn) values of the telechelomers are dictated by the initial ratio of the monomer to the chain limiter. The termini of these oligomers (Mn = 2000) can undergo a condensation reaction with hydroxy‐terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) macromonomer (Mn = 3300) [HO Si(CH3)2 O { Si(CH3)2O }x  Si(CH3)3], producing an ABA‐type block copolymer, as follows: (CH3)3SiO [ Si(CH3)2O ]x [ CHCH (CH2)6 ]y [ OSi(CH3)2 ]x OSi(CH3)3. The block copolymers were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy, VPO, and GPC, as well as elemental analysis, and were determined by VPO to have a Mn of 8600. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The theoretical study of the dehydrogenation of 2,5‐dihydro‐[furan ( 1 ), thiophene ( 2 ), and selenophene ( 3 )] was carried out using ab initio molecular orbital (MO) and density functional theory (DFT) methods at the B3LYP/6‐311G**//B3LYP/6‐311G** and MP2/6‐311G**//B3LYP/6‐311G** levels of theory. Among the used methods in this study, the obtained results show that B3LYP/6‐311G** method is in good agreement with the available experimental values. Based on the optimized ground state geometries using B3LYP/6‐311G** method, the natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis of donor‐acceptor (bond‐antibond) interactions revealed that the stabilization energies associated with the electronic delocalization from non‐bonding lone‐pair orbitals [LP(e)X3] to δ*C(1)  H(2) antibonding orbital, decrease from compounds 1 to 3 . The LP(e)X3→δ*C(1)  H(2) resonance energies for compounds 1 – 3 are 23.37, 16.05 and 12.46 kJ/mol, respectively. Also, the LP(e)X3→δ*C(1)  H(2) delocalizations could fairly explain the decrease of occupancies of LP(e)X3 non‐bonding orbitals in ring of compounds 1 – 3 ( 3 > 2 > 1 ). The electronic delocalization from LP(e)X3 non‐bonding orbitals to δ*C(1)  H(2) antibonding orbital increases the ground state structure stability, Therefore, the decrease of LP(e)X3→δ*C(1)  H(2) delocalizations could fairly explain the kinetic of the dehydrogenation reactions of compounds 1 – 3 (k 1 >k 2 >k 3 ). Also, the donor‐acceptor interactions, as obtained from NBO analysis, revealed that the (C(4)C(7)→δ*C(1)  H(2) resonance energies decrease from compounds 1 to 3 . Further, the results showed that the energy gaps between (C(4)C(7) bonding and δ*C(1)  H(2) antibonding orbitals decrease from compounds 1 to 3 . The results suggest also that in compounds 1 – 3 , the hydrogen eliminations are controlled by LP(e)→δ* resonance energies. Analysis of bond order, natural bond orbital charges, bond indexes, synchronicity parameters, and IRC calculations indicate that these reactions are occurring through a concerted and synchronous six‐membered cyclic transition state type of mechanism.  相似文献

Using four basis sets, 6‐311G(d,p), 6‐31+G(d,p), 6‐311++G(2d,2p), and 6‐311++G(3df,3pd), the optimized structures with all real frequencies were obtained at the MP2 level for dimers CH2O? HF, CH2O? H2O, CH2O? NH3, and CH2O? CH4. The structures of CH2O? HF, CH2O? H2O, and CH2O? NH3 are cycle‐shaped, which result from the larger bend of σ‐type hydrogen bonds. The bend of σ‐type H‐bond O…H? Y (Y?F, O, N) is illustrated and interpreted by an attractive interaction of a chemically intuitive π‐type hydrogen bond. The π‐type hydrogen bond is the interaction between one of the acidic H atoms of CH2O and lone pair(s) on the F atom in HF, the O atom in H2O, or the N atom in NH3. By contrast with above the three dimers, for CH2O? CH4, because there is not a π‐type hydrogen‐bond to bend its linear hydrogen bond, the structure of CH2O? CH4 is a noncyclic shaped. The interaction energy of hydrogen bonds and the π‐type H‐bond are calculated and discussed at the CCSD(T)/6‐311++G(3df,3pd) level. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Quantum Chem, 2005  相似文献

The thermal reactions of cationic 3d transition‐metal hydrides MH+ (M=Sc–Zn, except V and Cu) with ammonia have been studied by gas‐phase experiments and computational methods. There are three primary reaction channels: 1) H2 elimination by N? H bond activation, 2) ligand exchange under the formation of M(NH3)+, and 3) proton transfer to yield NH4+. Computational studies of these three reaction channels have been performed for the couples MH+/NH3 (M=Sc–Zn) to elucidate mechanistic aspects and characteristic reaction patterns of the first row. For N? H activation, σ‐bond metathesis was found to be operative.  相似文献

The 100 K structures of two salts, namely 2‐amino‐1H‐benzimidazolium 3‐phenylpropynoate, C7H8N3+·C9H5O2, (I), and 2‐amino‐1H‐benzimidazolium oct‐2‐ynoate, C7H8N3+·C8H11O2, (II), both have monoclinic symmetry (space group P21/c) and display N—H...O hydrogen bonding. Both structures show packing with corrugated sheets of hydrogen‐bonded molecules lying parallel to the [001] direction. Two hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs can be identified and described with graph sets R22(8) and R44(16), respectively, in both (I) and (II). Computational chemistry calculations performed on both compounds show that the hydrogen‐bonded ion pairs are more energetically favourable in the crystal structure than their hydrogen–bonded neutral molecule counterparts.  相似文献

A diverse set of 2 e/2 H+ reactions are described that interconvert [RuII(bpy)(en*)2]2+ and [RuIV(bpy)(en‐H*)2]2+ (bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine, en*=H2NCMe2CMe2NH2, en*‐H=H2NCMe2CMe2NH), forming or cleaving different O−H, N−H, S−H, and C−H bonds. The reactions involve quinones, hydrazines, thiols, and 1,3‐cyclohexadiene. These proton‐coupled electron transfer reactions occur without substrate binding to the ruthenium center, but instead with precursor complex formation by hydrogen bonding. The free energies of the reactions vary over more than 90 kcal mol−1, but the rates are more dependent on the type of X−H bond involved than the associated ΔG °. There is a kinetic preference for substrates that have the transferring hydrogen atoms in close proximity, such as ortho ‐tetrachlorobenzoquinone over its para ‐isomer and 1,3‐cyclohexadiene over its 1,4‐isomer, perhaps hinting at the potential for concerted 2 e/2 H+ transfers.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the hydrated proton‐transfer compound of the drug quinacrine [rac‐N′‐(6‐chloro‐2‐methoxyacridin‐9‐yl)‐N,N‐diethylpentane‐1,4‐diamine] with 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid, C23H32ClN3O2+·2C8H3Cl2O4·4H2O, has been determined at 200 K. The four labile water molecules of solvation in the structure form discrete ...O—H...O—H... hydrogen‐bonded chains parallel to the quinacrine side chain, the two N—H groups of which act as hydrogen‐bond donors for two of the water acceptor molecules. The other water molecules, as well as the acridinium H atom, also form hydrogen bonds with the two anion species and extend the structure into two‐dimensional sheets. Between these sheets there are also weak cation–anion and anion–anion π–π aromatic ring interactions. This structure represents the third example of a simple quinacrine derivative for which structural data are available but differs from the other two in that it is unstable in the X‐ray beam due to efflorescence, probably associated with the destruction of the unusual four‐membered water chain structures.  相似文献

The structures of 4‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine [C6H7N3O2, (I)], 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium chloride [C6H8N3O2+·Cl, (II)] and 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium bromide monohydrate [C6H8N3O2+·Br·H2O, (III)] are reported and their hydrogen‐bonded structures described. The amine group para to the nitro group in (I) adopts an approximately planar geometry, whereas the meta amine group is decidedly pyramidal. In the hydrogen halide salts (II) and (III), the amine group meta to the nitro group is protonated. Compound (I) displays a pleated‐sheet hydrogen‐bonded two‐dimensional structure with R22(14) and R44(20) rings. The sheets are joined by additional hydrogen bonds, resulting in a three‐dimensional extended structure. Hydrohalide salt (II) has two formula units in the asymmetric unit that are related by a pseudo‐inversion center. The dominant hydrogen‐bonding interactions involve the chloride ion and result in R42(8) rings linked to form a ladder‐chain structure. The chains are joined by N—H...Cl and N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets parallel to (010). In hydrated hydrohalide salt (III), bromide ions are hydrogen bonded to amine and ammonium groups to form R42(8) rings. The water behaves as a double donor/single acceptor and, along with the bromide anions, forms hydrogen bonds involving the nitro, amine, and ammonium groups. The result is sheets parallel to (001) composed of alternating R55(15) and R64(24) rings. Ammonium N—H...Br interactions join the sheets to form a three‐dimensional extended structure. Energy‐minimized structures obtained using DFT and MP2 calculations are consistent with the solid‐state structures. Consistent with (II) and (III), calculations show that protonation of the amine group meta to the nitro group results in a structure that is about 1.5 kJ mol−1 more stable than that obtained by protonation of the para‐amine group. DFT calculations on single molecules and hydrogen‐bonded pairs of molecules based on structural results obtained for (I) and for 3‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine, (IV) [Betz & Gerber (2011). Acta Cryst. E 67 , o1359] were used to estimate the strength of the N—H...O(nitro) interactions for three observed motifs. The hydrogen‐bonding interaction between the pairs of molecules examined was found to correspond to 20–30 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

The title compound, (C6H9N2S)[ZnCl3{SC(NH2)2}], exists as a zincate where the zinc(II) centre is coordinated by three chloride ligands and a thiourea ligand to form the anion. The organic cation adopts the protonated 4,6‐dimethyl‐2‐sulfanylidenepyrimidin‐1‐ium (L) form of 4,6‐dimethylpyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thione. Two short N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds involving the pyrimidine H atoms and the [ZnCl3L] anion form a crystallographically centrosymmetric dimeric unit consisting of two anions and two cations. The packing structure is completed by longer‐range hydrogen bonds donated by the thiourea NH2 groups to chloride ligand hydrogen‐bond acceptors.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Ammonium Tetraamminelithium Amidotrithiophosphate‐Ammonia(1/1)(NH4)[Li(NH3)4][P(NH2)S3]·NH3 Colourless crystals of (NH4)[Li(NH3)4][P(NH2)S3]·NH3 were prepared by the reduction of P4S10 with a solution of lithium in liquid ammonia. The X‐ray structure determination shows them to contain the pseudo‐tetrahedral amidotrithiophosphate anion [P(NH2)S3]2− (point group CS), which is the hitherto unknown final member of a series of previously characterized amidothiophosphates. The ammonium ion and the ammonia molecule of solvation form an diamminehydrogen(1+)‐ion N2H7+ with a short, nearly linear hydrogen bond of 2.864(3) Å.  相似文献

In the title compound, (C6H8N4)[AuCl4]Cl, the 4,4′‐bi(1H‐pyrazol‐2‐ium) dication, denoted [H2bpz]2+, is situated across a centre of inversion, the [AuCl4] anion lies across a twofold axis passing through Cl—Au—Cl, and the Cl anion resides on a twofold axis. Conventional N—H...Cl hydrogen bonding [N...Cl = 3.109 (3) and 3.127 (3) Å, and N—H...Cl = 151 and 155°] between [H2bpz]2+ cations (square‐planar node) and chloride anions (tetrahedral node), as complementary donors and acceptors of four hydrogen bonds, leads to a three‐dimensional binodal four‐connected framework with cooperite topology (three‐letter notation pts). The framework contains channels along the c axis housing one‐dimensional stacks of square‐planar [AuCl4] anions [Au—Cl = 2.2895 (10)–2.2903 (16) Å; interanion Au...Cl contact = 3.489 (2) Å], which are excluded from primary hydrogen bonding with the [H2bpz]2+ tectons.  相似文献

Reactions of (Et4N)[Tp*WS3] [Tp* is hydridotris(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)borate] with CuSCN in MeCN in the presence of melamine afforded the title neutral dimeric cluster [Cu4W2(C15H22BN6)2(NCS)2S6(C2H3N)2] or [Tp*W(μ2‐S)23‐S)Cu(μ2‐SCN)(CuMeCN)]2, which has two butterfly‐shaped [Tp*WS3Cu2] cores bridged across a centre of inversion by two (CuSCN) anions. The S atoms of the bridging thiocyanate ligands interact with the H atoms of the methyl groups of the Tp* units of a neighbouring dimer to form a C—H...S hydrogen‐bonded chain. The N atoms of the thiocyanate anions interact with the H atoms of the methyl groups of the Tp* units of neighbouring chains, affording a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network.  相似文献
