Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. 4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-ylmethyl) perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reac- tion of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) does not adopt a folded conformation, unlike previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is no indication of -stacking in the crystal packing. The dominant interaction between molecules is the van der Waal's attraction between cyclohexane rings. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-imidazolidinylmethyl)imidazolidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[4.4.1]undecane derivative. The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined by X-ray analysis. The 1-(p-fluorophenylmethyl)-2-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1H-benzimidazole ion cocrystallizes with fumaric acid, (C19H22N4F+·C4H3O 4 ), in space group P-1 with cell dimensions a = 9.938(1), b = 10.131(1), c = 12.712(1) Å, = 86.57(1), = 69.41(2), and = 67.22(2)°. The piperazine N4 atom is protonated and contacts the deprotonated O atom of the fumarate anion through a hydrogen bond. The benzimidazole ring is nearly planar and makes a dihedral angle of 111.25(12)° with the fluorophenyl ring. The piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation.  相似文献

4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]hexahydro-1-pyrimidinylmethyl)hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reaction of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and 1,3-propanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) adopts a folded conformation, similar to previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is evidence of -stacking in the crystal packing. The two planar phenyltriazenyl groups are almost parallel, forming an angle of 6.6(1), and display weak intermolecular s interactions between molecules. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-hexahydropyimidinylmethyl)hexahydropyrimidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[5.5.1]tridecane derivative. The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined by X-ray analysis. 4-(3,5-Dimethylpyrazol-l-yl)benzoic acid trifluoroacetate crystallizes in the 12/a space group witha=20.6584(13),b=9.9068(3),c=14.9467(6) , =106.195(4),V=2937.6(2) Å3, Dc=1.494 g/cm3 andZ=8. The ions pack in chains parallel to thea axis through O–HO and N–HO hydrogen bond interactions. Solid-state13C CPMASNMR spectroscopy has been used to compare the structure of the trifluoracetate with that of the neutral molecule [4-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-l-yl)benzoic acid].  相似文献

1-[N-(4-bromophenyl)]aminomethylidene-2(1H)naphthalenone (C17H12NOBr) (1) was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. Compound (1) is monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 4.808(1) Å, b = 20.617(1) Å, c = 13.750(1) Å, = 93.004(1)°, V = 1361.11(3) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.592 g·cm–3, (Mo K) = 3.014 mm–1, R = 0.051 for 1013 reflections [I > 2(I)]. There is a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of distance 2.544(2) Å between the hydroxyl oxygen atom and imine nitrogen atom, the hydrogen atom essentially being bonded to the nitrogen atom. The title molecule is not planar. X-ray crystal structure determination reveals the existence of the keto (or predominantly keto) tautomer in (1). Spectra of compound (1) were observed by IR and NMR, and UV–visible spectra of (1) were studied in different solvents and acidic media.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of pindolol, 1-(1H indol-4-yloxy)-3-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-2-propanol, has been determined by direct methods. Crystals are tetragonal, ,a=b=15.809(4),c=11.246(2) Å,Z=8,D c=1.174 mg m–3. The finalR-factor for 2271 reflections withI>2(I) is 0.038. Refinement by full-matrix least-squares on F2 also enabled the absolute configuration of the structure to be established. The molecule is essentially planar, including much of the side-chain which is stabilized by the existence of two intramolecular H-bonds, between the ethyl oxygen and OH group, and between the OH and side-chain amide groups, respectively. The crystal structure is formed by three intermolecular hydrogen bonds including two side-chain-side-chain interactions, between ethyl oxygen to amide and OH to amide, and an interaction between the side-chain OH to indole NH.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(4-methylphenyl)-6-methoxyl-1,4,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo [f]chromene 1, C22H20N2O2, is determined. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 10.120(1), b = 13.127(1), c = 15.203(2) Å, = 67.841(9), = 80.81(1), = 77.58(1), Z = 4, V = 1819.7(4) Å3. It is interesting that all the atoms of the pyran ring are coplanar, which is different from other similar compounds. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of 1,3-di-2-[(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]imidazolidine (1) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. This novel bis-triazene assumes a close-to planar structure with the aryltriazene moieties aligned in diametrically opposed directions, unlike many other previously reported bis-triazenes, which assume a folded structure. The structure of 1 is compared with the closely related, non-cyclic bis-triazene analogue (2), and also compared with the structure of the simple mono-triazene (3). A novel pyrazolone derivative 2-anilino-6H-5-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4-ylene)-1,3,4-thiadiazine (PMCP-PTSC) containing NNS hexa-atomic heterocycle has been obtained and characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. It is interesting that when grown from two different solvents, two different crystalline structures are formed. The monoclinic crystal A belongs to a P21/c space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 16.414(4) Å, b = 12.530(3) Å, c = 8.432(1) Å, = 91.75(2) Å, and Z = 4. The triclinic crystal B belongs to a P space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 11.386(2) Å, b = 12.326(2) Å, c = 12.411(3) Å, = 83.07(1)°, = 87.76(2)°, = 86.52(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure analyses show the title compound is the keto-form. Dimers in crystal packing of A and supramolecular one-dimensional (B) concatenate structures were assembled by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the molecular adduct of 5-mono[(4-nitrophenyl)azo]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (2) with chloroform (C34H27N3O6 CHCl3) was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. It was found to possess a monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a = 15.9306(13) Å, b = 10.6293(9) Å, c = 20.3194(17) Å, = 110.480(2)° and Dcalc = 1.428 Mg/m3 for Z = 4. Crystal data indicated that the calix[4]arene moiety of 2 exists in a distorted-cone conformation with intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

3-(4-Chlorophenylthio)-1-(2,4-dinitrophenylamino)-pyrrolidine-2,5-dione, C16H11N4C106S, was obtained in the addition reaction of 4-chlorobenzenethiol and 2,4-dinitrophenyl-aminomaleimide. It forms orthorhombic crystals; the finalR=0.048 for 1083 unique observed reflections. The molecule consists of three rigid rings connected by single bonds. A synclinal conformation of the terminal phenyl rings (A andC) with respect to the central pyrrolidine ring (B) is observed in the crystal, with ringsA andC close to one another. An intramolecular hydrogen bond N(2)O(4) of 2.593(7) Å is observed. The structure of the title compound was also investigated by IR,1H-NMR and M.S.  相似文献

The title chalcone, of formula C15H11F1O2, crystallized in the orthorhombic space group P212121 (# 19) with crystal parameters a?=?6.9998(8) Å, b?=?12.6740(15) Å, c?=?12.8997(15) Å, V?=?1144.4(2) Å3, Z?=?4, determined at 100 K with MoKα radiation. The solid-state structure displays an intramolecular S(6) hydrogen bond and the crystal architecture is maintained by intermolecular F?H, O?H, and C?C short contacts. A DFT geometry optimization is compared with the experimental structure. As 19F NMR spectroscopy can be used for metabolic tagging of biologically active compounds (including chalcones), the solution-state 19F chemical shift and 13C19F coupling constants (nJ) are also reported.

Abstract  The crystal structure of N-(tert-butyl)-1-(3,5-dioxo-2-phenyltetrahydro-4-isoxazolyl)-cyclohexane-carboxamide 1 has been determined. The title compound crystallized in the orthorhombic space group pbca with cell parameters, a = 10.6556(6) ?, b = 18.0132(11) ?, c = 19.5513(12) ?, v = 3752.7(4) ?3, Z = 8, D cal = 1.269 Mg/m3 at T = 120 K. The structure refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to find R 1 = 0.0463 and wR 2 = 0.0937 for 3059 reflections. The soxazole ring isn’t coplanar with the phenyl ring. The reaction between 1-phenylsulphenyl-2-phenylethyne and p-toluenesulfonic acid in methylene chloride gives (Z)-1-(phenylsulphenyl)-2-phenylethenyl p-toluenesulfonate (1) in good yields. This reaction is both a regio- and a stereospecific cis addition, confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis of the title compound. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with the lattice parameters a = 10.556(3), b = 9.730(3), c = 19.687(3) Å, = 105.05(2)°, V = 1952.7(8) Å3, and Z = 4. Abstract The crystal structures of methyl 4-{(E)-2-(4-methylpiperazino)-1-diazenyl}benzoate (2a) and 1,4-di[(E)-2-(2-nitrophenyl)-1-diazenyl]piperazine (3a) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (3a) adopts an unusual pseudo-boat conformation in the piperazine ring, with a dihedral angle of 52.20(0.06)° between the two planes defined within the piperazine ring. The crystal structures of 2a and 3a are compared with the structure of the triazene (4) and the closely related bis-triazene (5). The piperazine ring of 2a adopts a typical chair conformation, whereas the piperazine ring of 3a adopts an unusual boat conformation. Both 5-amino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)imidazole-4-carboxamide (AHIC) and 5-amino-1-(2-chloroethyl)-4-cyanoimidazole (ACCI) have been synthesized and crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c, Z = 4, with a = 8.420(2), b = 9.759(2), c = 10.583(2) Å, = 111.80(2)° for AHIC and a = 6.139(1), b = 8.522(2), c = 15.156(3) Å, = 96.71(2)° for ACCI. Differences in the molecular geometries of the two compounds are attributed to the differences in the substituents at the 1- and 4-positions of the imidazole ring. The molecular conformation of AHIC is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the 5-amino and the vicinal carboxamide moiety, resulting in an extended planar structural pattern. The presence of the cyano group in the 4-position of ACCI prevents the formation of such an intramolecular hydrogen bond. Both the crystal structures are stabilized by networks of intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compounds 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3, 2-h]quinoline 1 (C19H12ClN3O, M r = 333.77) and 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[b]pyran 2 were synthesized and crystallized. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structures of chiral 1R, 4R-cis-2-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)-p-menthan-3-one (I) are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Single crystals of I are orthorhombic, a = 8.997(2) Å, b = 11.314(2) Å, c = 14.847(3) Å, V = 1511.3(5) Å3, Z = 4, and space group P212121. The cyclohexanone ring in molecules of compound I has a chair-type conformation with the axial methyl and equatorial isopropyl groups. The enone and benzylidene groupings are nonplanar. The considerable distortion of bond angles at the sp 2 carbon atoms of the benzylidene grouping and the puckering parameters of the cyclohexanone ring in the structure of I are close to those observed for the previously studied compound with the p-methoxy substituent. In the crystal, molecules I are linked by very short intermolecular hydrogen bonds .  相似文献

Abstract A new compound 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(salicylidene hydrazide)-phenylethylene-pyrazolone-5 (PMPeP-SHZ) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, MS and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in a monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with cell parameters: a = 10.8275(19) ?, b = 24.689(4) ?, c = 9.7167(16) ? and β = 95.127(4)°, Z = 4, S = 1.097. In the crystal structure, the compound presents in the diketo form. The structure exhibits both intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding and the molecules are interlinked through hydrogen bonds forming an infinite 2D network. The fluorescent result shows blue emission at room temperature in solid state.
