The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

The new cadmium(II) coordination polymer [Cd(bte)2(dca)2]n 1 (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4- triazol-1-yl)ethane, dca = dicyanamide) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.7148(15), b = 8.6142(17), c = 15.204(3) A, β = 92.100(10)o, V = 1140.6(4) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 572.87, Dc = 1.668 g/cm3, F(000) = 572, μ = 1.004 mm-1, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1429 for 1737 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The cadmium atom is coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four bte ligands and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two dca anions to adopt a distorted octahedral geometry. Each bte molecule bridges two cadmium(II) atoms. Two strands of bte molecules are wrapped around each other, and held together by cadmium(II) atoms. 1 Forms a double chain structure containing eighteen-membered Cd2(bte)2 rings.  相似文献

The reaction of di(2-pyridyl)ketone with ethylenediamine produced hexadentate Schiff base 1 which can be reduced to form a new ligand N,N-bis(di(2-pyridyl)-methyl)ethylene- diamine (BDPM) in ethanol solution. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic methods. Their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction study. Crystal data for 1: C24H20N6, Mr = 392.5, monoclinic, P21/c, a = 13.871(3), b = 13.510(2), c = 12.153(2) ? b = 112.97(2)? The crystal structure of [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] Br has been determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The molecular structure consists of a discrete [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] ^ cation and one Br^- anion, in the [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ cation, the coordination geometry of the central Co atom is square-pyramidal with four tertiary N atoms of benzimidazole from four α-( benzimidazol-1-yl) -hypnone ligands in the basal position and one chloride anion in the apical position. In the solid state, [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ and Br^- anion possess intermolecular and intramolecular interactions, which stabilize the crystal structure. The characterization of the title compound were also carried out by using elemeutal analysis, FTIR, UV spectrometries and TG-DSC.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.383(3), b = 8.340(3), c = 12.003(4) A, a = 95.069(6), β = 93.498(5), γ = 102.734(6)°, C24H2oAg2N6-O10S2, Mr= 832.32, V= 715.6(4) A3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.931 g/cm3, F(000) = 412, μ = 1.581 mm-1, R=0.0351 and wR = 0.0749 Each silver atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by two O atoms from bidentate nitrate, one S atom from a ligand and one N atom from another ligand. A N,N′‐bisferrocenesulfonyl bisbenzimidazole compound 1,4‐bis(1‐ferrocenesulfonyl‐2‐benzimidazolyl) butane was prepared. Its crystal structure was determined. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group P‐1 and a=0.87241(13) nm, b=0.97553(15) nm, c=1.4120(2) nm, and α=83.041(2) °, β=72.454(2)°, γ=69.732(2)°, the unit cell volume V=1.0746(3) nm3, the molecule number in one unit cell Z=1, the absorption coefficient μ=1.191 mm?1, the calculated density Dc=1.584 g/cm3. The theoretical investigation of the compound as a structure unit was fully optimized by B3LYP/6‐31G method in Gaussian 03 package, and the most stable structure of the compound in theory was obtained. The two results were compared. The optimized structure was in accordance with the crystal structure in the main, suggesting that the molecular geometry optimization of the structures was reliable and the calculation method used was reliable. The distribution of atomic charges and the energy, and composition of frontier molecular orbits were analyzed. Thermal analysis indicated that it is stable before melting.  相似文献

本文采用配体1, 2-二(邻氨基苯氧基)乙烷(L)分别与AgPF6, AgCF3SO3, AgNO3和AgSbF6 进行配位反应,依次得到了四个配合物1 [Ag2(L)2(PF6)]、2 [Ag2(L)2(CF3SO3)2]、3 [Ag(L)NO3]n 和4 [Ag(L)2SbF6]n,并通过FTIR、元素分析、以及X射线单晶衍射等对配合物的结构与组成进行了表征。单晶衍射结果表明,配合物1和2为双核银(I)配合物,3和4为银(I)的配位聚合物。配合物1具有穴状结构,2经Ag?Ag键桥连两个配体形成扭曲的非平面结构。聚合物3的结构为一维(1D)“之”字链,4具有三维(3D)多孔的结构框架。在四个配合物结构中,相应的抗衡阴离子均未参与Ag(I)进行配位作用。  相似文献

The title compound,2,6-bis(2-pyridinylmethyl)-3,5-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophe nyl)-pyrazine(C26H12Cl2N4O2C2H8O2,Mr=551.41),has been synthesized and characterized by LC-ESIMS,NMR,UV and IR spectroscopy as well as by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The compound behaves as a substituted pyrazine.The hydrogen atoms on C(2) and C(3) are substituted by 2-pyridinyl,whereas those on C(1) and C(4) are substituted by 2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophenyl.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=8.9433(12),b=32.003(4),c=10.5209(18),β=111.199(2)°,V=2807.5(7)3,Z=4,Dc=1.305 mg/m3,F(000)=1144 and μ=0.094 mm-1.A total of 13235 reflections were collected in the range of 2.17~25.01o by using a phi and omega scan mode,of which 4923 were unique(Rint=0.0692) and 2872 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were used in the structure solution and refinement.  相似文献
