This study investigates the low-frequency noise induced by electromagnetic radiation interference (EMI) in a nanometer multi-quantum well InGaN LED (NMQ LED). Theoretical models of the noise spectra and the EMI are constructed. In general, a good agreement is identified between the experimental and theoretical results. Experimental and numerical results reveal that the magnitude of the EMI-induced noise is related to the pulse height, the output load, the parasitic capacitance, and the interference amplitude. It is shown that a higher interference amplitude increases the harmonic noise. Moreover, this thesis presents a complete measurement to obtain the interference noise and signal-to-noise ratio.  相似文献

Underwater acoustic vector sensors, for measuring acoustic intensity, are typically used in open water where electromagnetic interference (EMI) is generally not a contributor to overall background noise. However, vector sensors are also useful in a laboratory setting where EMI can be a limiting factor at low frequencies. An underwater vector sensor is designed and built with specific care for EMI immunity. The sensor, and associated signal processing, is shown to reduce background noise at EMI frequencies by 10-50 dB and 10-20 dB across the entire frequency bandwidth, as compared to an identical unshielded vector sensor.  相似文献

Sn, Al and Cu not only possess electromagnetic interference (EMI) shield efficiency, but also have acceptable costs. In this study, sputtered Sn-Al thin films and Sn-Cu thin films were used to investigate the effect of the crystallization mechanism and film thickness on the electromagnetic interference (EMI) characteristics. The results show that Sn-xAl film increased the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding after annealing. For as-sputtered Sn-xCu films with higher Cu atomic concentration, the low frequency EMI shielding could not be improved. After annealing, the Sn-Cu thin film with lower Cu content possessed excellent EMI shielding at lower frequencies, but had an inverse tendency at higher frequencies. For both the Sn-xAl and Sn-xCu thin films after crystallization treatment, the sputtered films had higher electrical conductivity, however the EMI shielding was not enhanced significantly.  相似文献

电源分配网络是无人机定位系统工作的基础单元,也是电磁干扰薄弱环节,电源分配网络(PDN)传导耦合干扰效应是导致定位系统故障的主要原因。为了提高定位系统电磁干扰敏感度预测模型的精度,基于泰勒级数对非线性系统的描述方法,将泰勒级数行为级模型系数表征为与干扰频率相关的函数,建立无人机定位系统PDN电磁干扰响应预测模型,分析预测PDN在受干扰情况下的非线性直流偏置电压。研究结果表明:在250~400 MHz电磁干扰范围内,基于泰勒级数的PDN电磁干扰响应预测模型可以对PDN在电磁干扰作用下的非线性直流偏置进行准确预测,预测误差在3%以内。  相似文献

The present study sought to establish whether speech recognition can be disrupted by the presence of amplitude modulation (AM) at a remote spectral region, and whether that disruption depends upon the rate of AM. The goal was to determine whether this paradigm could be used to examine which modulation frequencies in the speech envelope are most important for speech recognition. Consonant identification for a band of speech located in either the low- or high-frequency region was measured in the presence of a band of noise located in the opposite frequency region. The noise was either unmodulated or amplitude modulated by a sinusoid, a band of noise with a fixed absolute bandwidth, or a band of noise with a fixed relative bandwidth. The frequency of the modulator was 4, 16, 32, or 64 Hz. Small amounts of modulation interference were observed for all modulator types, irrespective of the location of the speech band. More important, the interference depended on modulation frequency, clearly supporting the existence of selectivity of modulation interference with speech stimuli. Overall, the results suggest a primary role of envelope fluctuations around 4 and 16 Hz without excluding the possibility of a contribution by faster rates.  相似文献

理论分析和仿真研究了重频超宽带脉冲对低噪声放大器(LNA)的干扰特征,给出了高斯脉冲幅度、脉宽及重频等参数对LNA干扰效果的规律,对工作于40~80MHz频段的接收机LNA开展了相关验证实验。结果表明:干扰特征主要由LNA工作频带和脉冲参数决定;不同脉冲参数对干扰的效果影响不同,脉冲幅值的影响最显著;在验证实验研究的参数范围内,增大高斯脉冲幅度、脉宽和重频均有利于增强对LNA的干扰效果。  相似文献

 建立了两路光纤激光器自组织相干合成的理论模型,并进行实验验证。结果表明,通过能量的相互注入,可以实现光纤激光器的自组织相干合成,合成效率达到92%。当外界基本没有干扰时,远场光斑为稳定、高对比度的干涉条纹,激光器阵列输出模式为异相模,与理论分析的结果一致;当外界环境存在轻微干扰时,实验出现条纹移动现象,输出模式也不再是恒定的异相模。对外界干扰对自组织相干合成的影响进行了数值分析,结果表明:外界干扰的幅度与频率越大,两束激光的相位差的变化幅度与频率也就越大;当外界干扰超过一定程度,两束激光之间的相位差将不能被锁定,始终处于变化状态。  相似文献

针对重复频率电磁脉冲(EMP)干扰,以氢闸流管的栅极触发电路为研究对象,进行了氢闸流管悬置与共地两种不同的条件下氢闸流管第一栅极与第二栅极的电磁干扰研究。结果表明,两种条件下两个栅极均存在较强烈的电磁干扰,干扰主要来源于空间电磁辐射与共地耦合两个方面;针对重复频率EMP环境下氢闸流管触发的可靠性,分别进行了不同重复频率EMP数量与不同重复频率EMP时间间隔下氢闸流管的输出实验。结果表明,两种情况均对氢闸流管的触发产生影响,重复频率EMP数量增多与间隔减小均使氢闸流管误触发的可能性增大,对比理论分析与实验结果,认为该现象是由于重复频率EMP累积效应与重复频率EMP高频分量增强从而导致交互作用耦合增强所引起。  相似文献

在直接红外吸收式光纤气体传感器中,由渐变折射率(Graduated Refractive Index,GRIN)棒透镜构成的微型传感气室有着广泛的应用。分析了GRIN气室中的干涉噪声信号和甲烷信号,并利用MATLAB对干涉噪声信号的幅值与分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFBLD)的频率调制幅度之间的关系以及干涉噪声对气体检测灵敏度的影响进行了数值模拟与分析。当前谐波检测技术是气体检测的一种非常重要的技术,这种技术需要检测气体吸收信号的一次、二次或更高次谐波。而GRIN气室的二次干涉噪声对浓度信号有很大的影响,研究发现当频率调制幅度达到某些特定频率值时,二次干涉噪声信号的幅值变为零,通过调整气室参数和DFBLD的调制频率可以削减干涉噪声的影响从而提高谐波检测技术的检测灵敏度。  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were homogeneously dispersed in pure acrylic emulsion by ultrasonication to prepare MWCNT/polyacrylate composites applied on building interior wall for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding applications. The structure and surface morphology of the MWCNTs and MWCNT/polyacrylate composites were studied by field emission scanning microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrical conductivity at room temperature and EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) of the composite films on concrete substrate with different MWCNT loadings were investigated and the measurement of EMI SE was carried out in two different frequency ranges of 100-1000 MHz (radio frequency range) and 8.2-12.4 GHz (X-band). The experimental results show that a low mass concentration of MWCNTs could achieve a high conductivity and the EMI SE of the MWCNT/polyacrylate composite films has a strong dependence on MWCNTs content in both two frequency ranges. The SE is higher in X-band than that in radio frequency range. For the composite films with 10 wt.% MWCNTs, the EMI SE of experiment agrees well with that of theoretical prediction in far field.  相似文献

The preparation of polyaniline (PAni) was carried out by the oxidative emulsion polymerization of aniline and the semi-conducting composites were prepared by mixing it with a polyolefinic thermoplastic elastomer ethylene 1-octene copolymer (EN). Different electrical properties and electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency (EMI SE) of these composites were measured. The results revealed that the incorporation of PAni in EN increases the conductivity, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and EMI SE. These composites exhibit pressure dependent dielectric properties and may act as pressure sensor. There are increase in AC conductivity and decrease in dielectric constant with the increase in applied pressure on composites. A model correlation between EMI SE and AC conductivity at same frequency for the composites having maximum 40% of PAni was obtained through extrapolation and linear regression analysis, which shows that EMI SE has linear relationship with AC conductivity. Because of their semi-conductive behavior these composites can find application as antistatic materials and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding material.  相似文献

The addition of a signal in the N0Sπ binaural configuration gives rise to fluctuations in interaural phase and amplitude. Sensitivity to these individual cues was measured by applying sinusoidal amplitude modulation (AM) or quasi-frequency modulation (QFM) to a band of noise. Discrimination between interaurally in-phase and out-of-phase modulation was measured using an adaptive task for narrow bands of noise at center frequencies from 250 to 1500 Hz, for modulation rates of 2-40 Hz, and with or without flanking bands of diotic noise. Discrimination thresholds increased steeply for QFM with increasing center frequency, but increased only modestly for AM, and mainly for modulation rates below 10 Hz. Flanking bands of noise increased thresholds for AM, but had no consistent effect for QFM. The results suggest that two underlying mechanisms may support binaural unmasking: one most sensitive to interaural amplitude modulations that is susceptible to across-frequency interference, and a second, most sensitive to interaural phase modulations that is immune to such effects.  相似文献

Experimental data are presented on the blind dereverberation of the noise-type signal generated by a sound source moving in the deep sea. The noise emitted by a towed source is received by a drifting hydrophone with a high excess of the signal over the ambient noise, which results in a stable interference pattern of high contrast. The observed interference structure indicates that the signal arrives at the receiver along different paths. With the use of the blind dereverberation technique for the signal processing and without any a priori information on the properties of the propagation channel, the parameters (the delay, the amplitude, and the phase) of each of the seven interfering signals are determined. From the data obtained, the frequency response of the filter that provides a strong suppression of the reverberation is calculated and the spectrum of the received signal is obtained without any interference distortions.  相似文献

The higher-order interference noise that is caused by multireflection at the fiber sensor's end surface in low-coherence fiber sensor array is proposed. The generation of the higher-order interference noise and its quantity and amplitude are theoretically analyzed. The second-order interference noises are experimentally demonstrated. The results show that the second-order noises arise in any sensor array composed of more than two sensors and the number of the second-order peaks is proportional to the third power of the sensor's number. The ratio of the amplitude of the second-order noise to that of the signal peak is proportional to the reflectivity of the sensor's end surface. In a sensor array, when the reflectivity is more than 10(-5), the amplitude of the second-order noise is higher than other noises and it becomes a main factor that determines the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor arrays. Therefore, reducing the higher-order interference noise can improve the multiplexing capacity of the sensor array.  相似文献

超宽谱短电磁脉冲的频谱可覆盖GPS工作频带,对GPS接收机的正常工作存在干扰威胁。从理论分析、数值仿真和实验方面研究了高重频超宽谱短电磁脉冲对GPS接收机干扰效果与脉冲参数之间的依赖关系。结果表明:若脉冲重复频率整数倍能落入GPS接收机工作频带内,高重频超宽谱短电磁脉冲对GPS接收机干扰效果较强,且达到相同干扰效果时所需脉冲幅值随重频增大而等比例减小,即脉冲幅值与重频乘积保持为常数;若重频整数倍偏离GPS接收机工作频带,高重频超宽谱短电磁脉冲对GPS接收机干扰效果不明显。  相似文献

针对外差干涉的微振动测量存在稳定性低、严重受环境噪声影响等缺点,提出了对光路的改进方案。根据差分原理将其改为双光路,消除环境噪声的干扰;通过偏振分光棱镜(PBS)将椭圆偏振光变为线偏光,提高干涉信号幅值;改进频移装置(AOM),抑制频率漂移;增加光阑,滤除杂散光,提高系统信噪比。通过探测5 kHz压电陶瓷振动信号,以及2.5 MHz高频激光超声信号进行实验验证,结果表明:信号稳定且无纹波,系统分辨率为2.3 nm,信噪比提高16.7倍。两路干涉信号幅值分别为552 mV和736 mV,较传统外差干涉信号幅值提高近10倍,有利于纳米量级微振动信号的检测。  相似文献

针对电磁干扰(EMI)导致电子系统关键功能单元行为失效或安全问题,研究基于供电网络传导耦合的核心可编程集成电路(IC)电磁敏感(EMS)特性。分析典型FPGA供电网络的拓扑结构及其EMI传导耦合机理,设计基于EMI直接功率注入法的敏感度测试平台,测试受试芯片供电网络EMI传导耦合时典型功能单元的EMS特性,获取输入输出端口(IO)、逻辑单元(LE)、内部锁相环电路(PLL)等功能单元的敏感度阈值,给出LE冗余设计对相应电路EMS特性的影响规律。结果表明,在10 MHz~1 GHz干扰频率范围内,供电网络EMI敏感度由高到低依次为PLL,LE,IO,且IC地网络EMI敏感度高2~7 dBmW,LE冗余设计能有效改善逻辑功能单元电磁敏感度。  相似文献

针对混沌干扰背景下多个谐波信号的提取问题, 提出了一种基于同步挤压小波变换(SST)的谐波信号抽取方法. 首先利用SST将混沌信号和谐波信号组成的混合信号分解为不同的内蕴模态类函数, 然后利用Hilbert变换对分离出的内蕴模态类函数进行频率识别, 从中分离出各谐波信号. 以Duffing混沌背景为例, 对混沌干扰下多谐波信号的提取进行了实验分析. 实验结果表明: 对于不同频率间隔的多个谐波分量, 本文方法的提取结果都具有较高的精度, 而且所提方法对高斯白噪声的干扰具有较好的鲁棒性, 综合提取效果优于经典的经验模态分解方法.  相似文献

Comparison between changes that occur simultaneously on spontaneous otoacoustic emissions (SOAEs) and on other cochlear origin phenomena can contribute to the understanding of cochlear micromechanical activity. The temporary changes that arise after short noise exposure are investigated in the following paper. The effects of noise exposure on the threshold microstructure near an SOAE and on the amplitude and frequency of the SOAE were measured. These experimental results indicate the following: (1) exposure to wideband noise for a short time causes a temporary reduction in the SOAE frequency and amplitude, and alters reversibly the threshold microstructure in the vicinity of the SOAE. The difference between the minimum and maximum in the threshold microstructure is reduced, and the frequency that yields the minimum threshold decreases; (2) the threshold at the SOAE frequency is most sensitive to noise exposure; (3) intense stimulation causes a relatively small increase, or even a decrease, in threshold at frequencies near the SOAE. The experimental results are interpreted in terms of a nonlinear transmission line model which includes nonlinear amplifiers. The effect of the noise exposure is modeled by reduction in the cochlear partition amplification term. Most of the experimental results are predicted by this model.  相似文献
