植物来源抗疟倍半萜类天然产物研究(1972～2022)

植物是筛选活性天然产物的重要来源, 1972年至2022年来从植物中分离得到了237个具有抗疟活性的倍半萜类化合物,其类型主要包括链型倍半萜、吉玛烷型倍半萜、桉叶烷型倍半萜、乌药烷型倍半萜和愈创木烷型倍半萜等.综述了植物来源的抗疟倍半萜类天然产物研究进展,以期为后续研究开发新型抗疟药物提供参考.

南鹤虱中两个新的倍半萜类化合物（英文）

从中药南鹤虱(Fructus carotae)中分离纯化得到7个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为7-ethoxy-4(15)-oppositen-1β-ol(1),11-乙酰氧基-8β-当归酰氧基-15-甲氧基-4α,5α-环氧愈创木烷-3-酮(2),11-乙酰氧基-8β-丙酰氧基-4-愈创木烯-3-酮(3),1-oxo-5α,7αH-eudesma-3-en-15-al(4),1β-hydroxy-4(15),7-eudesmadiene(5),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5E,10(14)-germacratriene(6),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5-eudesmadiene(7).其中化合物1和2为新的化合物,新化合物的结构进一步通过HR-ESIMS,1D NMR和2D NMR等光谱技术确定.     

具有反式六氢茚满结构的萜类化合物的合成研究进展

萜类化合物是天然产物化学研究的热点领域之一,是发现和寻找药物先导化合物的重要来源.具有反式六氢茚满结构的萜类化合物由于其结构的复杂性及良好的生物活性引起了有机合成化学家的广泛关注,重点介绍了构建萜类化合物中反式六氢茚满结构单元的合成方法及策略.     

制备反相高效液相色谱法用于从杉材中分离制备倍半萜类化合物

利用制备高效液相色谱法从日本产杉材(Cryptomeria japonica D.Don)中分离制备倍半萜类化合物。在YWC-Pack C18柱上,以异丙醇-甲醇-正己烷-水(体积比为50∶35∶10∶5)为流动相,流速为5 mL/min,制备了2种倍半萜类化合物,经紫外光谱、红外光谱及核磁、质谱分析,确认它们分别为(-)-cubebol和(+)-2,7(14),10-bisa-bolatrien-1-ol-4-one。所制备的两个化合物的纯度分别为98.7%和99.1%。     

红树植物水黄皮pongamia pinnata中一个倍半萜类化合物的结构解析

本研究应用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20,硅胶柱层析等手段,从红树植物水黄皮中分离纯化了1个倍半萜类化合物,结合多种波谱方法(ESI MS, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, UV),确定它的结构为:6,7-Epoxy-3(15)-caryophyllen-12-ol(化合物1).该化合物为首次从红树植物水黄皮中分离得到.     

Eremophilenolide‐Type Sesquiterpenes from Hertia intermedia

Hertidins A–E ( 1 – 5 , resp.), new eremophilenolide‐type sesquiterpenes, have been isolated from the AcOEt‐soluble fraction of Hertia intermedia. Structures of 1 – 5 were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic studies.     

New Sesquiterpenes from Cacalia ainsliaeflora

Two new eremophilane sesquiterpenes, 3β-angeloyloxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en-12-oic acid 1 and 3β-angeloyloxy-10β-hydroxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en-12-oic acid 2, and a novelnor-eremophilane derivative, 3β-angeloyloxy-10β-hydroxy-8-oxo-eremophil-6(7)-en 3 were isolated from the roots of Cacalia ainsliaeflora. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR.     

Two New Sesquiterpenes from Euonymus phellomana Loes

Two new 0-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene polyo! esters have been isolated fromEuonymlls phellomanQ 'Loes. growing in Wen county, Gansu Province of China.Compound 1, white needle crystals, mp: 154-156oC, analyzed for C,,H,=O,, byFABMS (m/zf 623, M 1) and ElMS showed peaks due to the loss of acetic acid, 0furoic acid and a-methylbutanoic acid. IR showed ester carbonyl at 1745 cm-' andhydroxyl at 3420cm-'. The IHNMR and "CNMR spectrum revealed the presence ofthree acetoxy, one (6-)fu…     

Sesquiterpenes from Red Alga Laurencia tristicha

Three naturally new sesquiterpenes named 10-hydroxyepiaplysin, 10-hydroxyaplysin and 10-hydroxybromoepiaplysin have been isolated from Laurencia tristicha. On the basis of the spectroscopic techniques their structures were elucidated as （3S, 3αR, 8βS）-（-）-2, 3, 3α, 8β3-tetra- hydro-7-bromo-3-hydroxy-3, 3α, 6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran, （3R, 3αR, 8βS）- （-）-2,3,3α, 8β-tetrahydro-7-bromo-3-hydroxy-3, 3α,6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran and （3S, 3αR, 8βS）-（-）-2, 3,3R, 8β-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-3,3α,6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]- benzofuran, respectively.     

Three Unusual New Sesquiterpenes from Alpinia oxyphylla

Two new norcadinene sesquiterpenes oxyphyllones C and D ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and one new 1,10‐secoguaiane sesquiterpene, (+)‐mandassidion ( 3 ), together with two known compounds, oxyphyllenodiol B ( 4 ) and (1R,2R)‐p‐menth‐3‐ene‐1,2‐diol ( 5 ), were isolated from the fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 2D‐NMR spectroscopic techniques. Compounds 1, 2 , and 3 exhibited no cytotoxicity against three cancer cell lines.     

A new sesquiterpene from Caragana intermediia

A new alloaromadendrane-type sesquiterpene,(-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1),has been isolated from the aerial part of Caragana intermediia.The structure of (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1)was established by spectroscopic methods, including X-ray analysis that provided its relative stereochemistry.Bioassay showed that (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol (1)possesses anti-pyricularia oryzae P-2b activity with MIC value of 10μg/mL.     

Two New Guaiane Sesquiterpenes from the Fruits of Daucus carota

Two new sesquiterpenes, 11‐(acetyloxy)torilolone ( 1 ) and 1β‐hydroxytorilolone ( 2 ) were obtained from the fruits of Daucus carota. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of various spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidence.     

Sesquiterpenes from Rhizomes of Cyperus rotundus with Cytotoxic Activities on Human Cancer Cells in vitro

Two new sesquiterpenes, cyperusol A₃ ( 1 ) and 3β‐hydroxycyperenoic acid ( 2 ), along with three known sesquiterpenes, britanlin E ( 3 ), 1β,4α‐dihydroxyeudesm‐11‐ene ( 4 ), and 11,12‐dihydroxyeudesm‐4‐en‐3‐one ( 5 ), were isolated from the AcOEt‐soluble fraction of rhizomes of Cyperus rotundus L. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by physical and spectroscopic methods (¹H‐ and ¹³C‐NMR, 2D‐NMR, and MS). All of the isolates, 1 – 5 , were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against human ovarian cancer cells (A2780) and endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) using MTT assays.     

A new tetrastilbene from Caragana sinica

A new tetrastilbene named carasinol D （1） was isolated from the roots of Caragana sinica. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 was obtained from carasinol B （2） by an acid-catalyzed conversion.
