植物是筛选活性天然产物的重要来源, 1972年至2022年来从植物中分离得到了237个具有抗疟活性的倍半萜类化合物,其类型主要包括链型倍半萜、吉玛烷型倍半萜、桉叶烷型倍半萜、乌药烷型倍半萜和愈创木烷型倍半萜等.综述了植物来源的抗疟倍半萜类天然产物研究进展,以期为后续研究开发新型抗疟药物提供参考.  相似文献

从中药南鹤虱(Fructus carotae)中分离纯化得到7个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为7-ethoxy-4(15)-oppositen-1β-ol(1),11-乙酰氧基-8β-当归酰氧基-15-甲氧基-4α,5α-环氧愈创木烷-3-酮(2),11-乙酰氧基-8β-丙酰氧基-4-愈创木烯-3-酮(3),1-oxo-5α,7αH-eudesma-3-en-15-al(4),1β-hydroxy-4(15),7-eudesmadiene(5),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5E,10(14)-germacratriene(6),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5-eudesmadiene(7).其中化合物1和2为新的化合物,新化合物的结构进一步通过HR-ESIMS,1D NMR和2D NMR等光谱技术确定.  相似文献

利用制备高效液相色谱法从日本产杉材(Cryptomeria japonica D.Don)中分离制备倍半萜类化合物。在YWC-Pack C18柱上,以异丙醇-甲醇-正己烷-水(体积比为50∶35∶10∶5)为流动相,流速为5 mL/min,制备了2种倍半萜类化合物,经紫外光谱、红外光谱及核磁、质谱分析,确认它们分别为(-)-cubebol和(+)-2,7(14),10-bisa-bolatrien-1-ol-4-one。所制备的两个化合物的纯度分别为98.7%和99.1%。  相似文献

Three naturally new sesquiterpenes named 10-hydroxyepiaplysin, 10-hydroxyaplysin and 10-hydroxybromoepiaplysin have been isolated from Laurencia tristicha. On the basis of the spectroscopic techniques their structures were elucidated as (3S, 3αR, 8βS)-(-)-2, 3, 3α, 8β3-tetra- hydro-7-bromo-3-hydroxy-3, 3α, 6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran, (3R, 3αR, 8βS)- (-)-2,3,3α, 8β-tetrahydro-7-bromo-3-hydroxy-3, 3α,6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran and (3S, 3αR, 8βS)-(-)-2, 3,3R, 8β-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-3,3α,6,8β-tetramethyl-lH-cyclopenta[b]- benzofuran, respectively.  相似文献

Two new norcadinene sesquiterpenes oxyphyllones C and D ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and one new 1,10‐secoguaiane sesquiterpene, (+)‐mandassidion ( 3 ), together with two known compounds, oxyphyllenodiol B ( 4 ) and (1R,2R)‐p‐menth‐3‐ene‐1,2‐diol ( 5 ), were isolated from the fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 2D‐NMR spectroscopic techniques. Compounds 1, 2 , and 3 exhibited no cytotoxicity against three cancer cell lines.  相似文献

A new alloaromadendrane-type sesquiterpene,(-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1),has been isolated from the aerial part of Caragana intermediia.The structure of (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol(1)was established by spectroscopic methods, including X-ray analysis that provided its relative stereochemistry.Bioassay showed that (-)-alloaromadendrane-3β,9β-diol (1)possesses anti-pyricularia oryzae P-2b activity with MIC value of 10μg/mL.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, cyperusol A3 ( 1 ) and 3β‐hydroxycyperenoic acid ( 2 ), along with three known sesquiterpenes, britanlin E ( 3 ), 1β,4α‐dihydroxyeudesm‐11‐ene ( 4 ), and 11,12‐dihydroxyeudesm‐4‐en‐3‐one ( 5 ), were isolated from the AcOEt‐soluble fraction of rhizomes of Cyperus rotundus L. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by physical and spectroscopic methods (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, 2D‐NMR, and MS). All of the isolates, 1 – 5 , were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against human ovarian cancer cells (A2780) and endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) using MTT assays.  相似文献
