The title compound, N‘-( 4-methoxybenzylidene ) -2-( IH-1, 2,4-triazol-1-yl ) acetohydrazide, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS,^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound has a low antifungal activity. 相似文献

The crystal structure of [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] Br has been determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The molecular structure consists of a discrete [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] ^ cation and one Br^- anion, in the [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ cation, the coordination geometry of the central Co atom is square-pyramidal with four tertiary N atoms of benzimidazole from four α-( benzimidazol-1-yl) -hypnone ligands in the basal position and one chloride anion in the apical position. In the solid state, [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ and Br^- anion possess intermolecular and intramolecular interactions, which stabilize the crystal structure. The characterization of the title compound were also carried out by using elemeutal analysis, FTIR, UV spectrometries and TG-DSC. 相似文献

The compound N-(phenethylcarbamothioyl)cyclopent-1-enecarboxamide was synthesized by the reaction of cyclopent-1-enecarbonyl isothiocyanate with phenethylamine in acetone, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and X-ray crystal structure determination. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 6.9500(7), b = 9.4618(9), c = 11.3256(11), α = 71.522(9), β = 81.830(8), γ = 89.237(8)o, Z = 2, V = 698.80(12)3, Dc = 1.304 g/cm3, μ = 0.225 mm-1, F(000) = 292, R = 0.0413 and wR = 0.1073 for 1996 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Intramolecular N(2)–H(2)···O(1) interactions as well as intermolecular N(2)–H(2)···O(1), N(1)–H(1)···S(1) and C(12)–H(12)···S(1) hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal structure. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the structure of the new compound exhibits a one-dimensional infinite chain-like structure. The cytotoxicity of the compound was investigated by MTT assay. The results show that the compound is toxic to A549 tumor cell. 相似文献

A new quinazolinone compound 2,3-dihydro-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(IH)-one 3 ([C2oH16O2N2]-C2H5OH, Mr = 362.42) and compound 2-(2-hydroxybenzylidene-amino)-N-phenyl-benzamide 2 (C2oH16O2N2, Mr = 316.34) were prepared from a precursor of 2-amino-N-phenyl-benzamide 1 (C13H12ON2, Mr = 212.25). Compound 3 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 1.2889(11), b = 1.6170(14), c = 1.7729(15) nm, V= 3.695(6) nm^3, Z= 8, F(000) = 1536, Mr = 362.42, Dc = 1.303 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 0.087 mm^-1, R = 0.0447 and wR= 0.0879. The crystal structure analysis indicates that the title compound has a two-dimensional network structure formed by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions. 相似文献

The single crystal structure of 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)thioacetamide was determined withX-ray diffraction. A novel 1,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,3-triazole(C18H21N3O3) was synthesized by a one-pot three component reaction of 1-azidocyclohexane, 1-copper(I) phenylethyne and ethoxalyl chloride at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8167(9), b = 8.0966(6), c = 16.7079(9) , β = 98.716(2)o, Z = 4 and V = 1713.8(2). In the crystal, the molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H···O and C–O···C interactions involving(oxo) acetate groups. Furthermore, X-ray analysis results are compared with the optimized structure computed by using B3 LYP method with 6-311 G basis set. The calculated results showed that optimized geometry can well reproduce the crystal structure parameters. The bioassay results indicate that the compound has good antibacterial and antifungal activities. 相似文献

The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 7.5143(15), b = 13.901(3), c = 18.545(4) , V = 1937.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.260 g/cm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.0912. X-ray diffraction reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N double bond. 6-Chloro-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone was synthesized by the reaction of 6-chloro-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 2-diethylamionethyl chloride reaction in methylbenzene.Then the structure was characterized by means of ^1H NMR,IR,UV.By the method of ab initio HF and density functional theory(DFT) BeLYP,the geometric structures of the reagent intermediate,the product and its isomer were optimized and their total energies were calculated,The properties for the frontier molecular orbitals and the rules for energy distribution were analyzed systematically.It was shown that the energy of the nitrogen alkyl compound is lower than that of the oxy alkyl compound and the former is stable than the latter.This result is in accordance with the fact that 6-chloro-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone is synthesized by the reaction of 6-chloride-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 2-diethylaminoethyl chloride. 相似文献

The title compound, {CdI2(2,2'-bipy)}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal reaction of CdI2 and 2,2'-bipy in an aqueous solution, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal analysis. X-ray crystal structure analysis shows that the Cd atom is coordinated by four iodines and two N atoms from one 2,2'-bipy to form an 1-D chain-like structure through bridging iodines.
